Failed after 15 months however support very good.
Product failed after just over 1 year. Customer support very good however and refund offered after some consultation. These things happen from time to time but the resolution in this case was excellent.
It works
I’m still in my learning peocess, but for the first try it woked great. I have added some water, but below the mark, added a drop of washing up liquid and let it work for about 20-30 seconds. Next time will do it longer. I have cleaned an old silver necklace that was dirty and it came out really clean. The machine itself its small, compact, looks durable and very easy to use. It will come with instructions, too. I will clean all my jewellery and save a trip and some money yo the jewelers.

I brought this to clean my wives diamond and opal ring, which I have previous tried to clean and slightly ruined the opal. I didn’t know what to expect, but it actually works. Don’t expect like changing results, but it certainly came out much cleaner, and I also did my watch which also saw a good improvement. It is very easy to use, although one bit I have no idea what it is for.
Overall, great item if you want to have clean jewellery.
Great ultrasonic cleane
I wanted this for ages to clean my hum shields/retainer.
This is extremely easy to assemble, you just have to put some water, close and plug it in.
No effort and very clean and hygienic retainers.
It’s small enough to keep it out of site when you are not using.
Overall, I would say this is good value for money.
I can’t comment on durability yet, depending on the results I may come back in a few weeks to edit this review!

I use this daily to clean my Invisaligns. It’s the best purchase I’ve made ever! Even clean my jewellery and it gleams like new.
However after 8 months it glitched and would only work if the lid closed a specific way, then stopped working full stop. But, their customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and sent me out another one instantly. I cannot complain at all. I literally cannot live without this device.
Great to start with and then after a few months it started to work intermittently and then completely stopped working, went on Amazon support and contacted the seller who replied straight away to offer a full refund or a new product. I went for a replacement product and it was delivered today and works perfectly.
Brilliant wee machine
My jewellery looks like new again! I was a bit skeptical but it’s a great machine. I had a pair of earrings I thought of throwing out, now I’m glad I didn’t, because after putting them in this machine they’re like new again. My jewellery is all so sparkly now. I didnt think they were too bad, until they came out gleaming. I definitely recommend it. I’m putting my glasses in next.
This was working brilliantly and I was so pleased to be able to clean my aligners so thoroughly every day. The one problem during its lifetime was that you have to take the whole unit including the plug over to the sink to empty it, as it’s all in one (you can’t just remove the basin bit) which is such a faff. However yesterday it just stopped working completely. Definitely not a long term investment!
Edit: after seeing my review the company contacted me and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me free or charge. The cleaner did work well, so I’m happy to have another one, and will hope it lasts longer than the first!

Good value unit, works well, but does need to be run multiple times, to get things really clean. Would be nice if the cycle was set to be longer, (or better still, with a variable timer)
But, regardless, it gets the job done eventually.

Really good product, maybe a bit fragile. After 4 months my cleaner stopped working, but the customer service was really efficient. They sent me a replacement in a couple of days!
Stopped working properly after 10 uses
I bought the VLOXO CD-2800 Ultrasonic Cleaner and within 6 months, after maybe 10 uses, it has stopped working properly.
EDIT: The company provided me with a new one which is working well so far, although I have only used it a couple of times so far.
Was great until it unexpectedly broke
It’s a great little machine which cleans jewellery well when combined with a jewellery cleaner solution. However my machine has unexpectedly broken after a few months. I have tried to contact the seller about this but haven’t managed to get anywhere
Edit: after posting this review the seller got in touch and offered either a refund or replacement. Replacement was delivered within a day 🙂
Great little cleane
Packaging was great. Bought for smaller items mainly jewelry and glasses and it’s perfect size for these. Small enough to pop in a cupboard or onto a shelf but big enough to fit what I needed in. Very happy with it freshened up my rings great gets all those small areas clean that a brush can’t reach.

Received this yesterday and its already cleaned all the jewellery and glasses I have in the house works realy well and jewellery comes out gleaming it’s simple to use just fill with water and press go had it working within a minute of being out of the box given it cost me 50 to get a single ring cleaned in a jewelers the price is well worth it aswell
Great for cleaning 3D printed minatures
I’ve been after a untra sonic cleaner for a while to clean my 3d printed resin prints.
This does the job well.
The container is a little small but as it can operate with the lid over that’s ok for me.
The 3 minute timer works well as I can put it in for a clean and If it’s a bigger print I can spin it round and clean the other side.
I used a plastic bag.for safety as putting IPA in it is a bad idea. So I put water in the vat and my print in a bag of IPA. The sonic cleaner can penetrate the bag and cause the IPA to swish over it cleaning it.
Not more switching in pots of IPA for me.
It’s really simple to use and comes with a UK plug.
I bought this for giving my Sterling Silver chain a clean.
I use warm water and if it’s an item that is dirty I add a small amount of washing up liquid. You can see the water change colour after the cleaning process has finished on some items.
The model I bought only has one timer setting but if your item requires more cleaning just do it again.
There is a watch holder and I’ve used it to clean a watch bracelet.
All items have come out looking as good as new with sparkle.
If you want your bling back get one if these.

