Easy to Setup & Use
Very easy to setup cameras and LCD monitor. I had a small issue with the Android APP, but the customer services were quick to respond and offer advice to fix the problem. Would highly recommend system.

What can I say about the product and the customer service, but they are first class, quality both day and night is great and in detail. Customer service wise again first class, had an issue with the hard drive resolved in a timely manner, from raising the issue to resolution was 2 days and that includes sending a new part out. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Good quality system, very easy to install and operate from either the NVR or the app. Its replaced an older less functional system and the improvement is noticeable. Once the NVR was positioned in the best place all four cameras are in range (even one in the gazebo in the garden which must be about 20m away!) Jason at Hiseeu very helpful answering a couple of functionality questions. Especially like the smart night vision so if you have a security light and its activated the camera recording is in colour. Highly recommend this system for a diy installer.

The quality of these camera’s are great, I have other camera’s up that are not as good quality picture as these, would highly recommend, easy to put up and set up on phone or computer, customer service was great.

Just what I wanted and not displeased.
Bought to replace my old cameras that the base unit had failed. Picked these for the customer support which is second to none, I asked about the three sockets on the cameras, I received a message back within around fifteen minutes that one is a RJ45 socket in case the cameras are hard wired, another is the camera reset button and the third is the power socket, they also look good. I opted for wireless connectivity.
With these plugs I opted for a box to mount next to the cameras to enclose the plugs. Holes In the walls were there to accommodate the previous camera that only needed a power feed.
Installed and you can move the camera by loosening the three screws and twisting the camera and base and moving the toothed mount to any position you want, tightening the screws sets it in position.
You can set the camera whether via your smart phone using the APP or base unit to just use infra red at night or turn on the flood light feature the camera has when detecting an object. It has loads of features that I am discovering, like E-mail when detecting something. I put it in the bedroom but the HHD is clicking all the time so moved it until I find if it can be triggered to record only when seeing an object.
You can e-mail and get the programme to use a PC or MAC to see the camera output. Instructions are in the manual. I set it up using the IP address that is logged in the smart phone settings as I’m not using the cloud storage.
I tried looking at the cameras on the phone while out of Wi-Fi range and you can see the outputs and speak through the cameras using the APP turning on the data on the phone.
Would I recommend this set up? Certainly as It can be expanded by adding more cameras but for the time being four will do to go round the property. The clarity of the cameras is very good especially when viewed on the PC or base unit monitor full screen.

Absolutely delighted with the purchase. The picture quality is very clear and has infrared for nighttime viewing. You can install the app on your laptop to monitor the images from different rooms or put it on your phone to give you the peace of mind that your home is safe, even when you are away. Much better than some of the more expensive options, which don’t have as good features.
Looking to replace our old wired CCTV we were recommended this 4 Bullet Wireless Camera system from Hiseeu with a 12′ monitor and built in 3TB harddrive. It’s incredible!! Excellent picture quality and easy to set up.
The monitor picked up the cameras’ signal straight from the box. The four cameras are placed all around the property, front, back, side and car park, the monitor effortlessly picks up the signals and all cameras are showing full strength.
I have downloaded the app on my phone and connected to the system. I can now watch live or recorded footage on my phone and even talk or listen through the cameras.

WiFi keeps dropping pics buffer a lot and it’s not my Internet as it worked great on my othere system. And the noise it makes when it’s on you would have to keep it in a room we’re you aren’t in most of the time like us we had it in the sitting room but it was way to loud so we had to move it to the kitchen we can still hear it bit not as loud in there. Apart from that everything is as it says on the box. O ye and if your Internet goes down it stops working so you need a good connection.

