Once set up it works well Very good picture quality and very good night vision, only thing I will add is it was difficult to set up, was not straight forward and instructions were confusing. Took 3 days but eventually we got it working and now it’s on it seems to be working fine.
Camera hard to adjust to get correct position.nd in-betwee Original 2 stars up dated. Managed to adjust camera angle by using the two screws on the base. The ring screw was tight but managed to release it. Now have cameras at correct angle. For the money it’s an excellent system. Night vision good. Now added a 2tb 3.5 inch disc. Works well. And a screen. Cheap 2nd hand. All works well. In order to back up I found that if you plug the mouse into the back of the box. You can use a memory stick/external HDD in the front of the box. For se reason I had trouble setting it up the other way around. Still more convenient this way around. For the price very good quality.
Great value CCTV system Bought 3-4 of these kits without hard drives. Great value for money, bought them on promotion/sales which Zosi seller runs few times a month. It was super easy to set up the cameras on smartphone, though I didn’t try PC setup. Picture quality is decent during day and night. Some kits are going strong even after a year. Had some minor issues with 1 DVR but customer service was super efficient and helped me sort that out quickly.

However what the manufacturers don’t say or list even though they say it… Is that there designed to last or very least are weather resistant. There not as after say 3 years of your cameras being put up, the plastic bracket thst go on the wall become very brittle in the English weather systems, that they break if you need to clean the cameras, or relocate or move them, The screws get rusty and when you try to relocate with the Allen key it’s almost I possible to not break the bracket as they crumble away.. Something you might want to consider, when buying your set, there good at first even this company whom I’m not complaining about there cameras are great let’s see what will happen in a few years ftom now with the brackets. If you buy cheap then expect the deteriaton in quality later on. Thankyou to the seller though here my cameras are super clear HD now and I have different cameras ftom different manufacturers & types & prices all 16vof them now.

Great value CCTV system I bought the system without a hard disk drive as I wanted to select my own large HDD (Seagate SkyHawk Surveillance HDD ST4000VX013 4TB drive) to install and am confident to install it myself. The DVR unit supplied works well and is easy to understand and use. I also wanted to view the camera feeds on my network and this is possibly by downloading their AVSS PC software. Initially I had a problem with not being able to resize the application window to the desired size and fed my issue back to their support team. After a couple of weeks I was told that a new version of the software was available that solved my issue as a direct response to my query. Working in software myself I can understand why it takes a little while to improve things and get them right so I thought the response time was very reasonable. The support agent Louis was very helpful and kept me informed. Zosi is not a brand I had heard of before and I found they were keen to help their customers get the right result. I would definitely recommend this system.

Working Well I bought this to replace a malfunctioning cam I had fitted to the post, malfunctioning because it just went out, this was pretty much a fit and plug in unit like the other one, came online straight away just had to set the mode and it gives quite a good image even though the car park it’s aimed at is some distance away but I can see our vehicles and whats going on out there quite well.
Time after time never let's me down ! Have bought numerous amounts of these . Comes basically as plug and play . Never had one faulty yet . Comes configured dchp , no complicated dchp setting up . ( wifi setting up for mobile viewing ) ok , the cameras are plastic but at least they wont trust throught time . Great clear images day and night ! Also you can buy additional cameras
Very good quality images Replaced my old swann system as the cameras had failed on night vision , cameras are plastic but the image quality is first class , the zosi system is easy to set up , and the app on my phone works with out any problems .

I’m not sure if they have a version with WiFi? Because I had to place the recorder upstairs far away from the modem (downstairs) so I can’t plugin the ethernet cable. However, I think I can buy a Ethernet wireless receiver and view wirelessly that way I hope?
Video quality looks great, but I think like all cameras.. at night registration plates can’t be read unfortunately.
I’d recommend this, I’ve always wanted this setup but never actually bought it due to being skeptical. I had the Amazon blink, but replaced that with this system and I’m glad I did!
Amazing value Received as described. Very easy to get up and running, app was pretty simple using the instruction. Purchased a separate drive (2 TB Seagate Seahawk). No issues formatting the new harddrive.
The only niggle was there were no mounting screws for the hard drive supplied with the unit.
Excellent produc This system is value for money easy to install once you work out the instructions,the pamphlet that comes with it the instructions are written in tiny print but you can go on YouTube.
Customer service is fantastic. 10 out of 10 I bought this item some time ago . The dvr box reset itself and was asking for a password that I did not know as I have not set one . I contacted customer support. They get straight back to me with the solution and it rectified the problem. I will give the customer service 10 out of 10 and thank you to John from customer support who help me with the reset .
Security in place Was looking for security cameras for a while. This setup is just what I wanted. It comes with two cameras and the box. However needed an extra camera so bought the deal that was on amazone to add a camera. This came and the third camera had no wiring or an adapter to plug into the back of the box. Needed to buy extra leads and a 4 way adaptor. This was no hassle as the company had everything on the website, just set me back a few days. So buy extra when buying them. Other than that your house/garage will be safe when these are installed

