Looks a nice little fire my review is to help people who are having the problem with the noise i resolved the issue take of the plasic were the stones sit inside on the left is the slot were the metal bar turns pull it till it sits in the slot the nose will stop.if u let go it will return bk and start the noise its rubbing the mental once its pulled through u need to put someone behind the back of it to stop it pushing through like a wedge it will feel like a circal cap put something behind it to hold and it will stay in place no more noise

I absolutely love this small fire place with the electric fire built in. It looks lovely against my feature wall with just the lights turned on in the evening. Lovely and cosy.
But above it says value for money then says remote control I never got a remote control with mine. Was you supposed to Lol. But all in all with or without the remote it looks lovely

There isn't a remote control
My elderly mum lives in a sheltered flat with central heating but she loves using this fire as a focal point, just using the imitation flame lamp. The heating elements work well on those occasions when she wants a little extra heat or instead of heating the whole flat. It’s an excellent looking item and works well. I was asked to rate the remote control but there isn’t one on the one we bought, you have to reach down and operate the switches at a low level. Might be a problem for people with low mobility

I am so happy with this fire. I really like that it can be used without using the heater. Has 2 heat settings. Can’t wait for the winter evenings to feel all warm and cosy. I think it’s a good price & definitely value for money (only had it a few days but very happy so far).

Looks good and is warm
Really happy, put in as part of overall front room change. Much happier than what was previously in and I cannot believe it took me since 2008 to change. Much warmer and the light is good. Price increased after I bought it so I timed it right but honestly really happy.

Lovely fireplace. A little noisy and my only complaint is that th heater switches off completely when up to temperature. I would expect it just to turn the fan heater off and leave the effect on???

Open the box, put it in place, plug it in, switch it on and try not to imagine your home with out this in its place. I have never turned on the heating part of it as i live in a small apartment. The value for money, the fact that it looks warm and depth of the fire surround all equal to an amazing purchase.
Just Righ
Had to have new heating system installed and required something to occupy the old fireplace. Couldn’t have found anything more ideal than this, as it was not too large, very neatly put together and looks really warm and inviting on these cold nights. Have had no need to use the heating facility as new heating is more than sufficient, but overall am delighted with this item.

Stunning, gave out so much warmth to keep us warm in the front room as our radiators take a little while to heat up, enough to put flowers and ornaments on top
Exactly what we were looking for!
Having had an old boiler removed from the back of our fireplace we needed a fire just the right size to cover the hole. This was the only one with the exact dimensions to suit, as well as being exactly the sort of thing we were looking for. The fire is nice even without the heat as when switched on it looks good. We are very pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone!

The Ivory fit perfectly with our living room decor, it was delivered quickly and it’s convenient since it can be left freestanding. We use it mostly for the led light option at times so can’t comment on the heat functions. A great piece to include in your room, we always receive so many compliments.

Nice little fire to have as a focal point in a small room. Smaller than traditional fireplace size, but this suited my compact living room so I didn’t mind. More magnolia than ivory in colour but still attractive looking. Light effect only is enough to create cosy atmosphere but it does have 2 setting of heat if you need or want it. I haven’t used the heater myself as I am fine using central heating. For the price it does the job nicely.

It looks stunning and gives enough warmth for a small living room. The noises are fine for me, it’s not louder than any other fan heater.

The fire was delivered on time, and without any damage.
We haven’t used it for heating , but do put the light on for the fire effect which gives off a cosy glow. There is a slight hum, but if you’re watching tv/listening to music it can’t be heard.

Best freestanding fireplace
This is a great free standing fireplace and looks neat…no installation needed whatever just remove the box and plug it in..keeping the lights on that five out the flame effect is gorgeous..definitely recommend this

It stands itself, doesn’t need to be attached to the wall.
It has 3 switches: 1- just for light and it looks very beautiful (my favourite). 2 others for the level of hit and speed (here is the cons- it works as a car fan- quite noisy and smelly, blowing a hot air out.) I don’t really like it and didn’t keep it on for long. Still-stunning look.
his product is exactly as advertised .It looks great and so far is functioning perfectly.It is early days yet as it has only been here for 3 days but it is working well . There is a small notch in the base but it is at the back and is not visible or affecting the performance. It has transformed my sitting room from a cold feeling room to a cosy room and that is just with the Glow not the heaters.

I love this if you don’t have alot of space this is your fireplace suite to buy. it’s not big don’t take up a lot of room. and it’s gorgeous would recommend this for small living rooms.
Arrived to Ibiza in 4.5 days, fantastic!!! Perfect for our chilly nights here, makes a lovely focal point in the apartment, it was a very “clinical” room without a fireplace, a little more homely now. Good heat comes off, even only on setting 1. A little noisey but I will soon not notice. A few extra pebbles would have been nice as not enough to cover all the glass shelf, but there are plenty here to add extra. All in all very happy, thanks Amazon for a super fast delivery.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do
It is a bit noisy, like a fan heater is, but nothing over the top. Bought this in a lightning deal and very pleased I did. We leave the light on to give a lovely feel to the room and if it gets chilly we turn the fans on for as long as we need them.

The strong cupboard packaging box was damaged in transit but the appliance was intact. Looks and works great. Fits perfectly into measured out required space. Would highly recommend this product but definitely know what size fireplace you are looking for.
