My only dislikes are there is not a switch off button on the equipment itself, you have to switch it off from the mains, which is a bit annoying if you want to stop and move an item within the room. It feels a bit heavy to push while cleaning. However, with that been said it is a great product, worth the money paid, the steam is very powerful especially when used on tiled areas ie Kitchen and bathroom and it cleans really well. I would definitely recommend this product once you can get pass the not been able to switch it off from the equipment.
very handy to put the cleaning pad in and out. the water heats up fairly quickly and my floor looks clean at the end of it. I only put de-ionised water so it doesn’t clog up with hard water from my sink. I am happy with this purchase. however, looking back I probably should have bought one with a tool for cleaning tiles on the wall.
Easy to use, disappointed that the steamer doesn’t stand up on its own., although it does a good job.
So easy to use. Saves so much time. Leaves floors dry enough to walk on immediately. Would have liked an off switch on the appliance itself in order to switch it off rather than having to walk to the wall socket to do that. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend this product.
Once I’ve hoovered I can’t help but notice the floors need a clean. This mop is fast and effective at cleaning and drying within minutes.
Before this mop, I was crawling on my hands and knees wiping down all the floors, this sounds ridiculous but I really dislike traditional mops. They soak the floor and spread dirty water. I tired the spray mops they left a residue, I saw the mops where you click on new pads and throw them away but that’s wasteful and expensive. I had the sponge mop you squeeze out- didn’t like it.
Now you have the background on my mopping experience, I will highlight the pros of this mop!

*If you live in a hard water area you will need to de scale the inside to do this I place the mop inside the bath (empty), open the window and pour white vinegar about 1/4 the way and turn it on high. (50p from Sainsbury’s) After letting the vinegar run out which normally takes 5 mins you can see all the limescale deposits in the bath, then I attach a new pad and mop. The bath can be rinsed clean.
I also like to add some zeflora to the pads before turning the machine on.

The machine cleans the floors very well but it’s not so easy to fit cloths especially if you have arthritis in your hands. Gave 4 stars as it cleans and leaves the floors that they dry in minutes. It’s not overly heavy but I thought it might have been lighter than it was.
We love it. The kids love Using it. It’s easy and fun to use. Love that you don’t have to touch the pads. Love the extra boost function. Love you can flip the pad over without touching it to use the other side. Love that I can use it on my wooden floor. Best thing? It dries in around three minutes so no more slippery wet floors or dirty kids footprints on my clean floors. Highly recommended.

This was actually a replacement due to a fault but that didnt stop me wanting another one as it is such a great mop. The flip function is great and saves time. We got it on black friday originally and it was on offer for just over half price so may be an idea to wait for those sorts of deal as its quite a premium product.
I thought my floors were clean People remarked on my shiny floors. Alas. They weren’t and I didn’t realise until I used this steamer The floors are left almost dry and you can feel the cleanliness when you walk on them It has and extra boost just by leaning it down so no messing with buttons etc Anyone who wants a new steamer floor cleaner should buy this one. I can’t rate it high enough
Our last Bissel steam cleaner broke and once you have had a steam mop there is no going back to a mop and bucket.
This product is way better than our previous Bissel =- it heats up quickly and the method for putting on and taking off the mop head is very good.

