Really amazing. I paid 10 and then got this code sent on an email. When I went to my son’s Xbox I went to the store and typed in the code and, totally against my expectation, he was given 10 in his Xbox account. It’s almost as though it did exactly what I needed it to do. Unbelievable.

Gift for my so
I was concerned as some reviewers stated the voucher was credited to their own Microsoft account when following the link in the email. I looked up the voucher code in my amazon account (also linked in the email) and let my son use it through the “redeem’ option on his Xbox.
Earlier this year I also ended up with a 25 credit when I used the email link to use the voucher. It’s still sitting in my Microsoft account as I have no need for it and am not able to pass it to my son as originally intended.
Dear Amazon, the description needs updated regarding using it as a gift. More importantly however is a review of the email content to clarify the link will allow the user to credit the money to their MS account. There should be some instructions on how to use it as a gift for someone else. Making the email more user friendly would save a lot of frustration. Thank you.

I ended up buying the 50 gift card for myself the email came up fine in my inbox and I got the code straight away nothing was wrong with the code and was happy with my 50 Xbox gift card

Grear gift for xbox users
My grandson loved his extra gift I gave it 4 because the presentation could’ve been better, bought a couple so the codes were on the same a4 sheet of paper so they got an inch wide strip of paper as a gift!

Much SAFER way to keep control of your kids spending. **!! YES FORTNIGHT ! I’m sure I’m not alone as one of many parents who made the mistake of adding their bank card details In son’s Xbox Live account! Until the day you’re out grocery shopping and you’re card gets declined at the checkout. Only then, you discover Microsoft has emptied your bank with unauthorised purchases? For those having trouble here’s a hint. Look harder at the email you get confirming your order with amazon. The 16 digit code is there. Simply go to Xbox and redeem the code. Even easier, use the Xbox app on your phone.
I’m very happy with Amazon Xbox codes. You receive the code as soon as you press purchase. You also don’t have to worry about the kids misplacing them like a receipt as the code is stored in your Amazon purchase’s.
