It’s been an absolutely sanity saver! Easy to put up, easy to put down, very lightweight but sturdy. Keeps the baby away from torturing the dog or the dog licking the baby to death as soon as I’m out of the room, gives me the chance to have a hot cup of coffee in peace or do the housework without worrying that the baby going to get into some sort of trouble in a cupboard or fireplace he shouldn’t be in!
Even my older boy loves getting in it with his brother to play and have peace away from the dog (who just wants to play with him non-stop).
Wish I had had one when my eldest was a baby!
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt that this is such a good play pen, I couldn’t not comment.
I thoroughly recommend this play pen. It is extremely easy to put up and down. It is a neutral colour (extremely light grey) and would blend in with any decor.
It is quite big so you would need to have a decent size room for it unless you don’t mind it taking up the space. There is enough room for the baby to crawl about and play. The sides of the play pen are mesh so you can see the baby.
This product is absolutely amazing. I read and re read so many reviews and this one had the best consistent reviews. It’s sturdy, spacious, I don’t worry about my little one falling or slipping as it’s safe. I can’t stress how easy it is to fold and unfold. It’s waterproof. Has a side zipped opening if you can’t pick your child up then they can get out themselves. I’ve had it for almost a month. Absolutely 5 stars.
Definitely recommend this!!!. If you don’t have much room in your home this is the one to buy. I have it out when my little one up and it’s easily put away with the little buttons at each side and push in… ta da I have space again .
My little one is 7 months and loves being in this… able to move about with ease and I don’t have to worry.
This is honestly the easiest play pen/cot to put up and down. It’s honestly the easiest with no hassle at all.
It’s easy to clean with a wipe. Then I spray with Milton and leave that to dry in.
This is a must have and it’s definitely worth it.
Impressed with the quality and sturdiness. Width and height is just right for my 6 months old grandson as for when he is several mor month old. With a few cushions, cuddly toys and play balls, plus supervision, he’s happy! Had to pad up the bottom of the playpen as it lacks this. Would definitely recommend this item.
Bought this for my baby as they had just begun to crawl. Base or play pen is slightly slippey for a little one who is just beginning to crawl but I put a foam mat down for a few weeks until she became more proficient and now its fine. Mesh is very durable, my little one likes to rake her finger nails across it and no tears or fraying. I like the fact it is easy to see through the mesh. Easy to put up and down. Very happy with this product and would recommend.
Absolutely brilliant! I would highly recommend this product. The fact that you can fold it away is what is the best aspect. Meaning you can use it as a travel play pen and also put it down once the kids are in bed! So much better than our old metal one which was heavy and time consuming to put up. This playpen is strong and spacious. Get one!
I’m a mum of 4 and this is my first time needing a play pen and the little one is super active and we have dogs in the house this time round. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner. Had considered buying a travel cot but I’m so glad I paid the extra as there’s a great space for her to still bum shuffle around. The mesh is a good bit away from the poles too so she won’t hurt herself. She’s really happy and content in her own wee safe space. I love it! Baby (age 8 months or so at that time) was able to stand up in it from the get go even though the fabric walls arent rigid and now she’s a year she’s fine in it can wander around and play but is secure. I’ve also tried a 18 month old in there and again she couldn’t escape. Baby doesn’t spend much time in it but sometimes you need to take a minute or two to do something and its a great place to park baby without worry whilst she’s put of sight.
Being as its easy to fold/unfold means you can also take it away with you on holiday or just put it away if you need the space without being worried there’s a big hassle in having to do that.
Its a hexagonal shape, it varies from 1.2 to 1.35 metres diameter.
If you have an early crawler and walker like me, this is a real life saver. At six months old my little one was unstoppable with his crawling and by seven months he was pulling himself up on EVERYTHING. I couldn’t even leave him for 10 seconds without worrying, but this playpen has changed everything. It is great quality and really easy to put up and a lot bigger than I thought, in a good way!
Quick and easy to open up and simple to fold and store away in carrying bag. Ideal for our grandchild’s (13 months) play time with either Nanny or Grandad sitting inside with him; all safe and secure from intrusion by our Golden Retriever dog. Solves the challenge of ensuring the safety of our grandchild whilst playing without having to keep the dog in a different room.
