Ho sostituito un vecchio apparecchio vendutomi anni fa dall’idraulico perch il suo funzionamento gi da nuovo non era il massimo e non ero soddisfatto.
Water2buy AS500 un prodotto molto valido, la rigenerazione delle resine viene effettuata in base al consumo d’acqua (volumetrico) con conseguente risparmio di liquido, sale e energia , l’istallazione semplicissima, indispensabile installare due filtri uno in entrata e uno a carboni in uscita per togliere il cattivo sapore dell’acqua quando si rigenerano le resine. Il manuale in Italiano si scarica facilmente su internet ma gi dalle foto si riesce a capire come montarlo e regolare la miscelazione.
La macchina arrivata in tempi brevissimi, imballo adeguato e soprattutto cosa importantissima prezzo estremamente conveniente.

Ottimo prodotto, l’ho installato da un mese e ne sono molto contento, lo sto consigliando ai miei amici, semplicissimo da installare e facile da programmare, l’unica pecca che non riesco a regolare la durezza sopra i 10 francesi, dato che altrimenti l’acqua troppo dolce corrode le parti metalliche, un’altra pecca che due settimane dopo che l’ho acquistato calato di ben 90 euro…

Ho aspettato qualche mese dall’acquisto a valutare il prodotto per constatare se funziona correttamente e devo dire che sono soddisfatto. La consegna avvenuta nei tempi stabiliti con imballo integro, l’installazione non ha presentato difficolt, dopo tre mesi funziona perfettamente, ho sostituito con questo prodotto un analogo della ditta culligan che ha lavorato venti anni. La qualit dell’acqua perfetta.

Non solo l’apparecchio funziona perfettamente (porta i gradi francesi da 37 a 1) e costa molto meno che la concorrenza, ma l’assistenza ottima. Le istruzioni sono anche in italiano e i filmati su YouTube sono di grande aiuto (anche se molti per con commenti in inglese), ma anche l’assistenza via email (seppure in inglese), per risolvere alcuni problemi che ho avuto inizialmente sulla misura della durezza, stata cortese, rapida, puntuale ed efficace.
Su un impianto predisposto (cio gi con il bypass) l’installazione semplicissima: si tratta di collegare due tubi (ingresso e uscita dell’acqua) e predisporre per i due tubi di scarico per l’acqua della salamoia di risciacquo e della condensa.

devo dire che questo prodotto veramente ottimo, si fa sempre un paragone con gli impianti in commercio, si ha sempre un p di timore che la qualit possa essere scarsa, invece questo prodotto di buonissima qualit e non si toglie nulla ad impianti di prezzo tre volte maggiore. Consiglio a tutti l’acquisto.
una consiglio che mi sento di dare a quest’azienda: inserite nel pacchetto la possibilit di acquistare anche il “Clorinatore” per disinfettare le resine.

Bei meiner installation habe ich ein Bypass auch vor dem Gert und damit die Wasserhrte auf ca 5 gestellt. Das wasser schmeckt schlechter als davor. Wahrscheinlich verursacht von dem “fehlende” Kalk.