Does exactly what it says in the description. Arrived on time, came with a UK plug fitted. Filled it with water and tried some jewellery that needed a good clean along with some old glasses. The unit operates for 3 minutes at a time, after the first 3 minutes they were cleaner, we gave them a second go as the stuff was old and needed a good going over, after the second go the difference was remarkable! The diamonds were sparkling and all the detail in the gold was really clean. You could actually see the water getting cloudy and bits coming off the things being cleaned. We tried some other jewellery, most items only needed 1 go in the machine. We found that lukewarm water was better than cold water.
Good to start with but broke within a few months. Tried contacting the seller as there is a 12 month guarantee but have had no response.
Update: the seller contacted me shortly after I left this review and sent a replacement which works (for now!).
Great compact machine with a lot of power behind it, after looking for a new ultrasonic cleaner I settled on this machine due to power, size and price and I’m glad to say it works great, it’s super easy to use and has an led inside what I hadn’t noticed till I plugged it in meaning I could see how it was doing

Have mainly used it to clean pairs of glasses. It does really clean them when you add a few mls of cheap washing up liquid.
Have also used it to clean my son’s vape coils and tank with very good results – looked like new.
I also recently used it to clean an Apple Watch strap.
Since I bought a warehouse item I feel I got real value- seemed like new and was half the cost.
My ear-rings haven’t looked this good since I bought them, and I’ve had then professionally cleaned before. Super-easy to use, although I would have liked the basket to be a wee bit wider. I managed to squish my sunglasses in (after seeing the result of my earrings, I went on a mad hunt around the house for things to clean) and the water didn’t quite cover both lenses. I don’t know if you can see the difference, but the lens is only half-cleaned. And that’s just with plain water. I stuck them back in again, and it was fine, but that’s the difference after one go – and I actually thought my sunnies were fairly clean, to start with. I also zapped a necklace that I had just ‘cleaned’ with one of those polishing cloths. You wouldn’t believe how filthy the water got.
Unfortunately, it died a death within 11 months, having been used maybe 10 times.

having several watches along with my wife’s pandora bracelets I wanted something less time consuming rather than doing each piece by hand I picked this particular cleaner purely because it had the watch stand. the cleaning cycle is only 3 mins, the strap on this watch did have a lot of dirt it the hard-to-reach areas between the links (purely because I wear it every day at work). watching the machine at work I could actually see the dirt coming out from all the tight areas that are usually a pain to clean. on invasive cleaning for deliciated objects
When switched on it makes loud tick tick tick kind of noise, it gets a bit better if the lid is closed but definitely noticeable that it is doing high frequency cleaning. It is big enough for a pair of sunglasses and it is fun watching all the dirty spilling out from the hidden corners when the machine is switched on.
We use it for cleaning sunglasses, jewelries and some optic glass in my workshop which can easily scratched. After 2-3 cycles all the dust have fallen off and just a quick wipe with microfiber cloth to bring back the shine etc

Easy to use and does what is expected. I’ve washed my engagement rings and some earrings – used warm water and a drop of Fairy liquid. Everything came out sparkling. Sometimes required a couple of cycles (3mins/cycle), but wasn’t an issue. The water bath itself isn’t removable so have to lift entire machine to empty over sink. Would’ve been a nicer design if removable but overall recommend!

I love this cleaner, I had so much old dirty jewellery the difference in a few minutes was incredible, earrings that I could never clean the butterfly back and rings that came up ok, now everything is sparking, I did buy some cleaning fluid as well.
I’m also using it for my reading glasses and oh man what a difference.
This is a fantastic little machine. The unit is an excellent size, couldn’t be easier to use and does an excellent cleaning job on my watches and jewelry.

Bought this in April as a present and used it once then it then stopped working but the company were brilliant and sent me a new updated version as a replacement straight away.
I’m not entirely sure if it really cleans any jewellery effectively but I’ll I’ll see how it goes after a few goes with it.
Worked well and made watches and rings look really clean. But it only had light use and it blew up with a bang and flash. Changed the fuse and is dead.
Further to the above….I managed to contact the manufacturer and they have replaced the cleaner. If things fail it is the way the company deals with it that is important. Their customer service is first class and I’m very happy to have received the replacement cleaner. On the strength of their customer service I would highly recommend this product.

