Cooks quicker than it tells you just have to play around with the temperature etc
Only thing I would say negative is that there is not enough information about what temperature to cook things it’s a bit hit and miss in that department
But I really like it now I have figured out the controls , it’s easy to clean and looks good

This unit has inspired me to cook more again. It’s really versatile and reakly easy to use. I have Air fried, Grilled, and Bake in it. In these days of saving on the fuel bills, it make sense. Delicious food, cooked to perfection and much quicker plus less electric than traditional methods. I like it! Imfact if you want to save hundreds on your electricity bill, buy this plus a multicooker and as a hob a Induction hob you could save 50% on your cooking fuel bill and get better tasting food! It’s a win win.

Perfect for busy families
This is the first time I’ve ever tried cooking away from my oven and wow. I Love it. Great for busy parents too. We put chicken nuggets for 3 kids on bottom and then put some frozen chips on the top grill plate. Put it to air fry for 15 mins and it’s all done together in quicker time and so much less fuss. Also simple things like cheese on toast. Use your usual pop up toaster to brown the bread, then add your butter and cheese, the aero grill on medium grill takes 1 min to melt it. I don’t bake cakes at all but this has prompted me to try. This appliance is heavy to open and shut so be careful. Easy to wash.

Not just a grill,which I wanted, but a great grill and also an Air Fryer too! I didn’t try the air fryer.

Very easy to use
This is a really good air fryer/grill. It’s very simple to use and heats up very quickly. Frozen chips are much better than done in the oven. Cooks cupcakes to perfection.
What I don’t like is the grill plate with the handles. Nightmare to get out of the machine and awful to clean without a good quality palm style brush. The machine is great for one or two people in that you can do a full roast meal. I can not vouch for families as I’m a single.For me it’s completely replaced my cooker. I find that I have to use common sense as the cooking times are very low. I start the machine and then up the minutes. My electricity has gone down as I’m not using a huge electric oven for one. It’s a big winner for me.

Really impressed. For the price you can’t beat this. I got mine on sale but even at full price it’s a bargain. Totally comparable with the Ninja. Even comes with a probe. Grill and oven. No more putting my old oven on for ages to heat up. This heats up in minutes and cooks more evenly and quickly. Perfect if you’re on your own or a couple and cooking smaller portions too. Saying that, a medium/large chicken fits in no problem and cooks beautifully. Non stick. Bowl and grill plate wipe clean easily then I hand wash. Top heating element is covered with removable splatter guard for cleaning. All cleaned in minutes and ready to go again. A friend even commented how much better it looks on the worktop than theirs! I can definitely recommend.
Better than expected
I wanted a new air fryer with a bigger cooking capacity and more functionality. I was looking at the most expensive brand, but there were almost too many options: dual, grill, airfry, multi cooker, etc. I just couldn’t decide what to do. I do not splash out money without researching, and will always shop around. Salter’s aerogrill caught my eye because it’s a British company of long standing and it is considerably lower in price than the brand leader. Reviews were good and the three-year extended guarantee offered after product registration was the deal breaker.
It is a fairly large piece of kit, so check you have enough space for it – including room for the lid to be fully opened.
I found the instructions lacking slightly but, like my previous airfryer, there is going to be a period of trial and error, and adapting cooking times, etc.
The first thing I cooked was some sweet potato fries, which I microwaved for five minutes before placing in the Aerogrill. I started cooking them at 200 degrees, but they were starting to char, so reduced the temperature. Once cooked, they were the crispiest sweet potato fries I have ever made.
Since then, I have cooked pork chops, breaded fish, frozen fries, roast potatoes, crustless quiche (using silicone muffin cases) and mediterranean veg. No disappointing results.
I don’t have any complaints so far. This is a fantastic piece of equipment that is well worth the money; it pre-heats quickly and cooks far quicker than my oven, saving time and energy.
Came across this whilst looking for the more expensive Ninja. Saw this and it did everything the other one did and looked extremely similar but half the price. The reviews sold it to me, all the reviews were good and some compared it to the Ninja and came out on top.
I think I have used it nearly every day since it arrived. Sausages, burgers, kebabs, fish fingers, chips, roast potatoes, home made pizza, corn on the cob just to name a few of the things I’ve cooked. Everything turned out great, less cooking time, less mess, great flavour. Very happy with this purchase
Amazing steak!
Initially I was a tad disappointed at how small this seemed when taken out of the box. However, this mean little machine cooked 3 decent sized steaks to absolute perfection, like the best steak I have ever cooked at home. Pre heats in no time and prompts you when to add your food. Steak started sizzling and searing straight away. So easy to use and cleans a dream. I know we will use this a lot and I will be eager to try cooking different things such as chops, small joints, home made burgers etc. Perfect size for singles, couples, family of 3 at a stretch. We have a well known, much more expensive air fryer, so can use the two to create a meal, ie steak and chips. The grill function on this though is what sets it apart from normal air fryers. The steak was so good, we had it again the following night!!
Great versatile multi cooker - nothing bad to say about it.
Bought this to replace an ageing Delonghi air fryer and what an upgrade. I’ve cooked everything in it from chicken wings, to pies, to fish to burgers and all to perfection with little effort.
Given the price of energy these days, something like this is both a time saver and certainly uses much less electricity than my main oven.
An excellent air fryer.
This was purchased to replace an air fryer that decided to give up the ghost.
The previous air fryer had a handled front loading basket, where as this one is top loading.
Personally I prefer this method and find it much easier. This also cooks much better …homemade chips in this are fantastic!
Cleaning wise, this is so much better and easier than the previous air fryer, the non stick coating is excellent and any grease washes off with ease.
Due to the design with the over head loading, the footprint size of the fryer is bigger, but not as tall.
This could possibly be an issue if you lack space, but this is the only draw back to an otherwise excellent airfryer.
THIS PRODUCT IS PERFECT.THE FIRST ITEM WE COOKED IN IT WAS BAKED POTAYOES AND THEY CAME OUT PERFECT.FULLY RECOMMEND.
Wanted a ninja oven ,already got the bigger grill version .Salter popped up almost half price in sale and it’s almost identical even got a probe.Full marks for easy clean,quick cooking,quiet high temp ratio…who needs ninja??highly recommend
