The AILE Blood Pressure Monitor is fantastic value for money! Well made (given the cost), accurate (calibrated with GP’s BP machine), easy to use and to date, durable. I’ve used mine every day for a couple of months and it’s been extremely reliable.
Note that there are no batteries included with the unit and that there is no power lead (micro USB in this case) and so you will have to source your own.

Seems a good machine after early problems
Bought to replace my previous machine which suddenly broke down. Had a few problems at first as it refused to inflate. After some fiddling and swear words, it suddenly roared into action and even gave a reading that was similar to my usual readings. Seems to be working fine now.

Reproducible Results in a Compact Uni
I bought this unit last July and did not review it at that time. However, it has been such a reliable device that I feel inclined to write this review.
The unit is well made and easily transportable it came with a cuff, USB cable and an instruction manual (which is in readable English not Chinglese).
I bought it to take with me on holidays and it has proven to be very good. It is lightweight coming in at about 250g. The cuff is both comfortable, durable and easy to keep clean. It fits a wide range of upper arm sizes from (9″ – 17″ or 22cm-42cm.
It operates on 4 AAA batteries (not supplied) or directly on the USB cable
It can record and store 99 readings in memory for up to 2 users ie 198 readings in total each with a time stamp.
The display is very clear to read and shoes the remaining battery power, Date, Time Systolic and diastolic values, the pulse rate, User ID, a memory symbol and the sequential number in the memory group
which makes it easy to see historical data.
The instruction manual gives clear instructions and sensible notes eg advice to sit with monitor at heart level and diagnostic clues such as the effects of arthymias on BP measurement

My doctor wanted me to monitor blood pressure on a medication. This worked great although it took 2 tries the first time to make sure the cuff was on tight enough. I can’t figure out how to reset the clock but it gives a pretty clear blood pressure reading.
Easier with two people
It’s easy to understand the instructions, but I have 2 issues; 1st… the usb charging cable is too short, as I don’t have a laptop and it needs to reach to a suitable plug point. 2nd…. it’s almost impossible to get the sleeve in the correct position by yourself. By the time I’ve managed it, my BP has gone up! Other than that, I definitely need to lose weight and exercise more as it’s too high!

No more making appointments at the doctor’s surgery when he asks what my blood pressure is . I can give a while-you-wait reading!
Accurate BP monitor - easy to use, lightweight and cheap
I had a professional-grade OMRON sphygmomanometer before this but it got lost. This is less than a quarter of the price so I didn’t expect much but thought I’d give it a try.
It’s really good – weighs very little but technology has improved a lot in the last ten years. The cuff is well designed and will accommodate most limbs. Powered by either AAA batteries or the included USB cable it is quiet and fast to use. A brief squeeze of the arm and you will have a display of both systolic and diastolic values along with a pulse reading.
Accuracy is excellent and there is a memory function if you need it. The ability to take one’s own readings is becoming essential for GPs to deal with patients remotely – get a good set of scales and a thermometer and you can save yourself a routine trip to the surgery altogether.

I bought this in order to have a more portable BP monitor to take with me on journeys where space and weight are at a premium.
It is simple to use, just put on the cuff in the right position, and push the start button. Given the low cost, I was surprised by the accuracy and repeatability of the readings, which I compared with my Omron MT10IT. They are the same to within +/- 3mmHg in both systolic (upper figure) and diastolic (lower figure) readings, which is no more than natural variability between readings.
Unlike the Omron, there is no facility to transfer readings to a PC, but I knew that anyway, and up to 99 readings can be stored for each of the two user settings on the Aile monitor. The memory function shows the average of recent readings, and allows you to cycle through past readings, which are stored with date and time. One small caveat is that holding down the memory button will not cycle through past readings more quickly, which is what I’d expected – it clears all readings! You have to press for each reading, but that’s not difficult either.
Although it wasn’t mentioned in the instruction leaflet, the monitor also can detect irregular pulse rhythms, which will, if present, be indicated by extra lines that appear around the ‘heart’ symbol on the display.
There is no separate charger supplied, but there is a micro USB cable so the unit it easy to power, either via a USB cable and a power brick or 4 x AAA batteries. I’ve found this much preferable to dedicated power adapters. Unlike the reviewer who only got about 40 readings from a set of batteries, I have had approximately 180 readings from a set of four 900mAh rechargeables.
It’s well worth the modest cost, especially as a backup or travel model, and the ease of use is such that I’m using it more regularly than the somewhat more fiddly Omron with its stiff cuff design. It would be nice if the readings could be sent to a smartphone health app, but at this price, I can just tap the numbers in myself!

