It’s a brilliant mop. I was shocked at just how good it actually cleans the floor. I thought it be just a quick wipe but using it daily now. It does leave it very wet but I could be doing something wrong and going to troubleshoot it.
Robotic Cleane
I really love my cleaner, it’s perfect for me as I am disabled and have a struggle with an ordinary cleaner. It facinates me, the way it just goes about the house and get’s on with it. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you.
Does vacuuming and mopping in one.
Does both vacuuming and mopping in one. No additional attachments to buy, all supplied with it. Got it for a really good price. Does everything well and we are really happy with it’s performance.
Saves a lot of time
We already had a vacuum robot which we use very day but we wanted a mop robot too.
We have hard floors throughout the ground floor and we have 2large dogs who shed a lot of hair and bring a lot of dirt into the house. This robot vacuum is very good at cleaning all the hairs and dust. The mop is ok at keeping on top of the dirt but isn’t as good as a hand mop. It does clean dirt (the mop pad gets v dirty) but it won’t clean a dried coffee stain for example.
I’ve never had an expensive robot cleaner but this seem to do the trick and is great value.
I love this robot... life changing
My Venga vacuum is set up to turn on and clean early in the morning. Love waking up to a clean floor. The mopping feature is great too, although it doesn’t let out much water. I’m very pleased nonetheless.
The wonderful machine
My whole life has been improved! This little machine vacuums and washes beautifully.
It is well made and clever machine.
The dog isn’t too keen, but all my friends have bought. Life is good with “Ralph”
So convenient. Cleaning floors then it can wash floors. You need this robot hoover.
Love it when I go out and when I come back the floor is washed.
Works much better than expected. We were worried that our house was too crowded for it but it gets around furniture with hardly any problems and cleans really well. Not a complete substitute for human cleaning but comes really cclose (I would estimate about 70% of the work we normally do is done by this machine). Definitely reduces the cleaning workload.
I would recommend buying one of these.
Love this!
I cannot fault this. It’s brilliant. Does a fantastic job of both vacuuming & mopping.
Was looking at more expensive models but went with this one because of the reviews. I cannot honestly see what more it can do better. I cannot find a single negative.
Can't live without it!
Had mine for a couple of months now. Its great! Cannot believe the amount it picks up from both carpet and hard floors. It has the cliff setting so doesn’t fall down stairs too. Mops great. I still mop and hoover once a week but for daily cleans while I’m working it is fantastic! Worth every penny and I have recommended to family and friends
Game change
With a dog the robot works hard to pick up after him
Fu
This is an interesting product however you need to keep wires and cables out its way and doors shut it nearly went out front door lol !!! not a great sucker but it does flooring well
We have large rooms with stone floors, so bought then became increasingly frustrated with performance of the iRobot Braava Jet, especially the poor design of the spray and the inability of iRobot Customer Services to fix a blocked spray tube, other than to repeat the same useless advice on the instructions (“wipe the surface of the jet” ). It is not even possible to replace the spray unit. We then found the Venga at a more competitive price, and unlike the Braava jet, it vacuums rather than relying on wiping with a cloth in dry mode, or a spray-damped cloth in cleaning mode. The Venga is more stable, has a better battery, homes to its base unit for a recharge without prompting, is lower (so gets under more furniture) and its cleaning method ensures it covers the whole area several times. We’ve used the washer only a couple of times, but it worked fine. Really pleased with it.
We’ve name our Venga “Wee Timmy”
So our “wee Timmy” arrived into our lives a couple of weeks ago .and, he is very much a member of the household!!!
With 4 dogs, 2 kids and an animal Santuary in our garden, are floors are ALWAYS needing vacuumed
“Wee Timmy” has CHANGED MY LIFE no longer am I stressing to constantly vacuum the floors 2/3 times a day, “wee Timmy” has that chore covered!!!!
—he does miss little areas in certain parts of the house, I just stick him where I need him most (if he’s already done the house & has missed little areas), and I restrict him to that area (by closing doors or blocking him escaping the area and he vacuum’s amazingly!!!!! “Wee Timmy” is switched on 2/3 times a day for my downstairs, and we have quite a large house and he manages it all!!!!
However. “Wee Timmy’s” mopping skills aren’t just as good— but I can live with that. This machines mopping may be good for those in a house with less animals/madness. My floors (when I mop them) require a good rigorous scrub, so, I’m not gonna fault it over the mopping! His vacuuming skills satisfy me enough— like I said before— he has changed my life in that department
He’s my first AI vacuum, I had been thinking about buying one for a looooooong time, and I am SO GLAD I did!!!!
Little Venga is a great vacuum, just don’t forget to empty it’s bin (and dust it’s filter- I tend to do this once a day).
Very happy custome
Robot vacuum and floor mop
Nothing to dislike yet. It does what it says on the box
Has changed my life!
Has changed my life! I’m no longer digging out the hoover every 5 mins or spending weekends mopping. I have a toddler and a cat, so my floors were always covered in some kind of mess but not any more. I wish I had bought this sooner and will get myself another one for upstairs when I have the cash. Brilliant buy!
Suck it up.
It does what I don’t and makes a good job of it.
Venga review.
I love this little machine. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and then plugs itself back in. We have 2 dogs so it’s important that a vacuum cleaner can cope with the doggy hair but this little wonder manages it all very well. Have to empty it after each use but that’s no problem. Suction power is surprisingly good and I haven’t had to use the max button so far. Very easy too to take out the roller for cleaning.
Fab little product at a great price!
We have named him Dave… He is super at keeping my dog’s hair from taking over the universe, and also excellent for cleaning under beds, sofas, dressers and wardrobes, so dustbunnies have no chance to gather now. The Hepa filter is small, but given the design, I don’t think they could have made it bigger. Easy to clean, just make sure you are able to put it down inside a bag before shaking the dirt out, as the door is fairly small. I am SHOCKED at how much it picks up – he’s a powerful little guy. We live in a very very tight and crowded cottage, too, so if you have wide open spaces in your home, you will enjoy him even more, as I do have to do some rearranging before putting him to work. And at 135, I’m wondering why I waited so long to bring Dave home!

