Jetzt gnnte ich mir das Original und kann nur empfehlen die paar $ mehr dafr aufzuwenden.

I'm certainly no expert having only watched a few videos on how to use this equipment, but I wonder how any one particular muscle or muscle group gets its maximum benefit from movements that are as limited in length, arc or position as those allowed by this equipment. Still hunting through videos with some hope that I can eventually look like some of the guys in the ads by using this equipment. I should probably give it more of a shot. I am feeling a little of that welcome soreness one gets in places from a good workout.