AS500 funktioniert ordentlich
Habe die AS500 nun ca. 1,5 Monate in Betrieb. Wasserhrte vor dem Gert 23dH und im Ablauf 1-2 dH. So habe ich mir das gewnscht.
Den kleinen Regler unterhalb der Steuereinheit habe ich ganz aufgedreht. Also volle Leistung. Das Gert regneriert nach ca. 1400 Litern Durchsatz. Im Setup habe ich die Rengenerierung auf 3 Uhr AM eingestellt. Trotzdem erfolgte die Regnerierung einmal um 20 Uhr. Warum das so war/ist muss ich noch herausbekommen. Warscheinlich gilt der 3 Uhr-Termin nur, wenn man nicht auf Meter (Durchflussmenge) sondern auf Time-Regenerierung gestellt hat. Bei der Regenerierung luft Splwasser langsam durch das Gert und dann in den Abfluss. Das erfolgt vollautomatisch. Bisher gab es keine Strungen.
Die Inbetriebnahme war ein wenig ‘holprig’, da die Hahnstellung in der Anleitung irrefhrend beschrieben ist. Zum Betrieb mssen die beiden Hhne lngs zum Anschlussschlauch stehen nicht quer. Beim ersten Befllen die Hhne langsam ffnen bis das Wasser den Druckbehlter ganz aufgefllt hat.
In der Haus-Anschlussleitung wurde ein ‘Anschluss-Set fr Wasserenthrtungsanlagen’ mit dem 3fach Anschlussblock moniert. (Bei Amazon 153.- Euro). Hier wrde ich die Version mir dem abgewinkelten Schlauch empfehlen. Den Winkel habe ich an der AS500 montiert. (Spart ein wenig Platz.) Vor dem Montageblock wurde vorsichtshalber ein Rckschlagventil (Rckflussverhinderer nach DIN) zur Sicherheit eingebaut, damit es keine Beanstandungen vom Wasserwerk gibt. (Ob das Vorschrift ist wei ich aber nicht.)
Salzverbrauch bisher ungefhr 1,5 Sack Salztabletten, also 1 Sack (25kg) pro Monat. Dieser kostet ca. 8 Euro.
Auf YouTube gibts auch ein paar Videos zum Gert.
Das Wasser ist sprbar weicher als vorher. Dusche und Wasserhhne verkalken nicht mehr. Bin bisher voll zufrieden und kann das Gert nur weiterempfehlen.
Gute und günstige Lösung bei kalkhaltigem Wasser!
Ich bin rund um zufrieden. Das Gert wurde sehr schnell und reibungslos geliefert. Die Installation ist fr Leute mit ein wenig technischem Hintergrund echt problemlos. An den ins Deutsche bersetzten Texten drfte allerdings noch etwas “gefeilt” werden 🙂 – ist aber kein wirkliches Problem. Seit der Inbetriebnahme vor wenigen Wochen funktioniert die Entkalkung fr unseren 4-Personenhaushalt einwandfrei.
Alles in Allem also aus meiner Sicht wirklich empfehlenswert!

Con acqua dell’acquedotto servono 23 gocce (per legge dovrebbero essere 15 ma siamo in italia: per enti pubblici o simili le regole non valgono), acqua dopo essere passata dall’addolcitore ne servono 4-5 (per idraulico andavano bene anche 7-8). Di conseguenza addolcitore sta lavorando molto bene!!! Spero sinceramente che duri.

Mein Brauchwasser hat eine Hrte von 17.5 Grad.
Nach langem suchen bin ich auf diesen Wasserenthrter gestoen im Internet.
Mit dem Anschluss- Set war es fr mich kein Problem das Gert anzuschlieen.
Gert nach Anweisung eingestellt. Nach10 Minuten hatte ich das beste Wasser– 4 Grad Hrte. Warum habe ich dieses Gert nicht schon vor 30 Jahren gefunden. Kann diese Anlage nur empfehlen. Kein Problem auch mit der Anweisung die auf deutsch ist alles zu programmieren.Die Umrechnungstabelle fr den Hrtegrad findet man auch im Internet.
Ich kann den guten Rezessionen hier nur zustimmen, mchte aber einen Hinweis zum Netzteil geben, da ich das hier noch nicht gelesen habe.
Das mitgelieferte Netzteil hat keinen Adapter fr Deutschland dabei. Nicht weiter schlimm, die sind gnstig zu bekommen.
Was aber schlimm ist, ist einfach ein vorhandenes aus der Schublade zu ziehen und es zu benutzen. Leider habe ich Monate gebraucht das zu bemerken und bin damit dem Anbieter auf die Nerven gegangen. An dieser Stelle ein Dank fr die Geduld die dieser aufbringt. Ich habe sogar kostenfrei einen neuen Kopf bekommen.
Zurck zum Netzteil.
So angeschlossen funktionierte die automatische Regeneration nicht. Der Drehknopf bewegt sich nicht selbstndig wie es beschrieben ist.
Lsung: Das von mir eingesetzte Netzteil hatte zwar die Passenden Leistungsdaten aber es war ein Gleichspannungsnetzteil( DC ) wie die meisten. Das gelieferte und bentigte Netzteil ist ein Wechselspannungsnetzteil( AC ). Also entweder ein Adapter kaufen oder ein 12V AC Netzteil verwenden. Dann klappts auch mit der automatischen Regeneration.

