Bins are tall and slim so make sure you get bags that fit.
We took ages to find a suitable twin bin due to a very specific size we needed.
The bin arrived ahead of the expected delivery time but we were very disappointed to find that one of the lids had 3 very obvious dents in it.
I contacted the seller who, very cheekily offered to give me 20 discount as they didn’t want to have to arrange collection. I refused because the dents were very noticeable and the cost of the bin wasn’t cheap.
Eventually they agreed to replace the bin which was great. The new bin arrived quite quickly and we’re very pleased with how it looks & functions to date.

Bought this bin as we needed a size to fit across the end of a kitchen worktop by a door. Fits perfectly and gives plenty of capacity so no need to empty it every day! Soft close lid is a nice feature – and lid mechanism fits within the bin so no need to spec it off the wall. Well made, would recommend.
We are really happy with this bin. It has plenty space for general rubbish and our recycling (on average we empty twice a week). The metal exterior looks great in our modern kitchen. The build quality seems very good too.
