Der TRX All-IN-ONE ist ein optimaler Ganzkrpertrainer. Ich trainiere mehrmals in der Woche mit ihm und meine Rckenprobleme sind schon viel besser geworden. Sehr vielseitig einsetzbar und einfache Handhabung. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis.

Ich mache seit Jahren TRX im Fitnessstudio. In Zeiten von Homeoffice habe ich mir dieses Artikel gekauft und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Auch wenn der Code, der zu einem angeblich 6 Monate freien Zugang zu bungen ermglichen soll, nicht funktioniert. Aber darauf kommt es hier erstmal nicht an.

Love the TRX System, my favourite to use at the gym. I’m not sure why I didn’t get one for myself long ago.
You can literally take it and use it anywhere, even on a vacation or buisness trip.
Attach to the wall, on the ceiling or as simple as the back of a door or even a tree.
Great for beginner or advanced workouts. Join the club, or look up on Google for exercises. It’s that simple to use.
Bottom line… just get one!!!

I am really amazed at how the TRX engages my entire body throughout the workout. I bought it for my wife to use and I use it more than she does. The versatility in exercises and stretches is amazing and really gets the heart rate screaming. There are also a heap of free YouTube TRX videos to follow. If you are looking for something new to spice up your routine, really consider TRX.

Very easy to use at home!
I like the easiness to use this exercise equipment. During COVID, I stopped going
to the gym. But now I can do my moderate work out at home easily with this.

I was concerned about previous reviews that mentioned not being able to register the product but I had no issues other than the « key to free » card included: no where on the trx website to enter this code for free access to workouts! I contacted trx who promptly replied. Asked for a picture of the card and then granted a one year access to their on demand workouts

Quality is good. I wanted wider straps so opted for this combination rather than the lighter 'Go' travel version. I've been using my daughter's TRX Pro. She now wants it back. So this set is very similar to the Pro's wide straps that I've been using. Only negative comment is that the sponge covers on both grips have several indentations and crevices. Not smooth as in the picture. Not worth the trouble to return for this defect. I'll keep but deducted 1 star.

TRX is always high quality & Made in the USA...Look for deals with TRX rather than compromising quality...TRX is great for body weight exercises and strengthening & toning...there are so many TRX workouts and mine came with a TRX exercise poster...i believe you can scan the TRX barcode and get instructional videos

I bought this during the pandemic shut down to workout at home. It is really a great piece of equipment. The basic workout it comes with will not get you huge but will keep you toned and a great workout. Great for travel too!

Der Trainer und das Zubehr wirken sehr hochwertig und stabil. Die fehlenden Dbel die hufig bemngelt werden, strten mich jetzt nicht. Ich htte sie ohnehin nicht verwendet, da ich dann lieber auf Schwerlastanker von Fischer vertraue, als den ggf. billigen Chinakram.
Was mich aber strt ist, dass der kostelose Zugang zur Premium App nur noch fr 90 Tage statt wie beschrieben fr 6 Monate verfgbar ist. Danach zahlt man 5,99$ pro Monat. Eine Kreditkarte muss zudem zwingend hinterlegt werden, damit man berhaupt einen Account anlegen kann. Den vergnstigten Zugang habe ich auch nur mittels englischem Kundensevice (mit integrierter Dolmetscherfunktion auf deutsch) erhalten, da die beiliegende Karte “KEY TO FREE” so nicht mehr verwendbar ist. Zustzlich hat mir der Kundenservice Zugang zu einer Dropbox gegeben, wo ich mir alle bungen als Video und PDF runterladen kann.
Trotz der Enttuschung ber den eingeschrnkten Premiumzugang zur App, gebe ich dennoch 4 Sterne, da zum einen die Qualitt sehr gut ist und der Kundenservice wirklich freundlich, schnell und flexibel ist. Einen Stern ziehe ich aber dafr ab, das nicht das drin ist, was drauf steht.
Must Buy TRX System
I mix the TRX with weight training and love the TRX system. The only recommendation I have is if you are looking to anchor the TRX system into concrete block in the basement, the wall anchors that come with the system are not long enough and could come loose; my contractor installed longer ones that were more secure. I’m not saying the ones that came with the system won’t work, but the contract felt it was best to add more security because of the way the system is designed to be used.