This has revolutionised the steaming of my gloss floor. Easy to use, lovely and light to push/pull. Lovely long lead. Quick to heat up & pads easy to attach & release, without having to touch the dirty side. Really love the way you can flip the pad & allow a jet of steam to blast the floor. The only very small gripe I have is that it doesn’t stand independently. It has to be propped up while it heats up.
A really good product. I gifted this to my Mum on Mothers day, after a recommendation from my Sister In Law. Its so easy to use and really does leave the floor sparkling! I would recommend putting a tiny amount of fragranced floor cleaning liquid (mix in with the water) as it leaves a nice smell behind. I will definitely be purchasing one more for myself as I am buying a new house this year! Highly recommend.
This is the bees knees. It heats up quick, cleans well and dries quick. The cord is extremely long and adequate. The quick release of the pads is easy to use and the handle has a nice grip. This is a well thought out product. I bought spare pads as my floor gets dirty with dogs but you get two with it. They have a two day use as you can ‘turn’ the pad to the clean side for the next time. Stores away nicely.
I use ironised water in mine as we live in an extremely hard water area even with a water softener I wanted to protect the product. 10/10
Very pleased with this steam mop. It delivers a constant flow on steam and a can deliver a blast of steam for stubborn stains. Mop pads are very good quality. It’s heavier than my previous Murphy Richards 12-1. It does not stand up on its own you have to lean it against something like the wall or table. But its an excellent steam mop. Performs very well.
It’s heavy and tiring but it does the job extremely well. I’m glad I paid for this. So easy and takes half the time a normal steam mop would.
This is my second steam mop. I thought my previous one was good but this is outstanding.. I have concrete floor tiles in the kitchen and the cement in between can get quite grubby.. The shark has made them look like new and I don’t know how but it leaves them with a slight satin sheen. The detachable floor pad is really easy to clean. It is also useful having a spare because you can immediately replace the used one with a clean one ready to go for next time. So much quicker and easier than a mop and bucket. The only slight downside is that if there is any residual water left in the tank you do need to pick the machine up to empty it down the sink..
Bought to replace the last one that lasted nearly six years of use. We live in hard water area and that does take a toll (I tried leaving it filled with vinegar but the scale has killed the old one). If I have to buy one every six years I probably will. Make sure you have plenty of pads if you have a lot of floor – they get dirty quite quickly and then you’re just spreading diluted dirt! The hands free pad changing mechanism is clever and easy to master. Well designed steam cleaner.
I like this steam mop because it is light weight and easy to use and has a long cable. The reason I bought was for the long cable. I did have another steam mop that was very good but gave to my son because the cable was too short.
There are no chemicals necessary so it is more environmental friendly.
I purchased the shark lift away hoover as said good with pets and that’s amazing so saw they do the steam mop and thought i would give it a go as so impressed with my Hoover and this hasn’t disappointed at all Absolutely brilliant helps so much keeping floors clean with 3 dogs,will need to purchase extra cloths as two only does kitchen and front room just about even though double sided and is not a big house or rooms,over all very impressed used 2-3times on a daily basis so far since purchasing
Cons: it is quite heavy and if you have a stubborn spot you have to press down quite firmly to get enough pressure to scrub it.
It’s not freestanding – I know doesn’t seem like a huge thing but it does really annoy me for some reason! Finally it is quite loud but I think that’s to be expected for the amount of steam generation.
OK, so we’ve now been using this Steamer for over 5 months now. We have Tiles floors in our kitchen and wooden flooring in the lounge. Everything about this Steamer has been made to the wishes of the consumer. It’s like Shark have actually listened to the customers and made exactly to our wants. I can’t fault it in any way what so ever. If i really wanted or had to give one fault, then i guess the only thing i would say is the water container is a bit small. But hey, it takes me about 3 seconds to refill it. So even then i guess it not that big a fault..I’ve got a Shark hoover that i really like and i’m so glad i went with Shark again with their Steamer. Shark all the way for me from now on..

After a succession of cleaning mops for my laminate floors, I have at last found one that really works. My floors are clean and shiny. There was no drying period, there were no wet patches. I was grateful for easy to understand instructions which isnt always the case. I love the way the cleaning head turns over! I have washed the mop twice and it has come up like new. Thanks for the tip about liquid detergent! It really helps with microfibre products and is something I didnt know. Very happy with my purchase

