Only had it a couple of days but thinking this is one of my better buys, it looks great and easy to set up, has some nifty little apps and overall I am chuffed……. Now had it a few weeks and still very impressed, Installed a 256gb SD and phone recognises every file be that video/music/pics. I have found this to be reliable and very fast.

Great Low Cost Smart Phone.
A good easy to use phone. Perfect for technophobes like me to use. Not used the face recognition, not impressed with the fingerprint reader, bit hit and miss. You’re able to open it with your own pin number if they fail to work.
Really like it, great camera. Great phone. Normal Android apps on it make it very easy to find your way round it, even I can do it!

Hot this phone for my 12 years old son as a replacement. I had my worries as I never heard of the company before but it turned out great. He loves his phone. Screen is really big picture quality good and it’s not slow. He plays a lot of games on his phone and compering to his old one this is an absolute upgrade. He is one very happy boy
What better value can you ge
The product arrived early and looked good, it has a long battery life which I like, the face recognition I find only lasts for a certain time then you have to reset it same with fingerprint reader, it dose last longer but sometimes you have to tap it a few times to work. Other than that so far I find it good value for your money, photos are good, good memory and double sim slots, all you need in a phone at a good price.

Absolutely in love with the phone
The only downsides are it’s camera and the phone itself being bigger than what I’m used to but all phones seem to be this size as normal now anyway.
The camera doesn’t feel as good as it was advertised, but I’m not much of a picture taker anyway so it didn’t really bother me.
A relative bought an android similar to this one (OnePlus Phone) except it was 3x more expensive for her at around 300, this phone has been competing with it at everything very well (except the camera of course)

Its not perfect, but to be honest its better than a previous Motorola phone i had. its quick, easy to use and the camera isn’t that bad either.
if you use a phone for calls, WhatsApp etc its perfectly fine, and I don’t see the point in spending any more.

Amazing piece of kit for the price
Had been struggling on with an aging Huawei since my more current phone died during the first lockdown. Didn’t have much use for a mobile at that point, being a laptop kinda guy… but bought this last week and am frankly AMAZED at how powerful it is. SO FAST. My HP laptop has quadcore processors and 16GB RAM, and this awesome little phone can actually do things faster… very, very impressed.

Battery life is excellent, don’t use fingerprint or face recognition so cannot comment, camera is good enough for what I need, this phone is ideal for me without shelling out silly money for high end phones because it more than suits my needs, Android in my opinion, is a far better choice than Apple, which I have never gone anywhere near, this phone was a bargain at just over 100, so together with my sim only deal at 8 per month, this is high end performance at far less than a budget price.

Only had a couple of days haven’t used the fingerprint reader or face recognition. The phone is completely different from my previous Samsung it will take some getting used to but seems to work very well. Battery life seems to be excellent only been charged when it arrived and still going having been used a lot. Good sized screen can be used as a small tablet.

I bought this phone after reading pretty much happy reviews. I just wanted a workable product that did not cost me megabucks. I am getting used to its operation having got rid of my pesky Apple iphone whose battery never lasted more than half a day. My husband getting the brunt of my fury when it would just die on me even though I would not have looked at it for several hours. I charged my Ulephone before all the data got transferred from the Apple (which took quite some time, Apple are a law unto themselves) and this is now day two and I still have 40% battery left. AM ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. So far cannot fault its operation.

I don’t do games so no idea how it works with those but it does everything you would expect of a modern device. I do lots of social media and use word and Excel. All good and only 124 quid. Brillia
It's OK
The phone itself is ok. I probably haven’t explored everything it can do but there are some things that are not as good as my old budget phone. In my old phone I could take a good quality photograh, edit it and email it to my laptop in one go. With this phone the quality of the photo is not as good, I can crop the image but I cannot email it as a jpeg – it emails full image which takes up full page in email. The other annoying habit is – it turns off after around 30 seconds so I have to keep using a code to open it up. It also takes two nano sim cards.

Has no UK plug
Bought this as my old one had broken, nice looking and an updated version.
Turned up next day but the UK plug was missing, nothing included except one for use abroad.
Contacted Amazon, live chat, had problems getting the agent the other end to understand the problem, was in the Philippines.
After an hour of back and forwards, finely got her to send me a UK plug rather than send the phone back.
So be forewarned it does not come with a UK plug even though it states it in the discrpition.
Nice large scree
Only had this phone a week but I like it a lot always been a Samsung man taking a bit of getting used to and so far I can not get the fingerprint reader to read regularly but still fine tuning. GREAT for watching sky go Amazon Video ETC . It also comes with a screen protector and a phone protector .

