Before using, please browse the following for optimal experience:
- We DO NOT recommend to apply the dashboard car mount on leather, wall or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong adhesion properties. curved surfaces, plush fabrics, or uneven surfaces not recommended too. In such a case, please install the mount on the windscreen or air vent instead.
- Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup after using for a long time can restore their stickiness.
- After removing the phone holder, please use plastic wrap to protect the Suction cup. Please clean the dashboard before using the car mount.
- If your car is exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time, we recommend that you use the air vent car holder.
- Please note that the thickness of the phone case’s back should be less than 0.4inch (10mm). If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
How to use the air vent clip:
- Turn the knob right/clockwise to fix and lock, turn left/counterclockwise to extend the hook, and release it from the air outlet.
ATTENTION:
- NOT SUITABLE for non-intensive, circular, or special-shaped car vents. The use area of the vent should be more than 0.15 square centimeters (Length: 43mm/1.7 inches, Width:35mm/ 1.4 inches).
- The retractable length of the hook is 9.5mm-26mm (0.37inch-1.02inch); The width of the hook is 13.5mm/0.53inch; Compatible blade depth is 26mm/1.02inch, thickness is 4mm/0.16inch.
- The air outlet blades with a width of more than 26mm/1.02 inch will not be used for this hook clip (quick measurement method: use your little finger to measure, if the width of the blade exceeds the length of the first section of the finger, it means it cannot be used).

Good quality, very sturdy, sticks to windscreen very well, I’ve had it on for quite a few months now and is that well stuck down it’s there for good even when you try it’s almost impossible to remove from windscreen. Definitely would buy this again big thumbs up from me…
After years of trying to find a secure and easy to use mobile phone holder and failing, I had hopes that the Vanmass holder would better. It exceeded my expectations. It is “very” secure with a strong suction (keep the surface clean), has great adjust-ability that holds and doesn’t shift, and it can be adjusted to angles to fit almost any windshield. I love it.
Love this gadget, have had a few and none worked very well. This one is brilliant and does the job very well. Very straight forward and hold phone very well in place.
Stays put no matter how spirited the journey. Almost no wobble or shake either so can still read the map regardless of road surface. Really does so the job unlike most others I’ve bought in the pas
I bought this phone holder to have somewhere secure to put my phone to stop it sliding about when driving. I thought I might have to attach it to the windscreen – which (due to the design of the dashboard) wouldn’t have been ideal. But it actually attaches and (so far) has remained secure on the dashboard itself – which I was surprised at as it has a textured plastic surface. This works better for me as it is in a more accessible position. The locking and release mechanism for the phone itself works really well – so overall I’m very happy with it.
So far I have found that this mount is the best mount I have used for well over 10 years. Easy to install, easy to use.

I am using it in the air vent but also have the wind screen mount. Both work and are easy to install. Since it’s only been a few weeks and the weather hasn’t melted the adhesion yet.. We’ll see! But so far so good..

I mounted this phone holder using the supplied ‘vent’ mount.
Although it can be a bit wobbly at times, overall it does a great job for the price.
Holds my phone securely, allows the charger cable plenty of space and great value for money.
My last holder attached to the windscreen and during hot periods almost always fell off. Well, this one has extra strong adhesion and during the current hot weather, I’ve had no such occurence. Well made and all parts operate smoothly. Recommend highly.
I didn’t think I could find anything that would replace my old phone holder which broke unexpectedly.

This car phone mount can be set up without around 1 minute. It only takes a moment to connect the phone holder and the suction cup, then simply press the suction cup against your dashboard or windscreen them you’re all set to go! The parcel also includes a vent clip I use and is by far the best I’ve ever had, has never come off, became loose or moved! You can use the suction in 1 car and vent clip in another and switch the mount between the 2 which only takes seconds.

It came with the fittings for attaching to a vent or the windscreen. I went for the vent, there’s a metal hook that goes through the vent and hooks onto the back of it. It looks v sturdy and better than any of the other ones that I’ve had. It comes with a 36 month warranty, so I guess that they’re pretty confident in its quality.
After various trials and errors, I’ve found this to be perfect for my iPhone 14 Pro. The phone was too Harvey for the holder I used until now. But this hold the phone securely and with little shake. I use the vent clamp which is the best I’ve seen to date.
This is a great holder. On the one hand, it’s a shame one can’t easily find these on the high street. On the other hand, I’m really happy this came at an affordable price point. Effectively, two-in-one because there’s a dash-vent holder as well. The dash/window mount is really strong and gives me plenty of confidence on rough roads. Would definitely recommend.

I used it on one of the hottest days of the year and was on the pock marked motorways of the uk and pot holed riddled roads and at no point did it either fall off or droop .

LONG TERM UPDATE on this product
So this unit has been used and moved between vehicles and the sticky pad is as good as the first time it was used after a wash I’m clean water ,it still holds as it should and the phone cradle is just as tight and holds the phone at any angle in either portrait or landscape and does it without falling or moving .

This is a heavy duty piece of kit. I do *not* recommend trying to mount this to your dash. I tried and it was a colossal failure. Attached to the windscreen, however, it’s rock solid. No movement while driving.
The supplier was generous enough to replace my original device, showing that they stand by their product.

Installed this on the dashboard but was worried it would fall off as the top of the dash has a textured vinyl, so extended the arm fully and have it do the cradle is just off the dashboard but the arm rests on the edge of the dashboard so not all weight is given to the suction foot. It is holding very well like this

More gentle on the phone with an easy to adjust cradle
The item has a feel and look of quality. So far, after using it for almost a week, I am more than happy with it. I have only used it on the windscreen and have not removed the plastic protective layer and the suction is more than sufficient. I have not tested it fully yet by extending the holder so cannot comment on that.

Recently drove the car on the motorway over a large number of expansion joints, not good for my back but the phone holder held onto my phone remarkably well! Some sight bounce but quite secure nevertheless. Would recommend.
The Vanmass car phone holder was well researched.
Everything is as expected if you did your homework. From out of the presentation box, the holder comes in two parts, using either a suction plate or an air vent attachment with the phone grip plate. Stylish and sturdy. The small button on the left side releases the grip from the phone, hydraulicly. Well worth the asking price.
Above all, the best part of this product purchase for me is the company’s strong focus customer on service. I reported a delivery delay and the most helpful lady ever, Elsa, promptly put my concerns at ease and without delay replaced the missing item.

I had bought this product before and generally been happy with it although the adherence to the dashboard was poor. This time the quality has deteriorated – will not stick at all to the dashboard despite preparing according to the instructions. Even worse when trying to attach to the vent the whole system seized up and nothing would secure the product it become useless. However customer service were very helpful, investigating & replacing the product which has improved matters.

Seems to be well constructed with metal hook for event function. Bought for dons car and he used the air vent method to fix therefor I can not comment on the suction/adhesion properties of the accessories. Holds iPhone XS Max ok but a lot depends on the strength of your air vent grills