This steamer is very easy to assemble and use. It is reasonably lightweight. My only criticism is that it is not very effective in small and irregular spaces, especially the floors in my small bathroom and separate toilet. However, it is excellent in my kitchen. I do recommend it.
I was reluctant to buy yet another gadget – wondering what was wrong with a mop and bucket!
I decided to give this a go when it was a ‘daily deal’ and I’m glad I did. It’s very easy to use: pour water in the tank, put on a mop head, clean, throw the mop head in the washing machine.
Best of all, no chemicals needed.
Brilliant Steam Mop. I’ve had two steam mops before, one lasted 12 months the other 3 months. Didn’t buy another for years as the last one was so bad. I researched for this one lots and it certainly paid off. Quick to assemble. Long cord so covers large area. Water lasted three rooms before had to fill up. It doesn’t leave the floor wet. ( which my last one did) . The fancy quick release of the cleaning pad I thought was going to be a bit of a novelty gadget, but it actually is brilliant. I forgot what a pain the others were with their velcro pads or the fiddling about with a draw cord. The double sided cleaning pad is the best bit. You clean all the floor with one side and then can finish off with the second side to know its super clean! The extra steam spray jet happens when you flip it over too, so I wait unitl the second wipe over to use the extra spray jet on dirty areas. Honestly I’ve defintely hit 50 if I’m leaving cleaning reviews! but it is a good steam mop! Highly recommend.
Love this steamer ! It’s so easy to use and no messing about with the pads, they simply slip on and off ! If I have anything to complain about it’s that I need more pads ( but they can be purchased separately.) I have a ceramic floor and it leaves it streak free and I use the lowest setting to quickly steam over my laminate floor too

I have mostly wooden floors throughout our house and in the kitchen/dining area we have porcelain floor tiles which have been a nightmare to keep clean, always look streaky,smeary etc. Before buying this mop I had used Vileda Spray mop and prior to that one, amop which you spin in a bucket. I had heard good reviews on this steam mop and as it does not use any chemicals I bought it. I would 100% recommend it, so easy to use and leave my tiles and floors spotless. Perfect results so very pleased.
First off, you need to know that I am not a manic house cleaner by any vague stretch of the imagination. I clean because I have to, and other than the kitchen and bathroom, I tend to leave the rest of the house until someone is coming round, or I can’t stand looking at it any more! Having moved to an old farmhouse with half tiled and half wood floors, I was facing the prospect of lots of one of my least favourite chores: mopping floors. A friend mentioned they had a steam mop, which I’d never heard of, so I did some research and settled on this one. It appealed on 2 levels: 1. It looked quick and easy, and 2. It doesn’t need chemicals. From a health perspective I’ve been a big fan of using natural products as much as possible for a while, and now that we have a septic tank, it’s imperative not to use harsh chemicals. I picked this based on the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. It is really easy to use, cleans floors like a dream (goodbye muddy footprints!), is much easier on my back than mopping, and cleans and dries really quickly. Can’t really ask for much more. My only complaint is that it’s turned me into a bit of an evangelical fan of its floor cleaning prowess, which is a little on the sad side!
We use it mostly on the tile floors in the living areas, as they get grubbiest, but it also works a dream on the wooden floors in the bedrooms, though we use it on the lowest setting and move fairly quickly for them. The cable’s a good length, so I can clean a whole room without having to move the plug. The reservoir is big enough for me to clean our decent sized kitchen/diner and sitting room before it runs out.
Happily we are in a much softer water area than our previous house, so we use water that’s leftover in the kettle – just top up the little filling jug once it’s cooled down. Seems to be working fine so far, and saves faffing around with distilled water.
My final little rave is the good design for storage. The cable actually wraps around exactly where it is supposed to be (unlike most vacuum cleaners), and it hangs from a hook for easy, out of the way storage. There’s even a little place to clip the filler jug on, but that tends to live near the kettle in our house for easy filling as above. The filler jug is also the correct size to fill the water reservoir to the full mark from empty. Lots of little well thought out design points.
So, to summarise, I am happy as larry with this steam mop – seems like excellent value for something that makes a job I hated so much easier. Highly recommended.
I bought this to use in my vinyl floors and although I thought my floors were clean this mop proved me wrong! It’s easy to use, heats up really fast and cleans the floor without leaving a wet residue, ie leaves it dry, unlike a conventional mop. The only thing which isn’t a fault, but it shows in the video you can just slip the replacement pad in with a couple of clicks and not have to bend and touch the mop, I find this awkward and I’ve needed to physically bend and remove it using my hands. No big deal really, but if you are buying this and you have mobility difficulties then know that you will need to bend to slip the mop into the feet to get it in properly. It’s a good mop and I use it in medium setting and as it’s so convenient, I keep it in my downstairs loo prefilled with water (takes up very little space popped up I the corner) and just plug it in when I do my morning vac and mop. Easy peasy!
I’ve had four steam mops in in the past, each one broke after a couple of uses, so I decided to go for a shark (after a recommendation). Needless to say, I am absolutely over the moon with the shark. It’s more robust than previous steam mops and cleans my tiled and solid wood floors like a dream. I thoroughly recommend this product.

