Bought this for my mum…she said “everthing is frozen solid” , ,so its done its job..happy days!!!
A known product, easy to set up Excellent for the price.
Freezer arrived well packaged and I followed the instructions – all good. However the door seal was badly marked and did not sit properly to seal the door. I wrote to Amazon and they said they’d pick it up with Russell Hobbs which they did as they phoned me back.
After a bit of cleaning and smoothing the door seal went flush and I have had no problems since so really happy with all aspects, freezer, Amazon and original supplie

Primarily for storage of pre-frozen products but works ok for freezing fresh food for a short period. Enough room for immediate reserve frozen veg or chips plus ice creams. Keeps food frozen but not rock hard. Very satisfied

It keeps my food frozen, and hasn’t built a lot of ice crusts on the internal walls and it happens with many other I’ve owned before.

This is a great little freezer, suitable for placing on a kitchen work surface as (in the case of my mother’s kitchen) it fits in the gap between the cupboards and the work surface. It’s good value, cheap to run and very quiet. Although not large, it’s much bigger than the freezer box in a regular size fridge. Very useful for those with limited space.
Brought to store extra meals. Make extra dinners and have a cookless night. Saves money and time. Can store at least ten foil containers easily. Used to get lost in big freezer. So now just pull one out and put in oven. Very happy.
I am so happy with my tabletop freezer…….very small kitchen, very little work surface, It would not fit on top BUT it did underneath, with microwave standing on top, ( all safe, concrete floor old cottage). I am so happy just right for one or two persons. I have filled it already, am now able to take offers on items, and freeze them. Its so quiet, and if packed correctly holds so much.No longer have to struggle with a small ice box in fridge. Best bit more work surface now that it it standing underneath. Its amazing, and already saving me money .
I only have a small fridge freezer and with the winter on the door step and couldn’t get out this will be a god send sitting on my worktop..
This just added enough extra space to help with my wife’s gluten free frozen foods to free up the main freezer so we can stock up with more items such as frozen veg.

Nice little freezer. Works perfectly well. Light and easy to manoeuvre. The bottom storage area is much smaller than I was expecting though which does not run all the way to the back of the freezer. Only half the way.

The freezer meets all expectations except one. We tried to change the door hanging but the cover strip on the hinge was so tight it had to be levered off. Despite taking care it left dents and marks which were unsightly. The door has remained in it’s original, slightly less convenient, position as a consequence.
Otherwise, we recommend this as a space saving solution for extra storage.
Bought this when I moved in to a flat on my own as the one supplied wasn’t big enough. This is great as an additional freeze
Purchase this freezer for extra space for pre prepared meals , loads of space , fits in space, very quiet motor. Opted for a freezer from the warehouse , packing was damaged but the freezer was perfect. Good shout as I paid less for it just because it had ripped packaging, would buy again this way
Like everything so far. Not had long ,so far happy days.. cannot measure ,energy efficiency, storage over the short period I’ve had it but so far so good..
This is a great little freezer which holds a surprising amount of food. Very handy for the most popular frozen items rather than having to search through the chest freezer.
This is a great freezer, nice and quiet for my bedsit and I’ve had no issues with it whatsoever. However, I’ve just seen it’s showing the original price at 139! I paid 87 for it and question when, if ever, or for how long it was being sold at that higher amount.
So, except for this misleading promotion I would recommend this freezer and find the capacity is just right for 1-2 people and the noise level very low (if that’s important to you).
I bought this freezer , as it was half the size of normal under the counter freezer. I was able to place it on the kitchen worktop , making it easier to retrieve items.

A great little table top freezer to accommodate the larger shop you occasionally do. Its quiet and just the right size for the counter top. It doesn’t run hot or rattle so you don’t even know its there, just plug it in, fill it full of things to freeze and you’re away.
Unlike the wife, it doesn’t ice up quickly for no reason. All in all a top purchase.
I find this counter top freezer very handy it is nice and compact but holds quite a bit of food. Rearly handy for my needs.

NOT IN NEW CONDITION. BASHED DELIVERY BOX CORNER THROUGH TO THE APPLIENCE. LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DROPPED WHICH CAN RUIN THE LIFE SPAN OF SUCH A MACHINE. IT HAS FACTORY DAMAGE TOO, IN A SMALL BASHED IN CORNER INSIDE THE DOORWAY. It is working, but how well only time will tell.
Bought it as an extra freezer at home. It is not a big one and it is a bit noisy but does it work.
After a month of usage, it has not generated noticeable ice but you can already see really think layer.
This is a quiet freezer which does not take up too much room, used for overflow from main freezer.
I’ve only had this for 1 week so it’s still early to say but I’m very pleased with it so far it neat and compact but still plenty of room inside, it serves the purpose what I need it for hopefully I’ll not have any problems later.
This is very good for somebody with a small space – it is small but does have a good capacity to hold food for 2 people.