Excellent picture quality, easy to set up. Bought this system to replace an older system by a different manufacturer the Hiseeu one is a thousand times better. The monitor is large so even in splitscreen mode (x4) the video is easy to see. The system is intuitive to use, and you don’t need to run it through your WiFi if you don’t want to. Set up is really easy, the hardest part is physically installing the cameras, the monitor picked up their signals straight from the box. The four cameras are placed all around the property, front, back, side and bottom of the garden, the monitor effortlessly picks up the signals and all cameras are showing full strength signal. Would definitely recommend this product.
I purchased this camera in April 2022 – I can strongly recommend the system and it is great quality especially for the price. There was no setup actually required. It just worked. I simply mounted the four cameras and they immediately communicated with the visual display unit (VDU). Everything is configured out of the box. The cameras come with a mounting bracket that can position them in any of the three degrees of freedom.
I placed the VDU in my hall way. I use the system to monitor what is going on around my house and it makes me feel really safe when answering the door. I use it all the time. I have four cameras and the system allows for up to eight. One, Four or all eight can be shown on the screen at the same time
It comes with a 3 TByte Hard disk which is plenty of space.
The system has been running uninterrupted since I purchased it !
Hiseeu’s email support is excellent. I had a number of questions which they answered overnight. They continued the conversation until my question was resolved.
For the expert there are loads of configuration options should you want – for example you can specify which cameras record and at what time or via motion detection.
The cameras also work at night time with infrared detection. Which I find very useful to spot when my dog wants to come in from the garden when its dark at my back door !!
I would strongly recommend this unit – well done Hiseeu for producing such a great value system and superb tech support.

Everything I need in a security camera system
Where do I start? up to 8 cameras, HD quality is excellent, tv monitor with built in 3TB memory , I’ve connected the 4 cameras and 2 extra moving camera with two way audio. Moving camera can detect movement and follow it, they also have floodlight that can come on with movement. I have connected it to the app on my phone and can watch live or recorder footage. I had a few questions and the after sales support was prompt and polite. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Great CCTV System
The system is our third CCTV system that we have installed over the years and can quite honestly say, that it is the best. The cameras are very easy to install and all “Plug & Play” so need for connecting to the monitor. The reception to the monitor is very good and the easy of operation, is second to none. The PTZ operation of each camera is very very useful and can give a very close up view of the subject you are concerned about.

It was as simple as switching on the screen and pluging in the cameras and everything seem to connect to one another. Great picture quality easy to use the sound I do think needs a little improvement but you can hear it. It’s amazing being able to control where the camera is facing by using your mobile fone. This is my initial review my thoughts on this product might change in the future the more I use it but so far it has been a dream to use cross fingers that won’t change

Great Security camera system
This has got to be the easiest security camera system to set up around, all the cameras are already paired to the screen/hard drive, they just need a plug socket to plug into, and you can put them just about anywhere, you just need to follow the instructions for everything else, but it’s all easy to do, a good tip is to make sure everything works before you start putting up the cameras, then you know everything works, and you know what cameras are linked to which channel. And you won’t have to take down cameras should they not work for some strange reason. Another good thing with this system, the hard drive is already fitted, you’ll be surprised how many systems, they expect you to fit the hard drive, it may only be a couple of leads that need plugging in, but if your not tech savvy it could be an issue for you. Plus you don’t by a car, then have to fit the motor yourself, it’s already fitted, and the hard drives should be fitted too, thankfully with this system it is, all in all they seem to have thought about the customer, and their needs, and they have created a very simple system the majority of people shouldn’t struggle with, and it’s extremely good value for the money too.

Far superior to my last CCTV system that was inaccessible and ‘died’ well before its ‘best before’ date. Had this for 1 month and very pleased with it so far.
Disadvantage: As with all these home systems, some of the camera leads are not long enough without having to purchase extension cables.

