As I opened the box, I felt the icy fingers of fear that usually accompanies any self assemble venture. However, in this case I was pleasantly surprised. If you don’t go at it like a bull in a China shop, assembly was easy (give yourself some space). Once completed (about 40 minutes) not including unpacking and a initial check of bits and pieces and instructions, the chair was ready for use. As to its longevity only time will tell. However, since I don’t intend living in it, I am hopeful.
Most comfortable chair I've owned
This is a very comfortable chair, and one of the best I’ve ever owned. This is actually my second purchase. The reason for this is because of my own misuse I managed to break my first Songmics! Still, it put up with my constant use very well. I am sitting on the chair most of the day.

Good Value
Well. it was easy to assemble and everything needed, including an Allen key, spare bolts and a spare wheel was properly packed. It’s a heavy bit of kit so a second pair of hands an advantage but not essential.
Once it was up together it was a comfortable chair. Quite firm so if you were hoping for a sofa on wheels not for you. For me it was good and has a good lean backwards if you want to put you feet on the desk. Good back support. I’m sure there are better chairs on the market but value for money this purchase was fine.

Nice solid chair at a reasonable price
Bought this to replace my previous chair which id had for 8 years but which finally broke. Nice looking , solid, chair for the price. Looks good, deep padding and good solid armrests. Comfortable to sit in and supportive. Assembly was dead easy – if you can assemble IKEA flatpacks then you can assemble this no problem – and took around 20-30mins max. Didn’t have the problems that some have mentioned in other reviews regarding mis-aligned screw holes on components. I followed the instructions and also referred to the picture of fully assembled chair to double check I was attaching the arms the right way round. Attaching the back was easy. All the screw holes lined up and screws bedded in with use of the Allen key – one was slightly tight but I got it in.
8 months and going strong!
So I’m fat and I’ve broken a lot of office chairs. Any generic one lasts a month maybe two.
This one, I’m sat in all day at work (Lockdown), reclined back and had zero problems with it.

Large roomy chair that is very comfortable. Non adjustable arms might be a problem for some, and one of mine gets stuck under the desk at times – but for the price its a small minus…. a bit of a bugger (as others have commented) getting the arms to line up when assembling- read the instructions and definitely dont do anything up first. On the other hand its supplied with a couple of spare items which is a good idea. The chair does tilt back if required so apart from the non-adjustable arms its fine – for the price its great.

Moderately easy to assemble
The chair was moderately easy to put together on my own the only issue I had was the chair spinning round while I was trying to align the bolts. The measurements advertised are slightly out, as a big guy getting chair I can fit in comfortably is a must, the width of the seat is 51.5 cm at it’s widest point which is the front of the chair, however the width of the seat between the arms is closer to 48.5cm it may only seem like a slight thing but for a big guy that 3cm is the difference between sitting comfortably or having to get painful indents on the legs.

Great material, nice to the touch. Sturdy construction. But what showed me the quality the best – right away – was the wheels – smooth as butter, quiet – what a jump of quality from my previous I*ea chair. Highly recommend.

Bought to save my back from using my dining chair every day. Arrived quickly and the instructions are pretty clear and assembly took about 15 minutes for one person. There is an Allen key provided but you can speed things up by using a decent tool. Good lower back support and the recline and height adjustments offer many options
Great chair... slight user issue
This chair is very comfortable, great level of padding and the fabric is so soft. The instruction manual is very clear on the assembly and even clumsy me was able to build it (I am still doing a little achievement dance to celebrate this fact) however if you try to attach the arms backwards the product becomes very hard to assemble, do not do this!

