As with other exercise equipment ,good if you use it as per instructions.
ITS JUST A BIT LOOSE AT THE BOTTOM, DOSENT STOP THE EXCERCISE WORKING.
Would recommend this exercise equipment easy to use you can go at your own speed and you definitely do get results
This is a great, fun way to keep in shape! Very easy to assemble, extremely sturdy and away you go! The accompanying DVD hasn’t been used simply because I got it up on YouTube. I love how easy it is to twist away 20 minutes whilst listening to my favourite music! Would definitely recommend. I am in my fifties and am overweight but that isn’t a problem with this twist n shape. Following a sensible eating plan and exercise routine and it is working for me.
After hulahooping for a few months and finding that it had none to little results I decided to try twist and shape. Always been curvy and struggled to get excess weight off hips. I’m enjoying this equipment its harder what it looks but it’s challenging. Only on day 7 so I am.not expecting anything major result wise songar so good
I love this it’s so easy once you get the hang of it. Took me an hour to put together but it’s amazing, thered no resistance but you can feel it working in your muscles, it comes with a dvd which shows you the basics for 20 minutes. I’m very impressed with it 10/10 from me.
Just received the gadget. Put it together in 15 minutes. And did first set of exercises for 20 minutes. I can feel the muscles .IS WORKING!!!
Only one minor issue the grasp handles squeak and are a bit small especially if you have long nails.
I knew I needed to do something to help get rid of my stomach and waistline after lockdowns especially seeing I hate walking. This is actually working and I can still look out my window or watch the telly. One extra bonus I’ve noticed is my back muscles are also being worked. I’m only doing 15 minutes a day at the moment as it has been 2 years of not doing anything. So highly recommend this for anyone who like me wants to start a light exercise inside and actually feel it working.

Fold away does not take up space do it to the included work out disc or put infront of TV pass the time, shows calories lost and time used daily .

I suffer with osteoporosis & osteoarthritis so this is a great work out for low impact exercising.
It is repetitive but I quite like that.

This product is an easy workout for busy people, easy to assemble. doesn’t make a lot of noise and is value for money.

So far it seems very easy to use and though there are variations on the exercises you can do it’s a good beginners machine as you can start with the basics, then build up if you chose.

Essy to put together, quality seems OK.
This workout equipment is very good, however the food plan is not in English, I’m not able to follow the food guide that was recommended.
Love the product itself, but mine didn’t come with the workout DVD and or the step by step guide, and the meal plans and instructions werent in English which made it harder then it should have been to assemble.

Product was excellent quickly delivered.
Pity the instructions were in French and German, a little common sense had the machine built in no time though.
No DVD or diet sheet came with it and that was disappointing that is the reason I marked the product down.

Just completed my first 20 mins on this & I love it, feeling the burn & dripping the sweat.
It’s also good to see an instructor getting sweaty & breathless whilst talking you through while she works out too.
Arrived on time, very easy to assemble, not used yet but plan on doing so today.

Well I bought this product as i had previously bought the wonder core…..but it was hurting my lumbar because of where it was resting on it.
The above turned up. It didn’t take to long in the end to put together, but it was a little confusing at first. Well though I haven’t had much chance to use it. What I have done on it I love. i think if i do it as per the instructions, and regularly it will definitely make a difference.

Took me a few uses to realise I was getting no benefit, so I slowed down and tried to think about every twist as a sit-up and make sure my core was controlling movement not my arms. I’m getting better at it and think that I have much more improving to do and it will start to help but I’m not there yet (had it around 2 months and been on it about 20 times – OK perhaps I am a bit rubbish at it).
I initially thought the video was good but it was a bit light on how to get the best out of this machine, still good to see how the basic few exercises should be carried out and I guess watching it whilst working out would help.
Couple of negatives:
1. Eating plan – thought this was poor and a get-out for the effectiveness of the machine.
2. The counter is on the twist plate so you almost have to stop to check the info. I use it mainly for time and because the display cycles cannot keep the display on the time. So when checking the time I have to stop for a good few seconds until the time shows.
3. I’d prefer a resistance control to increase the effort and benefit
Big positives:
1. Used correctly you will feel the burn in the right places. For this to be effective you have to fully twist in the opposite direction your upper and lower body, it’s easy not to fully extend which won’t get you much benefit. Same with the high intensity exercises, done correctly they are tough!
2. Nice and easy to set-up.
3. Feels robust (I’m just over 14 stone).
4. Minimal impact upon joints – good news for people wanting to keep fit at all ages
5. I actually find it more fun than cardio like cross fit
4 stars, probably 4.5/5 to be more precise, as I do recommend this product.
The Thane Twist and Shape Full Body Workout machine has proved not only to help my physical problems by working on core strength but also it is incredibly enjoyable to use too.
As the repetition of each exercise only lasts a maximum of one minute each, it doesn’t get boring or uninteresting.
I have been so pleased with it, that I have recommended it to several friends, all of whom have purchased the product and agree with me 100%.