Great System with Great Suppo
The camera system turned up next day with Amazon prime and the camera system felt very sturdy and well made.
The screen is of good quality and can be hung directly on to the wall. I fired the system up and got the first camera live. It is truly plug and play. After about 30 seconds the camera was live and linked. Very impressed.
I then had an issue where the HDD wouldnt connect to the system. I contacted Jason at Hiseeu and got a very fast response. We sent photos across to try an diagnose the issue. Jason even offered to send a new HDD which was great.
Luckily it wasnt needed as we got to the bottom of the issue. I also purchased some of the camera power extensions (which are a life saver) and I assumed it would work with the power adapter but we found that it reduced the power and stopped the HDD running.
I installed a Surge protector extension and connected to that instead and all is now good.
Fantastic service from Jason and a very good all round system. Night vision is among the best ive seen. In a pitch black warehouse it looks like day time. So much clearer at night compared to my Ring cameras.

Great cctv system
Bought this wireless cctv system to replace a wired version. So much better picture quality and operating system. I also bought 2 PTZ camera’s which have color night vision and zoom and so easy to operate on my phone/tablet using the app. Easy to read instructions and good online support. So much better having a 12″ monitor where you can put anywhere or mount on a wall

Brilliant kit easy to set up
This is a great kit, literally is plug in and go. We liked it so much we bought another camera and even pairing that was easy-peasy, bear in mind we are a pair of 70-year-old technophobes.
The view range of the cameras is brilliant and the picture on the monitor is clear with excellent detail.

Excellent item
I had decided to get this system for my home and was waiting until I had the spare cash to get it. Meanwhile my elderly parents had a few problems with unwanted visitors so I bought and fitted it for them. It performed faultlessly for several months. The ability to listen and speak over individual cameras is very useful. As my parents refuse to get the internet, I hooked up an old mobile phone and used it as a WIFI hotspot with a pay as you go sim. Initially, I got a large data package but quickly realised that was not needed as very little data was used. I assume only being used when requested by an app. The system performed so well that I was convinced it was a good set up for my own home. I fitted it and easily added a fifth camera, adding one that my parent’s system didn’t need. I was amazed at how well it all works having now given it a thorough testing. Night vision can even be had in colour if there is enough ambient light from street lights. We discovered our garden had hedgehogs because of the great quality of picture, night vision and motion detection. I had a minor teething problem with questions about the system not answered in the quick guide. I emailed Johhny and responses were so quick I reckon that they must be sat waiting 24 hours a day! I was emailed full answers including a full version of the manual in PDF format which answered all my questions. I have recommended this system to all of my family.

Brought this and was ok for a couple of weeks but one camera went down. Contacted the company and they were were helpful and sorted this out straight away and sent a new camera very good response and they were very helpful I would highly recommend them to any one. Well done and keep it up.

bought this cctv system after suffering vandalism and attempted car break in. The system was super easy to set up and link to mobile phone. Quality of picture day and night is amazing. Recently was targeted by vandals again and another car break in, Police have now caught offenders and are using our cctv images for prosecution. Can recommend this system without hesitation. Customer service is also 1st class if and when you need it.
Fantastic After Sales Suppo
The quality of the product is very important but I feel the after sales support is just as, if not more important. After installing the cameras, one of them developed an issue and after a couple of emails back and forth trying to resolve the problem it was agreed by Jason at Hiseeu to replace the camera with a new one free of charge. The replacement arrived the next day as promised and after installation all is well again.
The whole system is very easy to use and setup takes minutes and the end results are perfect, the quality of the pictures, motion detection and play back are excellent. The android phone app is also excellent and again very easy to use. I would highly recommend this surveillance system.

Excellent product and customer service!
Usually I’m quite skeptic all about posting reviews of products that are not “big brands” but I thought I’d give this a try since I was in the market for a security camera system that required minimal set up.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything linked up. Took out the DVR and set up the cameras and once the signal was received all set up. As usual with these systems, you need to be a little careful where you place the cameras so that signal is not impeded/weak but after trying a few places I’ve got 8 cameras all set up and recording! Minimal effort and fuss!
Also customer service is excellent. I’m in contact with them via email and WhatsApp and I get technical help within 24hours. This really helps as waiting on the phone is not my kind of thing.

