I purchased the camera system a few months ago set it all up but over the Christmas period had a problem with one camera it had been used by a squirrel to hand on the cable, i thought its going to be new year before I got any help but thought send an email anyway and to my surprise I got a reply almost immediately. Jason at Hiseeu contacted me sorted the problem out and all was sorted well you cant get better customer service than that and with the great system and fantastic quality cameras what more do you need. Fantastic product. Easy to install as its cable free, and the day and night vision in these cameras is amazing, very clear images. The unit has a built in 3TB hard drive, which a great as I don’t need to constantly erase old recordings like I did with my older system. It picked up wifi easily and a quick set up on my phone means I can view it remotely.

I got this system to replace an analogue system, the install was easy, I tested each camera in the approximate position of final installation to determine the best position for the NVR this worked out to very easy plus the fact the NVR can be connected to wifi give much more flexibility of placement, after fitting cameras to final positions system is working perfectly downloading the mobile app & connection to system childs play, just scan the QR code & your in, EseeCloud is just as easy, the picture quality is extremely good on NVR screen & mobile app, night vision to very clear with good contrast, I have been working for cctv manufacturing & installation company for almost 10 years this system gives functionality & quality equal to some systems costing much more, I recommend this to the DIY user wanting a pro system without the complex installation.

Well pleased does what it says.
Wasted 10 days trying to set up and a use a different brand of CCTV system that wouldn’t do as it claimed.
This was completely different. Connected straight away wirelessly to my Internet and the app. worked straight off. Apart from your own preferred settings it is basically “plug and play”.

Awesome Wireless or Wired camera system, top quality.
This is such a great system. Can’t recommend it enough. Literally plug in and play. I bought an 8 ch 4 fixed camera system with 2 additional tilt, pan and rotate cameras. You can see what the live images would look like from the attached photos. You can opt for 4 out of the 8 channels depending on how many camers you install. I have only fitted 2 of them so far but this review is about the 3tb monitor system. The images taken from the camera view are screen shots taken from the the app you can install to access any camera from a smart phone. They don’t really do the live image justice as they are much clearer live than a screen shot. The camera rotates smoothly and can be pre programmed in positions you may use more frequently. Simply choose the stored position you pre programmed and the camera will auto track there. The optical or digital zoom is really good with auto focus, or you can do this manually if the auto focus focuses on a nearer object such as a tree. The cameras have good night vision and motion detection too, they also have powerful flood lights that’s more than enough to scare off intruders or provide enough light to capture footage (not that the night vision couldn’t do that anyway). They even have a speaker so you can talk to people (or shout at them) from your smart phone and comes with a 5m power extension cable. When I installed the front door camera, I had a minor issue getting it to link to the monitor (that is also the hard drive to store footage from all 8 channels). I ended up sending Hiseeu Security Camera System Corporation an email asking where I’m going wrong and was advised to take the camera down, plug it into a power supply near the monitor, switch it on and press the reset button on the camera for 6 to 10 seconds then allow them both to link. Within 1m they were linked and the image displayed. I simply unplugged it and reinstalled the camera outside and they linked up right away. Sorted. I did this before installing the camera on the roof. So simple and yet such top quality products.

Easy to install and Setup
Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System with 12″Monitor Wireless CCTV System is a very good looking cameras, made of durable material.
Very easy to install as all cameras are supplied with templates and fittings. Easy to setup desired filming area thanks to multiple axis foldable foot mount.
Good quality night vision, when installed properly.
Software very intuitional, easy to setup on smartphone, and dual way communication works well.
Tip for installation, don’t install cameras at 90 degrees to the wall as PIR bounce back from wall significantly reducing camera range, either install at 100 -110 degrees to avoid it. If need to be at 90 degrees then set to full color capture at night it will reduce bouncing effect but it will also reduce quality of recording.
Time of installation for moderate DIYer appox. 2 hrs when cameras and the system previously tested. Additional extension cords might be need. Make sure you make planing ahead, where you wan’t your cameras asses length of cord required and purchase extension cords if needed. On installation make sure chosen position fit for, to capture desired areas.

Surprise! Surprise! I received a proper manual with normal, readable print size and clear diagrams, which I found very useful and user friendly. You can also check the supplier’s website which I also found user friendly and easy to understand.
I have not been in contact with the supplier; however, I notice that they are helpful enough to answer questions placed by Amazon customers.

Be aware that you get 4 cameras with the set, currently at about 300, and can add 4 more, (total 8) at additional cost of about 50 each; so the full set will cost about 500.
You will have to pair the additional cameras before installation, and that is unbelievably easy to do; I have given an easy to follow, step by step guide at the end.

Each camera has a microphone, so you can speak to anyone within camera range from wherever you are viewing and they can answer back. However, there can be time lag between speaking and sound delivery.

My set included one 3m (10 ft) extended antenna, which I found to be necessary for one camera which had no signals with the ordinary antenna. I suggest that you also purchase additional extended antennas (cost about 7 each) for cameras wherever there are 2 or more walls between the camera and the NVR.
Depending on the distance, you may want to purchase 10m (32.8ft) extension cables (cost about 10 each).

