Lovely made lead. The torch on top and affixed poop bags are a nice touch. Only downside is that it’s a little heavy in the hand but apart from that it’s a quality bit of kit all round
Lead is good and strong and a good length, I would just say that it’s just a bit clunky to hold (the handle is quite large).
Didn’t want to leave bad reviews but can’t find contact details for company it’s a good lead overall but really disappointed that it’s snapped so easy and the dog is only 6 months old so will only get stronge
only negative is handle is quite big and clumsy but other than that really pleased with it.
Good lead. Because this is a tape version, it doesn’t rewind as good as a cord version, but a cord version is easier to chew through.

This new lead has worked really well. I am currently walking with a stick, which means only one hand available for the lead. This enables me to stay on the path, but give our dog room to roam and explore, but I still feel in control. It is easy to handle, comfortable to hold and is so much easier than the long training lead I used before.
Pleasantly surprised by its look when first opened. However the torch doesn’t work ( new batteries – polarity checked, double checked). Turns out the back of the torch doesn’t screw in far enough to earth it. Bridged the gap with wire and it works. The clicker button looks a little flimsy so we’ll see how long it lasts
Very robust and very easy to use lock system. Much better than cord leads. Very happy with purchase. The hands free flash light and poo bag holder are great!
This lead is amazing it’s really useful for puppies who still go out for late night wees in the dark. The torch is detachable so if you don’t want it on during the day you can just slide it off as seen on the picture. This product has been brilliant for my puppy as we still don’t trust him off lead it still gives him a sense of freedom on walks.
Good product but was very large when it came. It’s slightly difficult to handle with smaller hands. My husband loves it though. Light very useful when camping. Poo bag attachment not very strong so we changed for metal carabiner.
Great length and appears sturdy however the end clip does not rotate so the lead becomes twisted and is difficult to get back into the handle sometimes. Comfortable to hold, a lot bigger than expected.

Bought this lead as my dog loves to explore but has bad recall when other dogs about! This lead lets him get the space! The lock is very easy by clicking the buttons and flick it off compared to others. The attached torch is a god send as our park is seriously dark!

Brilliant lead. Took a while to figure out that a cage for the batteries is inside the torch (palm firmly attached to forehead). Once all was figured out though. Nice and bright for easy pooh picking at night.

I find the spring not too powerful unfortunately, and sometimes I have to fiddle with the lead to get it retract.
The lock system is… different. Cannot say it’s bad but it will definitely take a while to get used to it.

Have had many leads as my dog eats through them. This one has been my favourite. I recommend.
Really feel that this is very safe,it is strong,has a substantial lead, The locking mechanism is very well made and gives a feeling of security.After all no one wants their dog to suddenly run without being able to halt them and avoid a serious situation.Very happy with this product.

No instructions on how to load batteries, only found out when tilting the torch that the battery compartment slides out.
Brilliant strong lead, the light is nice and bright, supplied with poo bag attached bone shape.

Impressed with this, the lead goes out and returns smoothly and locks easily. The torch is powerful enough to see your dog well when the lead is extended the full length and clips securely on the top of the lead. Comfortable to hold too.
Nice lockable extendable lead, wanted for a holiday, don’t usually use an extender, added bonus torch for dark night poopies, and supplied with poopie bags, great for what we wanted it for.
The lock release is not easy to use when one wants to rapidly shorten the lead. The lead is also rather slow to retract. And not sure how resistant it is to chewing!

Being on the large size, its size is suitable for someone with large hands. Its weight is probably heavier than smaller leads available, however its weight is not noticable when walking the dog. Probably not suitable for someone with small hands as they may have difficulty putting their thumb on the locking mechanism.
Its great my whippet puppy loves it, she enjoys the freedom of movement. The built in torch is very useful too. I sometimes struggle with the unlock system on the handle, but its probably me. Overall happy walkies time!

The lock mechanism seems a bit touch and go. I was disappointed that the torch fell off within two days of purchase. I wasn’t able to find it and when I contacted the seller to ask about a replacement I heard nothing
Excellent lead to give more freedom when on a field etc.
Lightweight but tough enough. Good sized handle, important to me. The lock is not 100% efficient but it’s only for a lightweight dog. Free waste bags and torch what’s not to like.

So happy with the length of the lead – more freedom when on the field. My ‘tiny’ concern is can be bit fiddly when locking/unlocking – but that could be down to me – getting use to it. So far – no regrets

I use for my puppy, although length is great not sure on how ridged it is.
Lead can be easily bitten though and can cut it stuck on anything.
It collects smells easily, so you need to clean regularly.
Seems pretty strong but the lock mechanism sounds like it’s will break and often get a jammed. Hopefully will hold out as it is working fine at the mome
I would have given the hold 5 stars but it maybe a bit bulky or heavy if your hands aren’t to strong but all in all its a great item and really strong and I have a 22kg staffy
The addition of torch and poo bags make this quite cumbersome and heavy. For the summer I have removed the torch. Suitable for a large dog as it seems very robust.

Good retractable lead overall. Maybe a bit heavier than other ones I had but quite sturdy. One negative note about the lead when is extended doesn’t always retract quick enough. The small torch is quite handy.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son’s dog. The handle is comfortable to hold for the three hand sizes who used it, the built in torch is very good and ideal for night walks (finding poo as well as looking for obstacles). The only complaint is the poo bag holder clatters annoyingly. All in all a very good product at a good price. The delivery was very swif

Good bit of kit but lost the light off the top came off once found it in the Dark but must of lost it again as it’s not on the lead now, also had to take the poop bag off the lead as it was annoying but that might just be me. Said that the lead is decent and hold a large Dog who likes to pull
I have no problem with this item easy to use but twists too easily. The wife on the other hand can not really grasp how easy it is to lock and unlock. Not as sturdy as would have liked could do with being stronger in the lead. Still a good piece of kit.

Like the extra length of this it’s wui bulky but feels strong to hold our Spaniel when he has to stay on the lead we unclipped the torch on it will try when it’s dark
I find this lead does twist quite a lot when my very strong springador is running around. The tape doesn’t feel particularly strong and could be wider and thicker, and I have to untwist it before it retracts. The design of the handle is good but overall it isn’t the bes

This is the best retractable lead I’ve used & I’ve bought a few. Much better handle, more comfortable to hold, nice & long & seems very strong. Haven’t used the light function yet but did check that it was working (works fine) very pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend
I bought this lead for its extra length and because it wasn’t cord. We enjoy using it on the beach and in the park where she has plenty of room to run ,and still feel safe that she is on a lead. It also was a great price.
It is a great lead. Bigger than I thought it would be. My puppy wasn’t too sure at first but has now got used to it.
I have a patterdale cross Lakeland terrier. This is the ideal length for controlled freedom…. Have not tried the to torch yet bought in the summe
I am very pleased with my lead but the locking system is not the same as I was used to but I am getting used to it now.
Liked the ruggedness of it, not at all flimsy, the lead itself is thick and easy to use not like last one that was like string and broke easily whereas yours is very good

Bought this for my sons dog Diego, he’s a large french mastiff, brilliant leash allowing him freedom with the extension yet giving control when required, would definitely recommend this fab product.
This lead is super sturdy and well made. I found it a bit heavy at first but am used to it now. My dog is medium size but very strong. I like the torch but have taken it off to use in winter.
Good strong lead, easy thanks hold. Only downside was that the poo bag holder kept clunking against handle and noise became irritating so I took it off handle. Otherwise really pleased with purchase.
