I have the dvr and camera set up, so adding this onto the system was straightforward and hassle free.
Though I was a bit apprehensive about this brand, the Customer support and help has been top notch! Usually I get a response within a day re how to set up motion detection, troubleshooting or and dvr issues.

I have added this camera to my system which was so easy to do the camera is amazing I can talk to delivery people or anyone in range and can hear them so clearly plus it comes to my phone so I can also set a alarm if I see anything suspicious the alarm is really loud it’s absolutely well worth it’s money
I received the camera the very next day, installed it at the front door, the picture quality is outstanding, there are three different settings that you can change to your preference under light control these are infrared, full colour or intelligent, I have used all three but prefer infrared, but that’s just my preference, I do highly rate this camera, there is only one negative thing in my opinion and that it does not return yo pint of origin after tracking someone or car, it would be great if you could have it to show say in my case the front door and return to the front door after auto tracking,
I will be getting one more of these to add to my 8 zone system to finish it off…
I bought two of these cameras as an upgrade to my old ones, and they do the job very nicely indeed especially the human form feature which is great as even the bushes would set my old ones off, the system is very easy to set up with voice prompts step by step, picture quality is amazingly sharp and at night the security lights come on when triggered giving great full colour images.
After a few days a problem developed with one of them which stopped working, on contacting customer services the seller immediately sent out a new unit which arrived within 2 days and I was back up and running, all in all these are great cameras at a great price and backed up with first class customer service I would highly recommend this seller and what is a high tech product for the price.
I am happy with the functions off the camera. It has very good Pan, Tilt and Zoom. I bought this for monitoring my front door and drive,as I can pan, tilt remotely.
The flood light is very bright and a good deterrent.

Further to my comments, above, that having used and observed with this camera, over some weeks now, I am very pleased with its performance.
I have caught couriers ,NOT AMAZON COURIERS I am quick to add, who have dumped cardboard box outers with clothing and cardboard children’s games and paper books bought by my daughter, behind the front gate which is 50 yards away from the house. They don’t survive very well after a night of rain if we don’t know they have been delivered, before these cameras were installed. She has also had items stolen from the same spot.
So these cameras with their pan/tilt/zoom and colour vision features and recording 24/7 means she has visual evidence to uphold claims on the delivery company and to show the Police for stolen things !!
All round, a most reassuring position in which to be !!
Again, I must say, Amazon delivery drivers ALWAYS abide by my specific instructions, which other drivers don’t have, to bring the items to the house door where another identical camera sends an alarm and scans the door and steps into the house.

I highly recommend it for security reasons and it is very easy to install and control it.
The night vision is too clear to see and what I like that you can use your microphone to talk with anyone who is outside at the same time you can use the alarm to alert or worn anyone.
Bought this after having broadband installed at my work unit on a remote farm, camera was easy to install and set up and works flawlessly.. to be able to view the unit from home and be warned of movement is an absolute godsend! All of my life’s tool collection is down there and various units had been broken into in the past.. so to be able to see, talk and have an audible alarm is priceless! Will be buying another one for the other side of my unit wall soon..
The camera arrived next day. i added it to my system kit and the camera is superb. Perfect picture. Amazed at the quality. So happy with how this worked out. I used the Customer service Whats app and within 1 hour they answered a fitting instruction as I wanted to ensure that cables were watertight. They said dont worry the cables are made to last the Uk hot and cold weathe
I installed this as an add on to my existing cctv system the day before going away for the week.
Whilst away I was able to keep an eye on my property and operate the camera remotely with my iPhone. Night vision is good and the ability to hear (and speak) through the camera is useful as well.
I’m not technically minded but found the setup straight forward. I did email Jason (tech help) with one small query and he replied overnight with the answer.
One benefit for me is being able to keep an eye on the dog when it is in the garden on a cold dark night from the comfort of my armchair! Without having a PTZ camera I would have needed two ordinary cameras to cover the garden.
Update:- now running six cameras. Have moved the PTZ cam indoors to better cover our odd shaped hallway where the dogs sleep when we are out and put a second bullet cam in the garden. Everything has been working well for some time now including remote viewing. Very pleased, especially for the money.
Works great I use it to watch wildlife (Hedgehogs) and doubles as a security cam in so much as it has good night vision and can move to lots of viewing angles.
Does everything a top end camera does at a fraction of the price.
Delivered with Prime the next day. Easy to install and operate. The night vision was nice and clear and the App for your phone is easy to operate. There is also audio and motion detection and an alarm setting to notify you of motion. All round good indoor outdoor camera

Night vision is excellent, easy to recognise pictures, I receives notifications on my whenever there is detections. Picture quality is superb. I can recommend this PTZ camera to anyone that want to cover all angles/corners in the shops or homes.