I love this thing! I use it daily for so many exercises and during this last year not going to the gym, I threw it in my backpack and took it to the park to attach to the monkeybars and did some outdoor workouts in the sun and fresh air. Versatile and easy to use. Seriously, you'll love it.

Proven product, bad manual and guide
If you are reading this review, I probably don’t need to sell you on suspension training. I went for the TRX instead on one of the cheaper knockoffs for safety. I knew what I was getting and didn’t have to worry about a strap fraying or snapping, leading to injury. And a quality set is what I got.
I’m deducting a star because the included documentation is unacceptable at this point. It includes a key code for a free workout that is no longer free. The included workout guide has been I assembled out of order and is impossible to follow. Luckily there are a million resources online to find workouts, but if I’m paying a 300% premium over the competition, these are details TRX needs to get right.

These are great. I have 2 pair, 1 in the office and another in my home gym. So many great exercises for every body part. In my gym it provides additional exercises for diversity. I always bring them away with me so I can work out in the room or outside without needing a gym. I've tied them around trees, awnings, railings, etc. You get a great stretch and pump. Far better than it looks or you would imagine. I enjoy using different stuff in my gym but you could easily get the job done well with only these straps!

I am loving the TRX workout straps. I have used the over-the-door attachment so far and I am loving the workouts. I haven't installed the x-mount yet but I will soon. I love the versality that this offers me. I plan to use it outside when the weather warms up. This is a great item; highly recommend!

Excelente relacin precio/calidad. El equipo viene tal y como se anuncia. La calidad de los materiales es excelente y fue muy fcil de instalar con el anclaje original que se vende tambin aqu. Solo recomendara que si se va a fijar en concreto se utilicen otros tornillos especiales y taquetes para que quede bien. Por lo dems, sper recomendable.
I was a little disappointed when I realized that many exercises cannot be done with the door mount. Also, and I don’t know if this means anything, apparently the item I received is a knock-off, since TRX tells me the serial number is invalid.
I bought this, because I use this at PT for lower body exercises. Once I have a chance to study the other exercises, I will give them a try. I like the TRX, because it keeps you in the correct position/alignment. This is awesome for any of my fellow friends with connective tissue disorders! You will not hurt yourself with the lower body exercises! I cannot wait to try the upper body exercises. I would “assume” YouTube has tutorials.

I was introduced to the TRX at my gym, by my trainer. I have a multitude of sports injuries accrued over the decades and have a cranky back and two total hip replacements. Plus a bad left knee. My trainer said “this will open up those hips” prior to my workout. I was skeptical; another contraption, blah blah. But he starts every session with it, and it helps me loosen up and prepare for the rest of my hour.
OK, then the virus hit and I limited gym sessions to 1x/week. So I investigated the TRX for use at home. I thought it was expensive, but I went online, saw how easy it is to set up in my residence, and bought it.
Well, it’s a lifesaver. YouTube videos of exercise demos show the range of activities that can be done. I still just use it to loosen up/stretch, with squats and rows. It helps my back and my hips, especially with long hours in my home office working remotely in front of a computer screen.
It’s sturdy, just like the one my trainer uses, and it helps me a great deal: physically and mentally. I say go for it. It’s expensive, but it is built very well and is very versatile.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and the exercises keep my joints from stiffening up. It's also very portable and I can take it with me wherever I go. It has definitely improved my range of motion. At 70, I'm healthier now than I have ever been.

