Love the double mop head
I highly recommend this steam mop from Shark. I like the way you can use both sides of the moo head before you change it. I was struggling with moos that push the dirt around my insanely light kitchen floor, but this is so much better. I do change the moo head in the middle of cleaning the floor but then It is a large area going into a seating area.
So easy to use, just had to find a big enough hook to hang it up in the cupboard.

Easy to use, cleans well
Brilliant product! With 2 dogs I am constantly fighting the mud they bring in. This mop is easy to use, including changing the mop pads, & cleans well. Wish I’d bought one years ago!
Beautifully designed and easy to use
This mop is brilliant for use on my huge open plan tiled kitchen area. It’s light and manoeuvrable and straightforward to fill. We particularly like the ease of getting a burst of steam when it’s needed and how simple it is to change the pads.

Just make sure you DO NOT use tap water. Only use distilled water, ie from a tumble dryer or dehumidifier. Tip, use a strainer over the water inlet of the steamer as this will filter out any little bits that sometimes appear in the dehumidifier or tumble dryer water. Steam mops are designed NOT to use tap water. If you get reduced steam then use 50% water 50% white vinegar, rest mop over night and then put steamer on, ‘outside’, as it will smell of vinegar in the house otherwise, this is also suggested by Shark as an unblocking method.

But everywhere else it just lifts that dirt away. It’s quite noisy at times which if your baby is asleep I tend to not use the mop, which would be an ideal time as I’m free to do it. Also it’s quite heavy. But these are really trying to pick fault with what is an amazing effective product. Great value for money.

I absolutely love this product. I use on stone floor in kitchen. So much easier than using a conventional mop and bucket. The floor drys as you move the mop away, so no having to open doors and wait for floor to dry.

Struggled with my old shark until the handle came apart, replaced with this model,it is very easy to use and leaves floors

I had the previous model that lasted at least 8 years. This one is much better and does a great job on the acres of light colour tiles in my house.
It cleans
Once I had used it I felt more confident about changing the mop head, which at first I was nervous of damaging the head as you have to pull quite hard to open it. The flip head isa really good idea, it means doing much more areas than with one head.

One of my favourite purchases! I have two dogs which means I am ALWAYS having to wash the floors and this is an absolute life saver I couldn’t be happier with it! Only takes about 5-10 secs to create steam and is so effective!

The thing that I don’t like about this cleaner is that it does not stand up on its own, otherwise very nice cleaner.
Really good stream outpu
Really great on tiled floors and powerful enough to clean up after my hers of dogs who have no care about how dirty they make the floor! Only slight niggle is the cord is on the wrong side for me but otherwise brilliant bit of kit.
Great cleane
I really like this steam cleaner. It’s easy to use. You can clean twice the amount of floor coverage, due to being able to flip over the mop head. The steam boast is a great feature for those stubborn Mark’s. I was recommended this by a friend and have to agree they were right, it’s a great asset to a clean floor.

I love this steam mop. It is so easy to set up and use. It cleans my floors so well. I cannot recommend this product enough.
There are issues registering the product online however I found it really easy to get through the company’s customer service line and the advisor I spoke to registered it for me.
Never had a shark product and always gone dyson for vaccumes and B&D for steam mops but noticed B&D don’t seem to make any simple steam mop any more. Gave this a go and was suitably Impressed. The mop has a good length of cable (unlike our B&D) heats up quick and has very large pads meaning you get great floor coverage, flip over and you have the other side… Great feature. You can also give a burst of steam if needed via a middle mounted jet and the 3 temp settings allows for different floor types. Why this looses a star is the base doesnt lock out allowing it to free stand and needs leaning against a wall. Our B&D 60 steam mop had this so expected a 100 mop to have this feature

Really easy to use on my porcelain floors and wooden engineered living room floors and even my nonslip porcelain bathroom tiles. All floors dry so quickly and are so clean. You can walk over them within seconds. Only thing I wish that emptying the water vessel would be easier. Because you have to pick up the whole thing and then tip excess water away. But it is no problem as usually I’ve used up all the water when I’m cleaning my floors. Highly recommended.

