Faulty lighting system
Unable to fit batteries 1 scew on battery compartment will not come out, other screw no problem, would like battery compartment replacing. Mirror looks good in our bathroom but unable to light up which was the whole reason for purchase

Was nervous about ordering a mirror online but reassuring to know that it would be replaced free of charge if arrived damaged. The outer box was slightly damaged but the inner packaging was very good & no damage had occurred. Absolutely love this, it looks much more expensive than it was, compared to most I’d looked at, it is very good value. Has replaced our 19 year old above fireplace mirror & really finishes the room off. Would definitely recommend this, I’m very pleased & it was fairly easy to put up. Thank you!

Very nice mirror, looks great in our lounge and very good quality. One thing to point out to would be purchasers. When I read the reviews for this mirror there were a few that mentioned poor packaging and breakages so I was a bit weary . However I received delivery today and packaging was very robust, card board box inside another card board box and lots of polystyrene layers, so on my experience I would say purchase with confidence

Lopp sided mirro
The general mirror quality is very good however after placing the two required screws into my lounge wall “level perfect” the mirror wasn’t level. The factory set rear retaining straps held each by 3 screws were not level! I had to re site the left strap down by 4mm. Otherwise it is an attractive mirro

This is a good quality modern stylish mirror, it looks great on my wall. It has 3 hooks attached to the back so its easy to attach to the wall.