If you have lots of jewellery/watches, this is amazing, makes everything look like new. Make sure your watch is waterproof though. Darn site cheaper buying this than having to take it to the jewellers to get stuff cleaned. Good price.

Great little machine and fantastic customer service
I had my original unit for 1.5 years and it worked great every day. Then the light and off button stopped working but the unit still worked as a cleaner so no major problem. Then VLOXO customer service heard of my issue via my review and immediately sent me a new updated model. Fantastic and very proactive customer service. The new unit is much better and has a timer count down which is a great improvement. So if I could I would give 5 stars for the new unit and another 5 stars for the brilliant service.

Good jewelery cleaning device
The main reason for buying this ultrasonic cleaner was to freshing up old jewelry. However, my secondary use is more fun. We have found a few old coins and trinkets with our metal detector and need to clean them up. I have found the machine easy to use and safe to your silver and gold jewelry. I find putting in a drop of washing liquid helps clean better. On a side note, I have seen the videos of people using it for Guinness cans so I have done some research in to it and it looks fun to try out for myself.

Well it works! It has cleaned the grime out of the parts of an automatic watch…made spectacles look like new..cleaned jewellery. I put a drop of washing up liquid in the water, then use fresh water to do a second clean/rinse…it works really well. It also works with just water…you can watch the grime being vibrated off whatever you’ve put in there.

Bought as a requested gift for my OH. He loves it and has been cleaning everything he can fit in the tub – from coffee filters to bike bits!
Within minutes of arriving wife had set it up and in went some jewellery. 2 cycles and what a difference. She is now in the process of doing all her jewellery and anything else she can think of. We’ll worth the spend.
I bought this solely to use with Guinness Surger cans that I bought as a present for someone and I tested it with one can and it was perfect!
5-10mm of water in the unit and set the glass in the unit for 2-3 seconds only, my first can was in about a second too long, hence the bigger than normal head, DOH! It tasted lovely though and just like a pint from the pub.
Unless you have your finger on the Off button on the lid just lift the pint out of the unit.
There is a circular indent in the unit that is perfectly sized for a pint glass.

However, heat can’t be adjusted so had to add boiling water and clean my jets 3 or 4 times.
My wife put her wedding ring in it and it knocked one of the diamonds out.

This works great on jewellery set with stones and on chains etc. It really gets the packed in stuff. You may have to run it a few times if the jewellery is very dirty or grimy.

I was initially sceptical, having seen professional ultrasonic cleaners at much higher prices, but have to say I’m very impressed. The unit performs well and does exactly what’s needed to clean anything put into the tray. It could benefit from a detachable cable (eg. make it a USB connector) so it’s easier to empty and fill in the sink, but this is a small inconvenience. Overall I think it’s great.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is a bit different – more of a public service announcement. I’ve wondered for a while if something like this would work as a Guinness Surger unit. They’ve discontinued production of the official Surger unit and as a result they now sell for well over 100 second hand on eBay. As you can see from the video and photo above it works really well. I hope this helps others.

The unit is well made and appears to work well. Managed to clean some jewelry and spectacles, seemed clean. The specification of the unit is rated as 50watt for U.K. 240v. The instruction booklet says 35watt, but under specifications there is a listing for 240 50w, the unit has this on a label underneath. My apologies to the supplier, as I queried this.

I love this. Makes my glasses super clean – no smears at all. Even my cycling glasses. Done all my wife’s jewellery, watch straps etc. too. I just pop in a little washing-up liquid and do a few things in the same water. Dry on kitchen towel. The jewellery looks awesome (the older stuff needed a couple of cycles). As others have said, the bay is a bit tight for for larger glasses, but they still fit. The unit is compact and quiet in use.

Excellent ultrasonic cleaner. Actually purchased to clean my used vape coils as I read it works very well.. Tested and works extremely well allows me an extra week atleast per coil so will pay for itself in a few months through savings. It is brilliant! Remove from box, plug in, add water, and press on! I did my diamond ring to test it, incredibe the difference and I shower in it every day. Have done specs, amazing difference although it doesn’t get to the glass right by the frame, which is difficult to get clean at the best of times. Also did hubbies razor head. 1 cycle of 3 mins and scrupously clean!