Bought this to replace a playpen I bought 6 months ago that fell apart and wish I hadn’t been so stingy the first time around as it was a false economy. Love how quickly this goes up and down so its portable – I took it to my mums when she babysat nearly 2 year old and made her life easier! It’s very sturdy so child won’t be able to knock it over (like mine eventually learnt to do with the old static one). Neutral colours fit in nicely with my living room too. Bonus.
Great value for money. I was on the fence about purchasing a play pen and after a lot of research found this one. I’m so happy I got it, I use it daily for my 8 month old. It’s spacious , fits so many toys, I can play inside with him/ or leave him to it and easy to fold.
What a fantastic product. So easy to put up and put away, folds up very small into a carry bag. We were going to buy a playpen for here (Grammy and Grampy’s house) and one for my daughter’s house but no need as this is so easy to transport. I bought this product for when our granddaughter visits. It worked really well when they visited our garden during lockdown. It helped maintain the social distancing rule with a crawling baby. It was very easy to put up, a great size and she loved being in it. I transformed it into a ball pool with a pack of plastic balls. She was amused for ages! Easy to fold up again and store.
We needed a playpen for our rapidly growing and very curious 6mth old boy! Having looked a lot online I was surprised at just how poor the majority of solutions are from being tacky and cheap to cumbersome and poorly devised. I decided to take a punt on the Venture Allstar playpen and I’m so glad I did. It arrived very quickly and comes in an easy carry bag. No assembly required. It just opens up and locks into place with two clips. The pen is large thankfully (we have a big baby!), and is well constructed and sturdy. The bottom mat is thin so you’ll want to add something soft underneath. We either have it on a rug in the house or on the grass lawn outside. He has loads of toys and some cushions in there and still ample room. There is a little zip entrance too so his bigger sisters can crawl in or we can lie half in, half out and play down on the floor with him. Quick to collapse and transport around the house and gives us peace of mind to know he is safe and secure but we can see him at all times. Oh, and the price is very reasonable for such a product. Really impressed!
We purchased this the day after my parents bought one for our 9 month old daughter as were so impressed. It’s a really good size and was so easy to put up and take down – and is a product that actually fits back in the storage bag that it comes in! The base is soft and wipeable and it’s a lot stronger and sturdier than I thought. Our daughter is quite boisterous and has leant all over it and it’s stood up to her very well. She doesn’t like to be ‘contained’ much in bouncers, high chairs etc but she doesn’t have an issue with this at all.
Very sturdy and well constructed and love that we can easily fold up and take into garden or away with us in the nice carry bag. Bought in advance of my daughter moving around so she could get used to it beforehand. Looks very smart too and much bigger than expected so plenty of room for little one.
Reasonably easy to put up, found a bit stiff to do on my own but this might get easier with practice!
I bought this item for my 9 month old nephew so he could play in the garden and get some sunshine without hurting himself. Lovely item, easy to pack up and taken outside. Big and sturdy enough for mum and baby to sit inside for some okay time ( mum is only 5feet nothing) playpen was delivered earlier than advised so thanks for a job well done.
Love the fact that you can snap it up or down in less than 30 seconds

Lovely playpen which folds and unfolds easily! It did arrive with a stain on the canvass though unfortunately. If it were not for the fact that it’ll probably end up with more stains from day to day use with a baby, I probably would’ve returned it!
This is an absolutely brilliant product. A safe, secure space for my 10 month old to play in.
The build quality, packaging and simplicity to use is spot on. The engineering is very well thought through, I thought I was going to have to spend hours trying to work out how to assemble but it sprang up in front of me straight from the box, a few simple clicks to secure and our son was in within minutes.

Having a playpen that’s not made of bars, a good height and shape and most importantly safe and easy to us has been a god send. My baby started using it at 6 months and still loves it now as it’s permanently up in our living room for the odd occasion I need to go to the loo! Definitely get a playpen with a door otherwise you’ll break your back!!
We’ve also used it outside on top of a waterproof picnic blanket on the lawn.