Well thought out. Superb value Excellent system. At 99.00, it’s a steal. Much better than our old system in every way. Better quality cameras. I was very impressed by the night vision. It’s superb. I’ve only just started to replace our cameras with this system. It all works on the same wires, if you have a similar system installed, which we have, you might get away with just doing the cameras and hooking up to your original wires. The PSUs are 12v 2A and were exactly the same units as our old system. The system is also well thought out re installation as it Includes templates for the camera fixings, direction labels on the wires, screws for the HDD etc, also a good length of wires on the cameras (tails) I believe they are called. They are easily enough to go through normal brick and plaster cavity walls. Our old set was too short and a real pain. Having long enough cables is certainly a big plus to save considerable annoyance. The software on the recorder is also much better. Easier to understand and play back is more user-friendly. I was slightly worried that the quality would be identical after a lot of work setting it up, but I needn’t have worried. I’d say it is roughly twice the Res of our old system and the night vision much better. It would be easy to recognise a face even in full darkness. I’m adding the an additional two cameras to our set up giving more coverage. The old system cameras are perfectly functional with the new system, so if you have a big place you could possibly use your old system cameras as additional units. If you are thinking it’s time to take advantage of newer tech and get pictures that are actually useful instead of a hazy mush, then you could do worse than this set up. It’s also very sheer but it doesn’t mean you get a free set of tights.
Simplicity in itself The ZOSI system is neat and compact and considering the price, looks and feels really high quality. The night time infra-red glow lets people know my property is guarded by a high quality system.
Loving the Mobile App, while lets me check-in whenever and wherever I want. I added a SATA 3.5inch Hard-drive for 15.00 (connectors already installed within the ZOSI DVR) which lets me record and replay video.
When I sought configuration advise from the ZOSI Service Team, Richard and Doris were on hand to help me, without delay.
Very good camera When I first looked at the picture quality I was disappointed. Then I toggled the picture settings and found the camera comes set at low quality but with the little adjuster on the wire I was able to set the picture to high quality (TVI). That was a sigh of relief! So what I have is a well priced camera with a wide angle image in high def and I am very happy with it. Great value.
I should add that the camera I have is the black one. A white camera now comes up when I look at my purchase and that looks to be a very different price and specification.
Great customer service. Easy to install and set up. Excellent night vision. Easy to use playback and great app for viewing playback remotely. Had a problem with the DVR caused by me but Yoko at customer services sorted a replacement very quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service really is excellent. Good system. Easy to install The cameras are well constructed and the system is easy to set up. There are 60ft cables with the cameras and once connected you are live immediately (plug and play)
The picture quality is excellent in day light and is moderate at night. If you install beside good quality PIR lights you will get a good image. Don’t forget that you don’t get a hard drive with the DVR. You also get a USB mouse with the kit.
You can buy extra cameras and cable on amazon easily.
first class communications and customer care i recieved my order around the 6th nov. a few days later i noticed one of the cameras was only working in black and white. I emailed the company on the 10th nov explaining the fault. they came back to me almost immediately suggesting a few things to try but none of the suggestions worked. I emailed them again on the 11th nov saying their suggestions did not work. Again they replied almost immediately, saying they would send out a replacement camera which arrived on the 13th nov. this camera worked perfectly. The level of this companies communications and customer care are first class and would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a security system. thanks a lot guys
CCTV cam 4 in 1 Just make sure you select the right mode for your NVR ,DVR as otherwise you will get a poor or no picture has a good wide picture and good value for money
No fan fire hazard if not aware Hi cameras are very good. Not hard to install but my major bug bear is that the dvx system doesn’t have a built in fan to keep the a hard drive (which is not included) cool. Only for I opened the system as the hard drive was making noises and was overheating did I realise there was no fan. Now I have to go and buy a fan and a new hard drive not impressed.
Life Saver! Although I can’t share the CCTV footage for security reasons, this product was great value for money and saved me a lot of stress from having to always keep a look out in the shop.
It’s easy to connect to a TV, and you can get the app to view it on your phone/ iPad. I personally love this product, and would buy a few more if I needed it.
The video quality is great, and only took 1-2 hours to set it all up on our systems.