I only received it yesterday so early days BUT, it arrived in perfect condition, I have & am following the recommendations, cleaned it as instructed, waited 3 hrs before connecting power, & left it overnight to physic itself out & cool properly. It seem great this morning so reorganised my self prepared meals & stocked it up. Hopefully it will continue to be as good as it initially appears to be. I’m a long time amateur cook so when I make some meals I economise with extra veg etc. & end up with multiple meals to freeze. This small Freezer is an extension to my long time limited freezer capacity. It should also allow me to expand my menu, ( hopefully NOT my waist) & choices! I am impressed, content & happy with this Russel Hobbs mini freezer & Amazons constant good service. THANKS
I needed a bit extra space for my groceries and I did not have space for another full sized or chest freezer. I put this on top of my dishwasher and voila an extra draw of freezer space.
I do think it’s expensive for the space u get but I was desperate for more space.
I have had it since December and I have not noticed any ice forming at all.
The bottom section is not as deep as the top.
I also bought it instead of another one I saw from another retailer because the temperature control is in the inside and not behind it. Mine is in awkward spot and i really don’t wanna be faffing around when I need to adjust it.
I would definitely recommend it.
Lovely freezer, just one thing, don`t buy it to put in outside garage/shed etc. because it just won`t work, especially in Winter. This is the second freezer, different make that I`ve had and neither worked in the garage. This should be stipulated in the description.
Our previous freezer packed up and we decided that a table top one in utility room would be ample for day to day use and has proved to be perfect. Wouldn’t be big enough for a family but we have a large one in the shed. Great buy and very happy with it.

Bought for lockdown due to only having a small compartment above fridge. Good buy and it has now become a necessity as we are seeing the benefits of having frozen food! Would recommend for those needing additional freezer capacity that does not take up much space.
The Temp control is set to almost zero but the freezer is always full of ice.It is sited in a cool place but needs a lot of deicing

An excellent small freezer, ideal for “overflow” but I use it to keep cakes, pastries and bread separate from other foods. Very good value for money!
Happy with the freezer but a few disappointments.

The door is a little stiff so when you pull it open (when empty), the freezer slides on it’s front feet. The feet could do with being made from rubber to stick to the table top.
The freezer fits nicely in the understairs cupboard where it is used as an overflow from the main freezer. It is well made and is fitted with a thermostat which I have not seen before in a freezer. The door is reversible and the freezer comes with plastic plugs to fit into the door bolt holes left open when the hinge is moved from one side to the other. The instructions are adequate and a small ice tray is supplied. All in all a very good buy and worth the money.
No problems really with this freezer. We have it set up in our spare room, it wouldn’t fit on a counter in the kitchen or anything like that. It has two shelves, it’s not massive by any means. The instructions are clear and it was well packaged. It hums a bit so I wouldn’t want to sleep in the same room as it but it’s ok.
It’s a small freezer, but saying that, it holds a fair bit of food. It’s probably about the right size for a single person or a couple. I haven’t found it noisy at all, but you can hear when it clicks on and off. I’m happy with it, and it arrived the morning after I ordered it, so that was a bonus.
Ordered the freezer on a Friday afternoon & it arrived on a Tuesday morning, only gripe was that it was left downstairs, I live on the 3rd floor, no attempt to put it in the lift… easy to remove packaging, set up was straightforward & it was ready to use in a couple of hours, I put a couple of ice trays in & they were solid within 2 hours, it’s virtually silent, just a very low purring & a small click as the thermostat comes on & off, no problems after 2 weeks so I am completely satisfied..
Not a massive amount of storage but nice and compact. Well packaged – no idea about energy efficiency comparisons as have never purchased similar item. Currently using as overflow from main freezer for summer items (eg ice cream). Plan to use later in the year to store items in preparation for inevitable food shortages in winter well second wave hits.
I ordered this to go under my wall units but it was an inch out…my fault for not measuring so have had to put it elsewhere….It looks great and will be really useful as my fridge freezer is full to overflowing.
Great little freezer, put it on top of my fridge freezer, which isn’t very high, looks great. I was surprised at how much I was able to fit in it. It is very quiet too. Very pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend it.

