Before using, please browse the following for optimal experience:
- We DO NOT recommend to apply the dashboard car mount on leather, wall or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong adhesion properties. curved surfaces, plush fabrics, or uneven surfaces not recommended too. In such a case, please install the mount on the windscreen or air vent instead.
- Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup after using for a long time can restore their stickiness.
- After removing the phone holder, please use plastic wrap to protect the Suction cup. Please clean the dashboard before using the car mount.
- If your car is exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time, we recommend that you use the air vent car holder.
- Please note that the thickness of the phone case’s back should be less than 0.4inch (10mm). If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
How to use the air vent clip:
- Turn the knob right/clockwise to fix and lock, turn left/counterclockwise to extend the hook, and release it from the air outlet.
ATTENTION:
- NOT SUITABLE for non-intensive, circular, or special-shaped car vents. The use area of the vent should be more than 0.15 square centimeters (Length: 43mm/1.7 inches, Width:35mm/ 1.4 inches).
- The retractable length of the hook is 9.5mm-26mm (0.37inch-1.02inch); The width of the hook is 13.5mm/0.53inch; Compatible blade depth is 26mm/1.02inch, thickness is 4mm/0.16inch.
- The air outlet blades with a width of more than 26mm/1.02 inch will not be used for this hook clip (quick measurement method: use your little finger to measure, if the width of the blade exceeds the length of the first section of the finger, it means it cannot be used).

This is a good phone holder. Well made and it has plenty of size adjustment. I tried it on the car dashboard but it didn’t stay put. The window suction is fine but in the end I clipped it into the air vent and got a good solid position out of my line of sight. It’s good to have more than one option. Describing this as ‘Military grade’ is frankly laughable. It’s a consumer item and perfectly well made but I somehow doubt you’ll find one in a military vehicle. But in a world where everything in your local DIY shop is ‘Professional’ a bit of hyperbole seems to be standard. Buy with confidence.

Wanted a phone holder that is sturdy, and doesn’t bounce all over the place when driving! This does the job. Feels sturdy, and very secure. Make sure you are absolutely sure about positioning as once it’s stuck, it’s a pain to get off!

Suction is so good it is sometimes actually difficult to remove. I use it to record my flying lessons and it performs well in a vibrating general aviation aircraft.
It looks like a good solid phone holder, but if your phone has a case around it the side grip arms on the holder do not hold the phone so it just falls out. It needs longer or adjustable side grips!!

We’ve been searching for a phone holder for since 2019 (it’s dec 2021 now) for my husbands vw scirocco AND ONLY NOW WE HAVE FOUND THIS PERFECT ONE. the air vent things are pretty thin and was the issue with all the other holders. Even suction cup ones that stick to the windscreen or the dashboard. Those suck too because they were so flimsy! This one is perfect!

Very impressed with this. I was concerned that price was somewhat higher than others on site but this unit exceeds my expectations by miles. I have used the adapter to stick to window and also to the air blower and they show me the phone screen perfectly.

This is a great product – it is easy to fit and has mountings for both dashboard and air vent. It is very robust and is perfect for our horse box lorry

Initial experience was not good, there are so many sellers in amazon who sells similar stuff. Please do read the full review.
However within couple of days the suction bit broke, contacted the seller rather getting a refund from the Amazon. I was amazed with the customer service I have received, they have replaced me the whole item and sent me a spare replacement suction. Also as you could see they tried not to do just the business, they are building a great customer portfolio, following up on the orders and asking for feedbacks. Brilliant work Vanmass and shout out to Elsa who really was kind and sorted out the problem without any hesitation.
In one word if you do want to buy a phone holder, without any doubt go for it. As you know by guarantee they will look after you and replace item if needed. There could be fault in any thing you purchase, but knowingly Vanmass have your back and will replace anything that needed.

Great holder universal in type of phones
Be sure its where you want it as its very stick and difficult to move .
This is a very sturdy item and attaches to the dash very securely. It’s by far the best phone holder I’ve owned.
This phone holder is well thought out and constructed.
The suction cup is strong.. (be sure to operate the button that pushes the cup onto the surface.
The articulation locks well when you have it in the position you need. The grip design is also far less hit and miss as there is a button that releases and ratchet system that clicks to maintain the grip.. it is primarily plastic (hence 4 stars) so one day it might crackBut due to the design it is less likely to be broken by mishandling.