I use the steamer for the kitchen floor and the bathrooms, I did find it amazing that you don’t require detergent and the floors are still really clean.

It is early days but I am pleased with the steam mop’s performance. Compared to the older Shark I had this is:
Easier to fill
Easier to change mop heads, and
Produces better results.
I have so far only used the mop to clean a stone tiled kitchen floor but the results have been very good indeed.
After use the mop is easily removed and comes up very clean following the laundry guidance given. There is a recommendation of how many uses each mop head will last for. This has yet to be tested.
Thus far I am very satisfied with the product.
It arrived today and I have just used it on ( lazy me! ) VERY dirty ceramic tiles which have been soiled by my three dogs and wet weather! I guessed in advance that the two mop covers provided would not be enough so purchased more in advance. The Shark did an amazing job….I expected to have to clean the floor in the kitchen at least twice but ( having changed covers) it only took one clean. REALLY impressed by this…not a great fan of mopping but this is something else!!
The reviews were right and I’ve saved shedloads of money on not buying a steam cleaner for areas other than my floors ( Ceramic, tiled and hardwood ).
The steam mob is great, it does the work perfectly..
– the downside is that it is corded and a bit heavy for older people.
– it is not good for hard un-even floor.
+Beside that it cleans smooth floors perfectly
+ the dirt grip is cleans well and easy to wash, and it comes with two.
+ it fits corners perfectly.
So far it’s very good, I recommend it if you’re looking for a steam mob, I believe it’s the best in the market, unless you can buy the Hizero mob or any new wet dray vacuum/mob technology.
Having tried a few steam mops over the years and generally not been very happy with their performance I thought I should try this one as I already have the Shark vacuum and it works great. This mop is simple to use and can be refilled without letting it cool down and the results are outstanding. I live in the country and have two large dogs with usually very muddy feet and a stone kitchen floor and this mop saves me a huge amount of work and time keeping the floor up to speed and does the same with the wooden floors. It really is that good and it’s very easy to use, if you are looking for a steam mop then buy this Shark it has a lot going for it .

This steamer is great quality and cleans thoroughly compared to many other makes. From experience in domestic cleaning other big brand names at a cheaper price do not last long however the Shark products last years! Yes this steamer is heavier than some as to lift and use but the results are worth it.
Also great to be able to attach and detach the actual cleaning mat without touching it; with one simple click. Shark steamers come up trumps every time for longevity/quality.
Have you tried their Duo Clean Cordless Hoover? Amazing!!!! Beats Dyson Animal 10 any day! And cheaper!
I never thought I’d reach a place in life where a steam mop was something I desired.
However, that place has arrived in the form of small boys with poor toilet aim.
The jet steam function takes care of that, and I also bought the fabric surface adaptor for attending to vomit/urine in awkward areas such as THE BED, or THE CARPET.
There’s something about jetting high pressure steam around the toilet bowl that’s really satisfying.

