I (as well as my MiL) love these diapers. They are super absorbent, very comfortable, she says it doesn’t feel like she has a diaper on. But unfortunately we do not buy these regularly because they are expensive! Other than that she loves them

larger than expected
It has not solved all the problems. I will but the mediums size and see if that fits better and stops leaks

Too much packing
The product is perfect but there was too much packing yards of brown paper used because the box was too big the box was unnecessary all that was needed was a label on the product just like the post office do

Bought large for my Mother who is now bedridden. Medium might have been big enough. Very pleased with the extreme absorbancy and strong adhesive tabs.

I really like these diapers. I've found them to be very absorbent And comfortable. Packaging could've been a bite more discreet but the diapers themselves are great.

Being bed ridden and living in a very poor (?) nursing home which is understaffed and with supply shortages, I got tired of poorly fitting diapers that were changed only once every shift. Soooo, I bought my own -- Sunkiss Adult Overnight Diapers. Comfortable and super absorbent. Thank you!!!

I purchased these Adult Diapers because they were maximum absorbency and they were exactly what I was looking for. As a caretaker it is important to have a quality adult diapers for your patients needs. They are just the right thickness and very absorbent and the fit perfect. Sizes are pretty accurate on this brand. They look good and are comfortable. I would highly recommend this product if your looking for a quality absorbent adult diaper. The price is quite adequate as well.

I bought this for my sister after her recent operation with complications. She is 5’7”, weighs approximately 100 lbs., and wears a size 4 misses on a good day. The product itself is good the problem was that S/M was too large. If they came in a size S I would be inclined to try again.

88 year old mom used these.She had no complaints. The material used to make these were the selling point for me.
I got a severe intestinal infection with bad diarrhea and this product kept me much cleaner without horrible messes to clean up. Very well designed for my needs.

These adult incontinence briefs fit my waist well; so, the sizing chart (picture 3 of the 7 pictures at the top upper left of the product description page) is accurate for me.
The brief fits my waist fairly comfortable, thanks to the elastic band, so that it does not feel overly tight and not too loose.
The tabs (with the adhesive) do not stick as well as I’d like. After several hours, part of the tab lifts away instead of firmly sticking.
The briefs are thick, and when I am wearing this and then have pants on, family members can tell the difference versus me just wearing pants without the briefs.
These briefs absorb fluids very well.
Expiration date and manufactured date can be found on bottom of the plastic outer package.
Overall, these briefs have two important properties I look for: good absorbency, and fits my waist without irritating the skin.
These adult diapers have heavy absorbency so they are not meant to be thin and discreet. If an adult size diaper is what you need these should work. They have elastic in both the front and back waistband plus adhesive tabs. These are probably best for someone who is sick, wheelchair bound, or bedridden and can’t get up to use the restroom. If you are looking for a thinner, lighter incontinence product this may not be what you want. For caregivers who need something for toileting and bedridden patients, these are pretty much like any other adult diaper. They are soft.