So angeschlossen funktionierte die automatische Regeneration nicht. Der Drehknopf bewegt sich nicht selbstndig wie es beschrieben ist.
Lsung: Das von mir eingesetzte Netzteil hatte zwar die Passenden Leistungsdaten aber es war ein Gleichspannungsnetzteil( DC ) wie die meisten. Das gelieferte und bentigte Netzteil ist ein Wechselspannungsnetzteil( AC ). Also entweder ein Adapter kaufen oder ein 12V AC Netzteil verwenden. Dann klappts auch mit der automatischen Regeneration.

Segnalo inoltre che sul sito del produttore sono disponibili le istruzioni per l’installazione in varie lingue, tra cui l’italiano, in formato pdf.

Super Gerät, Top Preis, Supoer Service
Ich habe diesen Wasserenthrter gekauft und ausgepackt. Es fehlte leider eine Befestigungsklammer fr den Wasseranschluss. Kurze Info zum Hersteller und das fehlende Teil war auf dem Postweg. Der Service hat sich als sehr gut und schnell prsentiert.
Angeschlossen habe ich den Enthrter leider noch nicht, aber er macht einen Super Eindruck.
Die Verpackung war einwandfrei, so kam das Teil auch sicher an. Nach Montage werde ich diese Rezession vervollstndigen.

Ich habe Water2buy hier ber die hinterlegte email Adresse kontaktiert, dies war dann auch die Email auf die ich sofort am nchsten Tag eine Antwort hatte.
Man hat mich gebeten, den Stecker zu ziehen, den Saugschlauch zu reinigen, der in den Salztank geht und alles nochmal neu einzustellen. Dies war mit der neuen hinterlegten Anleitung auf der Water2buy Homepage kein Problem (…) siehe da alles gereinigt die REG.CAP auf 0.01 gestellt und bei Meter-Meter ausgewhlt und los geht’s 5 Liter aus dem Wasserhahn gelassen und die Anlage fhrt eine Regenerierung durch. Nachdem dies geschehen ist, luft sie wieder Tadellos und ich habe wieder dH. 3 Anlage schafft auch dH. 0 aber das soll nicht so gesund sein. Sorry Water2buy und danke fr die Schnelle Hilfe.
Verstehe jetzt die Anlage fast auswendig, wenn jemals jemand ein Problem mit der Anlage haben sollte, darf er mich gerne hier anschreiben. Viel spa euch mit der guten und gnstigen Anlage.

alles lief wunderbar ein ganzes halbes Jahr. Eines Tages komm ich in meinen Keller und sehe das mein Kompletter Behlter bis zum berlauf voll Wasser ist und ich auf einmal einen Hrtegrad von 18dH habe, ich kontaktiere Water2buy warum das auf einmal so ist, ich bekomme natrlich keine Antwort ([email protected]). Also selbst ist der Mann, Anleitung gezogen und losgelegt. Habe Injektoren gereinigt, Schluche auf Dichtheit geprft, dass verrckte ist, er Pumpt auf Brine auch Salzwasser an sphlt es durch die Harzsule und es schmeckt danach im Ablaufschlauch nach Salz. Nur leider luft mein Wasser nicht mehr durch die Harzsule deshalb habe ich einen Hrtegrad von 18dH. Frher waren es 3dH zumindest habe ich es am Rdchen so eingestellt. Nun ja etz sitze ich da und hab den Salat. Mal schauen ob sie wenigstens auf ne Negative Rezesion antworten, weil soweit htte es net kommen mssen! Jetzt gebe ich Ihnen 7 Tage danach wird’s zurckgeschickt. Portofrei!!!

Spedizione prima del previsto, solo il beccuccio del troppo pieno rotto nella spedizione, ma bastata una mail e in pochi giorni mi arrivato.
Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro, ho portato la mia acqua da 30francesi a 7. Spero duri nel tempo. Devo dire la verit che ero un po scettico visto il prezzo concorrenziale, e pensavo che il materiale fosse scadente, ma una volta montato vedo che anche il materiale buono. Ottimo rapporto qualit/prezzo.