I bought the play pen for my grandson, it was delivered straight to my sons house a day earlier than was expected so that was good. My daughter-in-law is very pleased with it, its easy to open up and close, she says it’s really spacious and sturdy and good quality. I haven’t seen it because of the lock down but she would highly recommended it.
It’s so cool. Out the bag, Two clicks, play time. That simple. I’m 5ft exactly and I can sit comfortable and he has ample space.. Comes with a travel bag easy to pack away not much space needed and fits into most car boots or back seat floor for days out. Perfect if you get it early so they can grow into it and get value for money and time.
This item is just amazing!!! Everything is perfect about it, I did not expect it to be that good to be honest. Easy to fold, light but very sturdy and safe, compact when folded and spacious when unfolded, handy bag with a strap added to carry it , high quality materials and much more.
Perfect. Excellent size. It is already assembled and very sturdy once you pop it up and lock the sides. It has plenty of room. It can easily be collapsed and put in its bag which would make it easy to transport. Seems to be well built and excellent for the price compared to more pricey options I considered.
I don’t plan to use this with my little one for those moments when I nip out of the room to have piece of mind he is in one place and it also zones off an area in our living room for his toys etc. It would also work well with balls if you wanted to make a little ball pit.

Ordered this so that I can pop my 9mth old daughter in it while I garden but it’s been used so much more than that. It can double up as a ball pit, the feet have rubber caps so would not damage indoor flooring. It collapses very easily and stores neatly and while we are house bound currently (covid19 lockdown) once we can get back to normal life I can see us taking it to BBQs, the beach or on holiday. Also I picked this over another pop up playpen that had a domed roof as it was a little more compact. On a hot day you can just peg a Muslin to the top to create some shade.
Fantastic playpen! We are very pleased with our purchase. Easy to put up and fold down when not needed, excellent size for baby and toys, and me! It folds down very compact, is sturdy for a lively 9 month old. Our baby can still see out due to the mesh sides, we will be using indoors and outdoors. I have used extra foam mats when on a non carpet surface. I would definitely recommend.
This product is great. Already Fully assembled just remove from the box and carry cot and it’s done. Very roomy and daughter is happy and secure in it. The base is a tad thin so I use some soft play mats. It’s easy to put down and stored away nicely.
Just arrived today after only ordering on Monday afternoon, it’s now Wednesday. Brilliant considering the current circumstances (covid-19).
Assembly was pretty easy, like others have said no need to lock the two red bits at the same time, you do this one at a time. Was pretty stiff but it was up in less than 5 minutes and pretty simple to do.
Feels really sturdy and looks great, blends into the decor really well and our 7 month old seems to like it.
Can’t comment on longevity, but am happy with the sturdiness and quality of materials/construction on first use. Portability good for garden / travel use. If used on a hard surface, supplementary soft matting needed under/in the play pen, which is not supplied with the unit. Let down somewhat by flimsy carry bag that doesn’t close (apparently the draw-string had to be omitted due to safety concerns).
This is exactly what we needed. Folds up if necessary (we usually leave it out), big enough, and this improved design means my daughter can’t bang her head on the cross bars, unlike just everything else in our lounge…
The grey is smart and the mesh is easy to see through.
Needs a mat under it as the base is material, we have it on a thick rug on wooden floor.
Wad much bigger than I realised and was a little tricky to open and close initially, instructions weren’t clear to me. My baby was scared initially, but quickly adapted and now feels safe playing inside and I can leave the room briefly, confident she is safe. I put play mats underneath the playpen and pipe lagging on the upward bars, so it would nt her if she fell onto them. It’s big enough for her to roll around in and practise tummy time, also I can get inside with her!
Really useful playpen for my 10month old, she loves wandering in & out of the little entrance and useful for when I need to pop out of the room & know she’s safe. Took away 1 star only because the material on the floor is a little slippy but other than that a good purchase
Excellent playpen. Easy to put up and fold down. Child is safe, but they don’t feel too enclosed because they are able to see you through the soft, mesh walls.
This playpen is very spacious but it also occupies a lot of space so we had to return it. The material is of good quality. But the metal legs are not safe for a baby, my child kept falling and banging his body as he was trying to climb up.