Each camera needs to be plunged into an electrical socket within reach of the length of the power cable supplied or you can use an extension power cable available for purchase.

The NVR incorporates a 12 inch colour monitor, although it can also be connected to a TV which I chose not to do as I prefer to put the NVR out of sight of any burglars. You can keep the monitor switched off and switch it on at anytime and this will not affect the operation of the CCTV.

The NVR has its own WiFi which automatically connects wirelessly to the cameras. So no need to connect to the house Wi-Fi unless you want to view remotely. You need to see 3 or 4 lines of the 5 line signal on each camera screen in order to have an adequate signal, although 2 lines might be OK.
If you want to view remotely, you need to connect either wirelessly or directly to the router to your house WiFi; an Internet cable was included with my set.
Surprise! Surprise again! The NVR automatically connects wirelessly to the house WiFi, and there are no connections problems or signal problems; so I have discarded the Internet cable. I have therefore hidden the NVR in a different room from where the house WiFi is located and all signals are perfect.
To view remotely, you also need to download the EseeCloud app to your phone or laptop and set up using you Cloud ID number shown at the bottom of the screen.
While I am in UK, I view activities and listen to audio around my house at any time on my mobile phone or laptop. I can remotely view and record present or past activities on my mobile phone.
So far, I have not had any connection problems when viewing remotely from UK. However, the EseeCloud software uses a lot of memory and I sometimes need to optimise the memory of my Samsung A50 mobile phone in order to remotely view the CCTV.

However, it does not allow me to view playback of past time or record any video on my laptop; I can view only current time on my laptop.

I can then attach the recorded video to an email or WhatsApp message or Facebook to make an intruder famous.

The NVR has 2 USB ports. I used one for a wireless mouse and the other for a USB stick to save any recordings. However, the USB ports are located too close to each other.

I tested with all eight cameras in my sitting room before I fitted all cameras externally at the front, the side and the back of the house. This CCTV set is suitable for the purpose, the basic set-up is easy and very user friendly for someone like me with very little knowledge of new technology. It is also good value and offers much compared with similar CCTV sets.

Also, I think a wired CCTV is not suitable, as burglars can easily and quickly find and take the NVR with the recordings, so this wireless set is more suitable.

I used a 25mm drill bit, which was just right, to drill the right sized hole in the wall in order to get the cable connection socket and the internet socket attached to the camera cable through the wall. Note that you need to drill 4 holes with a 6mm drill on the edge of the 25mm hole in order to insert the wall plug and screw the camera on to the external wall; I used a 5mm drill firstly and then a 6mm drill. If the hole for the cable is too big, you will not be able to drill the three holes outside the 25mm hole. 25mm is just right. I taped the cable on to a piece of wire and fed it through the hole. If you have cavities, ensure that the cable does not fall down into the cavity like I did with one and then learnt my lesson.

If you want to connect the NVR directly into the router instead of wirelessly, there is no need to plug the NVR via the Internet cable directly into the router. It can be plugged into an TP-Link which is plugged into a socket anywhere on the electrical ring mains circuit with a corresponding TP-Link on the same ring mains circuit linked up to the router. Thus the NVR, which contains the hard disk with the recordings, can be hidden away in a different location from the router. A burglar would not want to spend too much time looking for the NVR, but if it is conspicuous you will obviously end up with no NVR and therefore no video of the burglary. I would guess that the first place a burglar would look for the NVR is in the TV cabinet, so you might as well don’t bother fitting CCTV if you are going to leave the NVR in the TV cabinet.

On the negative side this set does not allow X32 speed playback and I can’t remember whether it allows X16 play back; so you can do the maths to see how long it will take you at normal speed or at X2, X4, X8, speeds trying to pinpoint a specific activity in the past 24 hours.

The mouse supplied has a very short cable requiring the NVR to be located very close. I have therefore discarded it and I use a Microsoft wireless mobile 1850 mouse; this is the best mouse I have ever used and it costs only about 11 from Amazon.

I am very happy with the quality of the video, night vision is excellent, set up is easy and it does the job.

There are many positive and useful points and I think that it is excellent value and suitable. I highly recommend this HISEEU CCTV.

A simply stunning produc
Having contemplated installing security cameras for some time we were always put off by stories of technical complexity, inability to get the cameras to talk to the controller and limits in picture quality. This Hiseeu security system was revelation. On opening the box the build quality was evident from the off, having plugged in the cameras and the controller the system set itself up in seconds. The pictures are clear and excellent. It took just a morning to mount the cameras around our property and despite thick stone walls the wifi signal is strong and clear to them all. Managing the system, linking to the iPad and phone for remote monitoring and viewing the recording was a matter of scanning a barcode. The sound of birdsong on the recording was almost deafening ! Overall the system is very impressive by any standards but considering the price we felt it to be the best value technology product we have ever purchased.