Easy assembled comfy chai
This chair was easy to assemble following the pictorial guide, all the holes lined up perfectly, and arms, wheels etc.fitted easily . no extra tools required, just the allen key that was supplied with the componants . all the screws, washers etc. were held separately on a piece of card covered in a clear plastic making identification a complete breeze. a nice touch was that a spare screw and spare wheel were also included in the box. it is comfortable to sit on and moves across a carpeted floor with ease
Very comfortable reclining chai
I bought this chair, as the one I owned had a failure of the shock absorber system, (which was not replaceable or serviceable) so the chair was always in its lowest position which made it too low, therefore uncomfortable to sit on after an hour or so, and after many months of putting up with this issue (due to how expensive the chair was) I had enough and threw it out (much to my satisfaction!) and bought this one.
To assemble is really easy, it can be done without any hitches with one person, instructions are set up for the most hopeless DIYer, and as all the bolts are the same, I can’t see how you can manage to assemble it incorrectly, so long as you follow the steps like anything.
It is very comfortable, reclines, goes up and down without a hitch and for the money, I don’t think you can do better. It is easily as comfortable as my old chair (when it worked properly) hence why I gave it a high rating.
Well made and very comfortable chair at a good price
Managed to put this together quite easily and it is a very comfortable office chair for my husband who has an arthritic hip and is 6ft 7ins tall. He is delighted with it, as the dining chair he was previously using was too hard and painful for him. The cat also loves to sleep on it when my husband’s not on it!

Not to bad to put together on my own I would suggest putting back and arm rests together then attach to base though
I’m a short 70yr old woman and had no difficulty putting the chair together. It took about 45 minutes but would have been less if i’d not attached the second arm the wrong way round and therefore had to remove and put back on the right way, and if I’d fully understood the ‘not to tighten screws’ instructions. You need to leave the arm and back screws quite loose in order to get the back into position, then you tighten the screws. It does say so in the instructions but I didn’t leave the screws sufficiently loose so had to loosen them all.
Comfortwise, as I said I’m short. Consequently the seat is a little too deep for me and I’m finding myself sitting too far forward to benefit from the support from the shaped back. The seat itself is nicely padded and far more comfortable than my previous chair.
Having had my previous chair break after a number of years of use, I purchased this one based on some mixed reviews. I’ve now been using the chair for a few days and have the following observations.
QUALITY
The chair seat and back are made of faux leather which is quite soft under touch. It certainly doesn’t feel heavy duty or that it will stand up to much wear-and-tear. The cushioning on the arms is not particularly thick and I suspect will wear out quickly. Having said that, I have only had the chair for a few days, so time will tell if the material lasts or not.
It is also worth noting that the arms are made of a composite plastic material and is NOT metal as the picture might lead you to believe.
BUILD
The instructions are very straight forward and easy to follow. All the parts you need are supplied along with an Hex key to tighten the supplied bolts. The chair doesn’t wobble once constructed and feels quite sturdy.
COMFORT
The chair is able to swivel 360 degrees and also has a tilt mechanism for which the strength needed to tilt can be adjusted. The chair is wide enough for me to sit cross-legged if I wish to and the cushioning is quite comfortable for prolonged use.
VALUE
This is a decent chair but I’m sure there are better value alternatives- it’s finding the right one that’s the difficult bit. For a few pounds more I could have picked up a chair with massage functions!
OVERALL
It’s a fairly decent chair at the price mark and feels comfortable and sturdy. Time will tell if it remains sturdy and comfortable though. Based on my use so far, I’d recommend the chair. I most likely will come back with an update after a few months of continuous use.

Wish I had had this at home years ago. Received it very quickly. It is easy to assemble and to set in terms of height, back movement etc. The very chair I needed. I work from home and spend quite a number of hours at my desk and on my computer. This chair is so comfortable, just the job. I am happy to recommend this item.

Came in one big box, easy to assemble (took about 20 mins) really comfy and supportive. There’s loads of padding, it swivels nicely, has a lockout upright position and a rock function but the backrest is not adjustable on its own.
I’m 6’2″ and 18st – I work from home so I am sat in it 8 hours a day minimum and I have had no issues whatsoever. It hasn’t squeaked or complained about prolonged use etc, so far it’s bee great, I guess only time will tell in terms of durability but I have high hopes given I have used it for 6 weeks now and had no issues, glad I bought this over some of the others advertised.