Excellent product. I ordered two, one for home and one for when we are visiting. Just the right size. Lightweight and easy to fold and unfold. Only two small minuses. Firstly, it cannot be used without placing plastic mats underneath, as the bottom is not padded at all. Secondly, the first one I ordered had a cover with a drawstring close, which is very user friendly whereas the second one had just elastic on the cover which is harder to pull over the playard to put it away. Overall though top marks on functionality.
It came already brilliantly assembled, easy to fold, small and compact for storage with a fantastic bag for travel.
I’ve never had a play pen but it’s truly exceeded all my expectations and more. The mesh means she can clearly see me without bumping her head on metal bars like the traditional ones; the little zip door means she can easily crawl out without me bending over all the time and it’s easy for me to get into as well if I need to comfort her or sit in there with her to settle her on play. It’s very spacious and the padding on the bottom is so soft and easy to clean.

Excellent playpen , sturdily constructed, and easy to assemble. Perfect for our baby grandson. We bought a second one to give to his parents so that they know he is safe now he is on the move.
I bought this following reading all the great reviews. It’s quite large but is folding for ease of storage. We haven’t folded it since it arrived and use it every day! Our little one (7 months old) loves it and it’s big enough for him to roll around and play with all his toys, two weeks after receiving it he started sitting up from a lying down position and then two days later crawling! The only comment I would have is that the support bars could do with some cushioning to prevent accidental falls and babies heads coming into contact with the bars.
Great product. East to put away only takes a few minutes. The only disappointing thing is the bag which is also provided with the product has been discontinued due to safety and therefore had to wait for a new bag to be delivered which will take 4-6 weeks. This was not highlighted when initially ordering the product. But I do highly recommend the pen as it helps to keep your child safe and you can carry on with other essential house work etc.
Brilliant for my 9 month old granddaughter now that she’s just started to crawl. It’s great to know that we can pop her in there with a load of toys when we need to. She seems to really like it too and sometimes I get in there with her which I think amuses her!
Awesome play pen. My wee one loves flipping about in it. It fits nicely in our small living room while giving him loads of space to move. I like the fact it is mesh all round so I can see him easily, but he doesn’t hurt if he touches the sides. I really like the door, as I have back issues, so lifting my increasingly heavy baby in and out isn’t an option. I have even sat in the play pen with my son, and it feels cosy. Would definitely recommend!
I had been searching for a playpen for some time as my 10 month old was starting to get everywhere , and I am thrilled I found this one. It’s so easy to pop up and down so you can move around the house , it is a really good size for them to crawl around and play in , and my baby is content in there , I can now get a few jobs down knowing they are safe , and we are also planning on taking it on holiday with us as it folds up small . It also looks smart in your home / garden .
Product arrived promptly. This was for my 8month old grandson. It is easy to put up and fold down. Comfy on a carpet, I would not use it on a hard floor without padding of some sort underneath. The zipper door is great for getting youngster out without bending. Good quality. Carry bag is very useful for transporting. Very pleased so far. Its only the first month but I hope it will last well.
Very pleased! It’s easy to put up and take down, is very well made and my precious granddaughter is happy to play in it! The carrying bag makes it easy to transport too. A great product at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended (I purchased 2 different play pens to see which was best – this won hands down!)
It’s ideal for my toddler! I put him in when I’m making baby’s bottle, putting her down for a nap, any time where i just need him in a safe place. I don’t trust him alone with the baby so it means I can leave them both in the same room if he’s in the pen. The mesh sides means he can still see out of it, and there are no hard or sharp parts for him to injure himself on. Don’t know what I’d do without it.
I look after my 9 month old grandson several days a week and I also have a dog and I want to keep them and his toys separate while he is small. This playpen is brilliant. It’s very sturdy but very easy to put up and fold down. The first couple of times putting it up was tricky as it was a little stiff, but after a couple of times it now only takes second to put up and put away, which I do each day I have him. The zip door is very handy as I can keep him and the toys in the playpen but sit on the floor with the door open so he’s not shut away. It is surprisingly spacious. I’m not a small person but I could easily fit through the door and sit in the playpen if I wanted/needed to. My daughter has now bought one too that she uses at home. Unlike travel cots that never seem to fit back in the bag the same as they arrived, this playpen does fit back in the bag perfectly every time.
