    Sehr gute Alternative

    Love them!
These wireless options are a great step-up from the wired Synco LavS6 that I own. From the case to the mic’s themselves they just look quality. Very light, easy to clip on.

I use them with my Canon 80D, I record in my conservatory and there is constant road noise, which every mic I’ve used picks up on. However, in edit you can easily remove the slight noise (not the mics fault).

    Definitely recommend.

    Great value wireless setup
I don’t normally write reviews but I’m super impressed with this kit from Synco. I’ve used the Rode Wireless Go and was worried that this would be a sub-par version. In terms of sound quality it’s not quite as good (I imagine because of the quality of the lav mics more than anything) but the difference is very minimal and for me the Synco beats the Rode set as it’s better value, comes with a case for the set and you can charge the transmitter and 2 receivers from the same cable – genius. I’m a freelance videographer and honestly it’s been one of the best pieces of kit I’ve had in my bag this year. Recommended!

    WOW
Nothing compares to this product at this price range. The closest item is a Rode product which is considerably more expensive. The sound quality before any post editing is as good as any studio condenser mic you can buy.

    Very good for interview purposes
I was planning to rode 2 wireless go but I decdied this unit a try and it is very good for interview/testimonials purposes for the price compared rode wireless go. Cheaper than rode wireless go and pretty much same quality item for a cheaper price

Very nice piece for a budge
Being working with videos for more than 10 years now and this little piece is awesome for the price. Very good sound, not so bold not so flat, battery lasts for a reasonable time and if someone pronounces too many Pff sounds it’s very easy to correct in post.

This microphone set is good but not stella
You can hear an audio sample in the video I’ve uploaded. To me, the audio from the mic on the transmitter unit is much better than the audio from the lavalier mic. But you have to take into account your own voice characteristics. My voice is quite “boomy” around my chest so anything that is clipped to that area tends to sound a bit muddy. Because I held the transmitter mic towards my face I avoided that muddiness from the chest area. How the mics work with your voice may give very different outcomes.

I’ll start by explaining that I had the previous G1 version and I actually had to return it because of the background hiss that I would get when recording.

After doing a lot of research I found that other people have the same issue that wasn’t just me or my equipment and that’s why I returned that previous version.

The good news is that this new G2 version is definitely better and does give a slightly higher quality sound.

The fact that there are two transmitters is really great if you’re wanting to do an interview type video or if you’re wanting to get some ambient sound while recording your own narration.

However, there is still a background hiss and even though it isn’t as prominent as the previous generation of this microphone it is still there and you can hear it. If you do a little postprocessing of your you can remove pretty much all of the hiss but that adds to the work you have to do.

I think this particular set represents good value for money compared to the bigger names but it doesn’t compete on absolute quality. Given the price difference that is not a big surprise.

If you’re wanting a versatile set with two transmitters at a reasonable price this is a great set to get with that slight caveat that you have to do a little bit of work to get the best quality audio.

The LED screen is a nice touch and it makes it easy to set things like mono or stereo of the amplification level and so on.

In terms of range I’ve only use this the kind of normal range I would record which is anything from 10 to 20 feet and it works absolutely fine at that distance. Other reviews seem to suggest that some units dropout sooner than claimed while some other reviews show the unit working perfectly even at the extremes of the range claimed.

If you’re only ever likely to do normal type talking heads where you’re relatively close to the camera I don’t think the range would be a problem.

It does come with an unusual three-headed charging adapter so that you can charge the two transmitters and the receiver at the same time. I’m not quite sure whether I like that or find it a nuisance to be quite honest!

Finally, it comes with a very nice case to store and protect the units and there are enough cables to cater for recording to a laptop, your phone, a camera and an external recorder so most people should find they have no problem to whatever audio input they need.

    Very impressive!
SYNCO’s wireless lavalier duo kit (G2 A2) is a very sleek lapel microphone system, the A2 features 2 transmitters to connect to the single receiver so you can capture audio from 2 sources, perfect for interviews, vlogging and Q&A sessions.