Wenn ich einen Punkt zu bemngeln habe, ist es, dass bei der Halterung keine Dbel dabei sind. Da die meisten die Halterung wahrscheinlich in Beton anbringen, wre das aber sehr hilfreich.
Habe 2 Schwerlastanker vom Baumarkt genommen… die Befestigung hlt jetzt theoretisch 1,2t. 🙂

Muy buen producto para entrenamiento funcional con suspensin. Llevo una semana usndolo y estoy muy contento. Producto original y a buen precio en relacin a la marca y otros paquetes disponibles. Todo lleg como la foto. Perfectamente cerrado y empacado, en perfectas condiciones. Este incluye todo lo necesario para hacer trabajo adentro o fuera de casa, en interiores y exteriores.
If you have the option or a room, it's definitely best to have the large affixed attachment to a ceiling. Since I'm moving around a lot right now, I'm using the door attachment instead - it's of course not quite as versatile as the ceiling, but it's great and as good as you can get from a doorway. :)

Erwartungen weit übertroffe
Ich liebe es beim Online-Einkaufen, wenn Produkte das halten, was sie versprechen. TRX hat meine Erwartungen sogar bertroffen. Schnelle Lieferung, gute Verpackung die auch fr die Mitnahme im Urlaub gut geeignet ist, gute Beschreibung. Ich liebe Dinge die auch gut aussehen. Macht riesig Spass damit zu trainieren.

Easy to follow instructions and lots of different exercises to choose from . I find it a nice option to help work out and stay fit when stuck at home . You can also take it anywhere when you are able to . We use it outdoors as well .

I’ve always been a fan of the TRX system and I’m finally glad I pulled the trigger on buying one. This is an absolute must for any fitness fanatic as the exercise possibilities are endless.
The only recommendation I would make is that if you’re using the door anchor, make sure it’s a solid/stable fit. I didn’t have issues, just took me a few tries to find a good anchor spot.

Es un aparato de mucha calidad. Se ve slido resistente y va perfecto. Haba ms baratos pero prefer pagar ms y tener ms calidad.
The stirrup loops are small. It's only a problem for exercises that require a person wearing shoes to put their feet through the loops. Typical running shoes may be too wide to do it.

Das Original ist natrlich fr mich unbertrefflich aber es hlt auch, was es verspricht. Die Verarbeitung ist super und mit der entsprechenden Decken- oder Wandbefestigung steht dem Training und Spa damit nichts mehr im Wege.
Das enthaltene Workout und die Einleitung, die man ber den Code auf der TRX Seite einlsen kann, helfen sehr gut dabei ein zu steigen.
Ansonsten kann ich damit Trainieren, wie im Studio. Vielen Dank fr dieses Tolle Produkt und das top Preis Leistungsverhltnis.
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
Trainingsgerät für Physiotherapeu
Mein Sohn wollte dies Gert zu Weihnachten haben. Er schult gerade um zum Physiotherapeuten. Er hat uns gezeigt wie man dieses Trainingsgert einsetzen kann. Auch die Handhabung ist super, einfach ber die Tr hngen, Tr schlieen und trainieren. Man kann hiermit den ganzen Krper anregen um die Muskeln wieder in Form zu bringen. Besser ist es allerdings wenn man einen Freien punkt im Haus oder Wohnung hat, dann kann man 360 frei trainieren.

This is an excellent home setup. It works great on a door and supports my weight very easily when doing any variety of excercises. The straps are easy to adjust. I plan to take these with traveling when I am not able to access any gym facility.

Trotz des recht hohen Preises, habe ich mich fr dieses orginal TRX entschieden, da ich mir ein Produkt mit hoher Qualitt kaufen wollte um viele Jahre Freunde daran zu haben, da ich tglich damit trainiere. Sicherlich erfllen auch die gnstigeren TRX” ihren Zweck und wenn man diese nur ab und zu benutzt halten diese wahrscheinlich genauso lange.
Die mitgelieferte Netztasche ist auerdem sehr praktisch, so kann man es auch jederzeit auf Reisen mitnehmen um sich auch im Urlaub fit zu halten.

When gyms closed for the 2nd time I knew I needed something to push me. This is it. While I cant wait for gyms to open to push some heavy metal, I will continue to use TRX. Great stretch and even things I was skeptical about, like bices curls, give you a good workout and pump. Just bought a $20 bracket for a celling joust in my garage and its ready. when not in use it folds up for storage and it seems I can even use it while traveling with a door strap.

My wife and I have only been using the TRX for a week now. Easy to use, video very helpful, only takes about 30-40 minutes a day but at this time feel positive about the system.