Brilliant. I have 2 very messy children and mostly dark flooring including tiles wood and carpet. This little beauty goes from room to room cleaning up their mess! The suction power is much better then the previous one we had and its easy to empty. It goes effortlessly from room to room over all of the different types of flooring. It even leaves stripes in my carpet! Swapping the hoover to the mop is easy. I prefer to spray the floors then set the mop going with just water in as I read a review that limescale can build up in the tank.
It has a extra boost for the hoover too and spot clean too. You can set timers for it to come on at certain times of the day which is ideal for when we got out.
Only issue I have found is it can struggle to find its station again. I’m not sure if this is just with ours as we have to put it under a soft so the kids don’t hassle it. It can bop its way around the room for ages before it finally senses where it it and make its way back.
I knew it would clean carpets well (between proper weekly vacuuming sessions), as we had something similar a few years ago. But I thought the mopping function would be a bit of a gimmick and was prepared not to use it after trying it out just the once. However, it made a really good job of the tiles on our kitchen floor. So that’s an unexpected bonus. I put a few drops of Zoflora and Flash in the water tank — smells great.

Exceeded expectations
Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. My carpets are quite thick pile and I was worried this might be a problem but it whizzes over it and it’s amazing how much it collects! It runs for about an hour before running out of battery and returning to base. It’s not very methodical in the route it takes so I tend to just let it do one room at a time. That way I know that room has been done properly before I let it recharge and do the next. It seems to do the edges of the room quite well too. As per other reviews I’m less impressed with the mop function but ok to give hard floors a wipe over but does leave them quite wet.
Amazing 🤩
This little robotic hoover is amazing. We have predominantly tiled and laminate floors with rugs and two dogs and two cats. Pet hairs were a nightmare. No longer. It travels onto rugs providing they are not too high and don’t move at the edges. It goes up small lip from dining room to lounge without issue and it goes under my sofas without problem. It takes itself home when it needs charging. Probably needs emptying after each use. Would highly recommend. I haven’t used it as a mop yet as I have a steamer but as a hoover it’s brilliant 5
AMAZING
Great value for money. I wish I had bought it before!
Much Better than Expected
We have had Arsene for a few weeks now and it works pretty well to be honest, in fact I would say it cleans everything in its path perfectly. It doesn’t always go in the direction you want and it usually gets hung up on a wire somewhere, but no doubt with a bit of room tuning it would be perfect. Highly recommended.
Great robotic vacuum
I love that it just keeps on top of the vacuuming. Floors have never looked cleaner.
I’d been looking to get one of these for quite some time and having moved house decided the time was right to make the investment in my home help..
I paid just over 105 for my Venga and it came from Amazon warehouse (it arrived minus cleaning cloths) but a quick call solved that problem.
Setting up my new toy was easy, put the dock down and place Venga on top after switching the unit on underneath, you then start charging. Obviously read the manual and attach all the small bits like brushes and filters first though.
We used the remote to schedule a start time for the vacuum and it came alive on the dot and started zooming about the floor. I was surprised at the amount it actually picks up and I had some amount of bits on my floor due to my house move and the 281 boxes and bags that had languished in my front room for a week or more whilst unpacking was ongoing. It picked up fluff, hairs, small wood chips, polystyrene balls, plastic bits, a couple of tiny stones and other assorted detritus.
The only problem it does face is the new rugs are slightly curled on the ends from being rolled up and it won’t go over the top of these, it just gets there and reverses, although on a flat section it quite happily goes from wooden floor to short pile rug with ease. The unit even goes in a complete circle around the legs on my sofa and potters off underneath the sofa cleaning away.
We did face one problem with the first use in that the filters collected dust very quickly and the Venga kept stopping, this was solved by unclipping the dirt trap and pulling the fine fluff off of the filters and then restarting the unit. It’s now ran for 3 or 4 hours with no other problems.
It is a home help though and is not going to replace your traditional vacuum cleaner, I estimate a once a week clean of corners, skirting and hard to reach areas, with the trad vacuum, is sufficient though to keep things looking nice and stop cobwebs etc..