Il costo davvero ottimo, per questo temevo un prodotto non eccelso ed invece davvero di qualit. Il produttore tiene in grande considerazione i commenti e le recensioni degli acquirenti, ad esempio molti lamentavano la necessit di un adattatore per la spina inglese dell’alimentatore, mentre a me il prodotto arrivato con l’alimentatore adatto alle prese che abbiamo in Italia; altri lamentavano difficolt di montaggio, a me il prodotto arrivato di fatto gi pronto per l’installazione, ho dovuto di fatto soltanto rimuovere l’imballo e collegarlo al mio impianto idraulico. dotato di valvola miscelatrice per regolare la durezza dell’acqua (valvola chiusa = acqua completamente addolcita, 0F), la centralina permette di personalizzare il funzionamento (orario della rigenerazione, volume di acqua dopo il quale rigenerare, ecc.). Lo stiamo usando da quasi tre mesi e il consumo di sale circa 15-20 Kg/mese (dipende da quanti siete in casa, noi 4, e dalla durezza dell’acqua, da noi 36F). All’inizio l’acqua sa un po’ di plastica, ma bastano 2-3 rigenerazioni per tornare alla normalit. In conclusione siamo molto soddisfatti del prodotto e lo consigliamo.

Die Wasserhrte habe ich ber ein Verschneideventil auf 4 DH eingestellt .
Der einzige Kretikpunkt ist der da das berlaufventil montiert war und beim Transport abgebrochen ist.
Habe ein neues besorgt und angebracht.

Installato da poco, per ora funziona perfettamente! Se in futuro non ci crea problemi, continueremo ad ordinare da questa compagnia.
Ich habe das Gert gekauft , da sich die Wasserqualitt bei uns auf dh 15 verschlechtert hat – erstmal haben wir bei den namhaften deutschen Herstellern recherchiert. .Aber ab 2000 gertepreis aufwrts war mir zu teuer – ohne Einbau. Von Water2buy Gerten haben mich die guten renzesionen berzeugt und wir haben – trotz anfnglicher Skepsis – den im Verhltnis sehr gnstigen AS 500 bestellt.
Der AS 500 hat zwar keine DVGW Zertifizierung , aber fr ein DVGW “geprftes” gert 2000 mehr zu verlangen ist meine Meinung nicht gerechtfertigt – Das Funktionsprinzip ist ja immer identisch und das verbaute Ventil hat auch einen prfdruck von26 Bar . Verwenden und einbauen darf man dies natrlich auch ohne DVGW Stempel , und der AS 500 hat diverse andere Zertifizierungen.
Das Gert kam nach ein paar Tagen und ich habe das Gert selbst eingebaut – Presszange und kappsge konnte ich mir besorgen , nach dem einschalten und dem Studium der gedownloadeten Anleitung – nicht der mitgelieferten. — hatten wir am nchsten Tag bereits dh 0- die weitere Einstellung ” verschneiden” mit normalen Wasser kann man direkt am Gert vornehmen, um zum gewnschten Hrtegrad zu kommen

Einen ” systemtrenner ” einzubauen ( das ist ein simples rckschlagventil ) ist witzlos, da immer Druck anliegt und kein Wasser ins system zurckflieen kann selbst wenn wre es ja nur enthrtetes Trinkwasser
Das blaue stellventil hab ich bei dieser Gelegenheit gleich mit eingebaut – ein feuchtefhler am Boden erfasst eventuelle Undichtigkeiten von Waschmaschine, AS 500 etc. und riegelt dann ber eine kleine Steuerung die Wasserversorgung ab
Eine langzeitbeurteilung kann ich natrlich nicht machen , da das Gert erst eine Woche luft , aber bisher mein

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht....
icht von Water2Buy, die wahrscheinlich wenig dafr knnen. Ich suche seit 2 Monaten einen Installateur, der bereit ist mir einen Montageblock und anschlieend diesen Wasserenthrter zu installieren. Es wird sich von allen verweigert, weil sie das Produkt nicht kennen oder teure Marken verkaufen wollen.
Leider kann ich ich nicht selbst einen Montageblock einbauen.
Die 30 Tage Rckgaberecht sind nun auch schon vorbei und so bleibe ich wohl auf diesem Gert sitzen oder finde noch einen Handwerker.
Wenn jemand im stlichen Rand von Berlin einen kennt, sagt bescheid!
EDIT: Wertung angehoben, da das System nun funktionstchtig eingebaut wurde, hat eben 3 Monate gedauert einen Handwerker zu finden.