I’ve had a different brand steam mop which wasn’t very good so put me off them for a while. After seeing the good reviews and the price of this I thought I’d get one. I wasn’t disappointed, it’s so quick and easy to use and leaves my wooden floors looking much cleaner than when I use a mop and bucket. It heats up really quickly and the flip function is really good
I love it. Wish it had been my first choice a year ago. I bought a Vax stick cleaner. It was impractical and a total waste of money which I purchased less than a year ago. I am confident that the design of my Shark will not fall apart and that a will have a few years of love,t clean ceramic floors
Replacement for another Shark Steam mop that we had problems with floor streaking caused by the mop heads, Tried alternative makers, different ways of washing them, but there was still a film being left on the floor.
Great improvement using this mop and its heads. Film has been removed and floor is perfectly clean.

Only fault I find is that there isn’t an on off switch on the actual mop, found that odd.
Powerful and smooth to use, pity it has to leaned against something else to stand up and the water level is difficult to gauge unless you kneel down when you fill it.
I love my Shark steam mop, cleans both my wooden floors and my tiled floors brilliantly with different levels of heat and steam for the different surfaces. Brings a gorgeous shine to the wooden floors as I sometimes found a traditional mop and bucket would leave streaks on the floor this doesn’t. Love it highly recommend and very reasonably priced. Very easy to use, nice and sturdy not at all flimsy and comes with 2 mop clothes which can be thrown in the washing machine
I like this steam mop, it’s powerful on the floors. My only Gripe is it doesn’t stand up on it’s on so It doesn’t click into place so falls over. It’s not light weight but its great to use and the extra spurt of steam is handy on stubborn marks. Also easy to get replacement mop heads, Easy to change mop heads.
Absolutely in love with this steam mop, previously owned a Karcher but only used it once as I wasn’t happy with it, this is so easy to use, and I use it as often as I can. So lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. Only down side is it doesn’t hold itself up, needs to be propped against something so it’s fallen over a few times
This was purchased to replace a different make which has given up the ghost so to speak. This new one is much more solid than the old one and has some excellent features, such as the handsfree method of changing the microfibre cleaning pad. I must say I am not the user of the machine, rather that is the other half’s domain. She is full of praise for the Shark with one small complaint, that being it is heavier than the old one, but she accepts that is the price for a much more solid machine.
Brilliant! Used to use squirt mops, but after the third broke, I purchased one of these. Easy to assemble and use and does a great job on laminate and tile. Have used Steam cleaners in the past, but they only seemed to work for 5 mins at a time before they needed to generate more steam, and had small tanks. This is great, constant stream, and the joints on the head make it really easy to twist and turn and get under sofas etc. Really pleased with it. Might check out the Shark cordless vacuums now…
Having had three floor mop / steamers in the past, I read previous reviews of this one and thought I’d give it a try. We have big dogs so need something that’s up to the job and we’re not disappointed! very easy to set up, cable length is good and the mop itself is fantastic and cutting through the dirt and for those tougher marks – you just flip it over and shots of steam blast out of it. Well done Shark for a great little steam mop!
DON’T BOTHER LOOKING AT A VAX. HAVE HAD 4 VAX STEAM MOPS AND AFTER I BROKE THE FOURTH SAW ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THIS SHARK MOP SO DECIDED TO TRY IT OUT. EVERYONE IS RIGHT, THIS IS SUPERB.

It is SO much sturdier and easier to use by virtue of its much stronger construction,LONG 8 metre cord, large rectangular mop head which can be flipped over to use both sides, 3 different steam options at the touch of a button and an automatic steam burst option for stubborn stains. My tiles dry in a couple of minutes and its fabulous on my wooden floor as well. The mop heads wash really well in the machine also.
Yes, it is a little more expensive than other models on the market but the quality and sturdiness of the product is FAR superior to the ones I had tried out and I can see it lasting for years! Also, I was lucky enough to buy it at the reduced price on offer saving myself 51.00.