Seems to have a good battery life and plenty of storage. Was able to transfer over pictures and contacts easily.
Not too keen on the camera as it has print in corner of picture. Did not have a photo gallery or music player so had to download apps which took a bit of time to find something suitable but have installed now. Phone seems to work fine. Streaming seems ok but I have not had much time to use yet. Like the colour of the cover. Price seems quite reasonable. Overall seems good have to wait and see how it functions over a longer time.

I bought this to replace another phone that had gone wonky. Reviews were ok and the price is very good. Phone looks good and isn’t too big. Fair few apps I’m never going to use on it and I absolutely hate the Easy Launcher. It took me ages to figure out how to turn the thing off once it had opened. Don’t like that I can’t put the apps into folders or remove them from the screen as I hate all that stuff cluttering up the screen. Battery life is excellent at the moment and the 4g works ok. I don’t play games on a phone so no issues there. I won’t pay hundreds of pounds for something I may break and this does the things I need it to do at a very reasonable price. Oh and a shortcut such as shaking the phone to turn on the torch would be good as I use it quite often.
Standardised handset with expected quality
Been using this phone now for more than 2 months now, standard android system so not much difficult to operate if used android system before, and running smoothly so far with no frozen and black screen, the camera is quite good for photographing provides clear and good resolution pictures, especially happy with the battery life, with normal use, it can last about a day and half without charging, but if using for video chat or browsing quite a lot, probably have to charge it on daily basis which is also reasonable. overall it’s a pretty good handset to fulfil daily use, especially with the price, with no surprise fancy functions but definitely sufficient for regular use. Will recommend.

I had broken my regular phone and needed a cheap one to tide me over to next year when my contract is up. Came across the Ulefone Note 9p and thought it looked decent enough and would do for the time being.
When I got it I was very pleasantly surprised as to just how good it was! Sure the camera isn’t as good as my last phone but everything else is perfect for my needs! The battery life is astonishingly good compared to my previous phones!
Consider me an Ulefone fan and when my contract is up next year, I am keeping this one on!

Very easy to set up, fingerprint reader response is very quick not many ringtones to choose from but you can always download more from any of the free apps available. This phone has WiFi calling if your provider allows it I’m on EE and the WiFi calling is available very useful if network drops out. All apps respond quickly with no lag. All in all a very good phone for the price does the same as premium name phones at a fraction of the cost. I recommend this phone for anyone looking for a everyday value phone.

Well having never had this brand before I gave it a try. It’s a really good phone loads of storage and a very decent battery life . You have a good choice of cases available for this phone too. All in all this is a very good phone and the only thing I would say is the fingerprint reader is a bit small if you have big hands.

It’s hard to believe it but...
I was using an old iPhone 4 as a work phone and whilst it was ok, it’s no patch on my IPhone 12 that I use personally.
I decided to take a gamble in a 100 phone and after doing some research I found the Ulefone Note9, what a find!
I have never bought a low end Chinese phone but the responsiveness of my old iPhone was driving me nuts.
The key driver for me was a phone that was more responsive that an iphone 4 and I found it, in fact it’s as good as my max pro.

If your looking for an inexpensive phone, either as a second phone or as a work phone then this is ideal!

The phone needs a better instruction manual the phone hasn’t got a smart transfer switch so that takes a bit of time and trying to navigate the phone is a bit awkward. the phone whilst being set up keeps switching off and restarting, but after a time the screen goes blank and a message appears telling you to reboot the phone but you can’t and it will not switch off so I lost heart and was going to send it back but left it for 12 hours overnight and in the morning it had updated and all I can say now is WOW !!what a phone absolutely brilliant glad I got one just be patient with i

So far very impressed for this price point. It appears to have very little processor lag on the apps I’ve tried, including playing movies and taking video. Google Duo works well and is compatible with face time and doesn’t need a Sim to make a video call. Great screen for the price and battery has a good working charge life. I’ve bought this for my 5 year old Grand Daughter as a Christmas present, I’m sure she will love it. Reliability will be the big test, but it does come with a two year warranty.
What can I say? A family member has a better known brand phone, same specs, OS, etc. that cost double what I paid for this (both bought around the same time) and the Ulefone is just as good as it, features, hardware, call clarity & connectivity all brilliant.