This is the best purchase I have ever made I bought this based on reviews and I have not been disappointed!
It runs rounds randomly and if you leave the doors open, it will find its way between rooms and can get over raised threshold bars and from the hard floor onto rugs with ease. The suction on this little machine is so impressive, picks up anything in its path and dumps it in the small container inside. Has extremely good edge detection, has not fallen down my staircases at all, avoids anything in its way. It does well get into corners as it has two brushes that sweep dust etc toward the suction area. I can now do my cleaning and dusting whilst the hoovering is taken care of so by the time it’s finished it’s run all I have to do is mop the hard floors. Easy to empty and just generally a clever piece of kit. The noise level is pretty quiet, not offensive on the ears and is easily ignored when watching TV. Be aware though that these brushes are consumable items so will need replaced every 2-3 months. Simple to use and when it needs charging, it goes to the docking station to charge up for the next use, hands free. The cost of this is a great price, not too expensive and a lot cheaper than a lot of other brands that do the same thing. I am thrilled it comes with a remote control also to control it and has various functions.
I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering buying a new vacuum.
Absolutely great! I never write reviews but I’m in love with this thing. My better half wanted the house vacuumed 3 times a week. (Shared job) Out of sheer desperation I bought this hoping to reduce it to once a week. Now we are talking about getting rid of the big plug in hoover and just getting a cordless for little bits. It lives user the sofa and navigates out to clean so the thickness is great. It can climb most thresholds but we have one that’s half an inch thick (see photos) that it can’t quite manage but a rug used as a step fixed that. Mopping works great and generally is much better than I expected for the price.
I only wish they sold the bases separately so I could put it upstairs and it could charge itself when it was done
Awesome
Best money I’ve ever spent only downside I can’t control it from alexa
Life changing ( especially if you have a bad back !!)
I am astonished, this little circle of movement has changed my life. I was sceptical that it would manage in an 220 year old house with carpet and rugs and lots of quirky corners to navigate, and it has excelled anything I thought was possible. I set the schedule time and it has come on every morning on the dot. I clean the brush every time, and empty the bin, not at all arduous to do, and it has kept my floors dog hair free and litter free. I am not, as yet, sure if I will need to use my Henry hoover at all in the future. I live alone and am quite tidy so no children’s detritus on the floor ! It serves me majestically and I am so very glad I purchased it. If you are u sure, please give it a try ! Worth every penny !
Buy it !!!! Buy i
Been wanting one for years .finally bought one because of monthly payments and no extra to pay.
If thinking of shall I or shall I not.
Just buy it
Works brilliantly
It gets into every bit of the room eventually 30 min a cycle
And amazing watching it return from one room to another back to docking station.
And its amazing how much it picks up
Can auto schedule a clean by setting a timer by the remote.
Used it in room and kitchen worked brilliantly and last thing it does is travels all around edges if the room .even going around kitchen table legs then heads back to charger .
Buy it !!
Can always return if you dont like i
Good quality
It’s easy to use and really helpful and useful, worth it.
Great Vac but annoying quirks
The Vac is great, pick ups well and mops great. Its saved us hours of time where we used to vac daily. I would recommend it. There are a few quirks, occasionally is moves around the edges its continually trying to turn in to the wall. See video.
I cant find the manufacturer or customer service to raise this so this I find quite frustrating.
Handy little helper!
Love this little robot hoover! You do need to ensure wires & mobile phone charging cables etc are moved from the floor as it will suck them up. Don’t place on deep pile rugs either as it gets stuck. The mop function is pretty basic but helps keep the floors spot free in between proper mopping sessions. Remember to empty after each use and check for entwined hair around the brushes and all will be well :o)
Picks up stuff our regular hoover literally cannot. Stuff wraps round the rotating parts pretty easily, but a little hard work and you can get it all off. There is a handy cutting tool for hair – the manufacturer obviously realised how troublesome it is.
Anyone with long hair or someone in the house with long hair will understand.
I haven’t used the mop function yet – I didn’t really buy it for that, but will probably do it ones a week.
The remote came with dead batteries but luckily I had some spare.
It’s thorough and powerful – it seems to neglect some areas and prefer one particular room sometimes, but I’ve literally had it a day, so I’m sure I can adjust to it and figure it out. It bumps into stuff about 60% of the time – but I don’t envisage anything getting damaged.
It’s moderately loud, I could probably ignore it during work but wouldn’t make a phone call with it around.
I sacked my cleane
I’ve given this 5 stars for thickness, as it’s clearly think as a post, but I also love this things attitude. So diligent and hard working, gets in all the cracks and works flat out until he’s physically exhausted. No tea breaks, no complaining, no wage.
Love this. Was hesitant to buy but shouldn’t have been. Does a great job. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet but Hoover is great. In case it helps anyone- my instruction booklet said it was an orange flashing/breathing light when charging but mine is a green light. I kept worrying it wasn’t charging because it didn’t show the colour it said in manual.
If your thinking about it- buy it!
Great robot cleaner and floor washer in one.
Love this Venga 3 in 1 cleaner. So easy to use. It Lifted all the dog hairs I was amazed. The washer facility finished the job, floor clean. You can also sit back and use the remote to direct it to a particular spot. Takes itself back to the charge when it finishes.
After 1 month of research and didn’t wanted to spend a lot on robot vacuum, I decided for this one. Its the best buy ever from amazon.
I have 5 kids and a cat
This saves a lot of my time by cleaning mopping.
It does go from wooden floor to rugs in my living room. I have handmade rugs and they are thick.
It does mop but not that good to be honest.
It doesn’t have boundary strips so have ti be careful with kids toys. Also I was haooy that it does picks up quite a lot of mess. Kind of good for me.