The playpen was an immediate success with my ten month grandson. The door is a great asset when open he is able to go in and out at will. It is roomy enough for his seven year old sister to join him in it and play together.When closed it provides a safe space with him able to see out and for his parents to keep an eye on him .I have now purchased the sun shade as it will be very useful in the garden this summer.
Was a little difficult to get the safety catches in place in order to put it up. But once up it does the job. Only used it briefly so far but looks good, fair bit of room and baby seemed happy in it. Room for me to get in and play, change him etc. No worries about him getting in places that he shouldn’t now!
Liked the product immensely. so easy to assemble, good size, safe materials the infant can see out so doesn’t think he’s in jail! Easy clean. What’s not to like. We did a great deal of investigating before purchasing we are far from disappointed. Good value all round. Definitely recommended, delivery and after care prompt! Well done Venture.
Great playpen, that’s easy to put up and down once you get used to it. When I’m putting it up I find it easier to push the bars into place with the playpen upside down so that I can push them down rather than trying to pull them up. I play mats underneath it to make sure there’s enough padding. It’s easy to transport and has a bag with a strap. I take it with me when I teach my dance classes so my little girl can sit and play in it and she loves it most of the time. We haven’t tried it outside but now the weather is improving I’m sure we will. I would definitely recommend this playpen.
Bought for an increasingly active and mobile 6-month-old. Very easy to assemble and clean; I haven’t yet worked out how to collapse it by myself, but it doesn’t matter for our purposes as we leave it out. It’s very spacious — plenty of space for a parent to crawl in and play with the baby — and I like that the zip opening offers an option for putting the baby in and taking him out without bending over. The bottom is not padded enough by itself to use on wooden floors, but we put the playpen on top of foam playmats and that works fine.

Excellent item, easy to fold, can be set up in seconds and portable! It is also quite spacious so comfortable for the baby. The only thing to keep in mind is you would need to put smth at the bottom as it is not cushioned.
I buy just about everything from amazon but have only ever left one review before when I was really let down by a product. Usually I’m pretty happy with my purchases but with this item I was absolutely over the moon! I bought it for my ten month old for in the awning of our new caravan and I prepared myself for the usual wrestle trying to assemble and then fold down the product- a typical battle with anything baby-related. But this is a doddle yet it’s felt really robust so far. Both my baby and my 2 year old love it and I can see how I can continue to use it when they’re older as a ball pool and maybe putting a tunnel into it from the zipped door in the side. It’s brilliant!
Absolutely amazing.After long research this seemed to be best value for money, portable, light and durable. Very spacious for my twins who started to learn to crawl. Can’t wait for warmer weather to take it outside and enjoy sunshine with twins in it:)
This item arrived very fast and I’m extremely pleased with it. There is no assembly and it Is easy to put up and fold, taking just seconds. This makes it really convenient for busy parents, giving a safe space for baby to play and an easy way for me to quickly tidy away toys. My older child put a blanket over it to make an instant den, so it works for all the family! Hooray!
I was looking for a foldable playpen that I could easily put away, so it doesn’t permanently take place in our living space. The way it assembles is very easy, I can put it away on my own without my husband’s help, while it keeps a sturdy structure when standing.
The playpen has enough space for our four month old baby. It was a lot bigger than I imagined, so I think we will be happy with the size as the baby grows to eventually crawl and walk.

This is amazing!! We live in a small flat with a very active baby, and this keeps her in place and safe while we cook / shower etc. It’s saved me having to buy baby gates and I love that it can fold up in the evening and fit into a corner so it’s not taking over our space. There are a few things that I rate as “the best” – this playpen, the jumperoo and the Sleepyhead. Thanks for making such a great product!!
