The riveting knife available separately makes the Master Cut 1500 one of the few machine tables that is also compatible with circular saws without a riveting knife, and therefore in compliance with the current EU safety standards. The new riving knives are available as accessories in two sizes: for saw blade diameters up to 160 mm (part no. 6903000) and for 160–200 mm (part no. 6904000). They stop the saw blade becoming jammed and the workpiece possibly being knocked back, and are mandatory when using the Master Cut 1500 as a circular saw table.
Use as a circular saw bench
Precision, safety and stability – these requirements were a must for when designing the multi-function Master Cut 1500. When used as a circular saw bench, the parallel stop permits cuts up to a cutting width of 390 mm while an innovative clamping mechanism ensures a secure hold. The aluminium stop rail can either be mounted as a parallel stop or an angle stop and ensures professional results – from the first to the last workpiece. The angle stop permits a convenient series of angular cuts of up to 180°, while a new, spring-loaded gliding element provides an optimal hold. Even large surfaces like doors or cupboards can be conveniently and precisely processed using the roller stands available separately.

Can also be used as a milling table – with the milling guide
The Master Cut 1500 can be turned into a high-quality milling table for router bits up to a diameter of 27 mm in just a few simple steps using the milling guide available separately. It can then be used to process workpieces with a thickness of up to 40 mm. The guide can be precisely adjusted for perfect results.
Use as a jigsaw and milling table
The universal working and machine table can be used to convert jigsaws and – with the separate accessory – routers into stationary devices in just a few simple steps for precise, safe and ergonomic working at an optimal working height. This is achieved by simply mounting the machines on the aluminium plate of the Master Cut 1500. The machine plate is height-adjustable, offering a flat transition to the worktop even with heavy machines. The machine can be switched on and off centrally using a safety switch with thermal overload protection. An extraction system into which a standard vacuum cleaner can be fixed close to the cutting or milled edges ensures cleanliness at the workstation.

Clamping table and mobile workstation
The Master Cut 1500 can not only be used as a machine table, but also as a clamping table. The solid beechwood vice supplied with the Master Cut 1500 in combination with the intelligently planned fixings for the clamping boards permit a clamping width across the entire table length. Four plastic vice jaws are supplied for securing workpieces horizontally. The machine table can hold even solid wood boards with ease thanks to its load capacity of 200 kg. The newly developed folding system adds additional fixing bolts and cross struts to make the stand of the innovative machine table sturdy and safe. Once the work is done, it can be folded up using the quick-folding system to save space and conveniently stored thanks to an intrinsic weight of just 17 kg and small transport wheels.

This is a great sturdy table with the flexibility to attach my router jigsaw and circular saw.
Only issue is with the guide, in that it does not seem to be square with the table
I had a slight problem putting it together but it’s easy to move, it’s a great tool to use even for a beginner.
Good product but not easy to put together, the instructions are not as clear as they should be.