I eventuality had to carry out a search to find the freezer. Very disappointed in Hermes delivery driver for not checking. I had to end up carrying it back to my house which wasn’t easy as it’s quite heavy.
The freezer is as described.
It’s compact. It’s very silent.
In fact I had to check a couple of times to see if it was working.

This came a week early in fact next day, thank you! It is just the right size. Unlike my main Fridge Freezer which doesn’t have a quiet “hum” this does, which took a bit of getting used to, but it isn’t constant, and not an issue.
Nice little table top freezer, perfect size for elderly relative to store a few items in. Would also be good for taking on a holiday if using a campervan or the like.

I ordered this to allow me more freezer space when I need it. It is a great product and does the job of freezing really well. I can use it whenever I want and then when my stock is low and can fit in my other freezer, I can turn it off and save on the electric. Perfect for coping with bulk buy excess during the pandemic. Love it.
Bought this as a supplement to my ordinary fridge which has only a very small freezer compartment for a few ice trays. I needdd extra space. This seems to do the trick

Moving to a new place, all I had was a fridge with an icebox.
Now as someone who likes to batch cook, that was never going to work, but with kitchen space in short supply, I couldn’t fit in a full freezer. So I bought this to fit perfectly on my worktop and now I have a place to put my excess portions of food boxed up and ready to defrost.
You need to realise it only has a small capacity and one quarter of the case volume is taken up with the motor and electrical gubbins so its really not as big even as it looks. having said that it is useful in the present emergency and can be used occasionally in the future eg around christmas. fits nicely on the worktop though
Bought as additional freezer space as we have a small kitchen with no space for a full-size freezer. I fitted the mini freezer in our under-stairs cupboard, and it works very quietly and efficiently. After a couple of weeks I have noticed a small build-up of ice around the top, but this is probably because I have it filled pretty much to capacity, and the advice is to leave room for air circulation so I’ll try that.
Inside, there is a loss of some space due to the inner workings of about 20%, but it is adequate for the two of us.
This Russell Hobbs freezer gives me the equivalent of a drawer and a half extra space. Just right for me. It is in my kitchen, and is almost silent running. I needed an electrician to put in some extra sockets where this freezer had to go, but I’d been contemplating doing that too.
I contacted the seller regarding the difficulty or otherwise of reversing the door. Their response was helpful, especially when I couldn’t get the cover off the top of the hinge. Managed this, the suggested screwdriver and a bit of force proved adequate. However I found it quite difficult to remove the nuts off the top of the hinge, partly because I clearly didn’t have the right tools – the mole grips proved the most useful. The nuts on the lower hinge were more difficult. Again mole grips were essential. The door is hinged on the right, however the manufacturing process is not as accurate with the holes for the bolts on the left. I kinda had to use a bit of force on both the top and bottom.
Was surprised that there is a metal bar at back where the freezer stands – this is a tad rough round the edges and I stood freezer on a towel to prevent damage when the electrician needed to move it. Easy enough. One solid rubber foot at the front and the other is an adjustable one.
All in all I am very pleased with this purchase, if you don’t need to reverse the door it’s as easy as pie to install. If you do want to reverse the door you might need a helping hand – though a female I am fairly used to d-i-y, but at 71 things are not quite so easy as they once were!

Very happy with this freezer, just what we needed for extra freezer space when family come. fits perfectly on worktop in utility room beneath a wall cupboard, no warmth felt on the outside and practically silent. Well recommended.
Needed a small freezer as I live alone and didn’t need a full size one, perfect for me. Only thing that’s slightly annoying is the back has no feet and the two at front are for adjusting the level. Sitting on top of my fridge it looks odd, leaning back at a slight angle.
We needed a second freezer as we are feeding our two dogs on a raw food diet. We did not have enough capacity with our original freezer so we got this one to deal with the extra dog food. It was easy to set up. Just unbox it and plug it in. Currently it is in our garage and three weeks on it has worked perfectly.
Simply just perfect. It looks really small, but you can put a lot of food inside. It’s not noisy at all, and we use it for around 2 weeks now, no ice, no noise, however I really filled up with food. So I recommend it.
It’s just what we wanted. We only have a little ice box in our fridge and it doesn’t hold much. As we now need to buy more ready meals, (getting old), and we only have limited space, this is ideal.