The connectors (red,blue) they need to add a cover or you need to get a small weather proof cover! Emailed who ships out the cctv system as delivery was trying to make it a 2 week delivery thing. They made adjustments to get it delivered the very next day! Was very helpful. Night vision is not the best but you can still see about 20m or so! This time round was a lot easier to set up but setting it up on the Internet defeated me some what! And they still not sorted the out side connectors (red and blue) as they need some sort of cover for the rain. Other then that its what you need. Brilliant for the money! Onoy thing I do suggest is have a long Internet cable as the WiFi signal on the system ent that grate and add a spot light as night vision ent the best. Come verry well packed! Hardly no plastic! 1 man set up! Also I think they should add a HDMI cable as that’s not in the package same as a internet cable. I highly recommend this to every 1st time cctv installers!
Enthusiastic at first , frustrated in the middle , at last satisfied !!! The dvr itself it’s very nice , compact, easy to install,camera quality is good but the zosi app does not work at all, connect very slowly and freezes a lot.Also you can only watch one camera at the time.Will be returning the product. Being unable to watch through the app defeats the whole purpose of acquiring a surveillance system!
After a few weeks of constantly crashing when trying to connect , the app started to work , I had to reinstall a few times the app.
Also I discovered how to switch from single camera to multiple camera view. If you tap on the screen , on the bottom of the screen right in the middle you will see a number , from there you can select 1 ,4 or 8 cameras to view.
Overall , very nice system , image is very bright and clear. The app gave me some headache in the beginning but after a few weeks it stopped crushing and I can now use it as needed.
Hope this helps people that are interested in buying one of these products !

Picture quality is amazing I have already recommended the product to other family members! I have never owned or installed a CCTV system before so was a little apprehensive as I was not sure how much hard work it would be or how good it would really be without spending hundreds of pounds so i set out and did my research.
I ended up opting for the “ZOSI H264” which came complete with the DVR box and 4 HD cameras. It seemed to be the best-looking set at a very reasonable price. Delivery was very fast and everything was very well packaged.
Instructions were all very clear and easy to follow and i didn’t struggle anywhere near as much as I thought I would, infact not at all. The cables to connect the cameras up to the DVR were much longer than I had expected so I had no trouble at all positioning my cameras exactly where I wanted them.
The hardest part of the whole set up was drilling a hole through my wall which you certainly don’t HAVE to do but I wanted to keep it all neat and tidy and found this the best way. This took 2 people but without that part, this is easily a 1-person setup.
One facing the front of the house including the car, one facing our back door (conservatory), one down the side of the house and finally one at our garage. This literally covers everywhere we would ever need to.
once the setup was complete, I connected it to my network (which again was pain free) and installed the app everything just worked as it should. I also got my partners phone hooked up via the app too so we can both check out what’s going on from wherever we may be. I particularly like the feature of being able to focus on one particular camera in full screen without losing any picture quality or having all four in any order you want.
I found the picture quality is amazing and everything is so clear. I’m not sure why you don’t see more shops using these as crime recordings always seem so grainy and unclear when you see them on the news?!
I have already recommended the product to other family members who are also impressed and I will be picking up another shortly for at the office.

fantastic quality camera easy set up i thank COCO at zosi customer service for the help and support on purchasing this camera i wasnt happy with the quality of the cams id got and was advised that they wasnt fully compatable with my ZOSI DVR it was recommended that this cam would be perfect for the 1080p quality pictures and recording play back im delighted with both many thanks coco

Mostly the costumer care from the supplier was good, but I also needed to contact the makers website. They were again excellent and solved my problem (MY FAULT) within 2 emails, again MY FAULT due to a poor explanation.