Excellent item just what I needed something big enough for 11mth old to play in but that I could collapse down at night to save space and it does the job brilliantly. Very sturdy my 3 yr old has a habit of climbing over the top of it to play inside with her sister and it’s not broken yet Very easy to put together and collapses takes seconds and great space saver. Definitely worth the money and using an amazon voucher I had was a bonus on overall price. Very happy customer and baby loves it.
Large and easy to fold and store. However a little more difficult to put up. Ideally need two people to push up clasps and lock into place at same time , as distance between two clasps to wide to do yourself. Yet i would still recommend this product. Strong and mesh fabric allows baby to see out and you to see in.
I bought one to for my grandchildren to visit, my daughter was so impressed I bought her another. They only thing I would say is that you need a rubber mat underneath if you’re using on a hard floor as the base has no padding
This is great play pen for our 10 month old, it’s so easy to put up and folds down in seconds. It is quite big and can hold a lot of toys but is very compact once folded down (which is great for our small living room). Really well made and durable, easy to keep clean. I thought I would collapse it every evening to keep the lounge tidy – this is simple to do but the mechanism is a bit stiff so it’s not worth while doing this, in my view.
Good for keeping toys neat and contained once baby has gone to bed.
Once it was in situ, it was a lot larger than I expected – don’t make my mistake – measure your available space before you buy it!
I have been using this playpen for over a month now. I use it everyday & it has been a lifesaver. I love the door in the side- my daughter crawls in and out as she pleases and I’m able to zip it up when I need to. It is really sturdy and easy to put up. There is plenty of room for baby to move around. I have recently bought some foam playmats to go underneath to provide some padding. Overall, fantastic purchase- I would highly recommend.
This playpen is absolutely brilliant. Bought for my 10 month old son as he’s now on the move & into everything! He has loads of toys inside it to keep him occupied. When the little side “door” is open, he likes to come in & out of it. It’s great to zip up if i need to run upstairs or go into another room. It can be used outside also. It’s completely wipable. Arrived very quickly, even a day before expected delivery date. I searched for a playpen for a while & none seemed as safe as this. The reason i bought this one is because the sides are breathable & you can see the child through it without having to constantly look over the top to make sure they are okay. It’s so easy to fold up & comes in a travel bag. it assembles like a travel cot. I even managed to put it up myself, without the help of my partner!
The playpen is easy to assemble, looks stabile, big enough for an adult to sit in with little one or open the hedge and peek in on eye level. It’s a great product- it had a week delivery time though.
This has been one of those purchases where you go – “I wish we’d bought it sooner”
Our very active 11 month old loves it in here – he didn’t at first – but quickly got used to it.
We used it in our kitchen and in our living room to have a bit of crowd control between our 4 year old, 11mth old, old big dog and 2 parents!
I think it would be better if there was a little more padding you could attach for harder floors but the fact it is relatively thin means you can fold up really easily as it does take a a lot floor space. We actually leave the toys in it all the time, fold it away and its ready for next use.
One niggle – and we’ve only had it a few months is that one of the seams has come away in one of the corners.

Have been looking for a playpen for my daughter for ages, and eventually came across this one. In love with it – it’s sturdy, surprisingly large, and will fit her for a long time (she’s quite tall!) Not too expensive either.
Great for keeping a 7-month-old bundle of energy safe and contained. The only slight drawback (for a short person like me) would be the fact that it is very “tall” and so rather hard to just lean over the edge and pick baby up/lower them down into it. I can however easily unzip the side and even join him inside the playpen, as it is very spacious!
We love this baby play pen! There’s plenty of room in it for little one and his toys. I was a bit concerned he’d not like being in there and feel trapped but due to its shape it feels spacious but it’s light colour doesn’t make it feel over bearing and it doesn’t feel like it’s taking over our living room. I’m so glad I went for one with a zip door because we leave that open so baby can go in and out (as can mum!!) when we are playing with him but then it’s simple enough to zip up when we need him to be in the playpen. Delivery was quick (quicker than expected). Easy to assemble due to its design however we did need to be two (one on either side) to get it to clip into place and be secure. Not tried to collapse it yet so not sure if we’d need to be two. All in all a great plaype
we think this is excellent also at this special offer price, folds out and put away very quickly and very sturdy and lovely design safety clips on it , its ideal to watch your baby play in a safe space. Very very pleased with it. love it !