Water2buy AS500 Suavizante. Compr esta mquina desde Amazon.es (Espaa). Se lleg rpidamente y me dieron una ventana de 1 hora cuando se entregara.
Esta es una mquina de reemplazo y se trata de un tercio de la anterior. Yo no soy muy til (un eufemismo) as que tuve un fontanero espaol encajarlo. No est mal, pero como no haba instrucciones espaoles que necesitaba un poco de ayuda. Bueno, todo lo CAM digo es que era absolutamente genial. 6 consultas y el resultado fue una respuesta inmediata virtual y teniendo en cuenta que estoy en Espaa con el apoyo de las llamadas telefnicas de Steven.

La mquina dispone de accesorios de alta calidad y un programa ajustable de alta tecnologa para que coincida con el uso y la dureza.

This is a replacement machine and is about 1/3 of the previous one. I am not handy (an understatement) so I had a Spanish plumber fit it. Not bad but as there were no Spanish instructions I needed some assistance. Well all I cam say is that was absolutely BRILLIANT. 6 queries and the result was a virtual immediate response and bearing in mind I am in Spain supported by phone calls from Steven.
Harrods or John Lewis could not do better.
The machine has high quality fittings and a high tech adjustable program to match your usage and hardness.
You need to know the red taps need to be in line with the pipes. It arrives with them across the pipes which is bypass.
I could not recommend Water2buy more highly and you have a 7 year warranty and return if it doesn’t meet your requirements..

Hallo Leute, ich schreibe diese Rezension weil ich selbst im Vorfeld sehr viel gesucht und recherchiert habe, was gar nicht so einfach war.
Es gibt etliche Entkalkungsanlagen: von Namhaften wie BWT fr ca. 2600 euro ber No-name fr 1000 -1500 euro bis hin zu dieser hier fr 360 euro. Das Prinzip ist bei Allen gleich: Calcium + Magnesium Ionen (Kalk) werden dem Wasser entzogen. Ich wiederhole noch ein mal: alle Anlagen ob fr viel oder wenig Geld arbeiten nach dem selben Schema !
Diese Anlage habe ich selbst installiert, und ich bin kein Handwerker, habe einfach nicht zwei linke Hnde 🙂
Sehr gute Videoanleitungen auf der Homepage der Firma und ein Handbuch wird auch mitgeliefert !!!
Nun noch zum Betrieb der Anlage: habe die Einstellung der Wasserhrte auf NULL (keine Resthrte von 3-4 Hrtegrad wie in etlichen Foren empfohlen)
Fr Alle die jetzt einen extremen Lochfra vermuten sei gesagt: Wasser ist nur im saueren Bereich korrosiv gegen Kupfer (PH-Wert unter 7 )
Ich habe trotz Kalkstufe NULL einen durchgngigen PH-Wert von 7,8 bis 8.
Es ist von Jedermann ganz einfach mit PH-Teststbchen (Kostenpunkt 5-10 euro pro Pack) nachzumessen.
Update: nach 7 Jahren luft das Baby wie am Schnrchen !!!

Anlage 500 ist nun seit ca. 2 Monaten in Betrieb und das Ergebnis ist sehr gut. Sieht alles ein wenig billig aus, aber die Funktion spricht fr sich und nicht fr das aussehen. Bedienung am Gert nur auf Englisch, aber eine deutsche Beschreibung war dabei, somit knnen auch nicht englisch sprachige das Gert ohne fremde Hilfe einstellen. Preis-/Leistung passt. Wenn sie die Haltbarkeit noch aufweist (es gibt ja 7 Jahre Garantie) wre das fr einige Hersteller eine Herausforderung. Mehr als 5 Jahre hatte mein namenhaftes Vorgngermodell mit 2 Mngeln auch nicht geschafft und das zu einem Preis der drei mal hher war.