You can easily connect this to a smart device, sound capture device or your camera to really enhance the quality of voice audio, it comes with everything you need to get started, while each SYNCO device has a super clear display to show all types of indicators and status.

SYNCO are establishing themselves to be a real contender in the industry, making equipment that works for content creators of any degree. They’ve included a handy USB cable that can charge all 3 devices at the same time with the single power source. The devices feel study and are super light (39 grams each), the audio I’ve captured while shooting with my DSLR has been impressive indeed! The screen makes it super simple to see what setting I have and what I change to.

While it’s my first lavalier kit, it has my trust – I can rely on the product which can speak volumes when you’re out and about working with it. Recommended!

I own an original Rode Wireless go, but I needed something with two transmitters into one receiver

My purpose is not what people use these for. I do a lot of outdoor gigs and I needed something I could stick to an instrument to pick up both that and vocals. During winter, I don’t want to be spending 10 mins setting up, I want to take my battery powered amp out of the car switch it on and start playing. I can set everything up at home, and walk straight back to the car when I’ve finished playing. Often I play 2-3 gigs per day, especially near Christmas, I want adequate sound, not perfect sound…..this does the job. It stands up well against a reasonable breeze, and I can mic up myself and my colleague through one speaker.

My other use is similar, but using zoom. You can get a cheap usb to audio jack converter….and it will likely work. You will need to use the trs – trrs converter supplied, but it will work

The audio is not greatly different to the Rode. In fact, the quality of the windsheilds is better, and you get more of the cables you need with it. I believe the distance you can use it from is shorter than the Rode, version, but I don’t usually need to be standing 50 m away from a camera or amp. At 199, this is expensive, but I got it for 159.99, and I think that’s OK. At least I don’t have to permanently fix the windsheilds to these to get them to stay on

It’s not a cheap solution for YouTube, there are better options for that, but it is a quick and easy solution if you just want to click a couple of buttons and go. For this kind of thing to be used more widely it needs to be under 100, but I’m happy with it….and I’ll use it most days, so it’s worth it for me

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGood Quality Sound Recording At A Reasonable Price
This kit comes in a nice box which contained the following:

    1 x Receiver
    2 x Transmitters
    1 x Carrying Bag
2 x Internal Mic Wind Shields
    1 x Ejection Pin
    1 x 3-in-1 USB Charging Cable
2 x External Lavalier Mic, with wind screens and lapel clips
1 x 3.5mm TRRS Audio Cable (for connecting to a phone)
1 x 3.5mm TRS Audio Cable (for connection to a camera)
    1 x Instruction Leaflet

The hardshell carrying case is compact and has cut out slots to hold the receiver and two transmitters securely, and a mesh pocket in the lid to hold the cables, lavalier mics and wind shields.

The receiver and transmitters are all the same size, measuring just 5.2cm 4.2cm 1.7cm. The units are made of plastic and well made. They each weigh 38g, making this whole set lightweight and easy to work with.

The receiver unit has a USB-C charging port, a 3.5mm output socket (to connect to your device), and a second 3.5mm headphone socket that allows you to monitor the audio signal. There are three buttons, one to control On/Off/Mute, and two to adjust the gain of channels A and B separately. The audio gain has 5 separate levels, which is useful. There is also a recessed reset button that can be pressed using the included eject pin, and a clip on the back that can either be clipped to something or slipped into a standard hot-shoe mount on a camera.

The display on the receiver shows its battery charge level, the audio gain setting for each channel, the dynamic audio levels of each channel, and the stereo/mono status. It’s a pity that it doesn’t also show the battery status of the two transmitters, just to give some peace of mind.

The two transmitter units have a built in mic (with attachable wind muff), an external 3.5mm Mic input (TRS only), a USB-C charging port. There are three buttons to control On/Off/Mute, for manually pairing, and to turn On/Off the high pass/low cut 150Hz filter (which filters out wind, traffic and other low frequency noises). The transmitters also have a recessed reset button, and on the rear, a clip to attach them to clothing.