Had a few issues with the 1st camera after contacting support, they sent a new one out and it’s working fine.
Also the motion detection mask function doesn’t work, with the tracking enabled it tracks movement out of the highlighted motion zone
Was very sceptical of buying another camera’s as the last two were horrendous!
But so far these havent missed a beat, got the sd cards in and they’re both recording fine,
Plus really like the 360 rotation part!
This camera hardware is very reasonable value for money, The picture quality is good and the night vision works well, we use it to monitor horses whilst on box rest. However the suggested Android app latest update has now started to serve up Adverts. Although the App is not produced by the camera manufacturer and I have tried some other apps which can/do work but not yet found one I’m happy with. I’m going to try to see if it will work with an existing App which I have purchased (so no ads) for 4 other cameras I use at home called IP Cam Viewer.
The email Help has so far been very quick to respond to requests too.
This camera was purchased to add to a Hiseeu 4 camera security system with monitor which was purchased from amazon a couple of month earlier. I was particularly attracted to the auto tracking facility offered by this camera. However, after seeking technical advice from Hiseeu in China, they have told me that the Hiseeu system I have does not allow for auto tracking with this Hiseeu dome camera, but this can be achieved through a mobile phone app.
In my time I’m I have had add-on lot of cameras but this one is special it is perfect for my needs it’s tracks movement covers a good area good quality pictures good night vision very good for the price excellent would recommend to anyone
My new PTZ camera is the second one I bought for security reasons around the house, it is very easy to set up and navigate through. The camera is robust and gives you a superb picture quality throughout day and night. I’ve installed a camera at the front and back of the house. Loud speaker when communicating with delivery man or any other person,can fully adjust the camera view through panning, tilting and zooming, camera has an option to reduce extraneous alerts. I do recommend it.
Easy to setup, Good quality picture. Importantly it does Humanoid auto tracking. I have added this PTZ camera with my Hiseeu NVR it pair automatically. Life makes easier. Worth for the price.
This camera is great. Perfect pictures, high resolution during day and night. Easy to zoom, pan and tilt from the app. Easy (automatic) installation. Perfectly compatible with my existing NVR kit. Nice design. I highly recommend this camera.
once connected its wise to familiarize yourself with the features as there are a lot of them, some can be manually set and automatically set, you have the choice. for example the lights…. here you have the option for black and white night vision using infra red (so invisible) or color night vision so turning on the white leds which gives a much clearer picture or automatic so it stays in infra red until it detects movement…. and of course you can change this at any time whist viewing the camera, its that flexible.
movement sensing is another area you would want to familiarize yourself with as this also has vast level of flexibility, most of the cameras in this price range have software preset only, with this one you can set individual levels of sensitivity and set up detection zones and alert line…. very useful.
there are so many features but thats enough about then for now…..whats it like to use?…. well, i wasn’t expecting much as this is not a camera in the hundreds of pounds bracket, but i was surprised. the image quality in daylight is very good, you have the option of SD or HD , we use HD although this does use more memory…. talking of memory, we use a 64gb memory card and find it ample, playback is swift and very easy to use.
connection quality is something important to us as delay in the camera moving or play back is a nuisance ……. this camera has none of that, real time viewing , playback and camera control are very very good, its in a remote location with very poor , at time less than 5mbps and yet the response is as quick as our ring door bell running on 67mbps. because of the location i do have it on wired internet but have tried on wifi with no problems.
all in all i am very pleased with the quality of operation, recording and images quality, you have to remember this is not a 1000 camera but it does share many of the high end features. one of the areas that definitely sets this apart is the app and that is very important as its your interface with the camera and as many find out have manual control over all the features all of the time is very very important as the whole purpose goes out the window if you can access and control what you want to view. when you look at the pictures added, please bare in mind that the daytime pics are pics taken by phone of an i pad and the night time pics are screen shots off my phone, there is no natural light where the camera is as it in the a remote location with no street lights. forgot to mention the audio, its very important as it is also in real time with very little delay and no noise feedback…. one last feature that really useful, this camera has such a wide range of movement but you can remember recently viewed places and one click and it returns to that exact spo
Brilliant camera if your on a budget. I bought this to keep an eye on my vehicles, due to being broken into. Relatively easy to install and set up. Night vision is quite clear, and the HD view is extremely clear. Despite reading the bad reviews, I still decided to purchase this camera, and I’m glad I did.
Great quality camera and infra-red night vision, like previous models but with a useful feature that you can change the cameras angles with your phone, rather than physically adjusting. Bought this as an add on camera for my system and was very easy to connect. Would recommend.
Added this extra camera to my CCTV system to add additional coverage. Easy to set up, just plug in the power cable while near to the hard drive, into settings and add a camera. Set up in minutes.
Now fitted in location. Picture quality excellent. Having the ability to go zoom in to an area is a great option. Motion detection is brilliant, using the sound and microphone you can hear what’s been said either live or on play back.
Overall great quality and the after sales department are there if you need assistance.
If needed I would buy again.
Not the least, nor the most, expensive these units are an excellent compromise of money for value with lots of useful software features.
Setup is easy as long as you can split your wi-fi output to the two Ghz bands, 2.4 and 5.0. There is plenty of help on the web showing how to do this for various routers. Make sure that you rename the 2.4 with, e.g., _24 at the end of the name to make it easily selectable in the camera setup. Mine found the 2.4Ghz channel automatially.
Control via a phone is easy, as is switching between the two CCTV units. Moving the camera head is intuitive on the phone screen. I purchased the 128Mb cards as a local storage but also have the free cloud storage enabled.
The units are rated IP65 so should be really weather proof but one of mine is very exposed so I wait to see how it will fair in the winter storms and driving rain.
Simple to set up and a strong connection in an area that was problematic for other wireless cameras. Being able to move the camera remotely is extremely useful.
This is my second Hiseeu PTZ camera and is just as good as the first one I bought.
I now have both PTZ cameras connected my Hiseeu CCTV system.
I am disabled and cannot use my hands and my Hiseeu CCTV system means that I have complete coverage of our property and it’s easy to control the cameras remotely using my android phone.