Haben das Gert seit Mai im Einsatz und es luft einwandfrei. Den Anschluss und Programmierung habe ich selbst gemacht (geht ganz einfach). Der Verbrauch vom Salz ist gering, bisher haben wir (2 Kinder 2 Erwachsene) 25 KG in knapp 4 Monaten verbraucht. Wir haben jetzt keine Kalkrnder mehr (war meiner Frau sehr wichtig da wir sehr hartes Wasser haben).
Die Einstellung der Wasserhrte habe ich erst beim Lesen der Englischen Anleitung entdeckt. Dies erfolgt ber den Beipass. Preis Leistung ist Ok.
Das Gert ist gut verpackt angekommen, der Aufbau bzw der Anschlu war eigentlich im Nachhinein leicht, wenn man sich die Bedienungsanleitung sehr ausgiebig studiert. Hier wre eine bessere und genauere bersetzung, bzw. Beschreibung etwas besser gewesen.
Wenn der Anschlu geschafft ist und die Eisntellungen gettigt kommt eigentlich nur noch ein Sack Salz hinein und dann braucht man sich mindestens, je nach Einstellung, einen Monat nicht um das Gert zu kmmern.
Wenn man bedenkt das ein Kaffeeautomat, oder eine Waschmaschine gern mal 1000 kostet ist dieses Gert eine lohnende Anschaffung.
Bis jetzt, 3 Monate nach dem Kauf bin ich immer noch sehr zufrieden.

Ho impiegato diverso tempo per l’installazione, dovuta allo spazio a mia disposizione, ore che finalmente l’ho montato devo dire che funziona perfettamente. L’acqua talmente dolce che l’uso del sapone si ridotto drasticamente. Credo di poter dire aver fatto una scelta ottima.

Aufrgund des sehr hohen Hrtegrades in unserer Gegend ( 23dh), haben wir uns entschieden es unseren Nachbarn gleich zu tun und eine Enthrtungsanlage einzubauen. Aufgrund der Wasserhrte, hatten selbst unsere hochwertigen Armaturen(Dornbracht) bereits nach 1.5 Jahren technische Defekte, sodass der Kundendienst mehrfach kommen musste.
Seit ca 1.5 Wochen haben wir nun diese Anlage in Betrieb und die Unterschiede sind deutlich sicht-und sprbar. Den Einbau des ‘Multiblocks’ sollte man allerdings vom Fachbetrieb machen lassen. Die Anlage selbst, kann man dann ganz leicht selbst an den Multiblock anschliessen und ebenfalls selbst programmieren.
Aktuell haben wir einen Hrtegrad von ‘nur noch’ 1-3 dh, was meines erachtens fast ein wenig zu weich ist, vor allem wenn man das Wasser trinken mchte bzw einen Kaffee damit kochen mchte. Obwohl ich den Hebel zum bei-mischen bereits komplett geffnet habe, wird das Wasser nicht hrter. Ob das ein Defekt ist, versuche ich herauszufinden. Ein Hrtegrad von 6-8dh ist nmlich empfohlen.
Ansonsten funktioniert die Anlage wie beschrieben und das fr einen deutlich geringeren Preis, als bspw Gerte von BWT o.
TIP: Ein Rcklaufventil wre noch eine sinnvolle Ergnzung, damit man mit seinem Wasseranbieter keinen rger bekommt. Die viel diskutierte DVGW Zertifizierung hat dieses Gert nicht; allerdings eine Menge anderer Zertifizierungen, welche auf europischer Ebene anerkannt sind.
Das Gert wurde innerhalb von 3 Werktagen geliefert und kam schon vormontiert an, allerdings fehlte das Silikon Schmiermittel, deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Ob das Gert einfach so von einem Laien montiert werden kann, bezweifle ich, denn um es an ein Wassersystem fachgerecht anzuschlieen sind Kenntnisse, spezielles Werkzeug, Hilfsmittel und Anschlussteile erforderlich. Aber schwer ist es nicht wenn man wei was man tut. Man braucht den Anschlusskit (ich empfehle den teureren mit dem Winkelschlauch) und noch 2 Reduzierer denn der S500 hat 1 Zoll Anschlsse und die Schluche sind 30mm metrisch. Kosten etwa 5. Jenachdem wie die Leitungssituation ist braucht man noch entsprechend passende Muffen um das Ventil anzuschliessen. Siehe Bild.
Wenn man gut Englisch kann sollte man die englische Anleitung benutzen, denn in der deutschen fehlen z.T. wichtige Wrter. Aber leider auch umgekehrt. In der deutschen BA fehlt z.B. das Wort “nicht” bei der parallelen Schalterstellung und bei der englischen fehlt die Tabelle fr die “Brine” beim S500 (aber im Deutschen ist sie). Das Men3 steht zwar in der BA aber ich konnte es am Gert nicht aufrufen.
Man sollte den Drehschalter auf “Serv” lassen. Wer irgendein Anzeichen erwartet, also ein Licht oder so dass das Gert “in Betrieb” ist, wird enttuscht. Wohl aus Spargrnden steht es wie tot da. Man kann nur vermuten dass es seinen Job macht. Nach ein paar Tagen im Betrieb empfehle ich daher die Wasserhrte zu messen und wenn die einigermassen stimmt funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