It works a treat and I’m very happy with this product. If you aren’t looking to pay a lot, you may consider this lovely ultrasonic cleaner.
My wife has lots of silver jewellery that hasn’t been cleaned for many years, so I bought her this as a gift. I was dubious that it would work, as claimed, but this has proved me wrong. In my pictures, you can see a before and after of my wedding ring – which had never been cleaned in the 15+ years I have worn it. I may not show so clearly in the pictures, but the ring is was very dull before cleaning and after 4 x 3 minute cycles (2 with just water and 2 with a tiny drop of washing up liquid added) it is noticeably brighter than before. You can also see some of my wife’s jewellery after a few 3 minute cycles. This machine is very simple to use, isn’t noisy, and does seem to make a difference – I am impressed!
So I thought I’d go through this overview bit by bit, first up:
Ease of use: its a really simple 2 button (on / off) control, pop in your item, fill will water up to the mark and turn it on and your away, unfortunately there’s no instructions giving guidance on times just basic functionality
Flexibility : it’s only a small ultrasonic cleaner, so it’s ideally suited to jewellery and glasses but nothing much bigger than that unless you want to do items in a few goes (one end then the other)
Overall its a great basic cleaner that is good for casual home use but would not be suitable for anything more industrial.
I bought this on advice from the opticians as they suggested that the tiny fragments stuck on the lugs on spectacles can come off with easy with these devices. My better half used to use a toothbrush prior to this spending ages with frustration with little bits of green still in the corner but worse still was he’d cause more damage than good with poor tools. I should not have got one of these as now cannot get him to change to a new pair as they look pretty clean so will last him a few more years.
Used it to clean the blade head of my electric razor. On a single operation it certainly loosened the crud enough to brush it off. Perhaps my expectations were a little too much. Perhaps two or three more passes would have been better. I wasn’t using anything other than water at the time.
Not bad
Purchased this to clean airbrushes and it seems ok at the moment. Took me a little time to work out which was the best cleaner and when items are really dirty it may take 3-4 3min washes to get the dirt out . Note whatever solution you use will get hotter after many uses so be careful.
I purchased this small ultrasonic cleaner for use with my resin 3d printing setup. The cleaner comes well packaged along with a small basket and watch holder.
The cleaner is very easy to use and is operated with a simple on and off button. The cleaner does an excellent job of getting into hard to reach areas.
When I use this for my resin 3d print washing station I use IPA as the solvent. As IPA is very flammable I use it inside another small sealed container inside the ultrasonic cleaner. I then remove the part and 3ash it in another container 29th fresh IPA.
Small, portable, easy to use and does the job.
I have used it with warm water and a drop or two of dishwashing detergent to clean jewellery and watch bracelets. It works well. I considered buying the professional cleaning fluid but I really don’t consider it is worth paying for that as I was more than happy with the results.
The cycle is for three minutes, but one can repeat this. Also one doesn’t need to close the lid if one has a larger object that needs only one part cleaning. The little basket made it very easy to life small pieces of jewellery out of the bath. The maximum water level is marked on the facing side of the metal bath.
One surprise with it via Amazon. I had an email on the day of delivery to say that age identification was required and to be shown the the delivery driver. This puzzled and amused me but I can understand it would not be suitable in the hands of a child. Maybe there are other reasons too!
I like to wear some jewelry,such as bracelets,earrings,rings, and necklaces.but theses jewelry will become dirty and black after wearing for few months which is very annoying. I saw this kind of machine online to wash these jewelry and glasses,I hesitated because I didn’t know how the effect was ,and then I bought one with a try mentality. I found a cheaper one and cancelled it later. I bought this product again because I like the shape better.when I received it, I opened it and washed my Pandora bracelets and glasses. I had to say that they were still bright.By the way, don’t wash diamond ring, it seems useless to it, because I tried. In short, I am glad to buy it.
This is very good value ,it does a fantastic job of making jewellery look like new.There are lots of jewellery cleaners on the market and some are very expensive.Personally I just love this one ,it takes three minutes to bring everything up sparkling.You put water into the machine,how much depends on which size you buy.I found this one enough to clean a good amount of bracelets , rings necklaces ,but so what you can just fill it again to do more.I would highly recommend this machine,it does a wonderful job.
Works well with glasses
I’ve only used this for cleaning spectacles but they do a really great job. The lenses come out sparkling clean, just like new. Easy to use. Hope it lasts. I give my glasses a clean every week or so. Far better than the daily cleaning-by-hand
Seen several pretty dire reviews of these jewellery cleaning machines so was a little nervous about purchasing. However having now used it on a load of antique jewellery bought at an auction I have to say I’m very impressed. I’ve attached two images to my review, the water before and after, you can see from this the amount of dirt that the cleaning machine took out of a small batch of jewellery. Too many people seem to post negative reviews, so I’m very happy to post a very positive one.
I bought this for my nan as she needed one to clean all her jewellery. Wasn’t too sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely easy to use (one button) and you could clearly see a difference from before and after. My man was happy with the results. I like that it is small in size, not bulky and easy to store away.
