This is a sturdy dolly but I’m disappointed with the maneuvering on stairs. More difficult than I imagined.

Unit came together easily out of the box. It does make lifting equipment easier up stairs. The handle part extends to allow easier pulling the unit up stairs. Unit folds down into a neat compact piece for storage.

Only issue was sliding the extending handle back down, you have to hold both spring buttons and you your body weight to lower. Apart from that it’s a great wee tool.

I wanted to move a couple of bureaus and other heavy items, would involve going up and down stairs BY MYSELF. I didn’t think it would be possible but I decided to give this stair-climbing cart a tryand it worked better than I had hoped

Good product. I added caps on the 2 square tube ends to prevent floor scratching when folded and stored upright.

I had back surgery a few years ago and as a part time musician hauling amplifiers and other heavy equipment had become a big challenge for me. Many of the places I play have stairs which was another challenge altogether. I already had a regular dolly but that wouldn’t really help me negotiating stairs (some of my equipment is near 70 pounds).

I poked around on Amazon and found this one. I ordered the Vevor based on the reviews and the rated weight rating. I have not been disappointed. First, it was easy to assemble and has been very easy on my back negotiating stairs. It folds up nicely and fits in the space behind my seat in my Tacoma. I was initially concerned because it was so lightweight but it has help very well.

This makes getting cat litter and salt bags down stairs a cinch. The only problem we have had is that the little rubber ends fall off and we have to put back on.

Very little assembly required. Used primarily for moving 18 gallon storage bins up and down stairs. Rolls easily over carpeted stairs (closed back stairs). Bins usually in the 30 to 50 pound range. I would wonder about the unit handling anything in the claimed 300 pound range – I do not think it would work. But gain, for weights under 100# it worked great.

Loaded up the Christmas decorations from the basement and back and this certainly did the job. Used it to help a neighbor move his AC unit and again it did the job. Makes life a lot easier.

This is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It worked really well for going up and down the stairs with heavy items! Less items for me to carry during my move; I loved it! Only thing that would make it better is to have the platform part flat to the ground so that it can be slid under the items without having to first lift them to get onto the cart.

Works great for one person move down 40 steps. I stacked and strapped 2 – 4 gallon containers and many loads later I’m almost done. 100lbs not problem but I wouldn’t do anything heavier.

Very sturdy & handy gadget. We needed it to take luggage in & out of a second floor condo. It works perfectly! Had an issue
With a wheel bearing that was missing but found the replacement piece on Amazon & seller reimbursed us with no issue for
the cost. Easy fix. Worth every penny. Really works surprisingly well.

It takes some getting used to, the tri wheel doesn’t require the exertion to go up stairs as a cart with a single wheel and the temptation is there to tug much harder than is required.

I believe that anybody living at the apartment or condo with stairs should have one. Very useful & helpful. I have tried several different types and found it’s one of the best. To carry the items, I put a small box /container on the cart and put the items in there and bind them with bungee Cord Hook.

People complaining about no assembly instructions. I attached pictures of how it comes out of the box…..If you need instructions to slide the wheels on and tighten nuts I would question your ability to even use this….Just sayin.

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersI am a 74 year old widow living in a two story house. I bought this stair climber hoping it would help me lug my suitcases up and down the stairs since I travel frequently. Took me a while to figure out how to put it together since it didn’t come with instructions. (You might want to type up some for novices like me.) Once it was built I tried it out. It works great!! The first thing I moved was a 62 lb dresser! The wheels moved perfectly going slowly up the stairs. I used the nylon cord that came with the cart to tie it securely to the frame of the cart. I got it up the stairs and into the bedroom without any help! It is definitely worth buying. I am going to put this cart to good use.

But the usefulness of having a cart like this for a 68 year old man or woman to bring all of our purchase left o the porch by UPS or FedEx or the mail peopleis a back saver! It seems to be very sturdy and even comes with a nice long bunjee cord. You won’t regret getting this cart!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis cart is amazing. We have to frequestly haul heavy boxes of medical supplies up the basement 13 stairs and this cart is WONDERFUL!!! The wheels are awesome and it is well constructed!! The only negative is they supply such a huge bungee cord which is too big fornthis smaller cart. Lucky had extras in our home. Might suggest a smaller one for this purchase.

Golden Review Award: 36 From Our UsersI’ve had this VEVOR Stair-Climbing Cart for 7 months now and I absolutely love it. As I’ve gotten older, a few things are starting to wear out, including my lower back. 🙁 I had purchased a “regular” dolly several years ago, but, going up and down stairs with weight on it, it would nearly jerk me off my feet as it dropped from step to step. So, I was excited to see the new “3-wheelers.” I did a lot of comparison-shopping before choosing the VEVOR because it folded to reduce storage space, could handle heavier weights, had a larger bottom platform than many others, and a drop-down brace that allows me to set it down with the bottom platform in the air. This is very handy for applying straps when they’re needed to stabilize large, heavy, or oddly-shaped loads.

