Last one only lasted four years but then started to leak. let’s hope this one lasts longe
Replacement of previous Swan teasmade. Wouldn’t be without it. Used one for 40 years. I don’t care if other people scoff at the idea.

Makes lovely hot drinks and easy to use. Maybe for some people clock is a little bright but no bother to us.

It’s a very good product apart from the lid..it should be a flat lid so you can use it to put cups on it. Otherwise it’s perfect..would like real clock hands though
l bought this as a present although I was able to give my opinion on the look of it I did not see it working so in this respect I cannot give an opinion.
This product came quickly and is easy to use. In fact it has not changed from when my parents had one 50 years ago! No need to change it. Works well.
Bought this for my mother in-law after she damaged her old one. She so pleased with this product. For her it’s easy to use gives up to four cups of tea she could not be happier with this product.
As I am getting older and wishing to have a morning ‘cuppa’ in bed, this Teasmade fits the bill. A little larger than I remember, but just as good.

Great night light, nice ergonomic design. We had the previous version which was also great. This one just looks more modern.
The only downside is that the little ceramic notches inside to hold the lid on have come off so I have to careful when pouring but it means I am self reliant on making a brew at whatever time of day or night I’m awake. Can’t recommend this enough!!!!!
The clock is bright so I sometimes cover it with a sock but that’s ok
I bought this as a gift ( but of fun) for my wife at Christmas. However, she absolutely loves it. She said the quiet boiling noise wakes her up gently to a hot cuppa well actually two as it big enough. The retro style went down well too. So big hit all round here!
once I got the hang of it is easy to use. Remembering to put the water using the pot provided for measure purposes.

Can only go on personal experience but as this is a replacement for a worn out item it would appear to be of an acceptable stamdard.
There was nothing I disliked.. easy to use and great design. Boiling takes about 3 mins.
Like the new shaped model, it’s great to have tea made without having to get out of bed

Couldn’t live without this. Easy to set up and use – quite noisy when boiling but as it’s an alarm I guess it’s not a biggie. Need to find a nice small thermos milk bottle though. Great to have a cuppa in bed on a wintry monrnjnf.
The blue disc of light is a bit too bright in the night.

Our old teasmade finally bit the dust so as we could not live without we replaced it. And it is just as good.

Works well and is good for early cup of tea. Tea pot can be difficult to get in and out, needs practice.
Works well but no facility to turn off blue clock light or even dim it down. Not great if you like to sleep in total darkness.
Very good method of waking to a mug of coffee but the teapot has a lid which is badly designed.
It rattles and is awkward to fit and to remove.

We had never had a teasmade before so have nothing to compare it with but since purchasing this item we have loved it! Nice light on clock, not too bright. Good radio function with alarm mode. Perfect sized pot for tea for two. The only criticism I have is that the clock takes a while to set/reset but otherwise a great product.
I love my teasmade and it is so easy to use and to keep clean. I would recommend it as first class.

Wonderful to have one back since my old one wore out.
It has all the usual teasmade features. Unfortunately the “designers” have got at it, so it no longer has a flat top with a tray, and it has a digital clock with a face which simulates an analogue clock. This is OK – it is unnecessarily bright, although I don’t find it keeps me awake as some reviewers elsewhere have commented – but it would have been easier and better to have a normal digital clock face. But apart from that, it works well!