I cannot stress how simple this was to add to the current system. Plug in, scan the QR code & hey presto, the image appears alongside the others. Compatibility & ease of use, definitely 5 stars.

Control of the camera is good. Easy to move the camera from side to side & up & down from the app or with mouse if using a monitor. Also has additional features such as zoom & light.
This has been a very fun camera to use, especially to catch visitors to the garden (luckily only of the wildlife variety! ) . In fact as I’ve just been writing this my husband literally just shouted me to look & there was a polecat in the garden drinking out of the pond!! I’ve now added a short playback video & photo.

Was hesitant when ordering thinking it could be cheaply made with rubbish software along with the hardware, but I’m so impressed with the build quality, usability and the overall product that I can confidently say that if you are looking for a security camera under 100 then get this one and you won’t be disappointed.

Possibly best budget CCTV outdoor camera,. I just installed this and very impressed, the first question that comes to mind is how do they do it sooooo cheap! Picture quality is ok and you don’t have to worry about paying subscription like other cameras, micro SD perfect, hustle free installation it basically took me 10 minutes to get it running and most of that was drilling the holes on wall.
Night vision is good, spot light is handy quality is not great but still good visibility.
I ordered a few others from other sellers , checked them and return because of bad quality pictures, this one looks much better.

What a great camera and App, took a few minutes to set up and get going. Did have one little issue with the cameras built in siren, my fault as I couldn’t find how to turn it off on App, but a quick email with a fast response from Jason soon sorted the issue .
Liked the picture quality and the App so much that I have now ordered one of their static outdoor cameras.