This is totally adjustable which was what I wanted. The other model implied it would fit my iPhone but it didn’t but this one is ideal!
Read the reviews and was a bit 50/50 about ordering but gave it a go, and so glad I did. Really good product and have had no issues with the suction or adhesion to the screen. Does exactly the job it was bought for.
I have a Mini Cooper and have used the attachment for the air vent . You need to remember to unscrew it at the back to extend the metal bit . At first I thought it wouldn’t fit The instructions weren’t very clear ! I decided not to use the windscreen suction cup but if the vent attachment breaks I will. There’s a thin film on it which you remove first . My friend has a Yosh which uses magnets and is a lot cheaper to buy but I’m quite happy that this works even if it is a little expensive .
Have used the suction unit twice already and oh boy does it stick to the dash, as a HGV Driver I’m never in the same vehicle so the need to remove and refit is a must, once you clean the area you want to attach the suction cup weather it be a flat smooth surface or even a textured surface like most vehicle dashboards, after removing (but “KEEP”) the circular clear plastic disc, firmly place the suction cup on the area you would like to attach it to and lock it down like a usual suction cup and you will notice it will adhere to that spot in an instant all that’s left is to set up the position you need it to be in making sure the arm hight and length are tight/locked in place same with the phone holder “ball and socket” nut is tight and you are set to travel.
Can it be removed and stored??
YES yes it can but will require “some” careful effort and it will remove without leaving sticky residue behind, REMEMBER that circular clear plastic disc you removed to place it down? well refit that disc to the bottom of the suction cup to keep the sticky cup “sticky” while in storage…..
So far it hasn’t failed me yet
This phone holder also comes with a air vent attachment which YES it attaches to air vents very nicely works as intended BUT it can also attach to some types of empty switch locations on the dash console (basically attaches like it does to the air vents) and is still relatively sturdy enough to hold a Samsung S20 Ultra for sat-nav usage.
As I am a HGV Driver I needed equipment that could be fitted to any and all Trucks and that they wouldn’t fall while in the middle of a run and so far this equipment has not failed me yet and i will add another review when and IF I start having problems… then again this item does come with 30+ ish month warranty and the Company will be happy to help.

Does an excellent job of holding a phone in the car. Downside is it doesn’t stick well to anything other than a very smooth surface. Doesn’t like roughish dashboard surface as found in some cars!
Customer Service resolved a problem and replaced a faulty purchase (thanks Elsa!) – 5 stars for that! I’ve yet to test the product properly, but everything looks good.

On opening i was impressed however the sticky suction cup refuses to stick to my dashboard fortunately the part which is designed to attach to my air vents works well. I had bought this for the dashboard cradle and feel it was a waste of money as it is just thrown in my car door. Would not buy again. I have bought cheaper ones in the past which have held considerably better.

The seller who obviously read my review responded to my comments offered me a replacement which arrived promptly the following day. I cannot fault the customer service it was first class and the replacement cradle is working as it should and i am now very impressed and happy with my purchase.
This design is very adaptable and allows many configurations. Quality is better than most. I had to use a stick on disk for the dash but it was very strong on glass

Heavy duty phone holder that is described as being military grade. The answer is a definite yes! Very chunky and made from high quality feeling materials, this went together easily and is now happily attached to the windscreen in the car. Nicely adjustable and holds an iPhone easily and safely. Very impressed.
This was a sturdy product.It held the phone secure and allowed a degree of flexibilty in positioning.Sadly the product did not stick at all to the dashboard but I have fixed it to the window.The vent attachment did not fix at all to my mini paceman.
Very good quality, took it to Spain for a hire car, worked well but took a minute to get it off the windscreen due to stickiness and sun but it came off in the end. Previous purchase of a different make fell apart when I tried to take it off in UK to take to Spain.
I first purchased this item and it did not work, it kept falling off the window. I left a review saying it did not work for me and then I got an email from the company saying they were going to send me 2 replacement products with no charge to ensure it wasn’t an off product. I received these two replacements and they work well. Only thing to keep in mind is where this will fit on your dash board. I have a mini so it’s a bit more awkward.
Overall they have a very nice team who will take on board your problems and the product works perfectly fine.
Make sure surface area being adhered to is clean.
I failed to do so and had a problem getting the item to stay stuck.
However, I communicated with Vanmass and followed the instructions they gave me. The item works perfectly now.

I have a IPhone 11 and a small Fiat Panda. Over the years I have had trouble getting a holder that holds the phone and doesn’t fall off when I’m driving. I’ve had to adjust or add sticky glue. THIS WORKS AS IT SAYS ON THE BOX! Easy to mount or remove phone. I am very pleased.
The adhesive and Sucktion are quite good and I believe that it should hold for some time on my car windscreen.
This holder is really good. Holds amazingly to the glass. Phone sits inside snugly and doesn’t vibrate or shake like with other cheap holders.