I am so impressed with this. I’ve had to rescue him about 6 times in two days from wires or in one event from getting attached to a very fluffy cat tree. So he’s inspired me to keep the floors clear. I don’t him to run when I’m not there to save him. He’s managed to wisp the cat hair from areas a broom struggles with. Sending him home is incredibly satisfying as I get to watch him find his charging base accurately. Loss of one star is for the claimed mop ability which is about the same level as if you take a dry rag and wipe it over the floor. Picks up a few extra bits of muck but I wouldn’t say it’s ‘mopping’ the floor. Cats rapidly learned to move out of the way bar one who ignores it so firmly the vacuum assumes he’s a wall and just cleans around him.
Brilliant value for money
This has taken all the hassle out of hoovering and mopping. Am delighted with it. But you MUST empty and clean it after each use and dry and brush mop part properly. Cleaning the roller is fiddly but necessary or it wont work as well next clean.
So easy
My new bestfriend If yous have more inventions, I’ll be happy to try
BUY IT NOW, IT IS INCREDIBLE!
I could write an Epistle on this product, but I’d only be wasting your time and mine. All I need say is BUY IT, IT IS UNBELIEVABLE, WORDS CAN’T DO IT JUSTICE. To add icing to the cake, it found a beautiful brooch that my wife had lost some time ago, plus a 5 Euro Note!!!
Overall sleek and very intelligent piece
I bought this machine in January 2021 by this time August the machine just stopped working, it doesn’t turn on. I’ve used it at once a month atleast as it doesn’t do the job right.. I have to vacuum with ordianally vacuum first and this I would let it do its rounds.. But a bit hard work to use on carpets, best use on hardwood floors or ceramic
It works!
I bought this for my mother after her hoover broke. It was intended to reduce the work a little but has become the primary hoover, this thing picks up way more than she expected and has reduced the housework to such a degree she only needs to hoover up once in a while (behind furniture).
The mop function works great, just add a little detergent and it does a decent clean, just get one and you won’t regret it.
Best purchase eve
Honestly, with two dogs and two small children it sometimes feels impossible to keep on top of housework. If you’re a dog owner you’ll know how quickly hair can build up, and who has time to vacuum every day. Day one of use has already been satisfyingly life-saving as I can set off before anyone else is awake or while I’m occupied with feeding. Only problem per se is that the remote control doesn’t seem to work properly, and that I wish it were thinner so it could get under the sofa, but neither of those things is the end of the world.
Love i
It is fascinating to watch and so clever how it finds it way back to its base, Not sure how long it’s suppose to go for, but it does go for ages my floors are all laminate and gets around them all. Think the floor cleaning is OK but don’t really think for me that’s worth bothering with. We love it, generally I wouldn’t purchase something like this but my son has one and he recommended it. The one problem we are finding, we cannot seem to get replacement filters
Good vfm
Very quiet and powerful, does a good job of cleaning but has some annoying problems.. there is no option for individual days, its manual or every day.. and it avoids walls and doors ok but furniture with a gap slightly smaller than itself “confuses” it and it is constantly wasting time and battery power trying to extricate itself when it jams itself under them. Would still recommend it though.. superb bit of kit for the price..good vfm
I liked how I can do two things at the same time, cleaning the house while cooking or getting ready to have a friend over.
Great value for 2 in 1 machine (hovering & mopping)
Performance is 90%, don’t expect it to clean 100% but the result satisfactory.
Sometimes it hovers & mops the same exact spot & leave another one untouched
NOT QUIET AT ALL, when I start it in another room & close 2 DOORS between me & the vacuum, the sound is very loud & annoying to a point sometimes I have to switch it off, & start it before I leave the house.
Always had IRobot up to now (4) but they’re getting expensive and just seem to pack up after a while. The Venga is half the price and a little more flimsy than the IRobot but does a reasonable job – I like that the sensors actually avoid obstacles – the Roomba just used to randomly crash into some and avoid others. The Venga is much quieter and the Mop function although basic, does actually do a pretty good job – you just have to remember that these machines are really carpet sweepers and work within that limitation.
Robot vac is great and looks amazing.
We are loving everything about this product. The Hoover is easy to set up. Works seamlessly and efficiently. If you have pet hair floaters this is the robot vac for you. It even went under the sofa which surprised us both. Our sofa has 3 inch legs so its useful.
Its quiet enough too.
My favourite gadge
I was rather surprised by how efficient the robot was and how much rubbish it sucked up.
The remote control looked a bit complicated and I kept having to look up the programs.
I have set it to come in at 6pm which it does every time, it goes all around the kitchen and living room and manages to hump the leg of the Christmas tree until it gets stuck.
Easy to clean and starts beeping when it’s stuck or it needs a clean and when the battery is running low, it takes itself off back to the base.
Also good at hatching eggs on Pokemon go if you leave your phone on it while it’s doing it’s business.
I’ve not used the mop function so I can’t comment on that.
Highly recommended for the price.
Amazing machine
This machine is the best thing we bought for long time. It does really well its job. Easy to use the remote. Easy to clean and only twice a month or even less need to use the normal vacuum cleaner as it cleans amazingly. Better to use only for one room at a time did not let it go around the floor as that can be slower and not that accurate. For smaller places the machine does a quicker and more profound job.
I can greatly recommend it!
I have never had a robot vacuum before, and I was skeptical to how effective it would be. However, this Venga vacuum is amazing. It is effective at sweeping up using the two rotating brushes at the front and it cleverly glides around skirting boards and obstacles cleaning right up to them. We have ours on for about an hour each day and it just goes about sweeping everywhere then takes itself off to it’s charging station when it’s ‘tired’. You can press a button on the top to set it off and send it home, but there is also a remote control you can use for these functions and to set programmes.
It has a plastic tray underneath which collects all the dirt/dust which can be emptied easily at the touch of a button.
This vacuum also comes with a separate ‘mop’ attachment which is easy and simple to use.
We love the ‘Venga Bot’ robot vacuum as it does an amazing job of sweeping our floors, whilst the kids think it’s fun and sing “the VengaBot is coming” every time it’s whizzing around. Win win.
We haven’t found any negatives yet (we’ve had it about 2 months now).

