Bench is sturdy and can take my weight plus the weight that I lift.
This bench was lighter than I expected and easy to assemble. It looks good and doesn’t take up too much room.

Reicht vllig fr mein Homefittnesstudio. Sieht gut aus. Die Verstellmglichkeiten reich mir vllig aus. Qualitt stimmt aus meiner Sicht auch. Bitte keine Gewichte fr lngere Zeit (2 tage) auf der Bank liegen lassen. Die Polsterung drckts sich dann ein und bleibt fr eine Weile auch eingedrckt. Allerdings, nach 2 Wochen war die Delle wieder weg. Daher mach ich bei der Qualitt auch keine Abzge. Empfehlenswert.
Panca piuttosto stabile, fa il suo dovere. Facilmente riponibile dopo essere stata piegata. Sono pochi giorni che la uso, ma finora non ho riscontrato problemi.
Pesa poco, es muy resistente, se pliega y despliega muy rapido y cabe en cualquier parte

Resistenza alle sollecitazioni, peso 90 kg ed uso manubri da 40 kg l’uno per un totale di 170 kg e non c’ il minimo accenno di flessione / cedimento.
Angoli di inclinazione, per le spalle si colloca a 85, perfetto, 90 sarebbero troppi e 80o meno pochi.
Meccanismo di selezione a spine sembra poco pratico ed invece comodissimo.
Cos come la procedura per aprire / chiudere, ci vuole un attimo.
La manifattura generalmente molto buona, la pelle dopo quasi 5 mesi sembra ancora nuova e non fa grinze, pieghe o comunque non affatto deteriorata. Consigliatissima
La panca viene spedita gi montata; la messa in posizione piuttosto veloce: una volta aperta dalla posizione ripiegata, basta inserire le spinette della seduta e dello schienale in base all’inclinazione desiderata.
Buona stabilit durante gli esercizi.
Esteticamente si presenta bene sia dal punto di vista delle saldature fra le parti metalliche, sia per quanto riguarda la verniciatura.
Llevo usando un par de veces y me ha gustado. Queda a baja altura respecto al suelo, lo que me viene bien para dejar las pesas en el suelo sin tener que soltarlas ( para no romper el suelo soltando peso en mi casa).
La posicin declinada no se puede usar, demasiado ngulo segn mi punto de vista. Se pliega muy fcil y ocupa poco espacio. Yo mido 182 y la altura del respaldo es suficiente para mi. Conclusin buen banco domstico.
Robusta ottima stabilit anche con pesi importanti, in un attimo si apre e si chiude.

Better than I expected. Reasonably well constructed and very easy to set up from the box. Folds up easy for storage. There are two options for carrying, one I hadn’t noticed before buying was the integral metal handle built into the main frame . So if like me, you do need to store away after use , you don’t have to rely on the canvass strap at the mid section . For the price, very good value .
El banco va muy bien, tengo un peso de 80kilos y me aguanta muy bien con pesas. Lo eleg principalmente por la sujecin del respaldo a la estructura, prefiero que sea con un pasador para que quede fijo, es a lo que estaba acostumbrado cuando iba al gym. Es estable y fcilmente plegable y el acolchado es bien firme. No he usado las gomas que trae porque tengo pesas.
Lo he utilizado y mi hijo de 15 aos tsmbien, me ha parecido un banco robusto y verstil.Tiene inclinacin ajustable del respaldo, si utilizas pesas es muy comodo y de gran ayuda. Puedes fijar el lmite hasta el que desciendes, cuando realizas abdominales y as evitar molestias en la espalda.
Las gomas extensoras estn muy bien para tonificar los musculos. Se dobla con facilidad, si no dispones de mucho espacio es ideal.
Respecto a los materiales, se ven muy fuertes, duraderos con un buen acolchado.