I thought my floors were clean , boy was I wrong. When I got this I put it together filled it up, switched on & away I went. The cloths were black by the time I’d done my kitchen & bathroom floors. I love it when you turn it around & out comes the jet of steam. I can’t wait for my cleaner to use it also & she’ll be shocked at how much dirt comes out. I have a cleaner because I’m disabled, so she does the things I can’t do.I was like a kid with a new toy the day it arrived lol 😛 :D.
I was expecting great things for a mop that costs just under 150… It is easy to assemble, works well but you have to go over stubborn stains a few times. I got a bit confused about the double sided cleaning pad and in fact I still am! Overalll a good quality mop but I am not sure that it is worth 150
I’m not a fan of steam cleaners as the ones I have had in the past have left floors very damp. HOWEVER after reading the reviews and now having wooden floors in the house I thought I would bite the bullet and buy one. This cleaner is amazing. It produces steam within seconds and leaves no water residue on the floor. The cleaning pads are quite large so cleans a room in no time at all and leaves it so clean. The cloths can be taken off the steamer effortlessly and put in the washer. I was surprised to find there was no measuring jug but I use my iron jug to fill the water compartment so no problem there. A fabulous steamer.

However I purchased this as my 5 year vax floor cleaner had broken when we moved house.
The difference between this and the vax models are two fold.
The vax allows you to put in the detergent, leaves floors feeling soft and clean. More importantly the vax allows the floor steamer to click into itself to allow it to stand when not being used.
The shark you just prop up otherwise it just falls over. Which is rather a limitation when you have to move a chair or other item and have to let go of the cleaner.
If I hadn’t used it I’d probably return it for the newer vax model.
Just over a year ago I bought a Karcher steam cleaner and it frustrated me right from the start. The power cord was far too short and I had to move it every few minutes, there was no way of tidying the power cord away neatly, the pad wasn’t very absorbent and was awkward to attach, the hose from the machine to the cleaning head got twisted and wouldn’t ever untwist properly, and worst of all, the steam level got progressively worse even though I only used it once a week. When I had finally had enough, I was delighted to take it to the tip!
The Shark however, has been an absolute delight. It has a much longer power cord which means that I don’t have to unplug and move when cleaning my large kitchen/dining/family room, it has clips to wind the cord around neatly when not in use, the pad is absorbent and it is easy to manoeuvre (it reminds me a Dyson Ball vacuum), the steam level is adjustable and it feels so much better quality than my old Karcher. I honestly can’t believe the improvement, especially considering it only cost 99.99.
I’ve used it now around 5 times and I am really, really impressed with it. I’m really hoping that it continues to impress in the long term, but I’m quietly optimistic that it will. I would choose this over a Karcher ANY day!
First of all, this item is well packaged, assembly wasn’t difficult, a few simple clicks and you’re there! Instructions are very easy to follow. I was a big scared to tug at the water dispenser but it is a little bit on the stiff side to start with, but after you’ve opened it once, it’s fine after that! You get a measuring jug to fill which fills the dispenser perfectly.
Now it’s time to pick your heat setting. Now when it comes to laminate, I’m a bit of a scaredy cat! So I went for medium and I’m sure I’m right with this one! It didn’t take long to heat up and get going at all (once i’d ‘Click & clicked’ my steam head on).
If there’s any stubborn marks, you literally flip the head of the steam mop and you’ll get a blast of steam which you can hold on the area and then steam over. *GEEEEENIUS*
Once finished, you can wash your steam mop head in the washing machine with a LIQUID detergent (not powdered) and it comes out looking brand new! I steam my floors every other day and the amount of dirt that comes out is shocking, I wash them down every day but always worried I’d damage them if steamed too often (they’re newly laid).
I love this product and wouldn’t be without it now!
My friend has one of these and convinced me to buy one as i have four dogs in the house and all floors downstairs are either laminate or tiled. Mopping used to be such a chore and tiring..filling bucket, wringing mop out etc, etc…..this amazing machine is effortless and does the job really well! Good long cord means i can do all of downstairs without unplugging…just wish water tank was a bit bigger altho i just refilled once….love it!!
This is a brilliant steam mop, I had a shark one previously and it was terrible, I had to fill it by laying in down on my kitchen top as the locking of the tank was awful. I already changed one as the tank fell out on my feet with boiling hot water – so it is great that you have designed one where you can fill it without taking the tank off. Fabulous steam power, again much better than the last one I had!
EDIT: Forgot to add we have a Tamaskan so we get a lot of dirty traffic on a daily basis this time of year. After just 3 days I have found it’s easier and quicker to use my Shark steamer than it is to get a mop, bowl of hot water, cleaning products and towels to dry the floor afterwards when Loki bowls through the boot room, utility room and kitchen covered in winter mud! Still madly in love!
Love this product . Initially I thought the handle was too high but actually once you start using it you don’t notice.
One star removed as the steamer will not stand on its own . Excellent heat up and steam delivery. Have used cheaper products in the past which break within months. This appears to be very robust, user friendly and really cleans very well.
It works really well on carpet stains, wet beds and hard or vinyl floors.
This steam mop is excellent. I have had it now for a month and it is a joy to use. Easy, efficient and does an excellent job. I had an H2O mop before and this knocks spots of it.
I should add that our house is the ‘off road’ testing ground – 3 children, 2 dogs, a cat, tiled floors, wood floors and an ex military husband who is verging on the OCD it is certainly put through its paces.