Brilliant! Initially I was very skeptic all about buying an unknown brand. However, I got 5 cameras for my smallholding including one that i can move via my phone and a mo it or. This kit more than met my expectations and the night vision quality is really good too. For 370 fir all of it I can honestly say that I’m over the moon with it And will buy add on cameras when my funds allow as it takes up to 8 cameras
Easy to install. Fabulous picture quality.
Easy to install. Both the cameras (which only need a power supply) and the software on my phone to view the image from them. The resolution of the image is good too, in day and night mode.
This is the 4th camera system I have had, and it’s by far the best.

Had a small issue that was sorted in super fast time. Very re assuring and such a great value system. So simple to install , setup and use. Software is excellent and I really like the all in one system with the built in monitor.

I have a model railway and am using these to see the hidden track on storage yard etc, as I have several track levels.
I was so happy with the first set of four that I purchased a second set.
I didn’t just want to add camera’s as that would have been less screen space per camera.
As they are, they are ideal.

I got a set of the 3MP+3TB HD (for around the house) along with 2K auto tracking camera (for front door). Ive been using these CCTV’s for a month. They are very good quality CCTV’s and have crystal clear vision and night vision. The night vision is clearer than I expected. However, I did find the installation a bit hard as I am not very experienced with technology. I finally sorted it with the company’s tech support. 3 days after the installation, the camera outside the patio disconnected so I tried to reconnect it but it wouldn’t work so I had to unscrew it and bring it back in the house to re-pair it. So now I know that that’s the way to reconnect the cameras. I especially love that all the cameras have speakers. It just makes things much easier for me. Maybe because of the speakers, the hard drive is making a bit of noise even when the screen is off. Apart from that, I am very satisfied with the CCTVs
A quality CCTV system with a great Customer Service.
My previous 2 year old cctv system started developing many faults and the supplier would not answer my e-mails. I then spent many hours searching the Internet and Amazon and came across the Hiseeu website who had numerous systems for the specification I was looking for. Before ordering, I contacted Hiseeu with a couple of technical questions. About 2 hours later they responded with the information I had asked. I was more than pleased that I had found a company that obviously have a good customer service.
I ordered the Hiseeu Wireless NVR Kit with Monitor, 3TB hard drive and 4 Cameras — a very competitive price from Amazon. When I received the Kit I was really pleased with the quality of the various items. The big surprise for me was to find the NVR and the HD LCD Monitor was a combined unit with the cameras already paired to the NVR. All this makes for a tidy installation without the usual jumble of connection wires. I had no problem with the initial commissioning of the system. The set-up guide was clear and understandable.
I now have everything set up. The quality of the day and night images are excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this system with a genuine Customer Service from Hiseeu.

Easy to setup, but requires a power socke
Picked this up as neighbours identified burglars on their system who got in over our fence. The connectivity is good, easy to do right out of the box. Got them set up all around the garage as this covers all the garden. The picture quality is excellent. The 3Tb disc is noisy, but bought and swapped it out for a 1Tb SSD drive which was easily done. Niggles. – The power units need to be plugged into sockets, which can limit where they can be sited. As a previous review has said, you can buy extender leads from Amazon quite cheaply, but I would have much preferred to wire them into the mains directly. If you’re drilling through the walls so the leads don’t hang out it requires a big hole (although that can be hidden behind the camera) but the leads look like they’re probably waterproof should you choose not to. Biggest gripe is the sensitivity. You can set areas to exclude, but it seems to ignore that setting and will pick up movement from insects, even at the lowest setting – this does mean I can’t have the alerts set on my phone or I’d be up all night, but at least if there was someone mooching around it would be recorded. All in all a good bit of kit for the price and for a beginner like me. If I was to do it again I would choose based around the niggles but that would mean paying far more money and would be overkill for our area which is normally very quiet. So for an entry level system giving some peace of mind it’s a good buy.
Good system, good price
We bought this system after much research by my husband. We wanted wireless due to the great difficulty of running cables to the recorder in our house and having the screen built in is a big plus point for us.
The app allows you view remotely, and listen to/speak to people near a camera or set of a siren to warn intruders off.
Pleased with the picture quality day and night.
Neither of us are very good with tech so it is reassuring to know that Jason (help/support) really does his job well. We emailed two questions on successive evenings and Jason’s reply was there the next morning.
I have shown the system to a friend who is very tech savvy and he was impressed.
We would recommend.
Not bad for the cos
Not a bad bit if kit for the price, clear pictures in the daytime but less clear at night ..easy to fit (better using loft area and putting sockets up there), monitor is fine although power lead is a little short on length so you need to plan ahead where to put it, also needs to be next to route