We’ve had this playpen for a couple of months now and we use it close mainly when we are cooking, the rest of the time we use it with the opening open so our son can go in and out of it easily as he doesn’t like to stay confined in it. The bottom is not that padded so if your baby often falls (if he’s learning to stay sat down for instance) I would recommend you use some other padding. Really useful, I would rebuy.
Efficient quick delivery. So easy to assemble, lightweight to move, compact when collapsed down yet firm on the floor for active baby/toddler. Zip entrance useful. Easy to see through sides so happy occupant. Just what grandma needed so she can have peace of mind when back is turned to put the kettle on and take a well earned tea break with peace of mind!
Such a great size and my little one can’t climb the sides either. I can always see what he’s up to and the little door which zips open is such a good idea.
It’s so easy to put up and take down, I can do it with just one hand in a matter of seconds. It folds up so compact as well. I’m a nanny as well as a parent so I take it to and from jobs, it fits in my Mini’s boot without taking up much space!
When I’m at home I actually fold it up and leave it at the side with his toys still in the bottom (so it’s an instant play area when I unfold) and it’s still really compact and doesn’t look messy either.
The floor mat is wipeable and cleanable, as is the top section.
It’s given me such peace of mind know he’s safe and not getting up to anything he shouldn’t when he’s playing in there. Such a good purchase
Good value play pen, easy to put up and fold down. Good quality and very good size, large enough for baby to crawl around and play with toys. Arrived on time. Very happy with the seller. Would definitely recommend.
However, with two other toddlers to try to keep alive on the beach/camping/in the garden means I’m not able too spend time following the crawling baby around, making sure she’s not stuffing marbles into her mouth.
A friend of mine told me I needed one of these playpens – and boy, was she right.
It’s up (and down) in seconds – AND single-handed, comes with a carry-bag and is well big enough that she doesn’t get grizzly with the lack of space. Plenty big enough for me to put another one in when she gets lonely and the zip door makes it easy for the big kids to get in but not easy enough for the baby to get out. This will be a life-saver this summer, thank you!
It actually pops up and down in a matter of seconds so it’s not too much of a pain if you want to put it up and down everyday.
It’s also wipable material which could go in the garden without getting ruined and has a zip door which he can crawl in and out of when I’m in the room.
Would 100% recommend this to anyone unsure of what playpen to get. Especially for the price.
We’ve just bought this playpen 2 weeks ago & it has been an instant hit with the whole family. Baby loves to play there and is safe & contained. We can leave her there for 20-30 minutes & rest but still see her trough the mesh. The design of the metal bars is very smart & they support the structure but baby cannot hit the head easily on them. The zipped entrance makes it easy to access without carrying a lot of weight while bending over the side. The playpen is foldable and it works great. It only needs pressing 2 buttons & pulling up the pen’s floor & the item is folded. 15 seconds?! It folds very small & it extends very large, so be mindful of space when open (measure well before buying as needs large space in the room). We leave toys in it when folded as well so overall this has been a dream purchase so far. Thank you Venture!
We’ve been using this for a month or so now and really pleased with it. Super easy to put up and down, it literally just fold in and out and has 2 click buttons to hold it in place.
It’s a really good size, plenty of room for baby to crawl around and explore….in fact sometimes mummy & daddy crawl in with babba as she finds it funny!!!
As it is portable, the base and fabric to the base and around the too are only very lightly padded but that’s fine on carpet.
The mesh sides make it easy to see baby and less upright pokes means less bump risk!
The little door is really handy too…i’m 5’2″ and struggle to reach over to get my daughter if she is lying down.
Only negative for us is when it arrived, one if the lock buttons had been squashed in so it wouldn’t lock but other half managed to prise it out and it’s been fine since.
It is also really easy to assemble, you just expand the walls out until the two red brackets click.
Update: We’ve had this a couple of months now and it really is a great purchase being able to safely play it really brought on the development of our little ones sitting, crawling, standing etc. It’s also really easy to collapse and transport and we took it on holiday (inside uk) with us and also to grandparents occasionally to babysit.