Fantastic value for money Great product, really easy to install, had a little bit of an issue getting the user details set up but contact Zosi on Facebook messenger and had rapid response. Really helpful.
Doesn't include harddrive. Great value starter kit, purchased to add into an existing CCTV set up that was missing the DVR with no compatibility issues. Only draw back was no hard drive ( purchased separately for 16) but again really easy to fit as the connector cables are already inside.
The 12v splitter for power to the cameras is a 4 way splitter which is ok if you are only running the 4 cameras supplied, we are using 8 but again no issues to buy a 8 way splitter.
The app to gain access on your phone is straight forward to install and configure using the QR code on the unit. App allows live and playback as well as screenshots. We hard wired the unit directly into our router box via an network cable ( purchased separately) to allow online access.
Altogether including the DVR with the additional cables & hard drive we spent 140 which is great value.
Customer Service is excelle This cctv system is excellent. I feel so much more relaxed now I have it fitted. The DVR and app alerts me whenever there has been motion and I receive snap shots so whenever I’m out I can still keep an eye on my property. It was easy to install and the customer service team are spot on and very helpful. I was having issues getting the live streaming on my phone but with messages through Facebook this was rectified in minutes.

Brilliant after initial set up misunderstandings After the initial problems I had setting the system up( which were probably down to me) I was gratefully contacted by very helpful man who installs these systems …Eric , he sorted out my probs over the phone.. i have still got to install the cameras outside but now im all set up i am very pleased with this system.
Great, difficult setting up smartphone and PC but finally got help from Zosi via FB It was super easy to set up the camera and connect to the monitor, however connecting the smartphone and the PC was so difficult. Spent ages trying to figure it out and contacting the ZOSI watsapp which was no use but I finally got in contact with Ayami via Facebook who was brilliant! They took me through the whole process and turns out it’s quite easy when they tell you what you have to do and what I was doing wrong haha. They also took control of my PC remotely and sorted out the PC side and now I’ve got all my cameras up and running on a monitor, my phone and my PC. Hopefully now that I know what I’m doing I can get it on my partners phone as well 🙂
Great cheap pack with everything to get you started. For a starter pack this is great. As I improve my home CCTV I will replace as needed. Only bad commenbis the cooling fan is noisey. Being a DIYer I have replace with my own CPU cooling fan and it’s fine now.

Impressed Very impressed at a first look with the package. It comes in a modular package. It has long enough cables for connecting the cameras included in the package. The power splitter has 4 outputs, so it can accommodate 2 more cameras if needed. I have not set the sistem up yet but it looks like an easy plug and play installation. I ordered a network cable to connect the system to the internet and then I will try to check the system over the internet from my phone.
I managed to install the system, so I’ll add some pros and cons that I found and hopefully will be useful for others.
The cables provided for the cameras are long enough to reach in front and back of the house. They have kinda bulky connections so you’ll need a good sized hole to feed the cables through but in my case I did the hole through the upvc frame of the door and then filled out with silicone.
The cameras are light and will stay firmely in position with the screws provided.
The central unit is compact and has all the connections in the back clearly marked. The only thing that surprised me is that is a little bit noisy but it does not bother me since it is installed in the utility room.
I did not have a monitor or a tv at hand to plug it in and play with the system settings so I plugged in the cameras, the power cord and the network cable and started the system then I installed the Zosi view app on my laptop and my phone.
Outstanding product. I bought this at 59 pre Xmas. Installation took around 2 hours. The time was spent drilling and routing cables. The technology just works, which was running in minutes. I have used a usb WiFi Dongle and it works well without the need to wire back to the router. If discounted again, I will buy another unit as it is fantastic value. Phone app is great.

Quality cameras at a reasonable price I was looking for home security cameras at a reasonable price.After reading reviews I decided on these cameras.
Order arrived within the postage time.The cameras where easy to install by following the basic instructions I had everything up and running within 1 hour.The picture from these cameras is very clear day and night.After a couple of days I was having problems accessing the cameras through the mobile app so I contacted zositech by email they responded immediately and advised me on the app set up and I was up and running again in no time.If you are looking for quality cameras at a reasonable price don’t hesitate to buy these. I would also add that contact with zositech for support has been excellent.
Easy install and set up. Just added a hard drive and set it up in about an hour that, most of the time was installing the cameras. Easy remote set up using phone app. Good quality images, cant fault it so far.