Great on Ceramic kitchen floo
Can leave a streaky mark which is probably due to an underheated floor & drying quickly before I get chance to buff it over. For me I find it heavy to use a good excuse to get someone else to do it!!

This mop is alright I guess. Does what it says. 3 different steam levels. No streaks unless you use the higher level. Only thing is I wish there was a sharp corner addition for the corners and edges. Other than that it takes the strain out of keeping the floor tiles clea

And, it’s a pain to have to get out a regular mop and bucket — or even a mop that uses disposable floor wipes. I love that this mop is easy to use, sanitizes just with steam, and it makes the floors feel/look/smell clean very quickly. Hooray! Though you can easily use this mop without also using any floor cleaner, I sprayed some Method floor cleaner on the floors prior to going over them with this mop, and they smelled delightful afterwards. AND, you can detach the cleaning pad without having to touch it and throw it straight in the washing machine. It’s great. Anyway, I love this mop and highly recommend it.

Excellent cleaning
The best steam mop I have ever had, so good I have convinced a few colleagues to purchase as well. Very good quality, love the steam options and the option to have a steam spot boost on stubborn marks. Wouldn’t change this for any other mop system.
Brilliant machine!
I used this for the first time over the weekend. It was very easy to assemble and use, quite intuitive. I cleaned wooden, laminate, tiled and Lino floors. It gave great results. The steamer head is reversible, so you can use both sides of the pad and it stayed put the whole time. Excellent value for money and I”d highly recommend it.
Best ever steam mop
I bought this to replace a Beldray mop. Oh my word, what a difference. Heats up in seconds, cleans perfectly, easy to use. Must admit to being a bit of a Ninja freak, this doesn’t disappoint.
Excellent hard floor tile mop
The power and adaptability of this floor mop/cleaner is amazing and leaves floor tiles sparkling. It is quite easy to assemble and use although it might prove a little heavy for some people. Might be best to try out first in somewhere like Lakeland before purchase to make sure.
It really is easy to use and effective
I’ve had another steamer cleaner from a leading brand which claimed to heat up in 30 seconds but it was never simple to use and it broke after less than 10 uses. I bought this as a replacement. It doesn’t have the option to use other attachments but my main use is cleaning the floor and it’s very effective in doing that. All you need to do is put water in the tank and you’re ready to go (actually!). I’m very happy with the level of steam it releases and I like the fact that you can flip over the cloths. It doesn’t leave streaks and it’s such an ease to use.
Does what we expected!
So far so good. Thoroughly cleans kitchen and hallway tiles – high traffic area. Easy to top up with water if tank runs out as we have a large area. Quite heavy but this makes it feel substantial and solid. Extra jet of steam tackles dried on stains. Easy to change mop heads and easy to clean. Plus no detergent which saves money and is better for the environment. Well done Shark!
Superb
Excellent beast. The floor in my bakery has come up an absolute treat, it heats up very quickly. The steamer is easy to assemble and put together. I note the critic of it not standing up on its on, to be honest, it’s no different to a inferior floor steamers I have had in the past.

Excellent steam mop easy to build up from new and easy to use, i find it light enough comes with 2x mop heads and a filling jug which as u can see clips on to handle for safe and easy storage heats up really quick and has 3 heat settings low, medium and high, does a excellent job compared to other ones iv had id deffo 100% recommend this
Part missing on receip
Seems to clean the floor well but the carpet glider was missing from the box – please send me one, the “whats inside” clearly lists it as being included.
Good, but not perfec
The main thing is this mop does clean floors very effectively and boasts some clever features. Irritatingly, though, it won’t stand up on its own (if you want to break off mopping for a few seconds for any reason) and there’s no on/off switch on the mop itself. This means that if you have gone past the point where you plugged it in, you have to walk back over your nice clean floor to unplug it – or find somewhere to prop up your steaming mop! All said, I’d buy it again.