Great help around the house
I love this product, most days I use it to do a quick sweep of my wooden floors. I works well and picks up lots of dust and hair. It seems to “trip” over the rug, so I have to remove it each time, aside from that it works perfectly well. I have not yet used it in wash mode, I prefer to use mop and bucket to wash the floors.
If you don’t have a robot hoover, your missing a trick. I set it off every morning (well nearly every morning) the little fella runs round and keeps the house looking nice. It can get caught up in wires if the children have left them out. I have quite a large downstairs and it does it all and hasn’t gotten lost yet. It also seems to get under the table and chair well doesn’t get stuck. Great purchase

We started off with kitchen floor, laminated living room and carpeted upstairs and it was superb
I then had the obligatory lockdown haircut in the kitchen and tried to hoover the hair
It didnt take long to flash red and beep even though there wasnt much hair to pick up
We dont have pets, thats why an overall rating of 4 not 5 – unsure how it would cope with pet hair if it cant cope with mine!
It is wonderful otherwise, from hoover to mop, just make sure you have a big enough room for it to dock
I was in two minds as to whether I should by a robot vacuum cleaner but I’m so glad I bit the bullet. We don’t wear shoes in the house and I was constantly feeling bits/crumbs under my feet, even after I had brushed the floor and on a regular basis. It was driving me nuts tbh and this unit has been great at dealing with this and being a robot you can let it run any number of times e.g. after breakfast and at bedtime. As to the mop function this is more a case of wiping the floor with a wet cloth but again I’m more than impressed with it, you can clearly see the dirt picked up on the cloth, just rinse the cloth and let it run again to lift any left over dirt from the first run. That said I’m talking about my tiled hall and kitchen area/dining area with stackable chairs. I would imagine it’s just as effective with furniture around the floor but I stack the chairs to minimise obstacles. The living room has a laminate floor but is a bit more challenging as it might go under a unit and catch on the power/TV cables. I might have to make some changes before I allow it off on its own in the room without supervision 🙂 . Overall it really works for me and would highly recommend it,
As to spares you do get a set with the unit when it is delivered (2 x sets in total/brushes and cloths). I wasn’t able to locate spares from the manufacturer but did find some on Amazon that look fit for purpose https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08LH2FVH7/ref=crt_ewc_title_oth_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3EYULMGLRR6R8

I bought this to see if they are any good and its brilliant, im lookjng at buying a much better one for my father, i havent hoovered downstairs in over a week, i have had to brush bits out from little gaps and under the couch when the robot cant get to, then it picked it all up for me so i didnt even need to get the dustpan n brush out lol it does struggle with sweets and stuff of that size so wouldnt be suitable for my father but for me its perfect, it did lock itself in the livingroom one night when mopping, it managed to close the door behind itself but we’ve solved that, honestly i was sceptical about it but its actually really good, i do agree the mop part isnt great, it doesnt beat a good old mop, but the vaccum its great, the remote has alot of pointless buttons, you only need 3 but hey thats just being picky, good buy!