Der Apparat ist so wie beschrieben. Er wird erst noch in Betrieb genommen wenn ich einen Adapter fr den Stromanschluss habe. Der Stecker hat leider einen englischen Anschluss. Laut Auskunft von Amazon aber einmalig.
Prodotto ricevuto nei tempi dichiarati, in esercizio ormai da oltre un mese, sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto. Installazione semplice (avendo l’impianto gi predisposto), le istruzioni sono molto chiare (se necessario sul sito web si pu scaricare la versione in italiano ed presente anche un video tutorial). Se non si conosce esattamente la durezza dell’acqua – come nel mio caso – occorre fare un po’ di prove con impostazioni differenti. Il consumo di sale si attestato attorno agli 8 – 10 kg per mese, direi pi che accettabile. Consiglio di usare il sale raffinato che si trova in alcuni grandi magazzini di ferramenta e simili, costa un po’ di pi, ma non lascia residui. Prodotto consigliato, 5 stelle solo quando le istruzioni nella scatola saranno in italiano.

Arrivato velocemente dentro il suo imballaggio molto robusto,istallato da circa un mese molto semplice per chi ci sa smanettare un pochino, manuale non italiano ma dai filmati si apprende bene, funziona perfettamente sono soddisfatto al 100×100.

Le istruzioni sono in diverse lingue, e tranne l’italiano purtroppo, ma nonstante questo sono molto intuitive ed facile programmare l’addolcitore e poi al resto ci pensa lui…

The unit has given excellent service since we installed it. It was too big to fit under the sink, but locating it in our conservatory was no problem and avoided losing valuable under sink storage, as well as making access more convenient of course.
Overall a good product at a good price.
I ordered an AS500. This is basically a competent water softener at a very good price – I paid 309.
The reservations I have are about the instruction manual. This is fine for doing the pipework and connections to install the softener, however, less than helpful when it comes to setting it up. All the recommended settings are different from those on the video. The recommended setting for the regeneration capacity for our local water hardness was 2000L, however we found that the water goes hard after 1500L, so have changed the setting. The manual is also not clear what each part of the regeneration cycle does, and says that you can start a cycle manually, when this is not possible in the way described. I learnt quite a lot by watching the softener go through a complete cycle – about 40 minutes, and was then able to work out that my refill setting was slightly too long, as the machine was overflowing a little. The phone support person was helpful and pleasant, but I’m sure would be a lot less busy once they get the manual sorted out. Since sorting out these issues, we have had reliable soft water, and salt consumption seems to be minimal.
Ich war bei der Bestellung etwas spektisch ob ein Wasserenthrter (We) zu dem Preis das versprochene Ergebniss bringt.
Nach inszwischen Monaten in Betrieb muss ich sagen dass das meine beste Investion seit langem ist.
Wir haben hier einen Hrtegrad von etwa 16 jetzt haben wir 1 dH im ganzen Haus keine Kalkflecken auf den Amaturen oder in der Duschkabine der Waschmittel und Reinigungsartikel verbrauch hat sich enorm verringert.
Ich kann es jedem weiter empfehlen sich so ein Gert anzuschaffen.
Sehr gutes Gert einfach zu bedienen.Grundeinstellung etwas gewohnheitsbedrftig, wenn eingestellt richtig gut.