Very comfortable faux leather chair, easy to put together without assistance, if you’ve ever put together something from Ikea or B&Q you won’t have any problems with this chair, I’m 6’2″ and 1 5 stone and I can lean my head back comfortably on the back of the chair and it holds my weight easily, this is not a reclining chair, but it does rock back so you can lean back a bit.

Very very nice chair, no problems assembling it as long as you follow the instructions to the letter. I read some reviews about struggling to fit the armrests but really it’s not so bad. I’ll be happy to advise anyone if they need help via Amazons Q&A if they get stuck or aren’t sure. The chair itself is very comfortable and is of high quality for the price. It has a sprung reclining action and adjustment is a breeze.

I have bought a couple of similar products from other sellers over the past few years and have been disappointed with the quality but this product is excellent. It arrived very well packaged and ready for assembly. Assembling it was straight forward with the possible exception of locating the back rest which took a little wrestling and a few swear words to get right.
Once assembled I was delighted with the quality of construction, particularly the important parts such as the gas strut (which I find cheaper units try to save money on with poor consequences). The upholstery is well fitted and gives firm but comfortable support and seems easy to clean. The height adjustment is more than adequate and the tilt function will suit those who like to lean back with feet on desk.
A nice touch is the addition of spare wheels, screw, washer etc.
I would highly recommend this chair as well worth the reasonable price and would certainly recommend the seller who describes the product honestly and accurately.

Nice enough chair but the foam feels just a bit too weak. As I sit, it feels quite flat/hard like a wooden chair. The support is OK but not comfortable enough for me. I’ll keep using it but the memory foam chair I had previously was better quality. FYI, I’m average build.

However…. the caster wheels may well wreak havoc if you have a wooden floor. The problem is the wheels do not have a flat profile against the floor. Rather the inside edge of each wheel sits proud and digs into the floor, leaving the floor looking like something from dancing on ice

I should really get some more of these for the rest of the office! Very comfortable, well padded and absolutely ideal for sitting in hour after hour when seated at a desk, working. Coasters work well and the comes supplied with two more in case some break (presumably whilst playing whacky races up and down the length of the office).

Good quality, well padded, very supportive, have now bought another,not the cheapest but good value for money, comes flat packed not the easiest to construct ,do not tighten any of the srews that hold on the arms until you have them all started
Comfy and good for price
Impressed for the price. Takes a bit of assembly and getting the back on was quite hard. Comfy once done. Material good enough. Wheels are a bit cheap looking but overall very happy and much cheaper than most places.

I’ve bought similar cheaper chairs made in the far east that only last a couple of years or so before problems start. It may be twice the price but the build quality, comfort and style well justifies the price. I should add that (sadly) I’m a 20+ stone bloke and it copes well with me. The chair even comes with a couple of spare wheels, just in case.

This chair has just arrived and I built it and love it already. My old trusted was falling apart and had got to the stage I had to fight with it every few days to get it unstuck from some wierd position. I spent a good few hours everyday on my chair so it’s important it’s right. My last chair I couldn’t have the wheels on from the start, else it was too high to fit under my desk, so I love how low this chair actually is with the wheels. It’s got good padding on the arms and the whole chair is very padded. The lumbar support is very nice and high enough back to rest my head even. love it love it love i

Yes it is tightly sprung when reclining and it does not lock into a pushed back position but honestly I’m not looking to put my feet up or sleep in it either so it’s perfect as a fully functioning office chair.
Came in a smallish box considering it’s a decent sized chair kind of flat packed (rectangle box) only weighed 15KG as well so moving it upstairs was fine.
So putting it together took 5 mins oh yeah plus the extra 15mins fighting with it to get the last damn bolt into place not easy at all and I am more than capable was very frustrating indeed it just would not bite or go into place. (No I didn’t tighten all the other bolts first I left them loose only tightened all once fully made and you should do the same or you will never build it)
Highly recommend this chair, price very reasonable and delivery next day (prime) manufacture to high standard for price, comfort, really good back support and comfortable but firm.

The only slight criticism is that when reclining the chair the spring controlling the return to the upright position is so powerful you have to push against it to remain fully reclined.
Though this of course helps in reverse to get the chair upright.