Had this for two months now. Cleans my tile and wooden floors really well with minimal dampness, if any, left behind afterwards. Easy to assemble and use and cloths are easy to change over and wash. Only slight fault I can find is my hand hurts a little after a long clean, which I think must be due to the pumping you have to do to get steam and the extra effort to manipulate the clever revolving head into awkward corners. But still the best cleaner I’ve ever used and highly recommended.

2. Really lightweight
3. Adding water is much better as you leave the mop upright whilst filling
4. The bespoke release system is pretty good, a bit gimmicky but ok.
5. The extra concentrated jet is VERY useful I like this feature.
6. Can be taken apart for storage.
7. Provided cloth is good quality.
The Bad:
1. Not sure the head is very robust, the flip system means thin plastic sections so remains to be seen if it will last.
2. It does not stand on its own, really annoying to take it apart or lay it down.
3. Some might like the large circle handle, I don’t as its big but may not be an issue for others.
All in all I do like it and can’t fault it apart from not being able to stand it up.
This is Quality well worth paying the difference, Plug in and go 30 secs fill with water of course. Easy to use, cleans floors without mess and pools of water, dry in a couple minutes, No Streaks, 3 settings, Long lead.
This is an amazing product, 100% impressed and 100% recommend it. I have white engineered wood floors and we have used Bona wood floor cleaner in the past which was okay, but required a lot of elbow grease and even then didn’t do a perfect job
This on the other hand brought the floors back to like new, I use the low setting which is more than enough on wood floors and it means the floors dry in a couple of minutes.
The pads are easy to flip over and change, you get two pads so it cleans so much surface area. You might see a lot of dirt the first couple of times, but just goes to show what we have been living with. I also like to hoover before hand, we have a dog so there is a lot of hair.
The positives
1. Easy to use
2. Has two sides and two pads, so effectively four sides, and while it maybe filthy the first couple of times you use it, you won’t need both pads unless you live in a big house
3. Does an amazing job in cleaning the floor
4. No chemicals required, no more wipes that aren’t good for the environment
Negatives
1. Be nice to be free standing, but isn’t too band if you lean it against something…..you soon will get use to it
2. No on off switch, have to do it from the mains, again not a major issue, but maybe an auto switch of when upright, just so you can wait between areas for the floor to dry without concentrating the steam in one place
3. Being able to take it off to do the oven/bathroom etc……….but to be honest I can’t help but feel these multi purpose machines are handy and do a good job at all but never a great job at one.
4. Compact and easy to store
The negatives in my opinion aren’t important, be amazing if they were addressed in future models, but not important.
In short this is a great product that you won’t be disappointed by, i’ve only had it a week, so I don’t know what the longevity is, but if it lasts 2 years, at that price it will be well worth it.
I am able to clean a standed UK size bathroom and passage and kitchen and living room all from filling it once. It comes on really quick. I always use setting three which it the strongest setting and basically once you turn it on after 30 secs or so your ready to go
The pads are very easy to put on and off due to the way its designed and are machine washable and come out of washing machine like brand new
I am useing it on cushion flooring and wooden flooring. One thing that is much better about these compared to mop bucket too is that the floor drys basically within mins and there’s no where near the mess a normal mop and bracket causes. I would also say the floor looks cleaner too after useing the streamer compared to the mop and bucket
When I first got it and tried it out and used it on my kitchen floor which looked clean and I thought was clean. But after useing this streamer I relized it wasn’t as clean as I thought as the streamer cleaning pad was black with dirt. So clearly much better than mop and bucket and I use to scrub hell out of my floors and often snap the mop poles so it wasn’t like I wasn’t cleaning the floors well. Yet this steam mop cleaned even more
It does have a option of flipping it over to blast out a jet of stream to remove stubben stains but I don’t use this as its really not needed and I found when you do this it uses the water much quicker and fills your room full of mist. I fine it much easier to just leave mop on the stubborn stain for several secs and it does just the same thing but uses less of your water from the tank
The lead is very long and it all packs away tidy and neatly. It came with 2 cleaning pad and water fill jug. To fill the machine is easy and takes a few secs
It’s not light yet its not heavy either. Me and my misses are in are 30s but a elderly lady or gentleman could easily handly this as my 80 year old mother had a go and found it great
It is expensive at 100 but I think its worth it. Its made mopping effortless and cleans the floor better
It does take one or two goes to get use too. You have to go at a nice steady pace in order for it to clean well. You can’t just go pushing it around fast it needs to move at a slow and steady pace when pushing it so the steam does it job and lifts any dirty
I would recommend buying if you have floors to mop and fed up of the hard old fashion way of mop and bucket