Ich habe eine Eigenen Sanitr Betrieb und habe dieses mal den VOLLAUTOMAT AS 500 ausgetestet.
Ich muss sagen das die Montage und die Einstellung bers Display sich hervorragend bewerkstelligen lie.
Die Materialien sind Hochwertig und stehen anderen Markenprodukten die man fr das vielfache des Geldes kaufen kann
in nichts nach.
Ich werde diesen Artikel in der Zukunft wieder Bestellen und verbauen.

Excellent product that works really well and does exactly what it claims. Installation was straight forward once I worked out how best to attached to my mains water pipework which was probably the most tricky part though once done was really easy.
It is worth noting that this comes with 1/2″ bsp connectors by default and I did find it easier to order the Water2buy 1/2 flex hoses to connect the device to my pipework (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Braided-hoses-suitable-softener-install/dp/B009SP9W2U/ref=sr_1_3?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1414849975&sr=1-3&keywords=Water2buy).

Once installed you won’t even notice it other than you will have soft water.

Un appunto per Amazon: Se vendete prodotti nel sito italiano accertatevi di evidenziare che se il prodotto arriva dall’estero non ha prese utilizzabili in italia, in quanto ho dovuto comprare un presa per utilizzare la spina fornita data che era UK e non c’era scritto da nessuna parte.

Haben das Gert seit November im Einsatz und es luft einwandfrei. Den Anschluss hat der Installateur gemacht, die Programmierung ich selbst. Der Verbrauch vom Salz ist gering, bisher haben wir ca. 30 KG in 2 Monaten verbraucht. Wir haben jetzt keine Kalkrnder mehr an den Armaturen und Badobjekten. Auch Haut und Haare fhlen sich besser an.
This is a comparatively high-end water-softener which I purchased through Amazon in February 2013 for under 350. It has a 15-litre resin tank and a flow-rate capable of dealing with the needs of a directly connected household of up to 4 people at a hardness of 300 ppm (e.g. Megaflow and mains cold taps). I decided to fit it only to the feeds to the hot water cylinder and washing machine but leave the cold taps and loo cisterns on hard water. I am certain the flow rate would cope with both but there seemed no point in flushing the loo with softened water.
My unit came with 3/4″ BSP fittings but had two 3/4″-15mm couplings for use if you need them. (I chose to plumb my unit in with 22mm pipes, valves and connectors.) Installation and set-up is fairly simple. They offer an installation video. (but I hope I made a better job of it than they did…)
The unit is very effective; reduced my water hardness from 300ppm to “SOFT” according to the B&Q hardness testing kit. Hopefully, over time, the scale in my hot tank, taps, shower mixer and pipework will gradually dissolve; at least the problems won’t get any worse.
Here are some tips:
1)It is worth noting that the tables for hardness settings in the manual are based upon an average consumption of 100 litres per person per day. UK average is 150 litres (and we use more than that) – so adjust your Regeneration Capacity setting accordingly.
2)The paper manual and the installation video disagree about the Backwash, Brine and Rinse times. Latest online manual says Rinse 5 minutes brine 20 minutes, rinse 5 minutes and refill 6 minutes. This seems to work OK and does not waste too much water.
3)The first screen you see after holding down the “Menu” key for 5 seconds is the status screen. At the bottom of the screen is a counter that counts down in 10 litre decrements from your Regeneration Capacity setting until it hits zero; when it reaches zero it will execute a regeneration cycle at the next opportunity. When you set the Regeneration Capacity, it sets that value into the status screen regardless of what was there before – so you should make any changes on the morning after a regeneration cycle.

5)Take care when pulling the top off the unit. It is held on by four fragile-looking lugs.
UPDATE 2.5 years on…
The small turbine that activates the Hall-effect sensor has two small magnets pressed into each side. These tend to rust and the turbine sticks. If you find that the the unit is not producing soft water, check that the regeneration counter is going down. If not, you can do the following:
1 dismantle the bypass valve assembly from the unit
2 remove the pepper-pot end on the outlet
3 with long-nosed pliers, pull out the turbine retaining ring (it is only pushed in)
4 carefully file the rust off the magnets and leave the turbine to dry overnight
5 apply a thin coat of nail varnish to the magnets and
6 reassemble in reverse order.