I’m not sure if they have a version with WiFi? Because I had to place the recorder upstairs far away from the modem (downstairs) so I can’t plugin the ethernet cable. However, I think I can buy a Ethernet wireless receiver and view wirelessly that way I hope?
Video quality looks great, but I think like all cameras.. at night registration plates can’t be read unfortunately.
I’d recommend this, I’ve always wanted this setup but never actually bought it due to being skeptical. I had the Amazon blink, but replaced that with this system and I’m glad I did!

Received as described. Very easy to get up and running, app was pretty simple using the instruction. Purchased a separate drive (2 TB Seagate Seahawk). No issues formatting the new harddrive.
The only niggle was there were no mounting screws for the hard drive supplied with the unit.

I bought this item some time ago . The dvr box reset itself and was asking for a password that I did not know as I have not set one . I contacted customer support. They get straight back to me with the solution and it rectified the problem. I will give the customer service 10 out of 10 and thank you to John from customer support who help me with the reset .
Was looking for security cameras for a while. This setup is just what I wanted. It comes with two cameras and the box. However needed an extra camera so bought the deal that was on amazone to add a camera. This came and the third camera had no wiring or an adapter to plug into the back of the box. Needed to buy extra leads and a 4 way adaptor. This was no hassle as the company had everything on the website, just set me back a few days. So buy extra when buying them. Other than that your house/garage will be safe when these are installed

Excellent system. At 99.00, it’s a steal. Much better than our old system in every way. Better quality cameras. I was very impressed by the night vision. It’s superb. I’ve only just started to replace our cameras with this system. It all works on the same wires, if you have a similar system installed, which we have, you might get away with just doing the cameras and hooking up to your original wires. The PSUs are 12v 2A and were exactly the same units as our old system. The system is also well thought out re installation as it Includes templates for the camera fixings, direction labels on the wires, screws for the HDD etc, also a good length of wires on the cameras (tails) I believe they are called. They are easily enough to go through normal brick and plaster cavity walls. Our old set was too short and a real pain. Having long enough cables is certainly a big plus to save considerable annoyance. The software on the recorder is also much better. Easier to understand and play back is more user-friendly. I was slightly worried that the quality would be identical after a lot of work setting it up, but I needn’t have worried. I’d say it is roughly twice the Res of our old system and the night vision much better. It would be easy to recognise a face even in full darkness. I’m adding the an additional two cameras to our set up giving more coverage. The old system cameras are perfectly functional with the new system, so if you have a big place you could possibly use your old system cameras as additional units. If you are thinking it’s time to take advantage of newer tech and get pictures that are actually useful instead of a hazy mush, then you could do worse than this set up. It’s also very sheer but it doesn’t mean you get a free set of tights.
Simplicity in itself
The ZOSI system is neat and compact and considering the price, looks and feels really high quality. The night time infra-red glow lets people know my property is guarded by a high quality system.
Loving the Mobile App, while lets me check-in whenever and wherever I want. I added a SATA 3.5inch Hard-drive for 15.00 (connectors already installed within the ZOSI DVR) which lets me record and replay video.
When I sought configuration advise from the ZOSI Service Team, Richard and Doris were on hand to help me, without delay.

When I first looked at the picture quality I was disappointed. Then I toggled the picture settings and found the camera comes set at low quality but with the little adjuster on the wire I was able to set the picture to high quality (TVI). That was a sigh of relief! So what I have is a well priced camera with a wide angle image in high def and I am very happy with it. Great value.
I should add that the camera I have is the black one. A white camera now comes up when I look at my purchase and that looks to be a very different price and specification.