The display on the transmitters shows the battery charge level, recording/muted status, connection status, high pass filter status, channel being used, and the dynamic audio level.

In use the receiver and transmitter paired up automatically on start up without any issues. There is an option to pair them manually should you need to though.

Sound quality was very good from both the inbuilt mics and that lavalier mics.. If anything the in built mics were a tad better, however it was very close and the lavalier mics will be perfectly good enough for most people’s needs. You can always swap them out for better quality lavalier mics, should you find you have need to.

The 2.4GHz transmitters are fully encrypted. I was only able to test them up to a distance of 50m, but they managed this without any issues when there was constant line of sight between the transmitter and receiver. However, when walking away from the receiver with my body between the transmitter and receiver, they started to cut out at about 19m, which was a little disappointing. I didn’t detect any latency at any distance.

Depending on what suits your needs the best, you can set the two transmitters to be recorded in mono, where the sound from both receivers is merged into the same signal. Or in stereo, where the audio from one receiver is on the left channel and the audio from the other is on the right channel.

The TFT displays are very useful, however I found them very hard to read under direct sunlight. I got round this by covering them with my hand, or looking at them under my shirt, but it is a pity they aren’t better in this respect.

I found the ability to monitor the audio via the headphone jack extremely useful, especially as my camera does not allow me to do this. And another nice touch was that each of the cables has a symbol stamped into the side of the jack, which made it easy for me to know which cable was to be used with which device.

The units have a stated battery life of 8 hours, and in use I got close to this. So long as you are supplying 5V 2A, the units will charge to 50% in 40 mins, 80% in 1 hour and be fully charged in 1.5 hours. I found the included USB charging cable extremely useful as it allowed all three units to be charged from a single USB (Type A) port. Sadly no power supply was included so I had to provide my own.

In conclusion, I found this kit to be incredibly good value. The system is easy to use, the sound quality is extremely good, and you get everything you need (including the two lavalier mics) included in the one package. There are a few niggles, but they are nothing major, and at this price they can easily be forgiven. Some high end professionals might want better sound quality than these microphones can provide, but they are going to have to invest a lot more money to get that. For everyone else, I can highly recommend this set.

Very good quality sound, easy to link up and built in mic is grea
I wasnt expecting much from these but to be quite honest they are fantastic quality. I needed a wireless mic for a video I was shooting on location and I tried these out before using them professionally and was simply blown away by the quality and ease of use.

I first charged the units and upon powering them on they instantly connected to each other, no messing, literally within a second they were up and running. They have gain control on the receiver for each channel and the pack includes lapel mics that are good too. I have now used these in my professional capacity and I can say they are excellent. Their range is about 50M with line of sight and the included case is perfect for keeping everything together. Ill be using these in my business all the time.

This set now is a permanent feature in my kit bag, super simple to use with quality that rivals some far more expensive gear.

    Highly Recommended.

UPDATE: After continued use of these little units I can say I am still very highly impressed with their ease of use, quality and features. Within seconds on location I can mic someone up and have them ready to go.

    Amazing for my first se
As a wedding photographer, I’ve slowly been moving into video work and gathering gadgets and gizmos to make the job easier and more fluid. I’ve got mixers, field recorders and lighting and so when I saw this lavalier set, which I knew would come in much use I thought I’d check them out.

Who knew they’d be so small. Very compact, lightweight but built solid enough to feel reassured that they won’t break.

I do always read the manual, but to be honest, the layout is very logical and had figured most of options and buttons without reading it.
The nifty 3 way USB charging cable is clever, also they are USB C, which allows me to charge with my phone cable too, albeit one at time, but great in an emergency as I always carry USB cables in my gear. I’m glad USB C is becoming more universal and manufacturers are using it where possible.