My only dislikes are there is not a switch off button on the equipment itself, you have to switch it off from the mains, which is a bit annoying if you want to stop and move an item within the room. It feels a bit heavy to push while cleaning. However, with that been said it is a great product, worth the money paid, the steam is very powerful especially when used on tiled areas ie Kitchen and bathroom and it cleans really well. I would definitely recommend this product once you can get pass the not been able to switch it off from the equipment.

Does what it sets out to do
very handy to put the cleaning pad in and out. the water heats up fairly quickly and my floor looks clean at the end of it. I only put de-ionised water so it doesn’t clog up with hard water from my sink. I am happy with this purchase. however, looking back I probably should have bought one with a tool for cleaning tiles on the wall.

So easy to use. Saves so much time. Leaves floors dry enough to walk on immediately. Would have liked an off switch on the appliance itself in order to switch it off rather than having to walk to the wall socket to do that. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend this product.
Great purchase
I’ve had steam mops before, but they were a pain to switch pads to cover the area of wooden floors I have and only usually had one level of steam. Fitting and removing the pads on this is just so easy – and being able to flip to the other side, I can cover the kitchen, hall and both bathrooms in one go with no hassle. The steam blast hasn’t won me over yet for stains as I still needed to scrub – but it is great to sterilise around the base of the toilets – and the varying steam level is handy for dialling up to clean footprints. I also got the carpet glider, but haven’t noticed any improvement on the hall carpet yet, but I’ll give it time – and cleaning the floors takes half the time and I wish I’d discovered this one sooner.

Before this mop, I was crawling on my hands and knees wiping down all the floors, this sounds ridiculous but I really dislike traditional mops. They soak the floor and spread dirty water. I tired the spray mops they left a residue, I saw the mops where you click on new pads and throw them away but that’s wasteful and expensive. I had the sponge mop you squeeze out- didn’t like it.
Now you have the background on my mopping experience, I will highlight the pros of this mop!

*If you live in a hard water area you will need to de scale the inside to do this I place the mop inside the bath (empty), open the window and pour white vinegar about 1/4 the way and turn it on high. (50p from Sainsbury’s) After letting the vinegar run out which normally takes 5 mins you can see all the limescale deposits in the bath, then I attach a new pad and mop. The bath can be rinsed clean.
I also like to add some zeflora to the pads before turning the machine on.

Before this mop, I was crawling on my hands and knees wiping down all the floors, this sounds ridiculous but I really dislike traditional mops. They soak the floor and spread dirty water. I tired the spray mops they left a residue, I saw the mops where you click on new pads and throw them away but that’s wasteful and expensive. I had the sponge mop you squeeze out- didn’t like it.
Now you have the background on my mopping experience, I will highlight the pros of this mop!
*I use water – no harmful chemicals
*The pads go in the washer with my other cleaning cloths.
*The floors dry very fast
*You can buy additional pads so you don’t need to wait for supplied 2 pads to be washed.
*Traps dirt into the pad
Cons
*If you live in a hard water area you will need to de scale the inside to do this I place the mop inside the bath (empty), open the window and pour white vinegar about 1/4 the way and turn it on high. (50p from Sainsbury’s) After letting the vinegar run out which normally takes 5 mins you can see all the limescale deposits in the bath, then I attach a new pad and mop. The bath can be rinsed clean.
I also like to add some zeflora to the pads before turning the machine on.

Heavier than I expected
The machine cleans the floors very well but it’s not so easy to fit cloths especially if you have arthritis in your hands. Gave 4 stars as it cleans and leaves the floors that they dry in minutes. It’s not overly heavy but I thought it might have been lighter than it was.
No more wet slippy floors. Just clean quick-drying ones
We love it. The kids love Using it. It’s easy and fun to use. Love that you don’t have to touch the pads. Love the extra boost function. Love you can flip the pad over without touching it to use the other side. Love that I can use it on my wooden floor. Best thing? It dries in around three minutes so no more slippery wet floors or dirty kids footprints on my clean floors. Highly recommended.

