I use this directly on a wooden floor. It looks thin and is very light, but provides enough cushioning to be comfortable in use, and enough grip on the floor not to slip in use.
After several months, it is wearing well.

Sizing as expected. Glad I bought the 15mm depth as this perfect for cushioning knees on squats without impacting your balance. Lovely colour and smooth surface. Grateful of the straps to keep it rolled up.
I already have a 15mm thick foam mat so knew what to expect, just wanted a wider one. This is soft and comfortable whether standing or kneeling or lying down. Comes rolled up of course but even after a few weeks of being kept flat on the floor the ends are still a little bit curled upwards which can be a trip hazard if you’re not careful. Hopefully when will settle in a few more weeks.

I’m overall happy with this yoga mat. I don’t really use it for yoga though, it’s more like a fitness mat to me as I use it for strength training and cardio. It marks easily (probably because I wear shoes) but I haven’t punctured the mat thankfully which means the quality is good.
The only thing that bothers me a little bit is that the anti-slip is not that good, could be that I have slippery floors, so I bought an anti-slip mat just to be sure the yoga mat doesn’t move a lot when I workout.
But other than that I really like that mat. I’ve been looking for a large yoga mat and now I found it.
Initially I received the mat that was damaged in transportation I guess but Yuren Yoga company was very quick to address the issue and send another mat. I am giving 5 stars for the product and the post sale service. It is a comfortable mat for a competitive price, well worth a try. Thanks
The mat covers quite a large area which was perfect, also very soft, great support for the bottom when doing sit ups and the like, my only problem was the carrying sleeve for it broke after very little use, but other than that a great product.