A few months ago I purchased the hiseeu 8 channel wireless home surveillance system which comes with four cameras. I was so impressed by my purchase that I decided to purchase extra camera’s. Quick and easy to add camera to my existing system and also to my phone app. Excellent picture quality. Phone app works well allowing you to remotely control the camera for a 360 degree view.
I purchased a camera to monitor the garden. Useful feature of motion detection and tracking people moving by itself turns in the direction you are going. Easy to install and configure. I recommend.
Gives a good clear picture and compliments the Hiseeu system. Well pleased with the auto cruise plus tracking with this camera. No trouble setting it up. Reading other reviews the company gives a good backup service, at present have not requested any further help.
I bought this camera to complement my recent purchase of the Hiseeu NVR 4-8 camera
I was very impressed with the delivery time of this product,IT came with all fixtures and fittings along with comprehensive instructions. I did purchase from my local diy a junction box so that all the wiring could be placed in it.
Before installation I powered up the camera and connected it to the NVR system, WOW that was Easy as per the Set up instructions, added it to my existing 4 wireless cameras.
I managed to run the power cable from inside house and into the junction box.
The quality is superb. Clear and focussed like the others. This has a PTZ function (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) which is very effective. I have it located so it can view the street, however, I can also set to focus on the front door as a type of door sentry. I can view this directly on my monitor connected to the NVR or on my Android phone from anywhere,it is so simple to use.
I fully recommend this camera. It complements the overall set up brilliantly, the build quality is outstanding and customer service and price exactly what you expect. from Hiseeu.
The camera is of the usual Hiseeu high quality that I have come to expect. It comes with the power supply (approx. 10ft), ethernet cable, mounting screws and instruction leaflet.
It has the usual high quality night vision which has been improved by adding bright white LED’s to act as a spotlight when movement is detected. This gives the added benefit of showing in colour at night when the LED’s are active. This option can be disabled by changing the night vision mode from Infrared to Colour (I have read online). The image quality is the same as my existing 3MP static cameras, which is great for monitoring my property.
The PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) option can be controlled from the CCTV interface if connected to a monitor as shown in the attached video, and can also be controlled through the EseeCloud app when you are away from home.
**Note**
The video quality is quite low as I set my phone to a low resolution for upload to this review to keep the file size down.
On one occasion (when I initially purchased the NVR + 4 Camera basic system) I had to email Jason from their support about a config question, and he responded the same day with excellent advice. I know from dealing with I.T. support desks that sometimes they leave a lot to be desired. But again, from personal experience, the service was exceptional.
Without gushing too much about this product, if you have any doubts about buying this camera, or any of the Hiseeu products, I can only speak from my own personal experience, which has been fantastic.

Very sensitive to humaniod interaction. I have switched this off as it was picking up any movement.
Overall a very good investment that is very visible at the front of my house to deter anyone with the wrong intent in mind.
I already have the 4 camera setup at home and wanted a moving camera that I would be able to control remotely. This PTZ camera is great for that, I have it set to watch over my front garden but can move it from my app without issue.
The lights on the camera also make it a bit safer when I get home at night. the lights will come on and I can see exactly where I’m going.
The setup was super easy and linked into my existing system with just a couple of mouse clicks. literally took about 10 seconds.

So i previously purchased the 3Tb NVR x4 Camera system. I purchased this after and what a camera this is.
The camera literally plugs in and within minutes can be set up on the NVR and the app on your phone.
You can have the camera on auto move which it moves on its own left to right so you can literally cover a huge space with this camera.
The control to move it is very responsive almost immediately.
The picture quality is good too.

The Hiseeu cctv camera is absolutely Brilliant, we chose this as the Hiseeu can pick up human detection and follows them on your property, rather than alot of cameras that don’t move and are fixed to a set location.
This camera came very well packaged and the installation was very straight forward, I would highly recommend this cctv camera .

After purchasing the Hiseeu CCTV, I wanted the PTZ camera. Very easy to add to the system, mobile app worked automatically. Great picture quality. Do not hesitate to buy from Hiseeu
Set up is not as intuitive as you might want but if you follow the instruction it is still very simple and effective. The operation is very good and the APP interface is as polished as you would expect. Quality overall is pretty good and for the price excellent value for money.

This camera is very easy to use. It moves smoothly and tracks people well.
The only thing I didn’t like, is that it wouldn’t work with my previous cameras 10 metre extension cable which was hidden behind my rendering.
It seems that it needs more power than my previous fixed camera.
So I had to put a power source closer in order for the standard 2 metre power cord to plug in.
It works well at night when it’s own security light kicks in, enabling colour night time footage.
I’m just about to buy another one now.