Trx abbastanza caro come prezzo ma costruito decisamente con ottimi materiali. Io l’ho usato ancora poco ma metto le 5 stelle in fiducia per la durata dell’attrezzo nel tempo e con l’utilizzo.
Works for having strength training without all of the gear, the weights and the costs. I just have to build back my strength to where it was pre COVID since there has been no gym.

We used these units at our favorite gym (Orange Theory) so we knew what we were getting, and we have a range of exercises we know how to do with it already. We liked it enough at the gym to want one at home in this time when going to the gym is not practical. With this unit we purchased for our home gym, it’s great to get all the extra features and support from the makers. They offer a nice package of instruction, ideas, and techniques. Recommended.
With COVID restrictions, my local gym removed their TRX suspension systems because of disinfection challenges after each person’s use. However, they allowed me to bring my own TRX suspension system for my own personal use and training with my fitness coach. I purchased another set leaving one in my gym locker and keeping the other one set up at home. I’m 70 years old and still working a job I love. Last November I committed myself to a major lifestyle change by going with a plant-based regimen with a desire to be healthier which also necessitated incorporating a physical exercise routine. I run 21 miles a week for cardio and work out in the gym 6 days a week for strength exercises. I’ve been using TRX for almost a year now and proper guidance from my fitness coach has increased my overall body strength and improved my posture. I use the TRX in combination with some other gym equipment. I like the TRX because I can adjust my body positions to increase or decrease resistance and increase or decrease my muscles time under tension. I’ve realized the TRX system exercises micro-muscles that I wasn’t aware of. Bottom line, I’ve lost 45 lbs. Went from a waist 37 to a 30. Cholesterol dropped 40 points. Sugar levels dropped. My blood pressure dropped to the point my doctor is ready to take me off my blood pressure meds. I feel great and the TRX system played and continues to play, an important role in sustaining my health.

I DO NOT like to exercise, but I LOVE the TRX! I was introduced to the TRX through physical therapy, and used it some in the gym before COVID-19. My husband and I were looking for something we could do at home to stay active as winter closes in. A friend mentioned that we could get a TRX…so we did! We hang it over the front door because we can’t put holes in the wall…and it works fine. (It would be better if we could mount it on the ceiling ‘cuz sometimes the door gets in the way. Hopefully in our next house.) Oh, you don’t have to be young (we are 67 and 72) or super fit to start out. You progress the difficulty of the exercises as you get stronger by moving your foot position or going from on your elbows to straight arms. In the short time we’ve had the TRX, I’ve used it 3 times a week and lost 8 total inches, increased muscle mass and gained flexibility. The best thing for me though is I don’t have to force myself to do it; it’s now just part of the daily routine.

Das Fitnessstudio zu Hause. Auch fr mich als Anfngerin gut zu nutzen. Nicht gnstig, aber die Qualitt ist schon toll. Anleitung nur auf Englisch, was m.E. nicht sein muss. Da knnte der Hersteller eines weltweit verkauften Produkts wirklich mal nachbessern. Es gibt allerdings im Internet zahlreiche Videos zu Handhabung und Training. Von daher: kaufen!!!

Maravilloso trx, si haces ejercicio en casa y quieres cambiar a algo diferente y entretenido esta es la opcin. Los videos de entrenamiento estn en ingls y el entrenador es medio nefasto, fuera de eso excelente!???

There’s a reason that these are expensive, they’re much better quality. I have purchased alternatives, but they don’t feel as good as these. I use them most days in the gym ,they extremely versatile. Don’t purchase the version with the online videos, you can get most of that from YouTube PT videos for free.

I was not interested in having to deal with multiple stretch bands, etc. My son’s coach had recommended the TRX for him, and I got to test it. With this system, you just adjust your stance to adjust the weight. I ordered it for myself, and it is excellent. Strong components. Get the base system and not the travel one. This system is still very portable and light and has steel components. Very easy to hang and use and fully adjustable to whatever door height, etc.

Exceeded expectations – so many different workouts and plenty of them incredibly hard like lifting heavy weights. It’s better if you can suspend it i.e. free hang it rather than use the door thing, because there are many exercises with feet in the loops where against a door that is annoying