Waited a 6 months before reviewing this product so I can genuinely comment on its performance. I spent ages looking at and reading the reviews of different products before opting for this one. The sell point for me was the combined mop and hoover, noise, hepa filter, ability to go over rugs and back to hard floor, size and price.
I have hard floors, carpet and rugs. I also have two cats (through the summer their hair gets everywhere), a regular dog visitor and a child who is practiced in creating crumbs and things. Prior to buying this product I spend a lot of time mopping, hovering and sweeping the hard way….. but I can honestly say that I set this off and it does the work for me, while I go and clean elsewhere. It’s like going from hand washing to washing machine.
It gets under cupboards, sofas, bookshelves and beds, it picks up the hair and the crumbs and actually does what it says on the tin, quietly. Sometimes small toys get stuck in it (ie lego bricks, dolls head) but it sounds an alarm beep and they’re really easy to remove but the lesson is not to have those things under the sofa in the first place.
I feel the machine is pretty well made, easy to use and robust, I think it’s German. I bought the extra mop cloth set, with additional attachments and the accidental insurance. I wouldn’t not have a robot hoover again. I still need to do the stairs myself and sometimes right in the crevices of the skirting boards but the robot hoover does 95% of everything else. The mop is ok. The floors look clean though on a particularly wet and muddy days I change the mop cloth more often, it’s not an issue as it’s simple to remove and they are machine washable.
The instruction booklet is ok though I think it should recommend how to clean the water tank, because the holes that put water onto the cloth are tiny and in hard water areas can quickly get clogged. So I think it needs to be descaled every now and again as with any water holding appliance.
I put essential oils on the mop cloth (dependent on room – peppermint or lavender for instance) or put anti-bac floor cleaner in a spray bottle and spritz the hard floor I want it to mop. I started initially putting cleaning products in the tank, but I stopped this as I think it contributes to the clogging then I realised the hard water can do this too if you don’t descale the tank or use distilled water. I have put white vinegar in it too which has been know for centuries as a non-toxic descaler and cleaner.
If you only want a hoover then there are other cheaper products on the market that do the trick. This is a good mop/hoover combo that I recommend to anyone who will listen!

Bought this during lockdown as certainly didn’t want to spend even more time at home than needed cleaning, when I could be enjoying a walk In the fresh air. I love it. Great purchase. Literally fills up every day with dust and I have a super clean home. It glides nicely From my carpeted rooms to my wood floor as well. Gets a bit tricky around dining room chair legs, but that’s expected as it is on a thick shaggy rug
Also it leaves track marks on my carpet, which is a nice thing to wake up to in the morning, as I set it to hoover overnigh
Best product ever!
It’s very convenient! Easy to clean and operate. Has different modes which are very useful and works well on corners too!
We are super happy with this little machine – very affordable and easy to assemble and use.
We’ve got a lot of floor space downstairs with multiple obstacles, which it almost always conquered! If it can’t climb an obstacle, it will try again and again or will go back to find another way (which it always did).
The hoover function works really well, but I wouldn’t say it works better than a human, I think a human could get the job done quicker and pick up more stuff. So we’ll be using it every day as we have 3 dogs and walk in our shoes downstairs, but we’ll still be using our Dyson every week for a more thorough clean. It did pick up a lot of dust, and one of the advantages of it is being able to go under the sofa.
The mopping function is very nice as well, we have linoleum in one of the rooms and it’s just perfect for it. It won’t clean the room like you would with an actual mop, as it doesn’t change the water, but it will make it look and feel fresher. However with tougher stains, like wet dog food, it’s not 100% efficient, even if you use the stain remover function. I’d say it cleans about 90% of all the crap and makes the floor look clean and fresh, but if you’d like it spotless, you have to wash it yourself.
We don’t really miss the app for the phone, the remote is more than sufficient. You can set it to start automatically at some point in time, but in order to switch from hoovering to mopping, you’d have to physically switch containers (which is a 1 min job).
Overall, we are very happy and will be keeping this item, as it will make the house look tidier throughout the week without much work involved.