Why spend more when you get everything you need for the price?
As with any new mobile phone it takes a little practice to get used to navigation but after a while I found it easy to get around all apps e.t.c. The camera takes excellent photos and has aperture , ISO and brightness control in pro mode. In settings I can record my own ring tones. The battery holds its charge well. Excellent value for money.
Great phone, large screen, fantastic price
Wanted a large phone to use for social media,browsing the internet and to watch films.
This ticks all those boxes was easy to setup and has some nice features. Only being using it for a week. No problems to report so far. It seems as fast as my old phone as galaxy A7. It’s 4g is fast through the EE Network.
The jury is out for the battery. It will easily last a day, but I was expecting more.
Don’t like the fingerprint sensor which is on the back of the phone. Wrong place to put it, especially if you have a wallet type case for it, which makes it almost unusable.
Everything else is great. I think most brand name phones are heavily over engineered and pricey these days. This does everything a brand name one will do at a quarter of the cost.
I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants a practical budget phone. No big frills, no fancy name and very cheap. Also from what I have seen, ulefone give good support for it to. No middle men to deal with.
The phone arrived within 48 hours, which was a nice surprise. The set up was easy and fast. The phone looks nice and the 15 discount the seller offered at the time of purchase put a big smile on my face. The only constructive criticism I can make is that the fingerprint sensor doesn’t recognise the finger in the first attempt. The finger has to be positioned in a specific angle to be recognised and that can happen on the third attempt.
Bought this phone to replace my old one of four years that was running out of memory. Trawled through Amazon and found this one. It had good reviews was an excellent price and available for next day delivery. Have now set it up and been using it for a few days now and definitely made the right choice. I refuse to pay a thousand pounds for a phone and frankly why, when this one is available. Does what I want it to do and would recommend it to others.
Update: Had to buy a replacement phone after my phone fell out of my pocket and down the loo. Went for the same model as really happy with it.
Left it a few weeks before writing this review. For the cost, a very very good phone. Nice bright screen, face recognition does not always work, but fingerprint scanner on the back does.
Camera is OK, I also use a iPhone 11 for work, camera is not up to that standard, but for everyday images of the kids, this is more than adequate.
Battery life seems OK. I am not a heavy user, and so far the battery has gone 3 days before I need to charge it. the phone that it has replaced only went 6 hours…..

Looks great & has a LARGE screen. Haven’t used it yet as it’s a Christmas present for my beautiful 9 year old daughter.
Only had these phones for few days but very happy with them, I bought 2 for myself and my wife. Good ram and storage, set up was easy and straightforward, (just follow the screen prompts.) camera is OK but obviously not high end but adequate for our needs. Fast to respond to screen inputs. Android 10 which is easy to navigate. We don’t play games so can’t comment on that.
True dual sim slots that work well plus micro sd slot on the same tray.
Value for money phone.

A great value phone
I really love this phone. I find it very easy to use. The cameras are brilliant. The battery life is really good All the benefits half the price of comparative phones.
I wanted a reasonable priced sim free phone that would be adequate for my data usage and data storage. So far I’m very impressed. Took a day or so to get used to it as there aren’t any detailed instructions. It does have all the features I need and I’m happy so far. My previous phone was Samsung J3 and I think this has much better storage. It is also dual SIM. If you transfer a data card it has to be formatted, so ensure you save beforehand.
I love this phone BUT every so often when you unlock the screen the phone shows a message on the screen “phone strarting” ? What does this mean. Has the phone shut down and is restarting again. I need to find out as I am a First Responder and need the phone to receive emergency callouts from an emergency care line. If it cant be answered I will have to look for a more reliable phone I can be sure is on all the time.
Good points: screen size; battery life; easy to use straight out of the box. Only thing I had to customize was the lack of navigation buttons feature that was removed in Android 10 update.
Bad points: lags occasionally when opening and using some apps, especially noticable when playing games; screen display is okay but can notice the lower ppi when watching videos.
Haven’t used the camera yet so can’t comment on that, otherwise everything else works as it should.
Reasonabley priced smartphone with all features and received it in time and configured it without any hitches. I personally like it very much. Its battery power lasts full day and over. So far no complaints or unsatisfaction. Thank you

I ordered this phone to replace my Samsung. It works my Giffgaff SIM well. octa-core processor is smooth. 64GB is enough to me. The 16MP camera on the phone is stunny, I like its high resolution. Recommend!
Best value mobile on the market (in my opinion), for around 100 it is a fantastic piece of technology, it is really fast, has a huge screen, 64g memory, a fantastic camera, its easy on the eye, type c usb, really impressive battery, what’s not to like about the ulefone 9 note, it is even useful for making calls and sending texts, it is a palm sized pc and phone all in one.

Have had the phone for a few days now and find it very responsive. It easily moved the data from old phone to this one. I would recommend this as a good budget phone

The phone arrived fine and a day early. The problem I have is there are no instructions. Even how to insert the SIM card. I picked about with the device sent for ages before I managed it. Very happy with the phone otherwise. I have sent an email to Ulephone to see if they can help. Edward Theis
Wow, after years of having a flagship Samsung phone, I purchased this phone and i am very impressed.
For price to features comparrison, I am now a changed man and will definitely consider Ulefone for my next phone purchase when ever that might be.
