Measure your chest: wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest. Do not pull the tape too tightly around the body. For value accuracy, only wear thin clothing when taking the measurements.
Measure your waist: wrap the measuring tape around your waistline – just above your belly button and where your waist naturally goes in slightly.