An excellent robot vacuum and mop! Highly recommended!
The descriptions in the Amazon page is accurate. Here I will discuss what I like/disliked about this robot and may not necessarily describe all it’s options.
I have had 3 robot vacuums before this. By far the Venga robot vacuum is the best. This vacuum was designed in Belgium and made in China. It’s a premium quality price of technology.
The vacuum function is superb and powerful. It does a great job on laminet/wood floor and also Carpet. The best part is that it collects and vacuums hair like no other vaccum I have had!
The mop function is also really good. It has a large capacity water container (300 ml). It is enough to mop 30 square meters without refiling. After moping I changed the microfiber towel and set it to mop again to dry the floor. This actually makes the floor shiny.
Battery capacity is also great. One charge is enough to do a complete vacuum, liquid mop and finish with dry mop for a 25-30 square meters space.
Noise level during vacuum is surprisingly low! Much much lower than all of the previous robot vacuums I had. If you put it in Max then the noise level will increase because the motor is taking more power!
In conclusion, this is an excellent robot vacuum and mop. A premium machine. It’s worth it price! I highly recommend it.
Loving my robot cleane
I use this mainly in the kitchen, hall and downstairs areas which have a hard floor. I have set it to run at 3am in the morning but sometimes I will cancel this and start it during the day when I will move dining chairs and some other objects out of the way, which makes the cleaning process a bit quicker. It is reasonably quiet but not silent – I would struggle to watch the tv with it running but it’s not impossible. I’m always surprised how much dust and cat hair it picks up. Saves me having to sweep the floor about 4-5 times a day. I have used the mop function and agree that you should wet the cloth before starting. As I have a very large floor area I now put puddles of cleaning liquid in certain areas to help. I have short pile carpets that are fairly new and my Dyson cleaner struggles to pick up on. This cleaner picks up everything. The first few times the cartridge got full and I’ve found when this happens it leaves a trail of dust on it’s way back to the charging point. I realise now that you can pause the cleaning (not stop which I did to start off with) and empty the cartridge. If you stop it will start the clean all over again and this is time consuming. I have now had this product for a few weeks and highly recommend it. Hopefully it will continue to work well for some time. Really pleased with this purchase so far.
Brilliant! Highly recommend
I did lots of research into robot mop/hoovers before purchasing and this one seemed to have brilliant reviews and be very reasonably priced so we decided to give it a go and I couldn’t be happier!
The hoover function is really good and the front rotating brushes makes sure it collects everything as it goes. It seems to collect lots of dust and then I just clean the filters each time, which is really easy to do.
I bought it really for the mop function. I have a baby about to crawl and our downstairs is all open plan and Amtico floors. I’d read you shouldn’t steam mop Amtico as it can damage the glue so I was using a spray mop which took forever. If your looking for a mop that really scrubs away at stains then this isn’t for you, however if your looking for something to wipe all your floors down so they are clean and not dusty, this is for you. I spray Zoflora on the floors first and then set up the robot to do it’s thing when I go to bed. When I get up in the morning it’s always back in it’s dock. The microfibre cloth goes in the washing machine after use and then it’s ready for its next time.
The Venga comes with lots of spare parts which again I thought was really good.
Yes you have to go round rooms and move anything it might not detect and could run over/get stuck under, but once you’ve worked out what these are in your home, it’s much easier to move these than mop/hoover everywhere!
I would highly recommend this produc
Perfect! Works in carpet too!
Excellent Hoover, I’ve had for a year and it has been a blessing
Brillia
It probably won’t replace your main vacuum which you’ll need to get in awkward places and for a stronger suction deep clean, but for normal routine cleaning this thing is superb. The evidence is in the collector bin after its been in operation! I don’t understand all of the icons on the remote control (I haven’t bothered learning them) and you do have to make sure you’ve got rid of cables, string, etc but those are minor problems. It’s just so fantastic to put the thing into motion and then get on with something else for 30-60 minutes and then – magically the vacuuming has been done. Climbs up onto nearly inch high rugs, no problem. Fantastic.
But… out of stock and no restock date? Oops, I’d just come back here to buy another (as a gift) and have had to get a different make. Shame, I would have bought another of these Vengas tonight if they’d been available.
We love our new pet!
This is a wonderful little thing anyone should have. We schedule for it to run everyday and the amount of dust collected is significant. It really helps with cleaning and make my sleep easier as less dust in the house. The plus side is to have a mopping function as well as hovering which distinct this product for others.
Does the job
This is my second robot vacuum cleaner. It does the job completely how it supposed to do. It cleans and the you swap the inside part and it wipes the floor. Don’t expect deep washing of the floor, it’s more like wiping the dust off, but I am still happy. It’s a bit noisy comparing to my old one, but it’s still ok. Also like how it looks, always wanted a white one. So I would say it would recommend it.
Amazing machine!
This robot hoover is absolutely brilliant. It is also amazing value for money.
The Venga robot hoover arrived quickly and was easy to set up. The remote control allows for a variety of programmes to be selected at the touch of a button. Once running it is quiet and does a fabulous job of cleaning the hard floors and regular carpets in our home. Long shaggy carpets and rugs may cause a problem. If you have lots of these, simply use a normal vacuum. Sorry. Boring.
Back to the best bits. The Venga picks up so much muck, I was shocked how non-clean our bungalow was. We use the Venga almost everyday and the floors are always clean. The mopping operation works well too. Tip; add 5ml of cleaning fluid to the water tank.
Just buy one of these little machines. They are brilliant. They are so entertaining too.
Every home should have one. We’ve never been cleaner!
I was sceptical when buying this product. I mean when you compare it to the prices of your high end robot hoover, it’s easy to become apprehensive about what you’re buying.
However, I was pleasantly surprised and please with my purchase.
I have a short hair, heavily malting dog, and was sweeping my wooden floors 2/3 times a day. I now no longer do this. I let R2 (my 11 year old named it) do all the work for me. I just have to regularly empty it.
So the positives.
It does exactly what you’d expect it to do… Hoover up hair and dust.
The hoover was very easy to put together, turn on and get going.
Transition from wooden floor to carpeted floor is seamless. It has to go over the carpet a few times to pick up all the hair and fluff… It does it on its own though, so no harm done.
Negatives
They are very slight negatives. But it would have been great if it was alexa enabled.
The scheduling is a bit light. I’d have liked the opportunity to set multiple start times a day, unfortunately you can only program this with one start time.
Overall
I really like this product, and for the price of some others you can get 3/4 or even 5 of these. The price is amazing and the product is not far off matching. I hope that Venga carry on developing reasonably priced robot hoovers as I will buy the next model when it comes out.
This robot makes my day every day. I have two kittens and it helps a lot with the hair. I sey it in my kitchen once a day and it helps me maintain it on top of the weekly overall cleaning in the house.

I was a bit sceptical about purchasing this item but it has been really good. Saving me a job and I get it to work over night downstairs and then move upstairs during the day twice a week. I have been impressed with the amount collected especially with 2 cats. It does work better on hard floors but has managed the carpet fine. The mop function is an added bonus.
Love my little robo. I have tile and wood floors and it’s brilliant for picking up bits, dustballs , cat hair etc. I just block off any accessible wires and set it off. I broke a glass the other day and it shattered. I honestly thought I found every bit but robo, cleaning under my kitchen cupboards, has since found some glass I missed. Does under the bed too. It’s easy, convenient and I pop it on when I eat my breakfast.