After a good few months of daily use I pleased to say that this steamer is holding up just fine and the 2 cleaning pads that come with it have been machine washed many many times and are still fine and showing no signs of ware.
My house is a very busy house too with 5 young children aged 16 to 7 and two adults and a dog. So my floors take a beating each day and has to be moped daily. I gave this steamer a hard life so far and its used daily and haven’t let us down once. The kids have all used it as well and it’s as good as it was on day one. It’s even been dropped ans fallen over leaning against the wall a good few times but it’s held up just fine
One thing I should have ponited out more in my first review was the amount of time this saves you. Useing a mop and bucket use to take me about 15 mins from start to finish and useing this steamer takes about 5 mins or less. Cleaning my floors really has become effortless and there looking cleaner than they ever have.
Since buying this two of my neighbours and my sister have all replaced there steam cleaners for this model and all of them have said how much better this one is. And it’s not like they had cheap ones either. They had top of range models in other makes and they all said the other ones don’t even compair to this one.
My sister has a huge house which has wooden block flooring and tiles all the way through down stairs and has the money to buy what ever she likes and she’s over the moon with the results of this machine.
If you read all the reviews people leave on this streamer it becomes pretty clear quickly that 99% of people are over the moon with this steamer and that’s because it really does do a brilliant job and is a quality machine.

Pros : Easy to assemble, get started, easy to use. Very pleased with the cleaning of my floors. Easy to change the pads. No chemicals required just water to get clean floors.
Came with 2 cleaning pads, bought another 2 so I can wash them after each time I clean the floors.
Cons: Cable too short for my rooms so have to use it combined with an extension lead. Water tank is small ( but I suppose the other side it is lighter )
Biggest Con : It doesn’t stand up by itself and has a tendency to fall over when propped up against a counter.
Had to return the first one as it burnt out on the first use! Luckily amazon is no hassle returns (except strangely i couldnt use the post office this time and had to find a drop off location some miles away). However, the product itself is proving to be excellent. Much better than previous ones we have tried.
I’ve had a couple of models from different manufacturers. which didn’t last more than a few months. So far this one has. It’s not the lightest nor the easiest to use because of the pump action but t does the job relatively well. I still wash my floors by hand with floor cleaner once a month.