Had a problem with the DVR caused by me but Yoko at customer services sorted a replacement very quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. The customer service really is excellent. The cameras are well constructed and the system is easy to set up. There are 60ft cables with the cameras and once connected you are live immediately (plug and play)
The picture quality is excellent in day light and is moderate at night. If you install beside good quality PIR lights you will get a good image. Don’t forget that you don’t get a hard drive with the DVR. You also get a USB mouse with the kit.

i recieved my order around the 6th nov. a few days later i noticed one of the cameras was only working in black and white. I emailed the company on the 10th nov explaining the fault. they came back to me almost immediately suggesting a few things to try but none of the suggestions worked. I emailed them again on the 11th nov saying their suggestions did not work. Again they replied almost immediately, saying they would send out a replacement camera which arrived on the 13th nov. this camera worked perfectly. The level of this companies communications and customer care are first class and would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a security system. thanks a lot guys

Just make sure you select the right mode for your NVR ,DVR as otherwise you will get a poor or no picture has a good wide picture and good value for money
Hi cameras are very good. Not hard to install but my major bug bear is that the dvx system doesn’t have a built in fan to keep the a hard drive (which is not included) cool. Only for I opened the system as the hard drive was making noises and was overheating did I realise there was no fan. Now I have to go and buy a fan and a new hard drive not impressed.
Although I can’t share the CCTV footage for security reasons, this product was great value for money and saved me a lot of stress from having to always keep a look out in the shop.
It’s easy to connect to a TV, and you can get the app to view it on your phone/ iPad. I personally love this product, and would buy a few more if I needed it.
The video quality is great, and only took 1-2 hours to set it all up on our systems.

Emailed who ships out the cctv system as delivery was trying to make it a 2 week delivery thing. They made adjustments to get it delivered the very next day! Was very helpful. Night vision is not the best but you can still see about 20m or so! This time round was a lot easier to set up but setting it up on the Internet defeated me some what! And they still not sorted the out side connectors (red and blue) as they need some sort of cover for the rain. Other then that its what you need. Brilliant for the money! Onoy thing I do suggest is have a long Internet cable as the WiFi signal on the system ent that grate and add a spot light as night vision ent the best. Come verry well packed! Hardly no plastic! 1 man set up! Also I think they should add a HDMI cable as that’s not in the package same as a internet cable. I highly recommend this to every 1st time cctv installers!

The dvr itself it’s very nice , compact, easy to install,camera quality is good but the zosi app does not work at all, connect very slowly and freezes a lot.Also you can only watch one camera at the time.Will be returning the product. Being unable to watch through the app defeats the whole purpose of acquiring a surveillance system!
After a few weeks of constantly crashing when trying to connect , the app started to work , I had to reinstall a few times the app.
Also I discovered how to switch from single camera to multiple camera view. If you tap on the screen , on the bottom of the screen right in the middle you will see a number , from there you can select 1 ,4 or 8 cameras to view.
Overall , very nice system , image is very bright and clear. The app gave me some headache in the beginning but after a few weeks it stopped crushing and I can now use it as needed.
Hope this helps people that are interested in buying one of these products !

I have never owned or installed a CCTV system before so was a little apprehensive as I was not sure how much hard work it would be or how good it would really be without spending hundreds of pounds so i set out and did my research.
I ended up opting for the “ZOSI H264” which came complete with the DVR box and 4 HD cameras. It seemed to be the best-looking set at a very reasonable price. Delivery was very fast and everything was very well packaged.
Instructions were all very clear and easy to follow and i didn’t struggle anywhere near as much as I thought I would, infact not at all. The cables to connect the cameras up to the DVR were much longer than I had expected so I had no trouble at all positioning my cameras exactly where I wanted them.
The hardest part of the whole set up was drilling a hole through my wall which you certainly don’t HAVE to do but I wanted to keep it all neat and tidy and found this the best way. This took 2 people but without that part, this is easily a 1-person setup.
One facing the front of the house including the car, one facing our back door (conservatory), one down the side of the house and finally one at our garage. This literally covers everywhere we would ever need to.
once the setup was complete, I connected it to my network (which again was pain free) and installed the app everything just worked as it should. I also got my partners phone hooked up via the app too so we can both check out what’s going on from wherever we may be. I particularly like the feature of being able to focus on one particular camera in full screen without losing any picture quality or having all four in any order you want.
I found the picture quality is amazing and everything is so clear. I’m not sure why you don’t see more shops using these as crime recordings always seem so grainy and unclear when you see them on the news?!
I have already recommended the product to other family members who are also impressed and I will be picking up another shortly for at the office.