Great system that is so easy to get up and running. Picture is great day or night. After service to add additional cameras and boosters also really helpful.
Very Impressed
Being someone who has never used CCTV before, I was slightly worried this would be very complicated. However I was pleasantly surprised to find this system was so simple to use especially for someone who is not very technically minded.
Once received and cameras checked to make sure they were working, installation was very easy to do. All screws and plugs were provided. Took about an hour to two to put all 4 cameras up to the locations required and to adjust the cameras to get the view needed.
By the time the last camera was up, all 4 clear images were appearing on the monitor. I also downloaded the app to my phone and this was as simple as downloading the app and scanning the QR code on the monitor.
I would highly recommend getting one of these as for the price as well, I don’t believe this product will be beaten.

Great security system
The system has been up and running for 3 months now and I have had no problems whatsoever. It replaced my Arlo wireless system which required a reset/s at least once a week. The installation and system up were easy to follow even though the English instructions could have been a little bit clearer. There is no need to set up each camera individually as the system recognises them on power up. The system itself exudes quality with brilliant HD picture quality from all the cameras. I use the suggested app on my mobile and the detection alerts work perfectly. The email alerts also work well but I turned them off so as not to clog my inbox … (the app alerts are sufficient to warn me of intrusions). To cap it all, the customer/technical assistance is second to none with fast responses. I asked for advice on a couple of occasions and they responded within a couple of hours. I truly cannot fault the system and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The system also does not burn a hole in the pocket and one can easily setup the system as a novice DIY like myself.
It was delivered the next day. The system is very simple to configure. In fact was pleasantly surprised to see all the four cameras were pre-configured and immediately synched up with the NVR unit.
A few tips before installing the cameras which can make life very simple:
* Mark the locations where you want to install the cameras. Measure the distance from the camera to the 230V AC plug point. In my case two cameras needed an extension lead. You can buy 12V DC 5.5×2.1mm as shown in the picture from Amazon or any other site for 3 to 5 depending on the length of the cable.
* The cameras come with three leads and in many instances only 12V DC lead is required to power the cameras. Unfortunately, the two remaining leads are not required but their size is big and one does not want to drill a big hole in the wall. I bought a small weatherproof outdoor junction box as shown and housed these two leads in this box and only drilled a small hole to take the 12V DC lead inside. The junction box costs only between 4 to 10.
* Next power all the cameras and the NVR unit. You will see within minutes all the four cameras can be seen on the NVR screen!
* Now take the individual cameras and try putting them approx. where you want to install them and power them temporarily. Check if the NVR unit still shows all the cameras.
* Good part of this system is that the NVR unit has its own Wifi system and one does not need to connect the cameras to your own Wifi wireless or wired
* In my case one camera could not connect to the NVR unit due to some internal walls blocking the signal or possibly due to the distance from the camera to the NVR. The great part is that Hiseeu supplies you an external antenna. I connected the same to this camera as shown. This external antenna boosts the signal and my camera got connected to the NVR unit!
* Once you have completed the above steps. Download the App on your mobile and as per instructions connect to the NVR unit. Scan the barcode from the NVR to setup your App on the mobile. This way it is easy to setup the App.
* App is great as it allows you to also talk via the speaker of the camera with anyone on the other side of the camera!
* You can add further max four cameras if you wish