As far as I can tell, the readings are very accurate and the screen is very clear and easy to read.

Accurate affordable home no monito
With the pandemic still going strong in the UK, my parents are not keen to make unnecessary visits to the GP practice for routine blood pressure checks. They decided they wanted one of these BP monitor just to keep a check on their own blood pressure readings. Reviews for this one looked promising so they decided to give it a go.
Unit arrived fast and was well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow. The sleeve is easy to use and can be adjusted accordingly to normal arm sizes. I think if you are of a certain larger weight, it may not fit properly. It is easy to connect, supports either micro-usb or battery (4 AAA batteries) power supply. Batteries are not included. Once on, it’s a fairly quiet machine and the display screen is very clear to read. Results are fast and have found them to be reasonably consistent. I have checked vit with about bp monitor and it corresponds accurately. Also has a memory feature which helps you to remember previous readings. Good quality for the price and peace of mind.

So Handy
This is so nice and lightweight and a really neat, compact little device. Easy to put together (and the chart of readings in the instructions was helpful) and use. Make sure you leave plenty of room on the cuff, though, as it gets really tight !! The first time I tried it made sure I wouldn’t do that again in a hurry !! It has a nice, clear display (see photos) and tells you all you need to know. I can’t say HOW accurate it is but I am usually on the high side in the GP and this is also demonstrating the same. It is everso quiet as well as it fills with air….just a humming sound. I use it plugged into the USB socket and haven’t tried with batteries. It needs 4 and I didn’t want to have to buy another load so made sure this one runs under its own steam, so to speak.

I have very slightly raised blood pressure and dont want to take medication so the doctor suggested I monitor it myself a couple of times a week.
I didnt want to pay much for something to basically sit in a cupboard, but accuracy is necessary. Just because you use the same one yourself so can keep an eye on it its not a good idea to use your machine as your average if it simply isnt really accurate..
The only way to test this monitor was with my daughter. She works in the NHS and has an ‘expensive’ blood pressure monitor. I have to say there was very little difference between the reading on this and hers, which are used in a doctors surgery. Merely a couple of points every time and that was tested over a week.
Its relatively small. Its light. Easy to read screen. Very long arm wrap so should easily fit a huge arm. Batteries or usb, I use my phone charger though its the micro thing not the C fit. I have adapters for my chargers since they aren’t all the same these days. This means you also don’t need to leave batteries in it longer term.
It would have been nice to have a pouch to keep it in but I have a pouch from something else to use anyway. Better than trying to get it back in the box each time.
I find it a bargain if you want to keep an eye on your blood pressure.

I bought this machine for my grandmother and it is perfect for her as it is so easy to use and interpret results. Gentle colours that are not too hard on the eyes and large visible numbers. Additionally product can be either USB charged or battery powered, this flexibility is appreciated.