i thank COCO at zosi customer service for the help and support on purchasing this camera i wasnt happy with the quality of the cams id got and was advised that they wasnt fully compatable with my ZOSI DVR it was recommended that this cam would be perfect for the 1080p quality pictures and recording play back im delighted with both many thanks coco

Fantastic value for money
Great product, really easy to install, had a little bit of an issue getting the user details set up but contact Zosi on Facebook messenger and had rapid response. Really helpful.
Great value starter kit, purchased to add into an existing CCTV set up that was missing the DVR with no compatibility issues. Only draw back was no hard drive ( purchased separately for 16) but again really easy to fit as the connector cables are already inside.
The 12v splitter for power to the cameras is a 4 way splitter which is ok if you are only running the 4 cameras supplied, we are using 8 but again no issues to buy a 8 way splitter.
The app to gain access on your phone is straight forward to install and configure using the QR code on the unit. App allows live and playback as well as screenshots. We hard wired the unit directly into our router box via an network cable ( purchased separately) to allow online access.
Altogether including the DVR with the additional cables & hard drive we spent 140 which is great value.

This cctv system is excellent. I feel so much more relaxed now I have it fitted. The DVR and app alerts me whenever there has been motion and I receive snap shots so whenever I’m out I can still keep an eye on my property. It was easy to install and the customer service team are spot on and very helpful. I was having issues getting the live streaming on my phone but with messages through Facebook this was rectified in minutes.

It was super easy to set up the camera and connect to the monitor, however connecting the smartphone and the PC was so difficult. Spent ages trying to figure it out and contacting the ZOSI watsapp which was no use but I finally got in contact with Ayami via Facebook who was brilliant! They took me through the whole process and turns out it’s quite easy when they tell you what you have to do and what I was doing wrong haha. They also took control of my PC remotely and sorted out the PC side and now I’ve got all my cameras up and running on a monitor, my phone and my PC. Hopefully now that I know what I’m doing I can get it on my partners phone as well 🙂
Great cheap pack with everything to get you started.
For a starter pack this is great. As I improve my home CCTV I will replace as needed. Only bad commenbis the cooling fan is noisey. Being a DIYer I have replace with my own CPU cooling fan and it’s fine now.

Very impressed at a first look with the package. It comes in a modular package. It has long enough cables for connecting the cameras included in the package. The power splitter has 4 outputs, so it can accommodate 2 more cameras if needed. I have not set the sistem up yet but it looks like an easy plug and play installation. I ordered a network cable to connect the system to the internet and then I will try to check the system over the internet from my phone.
I managed to install the system, so I’ll add some pros and cons that I found and hopefully will be useful for others.
The cables provided for the cameras are long enough to reach in front and back of the house. They have kinda bulky connections so you’ll need a good sized hole to feed the cables through but in my case I did the hole through the upvc frame of the door and then filled out with silicone.
The cameras are light and will stay firmely in position with the screws provided.
The central unit is compact and has all the connections in the back clearly marked. The only thing that surprised me is that is a little bit noisy but it does not bother me since it is installed in the utility room.
I did not have a monitor or a tv at hand to plug it in and play with the system settings so I plugged in the cameras, the power cord and the network cable and started the system then I installed the Zosi view app on my laptop and my phone.
Outstanding product.
I bought this at 59 pre Xmas. Installation took around 2 hours. The time was spent drilling and routing cables. The technology just works, which was running in minutes. I have used a usb WiFi Dongle and it works well without the need to wire back to the router. If discounted again, I will buy another unit as it is fantastic value. Phone app is great.

Had some initial issues with the box continually rebooting every few minutes. Spoke with the seller (via email) and they suggested an upgrade. This fixed the issue, and now it’s working like a charm. Great value. Love the zosi view app on my phone too, so I can view from anywhere!

Order arrived within the postage time.The cameras where easy to install by following the basic instructions I had everything up and running within 1 hour.The picture from these cameras is very clear day and night.After a couple of days I was having problems accessing the cameras through the mobile app so I contacted zositech by email they responded immediately and advised me on the app set up and I was up and running again in no time.If you are looking for quality cameras at a reasonable price don’t hesitate to buy these. Just added a hard drive and set it up in about an hour that, most of the time was installing the cameras. Easy remote set up using phone app. Good quality images, cant fault it so far.