Versatile design.enables the mounting vertical or horizontal. Good suction system will work on screen or console. Thumbscrews lock the arms when setting up. Mounted by door pillar at edge of screen on the ccosole, it holds the phone firmly at eye level, without interrupting site of the road and traffic. Charging cable lays over steering column and can easily be disconnected, and the phone removed from the mounting with one hand.

So many car mounts to choose from on Amazon but this one from Vanmass is proving to be excellent. The suction power & stickiness is exactly as stated, its REALLY tough. Make sure you are happy where you are placing as it would be a struggle to get it off again. I’m really happy with the construction, it feels rigid in place & it doesn’t bounce about even when fully extended. Really solid holder.

Wouldn’t stick to my dash not the products fault but the design of the curves of the dash not being flat and didn’t want to put it on the wind screen as read your not allowed to block your view on your screen and with my phone being quite large didn’t want to chance getting pulled by the police so am using the vent holder it’s secure holds my phone even in its case which is a folding case very happy with produc

Can’t sing the praises of this item enough. A proper device! Holds a Samsung S9+ device without any shaking and has not moved yet. Can easily adjust too. Pay the money and get it, don’t go cheap!
The suction is excellent read a loads of bad reviews but got to say mine is excellent ,I have got a metal disc on my dash which was from a previous Garmin sat Nav but it sticks to it excellently. The air vent mount is excellent as well. My only criticism would be that at full extension it does wobble about a bit but apart from that highly recommended

Very impressive – use between a iPhone & Samsung – been in place in campervan visited some bumpy roads & fields never phone holder never moved.
First impressions are good, appears very well made, holds my phone safely and securely whether I’m using the vent mount option or the dash/window mount, better than other phone holder mounts I’ve used before
My phone is quite big and also quite heavy, and although the product does support the phone’s weight as well as I thought from the product description, it does the job.
The clip that attaches on to the air vent is particularly useful and had a screw function enabling one to insert it into the vent space, before tightening it until it’s secure. It does seems to be relatively secure and not showing any danger of detachment.
My phone still seems a little heavy for it (aka it will droop down in the holder) but it doesn’t show any signs of falling out of the holder, which is the main thing.
Used in a rental and it worked like a charm. Airvent attachment was too small but dashboard arm worked prefectly and great suction meant no movement while driving. Will see how it lasts moving from vehicle to vehicle all the time but so far so good – very impressed.
Had this for a couple of weeks and so far it works as advertised. It hasn’t lost suction power yet. Let’s hope that lasts

This product is fantastic. It gives me the option to put my phone on the windshield, Vent or dashboard. I decided to use the vent as it won’t block any of the windscreen and will more or less me in my line of sight.
Fitting was very very easy and it’s very secure. There is no shaking around on bumpy roads and my phone was safe in its grip.

Very strong suction to my window which unfortunately my old one did not have and it used to wobble all over the place – this one does not. It does come back off the window with ease but you then need re wash the suction pad with clean water again to get it to stick back down – this I haven’t come across before but think it definitely helps the suction power.

Firstly you are impressed by the nice box it comes in, and then you see its quality and selection of mounts and you know its now worth the 23.99 price over cheaper ones.
The phone holder itself is very good and well made, the adjustable bottom part means you can get the phone just the right height in the mount and then the nice and easy to squeeze shut sides around the phone keep it securely in place and it has a very satisfying release button that pops both sides open at the same time but does make the phone jump out which shows its a good design.
The suction or dash mount depending on how you use it is very well put together with a great amount of adjustment to get a nice angle and still have access to all your phone bits including putting a charging cable in.
The Air vent mount is not a cheap plastic mount either it must have metal in it as it feels so strong and clamps the vent very well, it also keeps the phone holder close to the vent so it doesnt wobble around on driving or when using the touch screen.
Overall im very impressed with it, and its a good kit to cover all bases.
Blimey this thing sucks and sticks down beautifully! I did have one of those discs you get from Halfords to stick to the dashboard so that you can attach suction cups.
I stuck this on, and with the bouncing of the arm it pulled the disc off the dashboard. So I stuck this on a flattish bit I could never stick anything to before and it’s worked a treat.
Providing you click the sides hard to your phone it doesn’t rattle (my last phone holder rattled like mad).
Holds well, doesn’t rattle, it bounces a bit when driving but not unusably so.