Love it very easy to use and cleans well only minor complaint no off switch ? Need to turn off at plug also won’t stand up need to lean against wall to go and turn of but this could just be me – in terms of fit for purpose great love ability to wash cloths hate dirty mops
Love this steam mop!!
This was actually a replacement due to a fault but that didnt stop me wanting another one as it is such a great mop. The flip function is great and saves time. We got it on black friday originally and it was on offer for just over half price so may be an idea to wait for those sorts of deal as its quite a premium product.

I thought my floors were clean People remarked on my shiny floors. Alas. They weren’t and I didn’t realise until I used this steamer The floors are left almost dry and you can feel the cleanliness when you walk on them It has and extra boost just by leaning it down so no messing with buttons etc Anyone who wants a new steamer floor cleaner should buy this one. I can’t rate it high enough
Fantastic steam cleane
Our last Bissel steam cleaner broke and once you have had a steam mop there is no going back to a mop and bucket.
This product is way better than our previous Bissel =- it heats up quickly and the method for putting on and taking off the mop head is very good.
My only negative comment is that it does not stand up by itself but i really like i
Easy, light & quick to use.
This has revolutionised the steaming of my gloss floor. Easy to use, lovely and light to push/pull. Lovely long lead. Quick to heat up & pads easy to attach & release, without having to touch the dirty side. Really love the way you can flip the pad & allow a jet of steam to blast the floor. The only very small gripe I have is that it doesn’t stand independently. It has to be propped up while it heats up.
A really good Steam Mop!
A really good product. I gifted this to my Mum on Mothers day, after a recommendation from my Sister In Law. Its so easy to use and really does leave the floor sparkling! I would recommend putting a tiny amount of fragranced floor cleaning liquid (mix in with the water) as it leaves a nice smell behind. I will definitely be purchasing one more for myself as I am buying a new house this year! Highly recommend.

This is the bees knees. It heats up quick, cleans well and dries quick. The cord is extremely long and adequate. The quick release of the pads is easy to use and the handle has a nice grip. This is a well thought out product. I bought spare pads as my floor gets dirty with dogs but you get two with it. They have a two day use as you can ‘turn’ the pad to the clean side for the next time. Stores away nicely.
I use ironised water in mine as we live in an extremely hard water area even with a water softener I wanted to protect the product. 10/10

Impressed
Very pleased with this steam mop. It delivers a constant flow on steam and a can deliver a blast of steam for stubborn stains. Mop pads are very good quality. It’s heavier than my previous Murphy Richards 12-1. It does not stand up on its own you have to lean it against something like the wall or table. But its an excellent steam mop. Performs very well.
Great purchase for a clean home.
It’s heavy and tiring but it does the job extremely well. I’m glad I paid for this. So easy and takes half the time a normal steam mop would.

The shark has made them look like new and I don’t know how but it leaves them with a slight satin sheen. The detachable floor pad is really easy to clean. It is also useful having a spare because you can immediately replace the used one with a clean one ready to go for next time. So much quicker and easier than a mop and bucket. The only slight downside is that if there is any residual water left in the tank you do need to pick the machine up to empty it down the sink..

easy to use and no chemicals
I like this steam mop because it is light weight and easy to use and has a long cable. The reason I bought was for the long cable. I did have another steam mop that was very good but gave to my son because the cable was too short.
There are no chemicals necessary so it is more environmental friendly.

I purchased the shark lift away hoover as said good with pets and that’s amazing so saw they do the steam mop and thought i would give it a go as so impressed with my Hoover and this hasn’t disappointed at all Absolutely brilliant helps so much keeping floors clean with 3 dogs,will need to purchase extra cloths as two only does kitchen and front room just about even though double sided and is not a big house or rooms,over all very impressed used 2-3times on a daily basis so far since purchasing

I feel reassured with a 1 year old crawler that the floors are clean and sterilised which is a big bonus for me. It had a really long cord which unlike previous ones I have had means I don’t have to keep unplugging and moving around.
Cons: it is quite heavy and if you have a stubborn spot you have to press down quite firmly to get enough pressure to scrub it.
It’s not freestanding – I know doesn’t seem like a huge thing but it does really annoy me for some reason! Finally it is quite loud but I think that’s to be expected for the amount of steam generation.