This is a really good blood pressure monitor. It’s simple to use and gives an accurate blood pressure reading. I’ve compared it to my other BPM and it gives similar readings.
The cuff goes to a really tight pressure before deflating to give the reading. It’s simply a case of plugging it into the unit and pressing the on button.
This doesn’t have a storage bag, but does easily fold back up to put in the box.
This works really well and is very handy to have to keep track of your blood pressure. Definitely a well recommended BPM.
Went to my doctor with tummy pains and unexpectedly was told my blood pressure was worryingly high with an SYS of 179. Was told I need a 24hr monitor to be fitted by nurse but that would take about 7 days to fit and get results but to have my bp checked daily at local chemist and go to A&E if it got higher. Not well enough to visit chemist shop daily I ordered this from Amazon on a Friday night and was delivered to Ireland by Sunday morning! Thank goodness for Amazon!
Checking it with family members it showed their bp in the normal range with mine being at 185 that day, 190 the next and then hitting 200 so I went to A&E straight away and now being treated for an underlying medical condition.
The unit itself is so easy to use – you can skip all the date set up (to save your data) for first use. The instructions in the manual are excellent. Make sure the armband is fitted snugly neither to loose or too tight. If you start the process and if clonks out if may be you fitted the armband too loose.
The tube length is on the short side so do detach it before you stand up of you risk sending the thing to the floor.The armband is large and would not suit a child.
Do follow the instructions before use and sit still until the results show on screen.
As to accuracy it is hard to tell but it is in line with my hospital readings which came up at near 190.
The device is cheap but reading feedback on devices that cost a lot more negative reviewers complain of the same type of things so I’m happy to recommend this nice little unit.
A daily reading is ok if you have very high bp and are worried but don’t obsess on readings as they fluctuate for a myriad of reasons.

I was initially told it would be here the same day I’d I ordered within a certain time, so I ordered straight away and was then told there was a delay to my order. Amazon just shrugged it off and we’re no help at all. Luckily my plans changed the following day so I was home when it arrived. But the product is great.

We bought this for an elderly friend who needs to check her blood pressure daily. She has found it a great help and is able to take her readings before the nurse arrives. Because she is calm and doing it on her own the readings have also improved. A great bit of kit at a very good price.

I purchased this and then had to go into hospital without using it. I came out of hospital a few weeks later and tried it out. It was very difficult to read the instruction manual (small print) so had to go online to find out how to use it.
It worked ok first day. Second day my wife pressed start button and the button went into the case. (See photo.) i don’t know how to return it for a refund because I have had it over a month.

I bought one of these following my father having a stroke and he needed to monitor his blood pressure, he isn’t particularly tech savvy but this was simple to use and he now checks daily.
Couldn’t recommend these enough, if you or your family suffer with high blood pressure it’s definitely worth buying one of these and monitoring your blood pressure, if you have high blood pressure speak to a medical professional. It could literally save your life one day!

Does a good job once you have worked out all the instructions which are in the weirdest order. It is reasonably accurate according to our Doctor as we needed a test at home before going to the surgery. Once you know how it works it is very easy to use and read the screen. We recommend photographing the readout as you can keep a record or upload it to your surgery. Small and compact so it is easy to store. You will need to have 3x AAA batteries. Great little machine for the money. Only minus is there is no power adapter, just a USB cable. Can also be used with 4 AAA batteries. At this price it is hard to fault this machine.
Accurate and easy to use
Easy to use for sure. The readings are similar upon retesting so I assume accuracy is good. My only issue is that when inflating the cuff there was one time where it wouldn’t stop. It got past 220 pressure and was very painful. I had to forcibly stop the machine. Aside from that the reading is simple and it’s a good product.

This product is amazing for the price 15! The display is acurate easy to read with an indicator on the side to show us uninitiated if our pressure is high low or normal The cuff is good quality and will last a while I would imagine.
Only three buttons a memory button a set button and a stop start. I didn’ even read the instructions before trying this out, it’s that easy.
There is a compartment for three double A batteries but it works well with the supplied USB cable without the need for batteries also!

So simple to set up, easy to read. Find the arm cuff gets to tight and uncomfortable but I get this even a at the GP’s surgery.
You may require a powerful Duracell battery as a basic Wilko set did not provide enough power however with the enclosed USB cable was great.

