Pleasantly surprised at this mini freezer, excellent value for what it costs. It is well manufactured and finished, is roomy enough for your essential frozen foods, the capacity is better than we had anticipated. Easily wipes down with a damp cloth as required. Highly recommended if you are wanting a small freezer for ‘essentials’ only

We got this because our main fridge freezer sometimes gets full and we have had to not buy stuff in the past because we can’t store it. I put it in a kitchen unit, which you actually aren’t supposed to do, but I have cut the back of the unit out for ventilation and it seems to work absolutely fine. I was really pleased with this freezer I brought this as an overflow, I buy fresh frozen food for my dog, I was amazed that I was able to pack 25 boxes of 500grammes into this freezer the amount of space was brilliant…I was at first quite worried it would not be big enough, I would throughly recommend this freezer ..ideal for having in garage ,shed …at the moment mine is in my porch …and I might add does not look offensive

Does the job economically if you are looking for a small-size over-the-counter freezer that will fit almost anywhere. It runs very quietly; only the occasional on/off switch click sound can be heard if there are no other sounds present.

This is the perfect little freezer for our ice and icecream. As a family we use a lot of ice and the main freezer was for ever being open and shut which is not a good thing. Very happy with this.

My only complaint is the stiff ice cube tray but this felt like an extra thrown in anyway so it’s not a big deal.

We did as we were instructed and let the unit settle for 3 hours and then turned it on, by the next morning it was properly cold and since then it has worked perfectly.

It’s quiet and being black doesn’t look
I love this little freezer. Had my last one outside in outhouse and always a pain in the winter. Don’t need a big one and this is perfect. I’ve put it in our spare bedroom and had someone staying recently who said they didn’t hear it all. Really pleased with it.

4 stars for doing what it was meant to. Small in size but has more room than you would expect for the essentials. Careful though, it’s heavier than it looks.
Came in good, solid packaging. I had to move from London to Manchester and re-used the same packaging to move it.

Works well, does make some noise in my bedroom (shared flat with little freezer space) Overall though had no issues. When you buy it remember that you need to let it stand as per the instructions for a few hours, don’t do what I did and order a load of food to arrive the same day.
This freezer is excellent value for money. The instruction, such as they are, are clear and easy to follow. A word of warning though, make sure you remove the packaging carefully you may need it to return the freezer. There was no visible damage to the carton when it arrived but there was minor damage to the freezer inside (in my case not enough to warrant a return) but it was there!

Very good table top freezer. Can’t fault it, apart from the fact it comes with a white power cable!? You’d expect that when you order an item in black the cable would also be black, completely looks out of place. Otherwise would’ve rated 5 stars.

When we used to have a fridge freezer we found all we used the freezer bit for was fish fingers, oven chips, ice creams and lollies and even then found packets in it that probably hadn’t been touched for months so had to chuck them out. Really only got this because I felt ripped off every time I paid over 2 for a single ice cream lolly from the shop up the road during summer when you could probably get a box of 4 from the supermarket for the same price, just needed a freezer too keep them in, plus it is nice to have the odd drink with ice cubes.

I bought this to supplement a fridge/freezer and it was the only size I could realistically incorporate onto a kitchen worktop. I am not a lover of Russel Hobbs normally, all aesthetics and no real build quality. I was a bit disappointed to find the rear of the lower half internally is used by the freezers components. So you have one full depth top shelf and one lower shelf that goes back about 60% of the upper shelf (internal depth, upper 33cm and lower 18cm) Internal width and height are 36cm; however that is where all disappointment ends.
It is surprising just how much you can shove in there. Also, it is much easier to open a freezer on the worktop than to dig around in the freezer under the fridge; therefore, the items I might use on a daily basis are in this little freezer. Very happy. (No noise problems either).
This really is an ace little freezer. It arrived two days ago. I let it stand for a few hours, switched it on and it is completely quiet. Today, it holds a medium packet of peas, 4 salmon fillets, a packet of calamari, 2 medium boxes of pumpkin soup cooked by me (each a good deep bowl), and 2 medium boxes of vegetable curry cooked by me (each also making up a substantial serving). There is still room left for me to cook at least two, possibly four, more boxes of chicken dahl which I plan to do tomorrow. I live on my own and get really fed up of having to throw out food which I cook (i..e., soups, chillies, curries), because I get fed up of the food night after night or they grow mould. I eat loads of fish. So, this little freezer is the perfect solution because I can mix cooking my own foods and buying in some frozen products. I also have a tiny kitchen so this freezer sits in the dining room next to my kitchen – it looks cool, sleek, and smart!

If you are after a freezer of this size, although I don’t have any experience of others, this one is certainly recommended as it does exactly what you would expect and want a freezer to do, quiet in operation and looks classy too
Really a perfect size for two people who don’t eat much frozen stuff. Usually we have a bag of oven chips, some peas and maybe some ice-cream or a pizza in the freezer, and that’s about it, so it seemed silly to have a family-size freezer. Hence when we moved and threw out our very old freezer, I looked for a little one to replace it in the new kitchen. This one is great, if, like us, you don’t want to run a freezer that just has a bag of chips in it most of the time. Door is quite easy to change sides on if you have a good spanner, but virtually impossible with a normal screwdriver or even a power one. I’d recommend this freezer to anyone, esp. single people or couples who eat mostly fresh food. When we go away on holiday I’ll empty it and unplug it, saving the cost of running it even more.
I just moved into my first shared student house. It’s a nice place and everything is to a good standard, but there’s just one fridge freezer for every 5 people. This works out to less than half a shelf of each per person. It’s tolerable, but means you can’t buy a lot.
Looking on Amazon, I found this. The price seemed good and so far, it’s a pretty great freezer.
There’s enough space that I can get an extra 2 weeks worth of food, allowing me to better budget. The tray and wire rack being removable really helps with that.
It’s quiet enough to go in my room, too. It even fits under the desk in my room, though I have it on top.
This seems like a bargain and ideal for anyone where food space is an issue.
Overall, I’ve no complaints. It was even light enough that I could carry it up two flights of stairs without any hassle and the packaging was minimal and easy to dispose of, too.