I’ve got some Rode, Shure and EV expensive-ish microphones and when compared to the supplied lavalier mics, I was surprised how clean they sounded, heck even the built in ones were really good. A note on that, I’m new into lavalier systems and not sure if other brands have mics built in, but it’s such a sensible thing to do, when you just need a quick drop and go record scenario. Perfect.
The signal you get from each other is crystal clear, very a very low noise floor and perfect for voice etc. I feel like even my Zoom H5 and H6 recorders are noisier than these!

Also as soon as you turn them on, they’re connected, you can’t get better than that.
The displays, although small have enough information to satisfy my needs.
Comes with windshields, cables to connect to DSLR type cameras and a hard/soft shell type case, very neatly packed up.

Conclusion. These are amazing for what they are and although my first foray into such a system, I cannot compare to other brands, but they are amazing. For the price they are a bargain and doubt you’ll be disappointed, if they’re your first set.

    Great audio but screen poo
This mic has great audio but uou can hardly see the screen. I have the previous version and thought I would update so I could see which recording level I was on, as that one had no indication. However turns out you can barely see the screen and out doors no chance. Shame because the quality is great otherwise. Since bought the rode wireless go.

I bought these through a different online retailer but they’re a great piece of kit and comparable to some more expensive microphones.

So far they’ve mainly be used when recording with an iPhone but I’m looking forward to attaching them to my mirrorless system.

Personally I’ve found the recording quality best when not using the additional lav mic and just clipping the unit to the jacket but this may evolve as I get more familiar with the system.

All in all well worth the money.

    Impressive
Couple days ago received this mic and have to say its really impressive! Very easy to set up and use just in a few clicks. Nice soft expensive touch plastic and easy to operate buttons. Mics came already linked charged and ready to use straight away. Different type cables and Lavaliere Mic in a box are something you want get from another brands. And double Type cable so you can charge both mics from one USB is nice decision. Probably 2 little things that I found could be improved: Screen not bright enough when using outside with bright sun (I know you need it only while setting up)) and case inside pocket for cables would be handy to have a zipp as it is easy to lose a mic clamp when opening. Sound Quality is very good (tested all options gain/low cut/with lavalier). Compared to similar mic from another brand, and I can definitely say this Synco is perfect quality/size + additional lavaliere mic and almost twice cheaper… impressive. Very strong signal between TX & RX. Please check the photos how stylish they are!

    Very impressive sound quality.
Direct line of site is 70m. I tested the G2 A1 in the park with using my mirrorless camera, I liked the sound quality and the colour display screen on the G2, makes it easier to change settings.
The colour display is clear and bright when using it outdoors, there are 2 buttons on side on both the receiver and the transmitter plus a power button on the other side too.
The G2 A1 set comes with a 1 Lavalier Mic included, but you also have a built in microphone on top of the transmitter for quick run & gun filming. The receiver and transmitter have a built in clip on the back for clipping it onto your shirt or pocket and the clip can also slide inside a hotshoe mount.
The receiver is supplied with 2 TRS mini jack cables for DSR cameras and for smartphones. There is a high pass filter button on the transmitter for eliminating low frequency noise in the background.
Now you can have a good quality sound on your videos without worrying about the frustration or the extra space or weight.
I honestly think this is good, simple and very a reliable wireless lavalier microphone.

Synco have really improved on the G1 with the G2 by adding the display. This means you can now easily see the settings that you have it on, battery life, volume etc. It all comes in a nice little case with all the accessories that you need. I did a little video to show the sound performance, but didn’t apply any noise reduction filters on either of the clips so you can see the raw difference they make. Hope that is useful.

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersÜberrascht: Hervorragende Rhode-Alternative

I absolutely LOVE this lavaliere wireless mic! The sound quality is top notch (even compared to some more expensive brands I have tried). Set up is very simple, and so far it has been very reliable. I bought this so I’m not tethered to my desk mic when filming, and so I can film effectively when outside. The battery seems to last for ages too which is a huge bonus and is one less thing to worry about. I appreciate the carrying case, and the package as a whole is just oozes quality.