I bought this as developed high blood pressure and it saves me a trip to the doctors constantly to get a reading, very compact machine, cuff is suitable for larger arms, very comfy and easy to use, can use a chager plug from a phone or tablet, wire included in box, or batteries if preffered, very happy with my item

What is there to say about a blood pressure monitor? This one seems to do the job well enough, though sometimes it can have trouble inflating the cuff if it’s not fitted properly.
I can’t speak to the accuracy, as I’ve got nothing else to compare it to, but after a week of constant readings it seems fairly consistent.
For the price, this is definitely worth the money if you need one in a hurry.

This is super easy to set up, requires 4 AAA batteries (not included) or you can use the USB cable it comes with. Accurate readings. The cuff is comfortable and fits quite a large size arm. Absolutely pleased with this for this price.

Just install four AAA Batteries (Not Supplied) and you’re ready to take a reading!
Simply wrap the cuff around your upper arm, plug in the grey pressure tube, and press the Start/Stop Button after a few seconds the device will pump up the cuff and take the two readings and display them on the large easy to read LCD display. There are options to set the Year/Month/Hour/Minute so your readings can be saved to the device’s memory for easy recall later should you wish to.
Great solid well-built device and offered here at a great price, thoroughly recommend it as I need to supply Blood Pressure Readings to my doc, so this device fits the bill.

Very happy with the purchase. Working very well, shows accurate figures. I love the fact you have an USB cable you can use, instead of adding any batteries. You can add batteries too, of course, if you want to. But I find it really useful that you do not need the batteries and can use it with the USB cable. Looks sturdy too.
This is an easy to use, quick & quiet blood pressure monitor. It works from the included usb cable plugged into a laptop, usb adaptor, plug socket, or from a power bank if u are not near anywhere that has mains power. Also works with 4 AAA batteries, that arent included. It has a velcro cuff that will fit around large upper arms down to small size arms. There is an easy to read lcd display that has a start/stop button that u press and it will begin to inflate the cuff around your arm. It will take 30 seconds to show your pulse rate & blood pressure reading so u can monitor your health carefully especially if u have a history of high or low blood pressure. It also shows when your heart rate is irregular. It has a memory setting so u can save your readings for up to 2 users, it will save 99 readings per person. It is very compact so u can take it with u wherever u travel as it wont take up much room in your bag. I was very impressed at the speed and accuracy it has and it looks like it is a high quality designed machine so will perform well for a long time. I think it was well worth the amazingly low price for anyone with recurring health issues like I have.
I like this machine it has a good clear screen for viewing your results. It is handy to have around as it is mains or battery. The arm band is comfortable and easily adjusted with valcro strapping. All in all a very good piece of equipment.
I bought this monitor after my doctors informed me that they could not use there monitors due to them having fabric arm bands and these could not be sanitised against covid ! Anyway I must admit it is so easy to use straight out of the box I am well satisfied with it and would recommend it to other people
Brilliant product, the sleeve fits great for both thin and very wide arms, lots of room, connections are great, very easy to use, I would 100% recommend this product. It displays everything clearly to you. Air pressure is spot on and releases correctly aswell. Iv had very high blood pressure and this is helping me to keep track. I use this 2/3 times a day. It is great for my partner aswell because he has just had a stroke so we can check him when he shows symptoms and then we have a bit more info to tell the medics, it also have a great memory space on it so you can keep track. For power it takes 4 aaa batteries or you can plus in, it has a USB wire supplied with it. Batteries not included.
I would suggest maybe including a BP chart though.
The unit came next day, has USB cable you can use or your own from your phone charger. Alternatively as I did you can fit 4 X AAA batteries in it and then once the cuff is plugged into the unit it is ready to go. I put it on a pressed go to try it, and it’s working well. The display is big and clear. Easy to read and the instructions are clear. For the money I can’t really say anything bad about it. The casing is well made and the cuff is good quality.
