The product is really great(my first solar panel system), I had some questions after receiving the product and customer service answered very quickly. I really recommend it to everyone, the warranty coverage is also great. I realized that there was a production problem and they sent me a new panel without any problems, which convinced me that the company is really high quality and I will definitely continue to buy from the same company in the future.
When I bought the solar panel kit there was no reviews, but this one had the best price.
It arrived quick. Installing it was relatively easy. We installed it on a short wheel based campervan. Used industrial strength velcro and gorilla tape.
It’s been holding up really well!
As for what we managed to power with it on our first trip: We had a 60w compressor fridge running on eco mode 24/7. Waterpump, fan and lights. Also the battery is a 110a battery. We went off grid for 11 days and not once got the battery under 60-70% charge.
I wasn’t sure how much we can power, but so far very impressed with the panel. On a sunny day it was pulling over 14v on a cloudy one still over 13v!
It is extremely easy to install, I made a vent panel so all the back of the panel is vented to stop heat pockets, and allows for air flow under neath the panel. Only on little niggle I have, the plug ends on the one I had were labeled up wrong the negative was the positive plug end and the positive plug end was the negative end. But this was easy solved as I dry fitted it first, to work out what vents I needed to cover the whole panel.
I get 13.5 – 15 v on a semi cloudy day.
The instructions could be a bit more informative with the settings being as this is my first solar panel and controller experience.
It looks well made and does more than I expected for the price.
Other than that it was really easy to installand arrived early and just in time before the sun set.