Bought this camera as an add on to the Hiseeu 4 camera kit. Very easy to add to the system. Clear pictures day and night and good directional control with the Essecloud App on all our devices. Motion detection and speaker all work well.
Installed Samsung PRO Endurance 128GB Micro SDXC Cards and worked a treat.
After installing one of the security cameras I found it to work well. Panning round camera was good with very clear pictures. Zooming in is OK, the more you zoom in the picture becomes blurred. Motion detection is hit and miss. All in all very happy with purchased security cameras.
Reasonably priced, does what I want it to do easy to set up.
I purchased the pan zoom and tilt camera to add to my CCTV system. I upgraded my old system to a 8 channel Hiseeu system with audio that came with 4 fixed cameras.
Can’t fault this camera, the night vision is excellent, really clear and detailed. Daytime vision is also very clear and the lens has a really wide view.
Listening and recording sound is also very good
All round the PTZ camera is excellent and I will be adding more camera to my set up in the future
Liked the item its ease of use , night vision ,and easy set up, its the second one I have bought 1 for front of property 1 for side and will be buying another for rear of property shortly
Excellent wireless camera for the money good features, easy to set up and free cloud storage, which stores around a months worth. I like the fact you can view and control the camera from anywhere in the world as long as your connected to the Interne

I’ve set it as number 5 and the only difficulty I had was trying to work out how to view the recorded images but Jason at Hiseeu was extremely helpful and came straight back with the info I needed

Bought to add onto 4 camera system, very easy to set up and the pan function and motion tracking are excellent.
So you can imagine my delight when I discovered that Hiseeu now manufacture their own PTZ camera which is indeed compatible with my system. I bought one and have been delighted with it. It works flawlessly with none of the strangely idiosyncratic traits of the others. One particular feature I really like is the camera lighting. You can actually turn off the daylight LEDs which tend to attract the attention of neighbours or even unwanted guests whilst still using infra red lighting to illuminate the subject. Once the subject has been identified you can turn on the daylight LEDs, this is very useful.
In my opinion you can buy this camera with confidence say in the knowledge that Hiseeu have an excellent after-sales service.

I purchased this 3mp HD PTZ camera for an addition to my Hiseeu wireless NVR kit with monitor. It was so easy to set up and install. I already have wireless Hiseeu cameras installed at my home but wanted the option to be able to tilt and move the camera in all directions for maximum effect.
I am very pleased with the build quality of the camera and the crisp clear pictures on the monitor and even on my phone via the free app.
I am able to remotely pan and tilt the camera from anywhere by simply using my mobile phone, so I can check on my property whilst I’m away.
I am thinking of purchasing a second PTZ camera for the rear of my property for all round protection.

I have been using CCTV camera systems for almost 5 years and I recently bought 1 from Hiseeu one(4 cameras and 3TB storage with monitor) since the last one crashed prematurely from other local vendor. I added 1 more camera in the existing system and it was very simple step which automatically find the new camera. This camera is very useful in covering corners where you want to change the camera direction to monitor. Its cheaper than other available cameras online and I feel very comfortable Hiseeu based CCTV systems.
Love this camera I have added it to my existing Hiseeu NVR system with ease so it records to the hard drive and can be controlled on the monitor.
It can be used as a standalone camera has an SD card slot and can be controlled by the smart phone app. You can set and save viewing angles so with one click it spins round to the saved view.
If you mount on the corner of a building you could take advantage of the auto move feature that pans round on its own.
I have fitted mine to my shed which is 25 meters from the nvr and has great signal I put it on the shed because the camera can act as a light it has 4 bright leds so can record in full colour and I switch over to infrared when I go to bed.
For the price you can’t go wrong with Hiseeu
Really pleased with this camera, it arrived the day after I bought it and was so easy connect to my existing Hiseeu system – just needed to provide power to it, and it starts to look for a device to pair to. I then simply selected it on the central system and that was it sorted!
It’s great to be able have a camera that can be controlled too. Night vision is great.
Hiseeu back up support has always been great too, they are always happy to help you any questions.