Unloaded, it’s compact and lightweight, making it very easy to store and move from place to place, so I use it a great deal. From hauling my garbage to the end of my driveway every week, to shifting my air conditioners up and down from the basement as the seasons change, to moving everything from multiple bags of garden mulch, to smaller pieces of furniture to “value” sizes of pet food and heavily-loaded laundry hampers, even when I don’t HAVE to use it, I often do because it makes so many tasks easier. The three-wheel design is great for more than just navigating stairs. Any time I come up against a bump, instead of stopping and requiring extra effort to continue, this cart simply walks over the obstacle and keeps going! AND, in spite of everything I’ve put it through, it’s still in great shape. It may not be inexpensive but I’ve found it to be well worth the investment!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI appreciate the ease of transporting heavy objects such as a case of beer or water up stairs or both at the same time. I found the stand to be very annoying as it kept getting in the way until I fastened to the frame with a small bungee cord.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our Usersway stronger than i had thought it might be, easily stood up to abuse and moved about 10 tons of stuff without any issues. Up and down the steps dozens of times with loads of 200 or even 300 pounds. I do wish the bottom was a flat piece of metal that could slide under things like a regular dolly, and the bar that flops down is annoying (I tied it up with a twist tie to keep it from coming down anymore), but all in all this was a huge improvement over a regular dolly when it comes to getting things up and down steps. It is heavy though, so it isn’t exactly a breeze to get a 100 pound box up the steps with this as additional weight – but again, it is easier than carrying the box or pulling a regular dolly.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our Usersi will not be returning this product, it worked fabulously, i hauled my heaviest air conditioner down first. moved it down 2 flights of stairs to the basement from a second story in a duplex. it worked great, i even pulled upwards on it to test going up and i could move it upwards easily, so i will be able to bring them back up as easily as well. i did use a strap i have and i would recommend buying one (ex: AUDEW Ratchet Tie Down Straps 4 Pack Ratchet Straps 20 FT-1500Lb Break Strength Cargo Straps Heavy Duty Lashing Straps) to cinch it securely to the cart so there is no chance it would ever fall off, and using the enclosed bungee to hold up the leg when moving item. overall it worked very well and i wont be worried anymore about getting them up and down the stairs and needing help from undependable people. i can do it myself.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersIt does what it says.
I think it’s kind of heavy for a woman to pull up the stairs and I’m a strong woman you put a 50 lb bag of salt on top of it it really is heavy but I think I’ll keep it and use it for different things in my garage moving things around and for the odd step project but again I think it’s quite heavy structurally and that makes it quite heavy to maneuver with a heavy object on top of it a man probably could handle it very easily.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersThis climber has been an invaluable help especially when we moved this past summer. One can imagine how heavy boxes of books can be going up and down stairs. This thing was a trooper! Because of it’s heavy duty construction, I didn’t have to worry about damaging it or having it fall apart when taking a heavy box up/down the stairs.

Golden Review Award: 40 From Our UsersThe stairs at my apartment complex works fine with this cart. If your using it for lighter loads like laundry (going up the stairs), it’s much easier versus hauling heavier loads like groceries (like we do via 2-3 stacked InstaCrates w/Bungee cords). Our carport is quite a distance from our 2nd story apartment so we consider it a godsend, however keep in mind that lighter or heavier loads will determine the labor factor. With laundry, I can use just 1 arm on the handle while traveling up the stairs facing forward. During grocery runs while I’m alone, I must use 2 arms when hauling a heavy load up the flight of stairs facing down the flight (*Tip* = for heavy loads, 2 people lifting..one on each end is much faster/safer in either direction) which I prefer over multiple trips between points A & B. For safety reasons, when descending alone, I’d recommend only lighter loads since the resistance you must provide will prevent the wheels from dropping violently between steps. I’ve seen comments that it leaves visible marks on lightly colored floor surfaces since the wheels don’t swivel (this is a design issue) so one can expect shorter wheel life in environments especially where narrow hallways with twists and turns are present. If you can envision a future model with a swivel feature and either a motorized stairclimber or a descending counterweight system, wouldn’t that be the ultimate in convenience? Things typically improve over time but for now, I can anticipate the replacement costs for parts on this nifty item. I wish I could say the same for health deficiencies such as early onset arthritis, arm muscle pulls/cramps, and joint pain. Avoid the previous and get this for yourself & your family!

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersIt was amazing, We used it to bring a large wooden Wishing Well up some stairs and it rolled up the stairs without damaging the edges of the stairs. I bought for my son for his musical equipment at school for all the stairs he has to climb, but after I saw how well it works, I think I will get one just to have around the house.