Dries really quick slightly heavy
Love this product. Only downside for me is it is a little bit heavy but works really well. Love that it dries super quick
This mop is brilliant. I thought my tiled floor was clean until I used this. I used to have a vax mop which is now at the local tip. The shark is 100 times better and my floor looks like new. It’s easy to assemble and once you put water in and switch it on its ready to go in seconds. You get 3 steam levels and a quick flip of the head gives access to a steam blast jet. This really does a very good job and I would highly recommend it.

After a succession of cleaning mops for my laminate floors, I have at last found one that really works. My floors are clean and shiny. There was no drying period, there were no wet patches. I was grateful for easy to understand instructions which isnt always the case. I love the way the cleaning head turns over! I have washed the mop twice and it has come up like new. Thanks for the tip about liquid detergent! It really helps with microfibre products and is something I didnt know. Very happy with my purchase

So I’ve tried a few on the market, the vax and karcher one and I couldn’t get on with them, we have a black granite tiles in our kitchen and everything we use would leave streaks, mopping, non rinse floor cleaner, steam mopping, you name it we’ve tried it. I was so fed up with how horrible our floor would look that I considered to replace the flooring (even though they’re beautiful tiles) and I was so skeptical on spending another 150 quid to potentially be disappointed by another steam mop. Thankfully I took the plunge and I honestly couldn’t be more happy, its so sleek and simple and the 3 steam setting is what is working wonders, this steam mop distributes the steam evenly and doesn’t drench our floors (unlike the vax one we tried, it took the floor to dry 10 mins or so and that was in the summer with backdoor open). I would start at the of the kitchen and by the time I’ve reached the bottom, the top of the kitchen is already dry.

Excellent for kitchen floors
This steamer is very easy to assemble and use. It is reasonably lightweight. My only criticism is that it is not very effective in small and irregular spaces, especially the floors in my small bathroom and separate toilet. However, it is excellent in my kitchen. I do recommend it.

I decided to give this a go when it was a ‘daily deal’ and I’m glad I did. It’s very easy to use: pour water in the tank, put on a mop head, clean, throw the mop head in the washing machine.
Best of all, no chemicals needed.

Brilliant Steam Mop. I’ve had two steam mops before, one lasted 12 months the other 3 months. Didn’t buy another for years as the last one was so bad. I researched for this one lots and it certainly paid off. Quick to assemble. Long cord so covers large area. Water lasted three rooms before had to fill up. It doesn’t leave the floor wet. ( which my last one did) . The fancy quick release of the cleaning pad I thought was going to be a bit of a novelty gadget, but it actually is brilliant. I forgot what a pain the others were with their velcro pads or the fiddling about with a draw cord. The double sided cleaning pad is the best bit. You clean all the floor with one side and then can finish off with the second side to know its super clean! The extra steam spray jet happens when you flip it over too, so I wait unitl the second wipe over to use the extra spray jet on dirty areas. Honestly I’ve defintely hit 50 if I’m leaving cleaning reviews! but it is a good steam mop! Highly recommend.

Quick and Easy to set up and use
Love this steamer ! It’s so easy to use and no messing about with the pads, they simply slip on and off ! If I have anything to complain about it’s that I need more pads ( but they can be purchased separately.) I have a ceramic floor and it leaves it streak free and I use the lowest setting to quickly steam over my laminate floor too

Brilliant steam mop
I have mostly wooden floors throughout our house and in the kitchen/dining area we have porcelain floor tiles which have been a nightmare to keep clean, always look streaky,smeary etc. Before buying this mop I had used Vileda Spray mop and prior to that one, amop which you spin in a bucket. I had heard good reviews on this steam mop and as it does not use any chemicals I bought it. I would 100% recommend it, so easy to use and leave my tiles and floors spotless. Perfect results so very pleased.