Where to start? This has been the best thing I have ever purchased. I bought it to clean out 100sqm extension, and I wasn’t thinking it would be this good. We have a karndean floor, so the mop feature was an essential part of the purchase. I have referred to him as “he” throughout as he is part of the family now!
At first use it seems like it is very repetitive, but it does work it’s way around the room, and we have used both the standard and the MAX suck, both being effective. We clear the loose chairs, and dangling charging cables etc, and let him go. When you come back the floors are dust free and looking good. If the charge runs out then he just goes home. We have also worked out there are a few spots he can get stuck – door track or tight corners. So we have put a table in the way there.
The mop feature does not replace the need to do some deep cleaning mopping, or spot cleaning, but it is effective. It’s like it just drags a wet towel behind it, but do it often enough and it cleans and disinfects.
We used it on the upstairs rooms on thick carpet, and it was really effective, although I think the dyson handheld is still the king there.
Don’t hesitate to buy – for the money you won’t get better!!!
UPDATE: mine cannot work in direct sunlight. It sees it as an obstacle. So if the sun is out, it can’t clean that part of the room! Slight issue, but not a tear round problem in Northern England. I’ll contact and see what they say!!

Brilliant product, does the job extremely well, a bit expensive, but in my case worth every penny.
Probably best cost benefit ratio in the market. Not great, but does the job.
Very helpful
Easy to set up, works well without supervision and it also maps the work area.
This is such a great product. It has a great suction and picks up bigger items than I thought it would (dog biscuit for example). It’s easy to empty and quick to do. You can either put on a timer (only for one time) or you can just press the on button yourself. Only takes about 3 hours to fully charge and a full charge does the downstairs of my house. It’s quiet and doesn’t bother my 2 dogs or cat. When it’s running out of battery the vacuum makes it’s way back to its charging point by itself and the brushes go slower which my cat likes to play with (that’s the only time I have to pay attention to it). The remote is easy to use, can set a timer, send it home, set it to vacuum on auto or on different functions (round the outside of the room, in circular motion, up and down the room). I often just leave it on auto and then later on will do the outside of the rooms to make sure it gets everywhere. It does well with corners which was a concern I had as it has brushes and turns itself so that the brushes brush bits out for it to suction up. I haven’t yet used the mop part so can’t comment on that.

I absolutely hate vacuuming and whilst this robotic vacuum is obviously slower than doing it yourself, that doesn’t bother me at all if it means I get out of doing it!
The vacuum itself arrived promptly and is well packaged. I panicked at first glance thinking I’d have to build it but all you really need to do is put the brushes on. They just snap on. It comes with a charging unit, a remote control (which you can store in the charging unit), a water tank, extra brushes and extra filters.
The vacuum is really simple to set up and the remote control functions are easy to understand. There are several modes inc auto (cleans your whole house and will even go back to charge itself if it runs out before the end of cleaning then will get back to finishing the job at hand), edges only, spot area (if you spill something in one area), single room mode and mop mode. Yep, it even comes with a water tank and a cloth so you fill the tank, attach the cloth and it’ll mop your floor too. Use the water tank empty if you just want it to polish your floor.
You can set a schedule so that it will vacuum at a certain time each day — great if you are out the house and want it tidy on your return.
The motor is quiet, the sensors are good and even my skittish cat seems to tolerate it. It is easy to empty. The waste tank isn’t very big but this shouldn’t be an issue if you are vacuuming regularly. Or you can just empty it per room like I do. The brushes are great and really pick up loose hair. Again, if you notice it not picking up too well then check and clean these (dead easy to pop out and clean). I have long hair and my cat is long haired and this does a great job of collecting it all up even though our carpet pile is fairly deep.
You might need to do some prep work on your home before you set it off unsupervised on auto — it doesn’t like trailing cables so make sure they’re tucked away. Mine got wedged under the armchair on the first try but I’d stopped it from being able to get too far under there now so its no longer an issue.
All in all, very happy with this purchase — the future is here!

Haha, laziness knows no bounds.
Really excellent little tool. Very easy to use and to program. Scares the wotsit out of the dogs but they’ll get used to it. Certainly gets me out of doing the vacuuming which has to be a good thing.
The one criticism is why have a max power button? Why not just have it at that all the time?
GREAT ROBOT VAC FOR THE MONEY
I bought this for the wife who said she would not like it even before it came now 5 days after having it she loves it, she’s. amazed with it, she only has it downstairs on hardwood flooring but she can’t believe how good it is for the money. It’s that good my daughters seen it and order one for herself. Recommend it 100%.
Easy to use and quick to set up. Picks up a lot of dust and pet hairs. The remote works to wake up the robot, make it focus on one area, and go back home. The mopping attachment works well, doesn’t run out of water and still manages to clean our whole (big) kitchen with a full tank. Definitely worth it for the money.

I am extremely happy with the Venga Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Corner to corner cleaning without lifting a finger! BLISS!! I have 2 young children so the Robot cleans up the kitchen floor after dinner time whilst I’m upstairs getting the kids ready for bed. Absolutely love it, and what a conversation piece. Even better that it’s 50% of the price of the others I’ve seen.
