This is overall a great purchase and well worth the money, easy to install and fantastic quality, my ONLY gripe with having now installed two of these, is both times at the last minute when the installation has finished and the set up process begins, you’ll find that there is no Ethernet cable to connect this to a router, yes it will be handy installed as a stand alone system, but if you want it online for remote viewing to your phone anywhere in the world, it needs connected to your router, luckily the second time I brought a cable and got set up in no time, would be handy if they threw a cable in with the package,however, it’s not the end of the world, would definetly buy agai
Cameras were installed by my husband and son. They are all up and running within a few hours very happy with them. Easy to look back via I phone or on the main screen.

Great picture quality and very easy to set up. Give good coverage for what I need. App is very easy to use too with facility to record directly onto phone too. Very happy with this product.

Husband had it up and running an hour after we received it. Seems to be working well.
We purchased this to replace a Blink system which we were unhappy with. This system is excellent and of brilliant quality. It is very easy to install, has a very user friendly app and the cctv monitor is especially handy for quick viewing instead of having to use your TV or other monitor. We are very impressed with the quality, including the night vision, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to protect their home.
Good little system for the price. First time using CCTV at home, and it was relatively easy to install. Some of the instructions could be a little better written, but once you find your way around the system it’s soon quite easy to use. The remote access (iPad/phone) etc is a little laggy, and the feed stutters quite a bit. In hindsight I wish I’d paid a little extra for the 4K system purely for picture quality, HOWEVER some of our footage has already been used by CID to help secure the convictions of a couple of burglars operating in our area, so it’s of a good enough quality.
Update I have just had my cctv installed it’s brilliant I’m so happy with it and the company are good to definitely recommend

Installed and set up system very easily.
Had a few issues with a camera and system settings, I contacted Sannce support who were very helpful and solved both issues quickly.

This security camera system is fantastic. Easy to install and setup, it’s all plug and play. Great picture on the screen, day and night mode works really well too. Having connected to the internet yet but that’s work in progress. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the screen had a few scratches on it when I got it out the box. I complained to amazon and they said send it back and they’ll replace it, I’d already installed it though and couldn’t be bothered with the grief.

Fantastic product.. easy to install and the quality of the picture on the monitor is perfect… love that the screen is connected to the recording box and overall very very happy with this product. If you need cctv buy this !
Its a good system, easy app to view remotely, my only problem is the cameras dont have a wide angle, so you cant see a greater field of image, even when the camera is put far back, or higher up on a wall. maybe i have to buy seperate wider angle cameras, Hence 4 stars, otherwise great item

This is an excellent system, I had some problems following the instructions to set up a link to my mobile and Tablet, but after contacting Sannce they provided a link to the setup page.
All working perfectly now, great.
After having the complete system running smoothly for 17 months one zone stopped working but after contacting Sannce/Annke and following their instructions I traced the fault to a damaged cable which they replaced without any quibble.
I fitted the new cable and the system is back up and running.
I cannot praise this company enough for the great aftersales service they provided for me.

Really good system for price,only issue are the instructions you need a magnifying glass to read them .and i did’nt understand them at all.But if your savvy with computers etc you should be ok.

For the money you cant go wrong, handy to have a little monitor on the top as it saves space and the need for a separate monitor.
Hi everyone this CCTV is really good much better then the one which i was looking in maplin, and there customer service is great.
Fitted mine myself all works fine I decided to use cat-5 cable instead of using the cable supplied I didn’t like the idea of drilling 14 mm holes through brickwork

OMG. Talk about value for money top product. It’s so easy to set up. Just fix the cameras to the positions you want and conectt the cables from them straight into the monitor. Picture comes straight on and just set it up with your own password. Whot a cctv. Great item. Really pleased. Would recomend every time. Top seller top item. Service great. Great job lads.

Original camera purchased arrived within 48 hours. Unfortunately I could not set up on WiFi. After emailing manufacturer I received addition set up information but camera would still not log on. I was sent a replacement camera of better quality with I set up via router before connecting WiFi which worked first time. Replacement camera arrived next working day.
This is a very great item for the money, I’m very pleased with the aftercare service from ANNKE. Would recommend to anyone looking for Security CCTV with very clear recordings, rate this l would give it 150%.
item was as described, delivery was very quick, i cannot comment on how it works as due to a change in circumstances I no longer needed the cctv, but I returned it without any problem whatsoever, and refunded promptly, I would not hesitate to recommend them, very pleased with everything from start to finish, communication is excellent, thank you very much!!
Very easy to install and use
Great easy to use. The remote wasn’t working. No problem replaced in a jiffy.
Unfortunately one set missed out on recording intermittingly and I reported this to SANNCE. I was surprised that I got immediate response and a
replacement DVR was sent urgently to me. I must say that I got nothing but courtesy understanding and help from SANNCE staff with my problem. With all these positive attributes I was worried about the delay in correcting the problem for security reasons. Many thanks and keep up the good work Henry Culle