Gives a very good picture
I am in the process of installing the cameras, just working out the best positions for each camera. I will read the information on how to set them up. Have read other reviews and it appears there is a good backup from
Hiseeu company and if there are any problems and questions just read the reviews and questions or just email for any further response.
The system came well packaged and on initial setup there was no problems, all the cameras gave a very clear picture on the wireless screen and 3TB Hard Drive is a bonus. Very happy with my purchase.

The wireless system was easy to set-up and use; as well as the cameras being wireless the main unit connects to my broadband hub / the internet over wifi – this is an excellent piece of kit.

Excellent cctv system.
A fantastic quality cctv system that was very easy to install especially as I had cables in place for a central 12volt distribution. Pictures come on almost instantly via wireless link and are clear with accurate colour rendition. Night vision switches to monochrome and led lights go even further than expected, in all very pleased with build quality and picture quality.

Research paid off - right decision so far to go for this
After a lot of research into CCTV systems and deliberating over several weeks, we went for this brand due to its wifi, recording 24/7, large screen and additional cameras functionality.

Following recent disturbances in are area I decided to turn to hiseeu for security and I’m glad I did product is easy to install really is plug and play you can install on your phone easily. It is well made good picture quality up to 40 50 ft night vision is brilliant. Sound quality is not so great and on occasions hardly works also it is hard to fit camera in corners or next to window frames as you can’t adjust the cheap screws that round off easy. Monitor is to noisy to have in bedroom other than that I give this product a high 8 out of 10 and for the money highly recommended you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic system
Brought this CCTV system after my neighbours garage was broken into. It arrived the next day. I was worried that there would be an issue with the WIFI signal, but there was no need. the system is very easy to set up, it’s just plug and play. The app is also great. You can view the cameras from anywhere, and viewing recorded footage is so simple. You can also record footage onto your phone or take a photo. The picture quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this product.

Good quality cameras during the day plus easy set up , brilliant pictures if put through HD tv …hard drive is a little noisy especially at night as mine is in the bedroom .
At a distance it’s harder to make things out like people’s faces I suppose it’s not MI5 quality haha .
The best advantage is you don’t need to pay monthly subscriptions I just hope in the future I can add 4K camera if that’s possible.The service is pretty good as well ask a question and there back to you .

Easy install quality WiFi system
An excellent, good value for money product. I wanted an easy install, remotely accessible, 4 camera WiFi external / internal cctv system with spare input channels, as I plan to increase coverage at a later date. Having spent days pouring over on-line reviews I concluded the [3.0MP+3TB HDD] Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System had everything, indeed more than I needed. The system includes an NVR with an integral colour monitor; 8 input channels; pre-installed 3TB internal memory disc plus an app for smart camera, PC and tablet (I have the app loaded on 3 x family ‘phones and 2 x tablets). Any on-line purchase carries a degree of risk but to date this system has not disappointed me. The set up was easy, even for a non-techie dullard like me. I have tested locating the NVR in various locations throughout the house and reassuringly it runs perfectly both with the NVR in open view on the ground floor and when it is hidden in the attic, locked away in a secure cabinet.

The best wifi camera system.
I’ve been trying to find a decent reliable wifi camera for some time and believe me, few are very reliable. The Hiseeu system is both reliable (OK I’ve only had it for two months but previous cameras and systems have not lasted nearly as long) and very easy to set up. Coupled with an excellent after sales team what more could you ask for!

Good quality at sensible price
After looking for a wireless system with good reviews at a good price I came across this system.
Cameras feel good quality and robust.
After plugging the system in all cameras connected flawlessly with good quality pictures.
I am yet to adjust all the settings as the hardrive was a little noisy but on contacting customer services they promised a new hardrive to be sent out, when this arrives I will adjust all settings and give another review.
It makes a change to have good customer services I hope this continues.

I have looked at almost all CCTV systems available on Amazon and ordered this package as it seemed to be the best match for my needs. Fact that you don’t need to run CAT 5 cables through the entire house was a major factor although I was a bit worried about the wi-fi performance….luckily enough the wireless link between the cameras and main unit is very strong and stable. The picture transmission is 100%, no lag or judder whatsoever. Main unit software is self-explanatory, very simple and intuitive. Cameras paired-up with the main unit out of the box, truly “plug-and-play”. Overall great product, highly recommended!!!

Easy install fuss free cctv system
Brilliant system, everything you require in the box, even drilling templates for the cameras and cctv warning stickers. Very impressed with the ease of installation, it took me less than 5 hours to mount the cameras and install power supplies for the cameras and get the system up and running. I installed the mobile app on my iPhone and everything worked first time. Four good quality, robust cameras and a control box with built in screen and 3 Tb hard drive installed for an incredibly good value price! Definitely recommend.

Great cctv system straight out of the box, complete with 3TB hard drive already installed unlike others with only 1TB and linked to the camera’s already, easy installation and the camera picture quality day and night is great, would recommend this cctv to everyone thinking about getting one. Great quality and very easy to install. The 3terra bit memory on the monitor gives good back up storage. The compact monitor is unobtrusive and so easy to use. Compared to my original system much much better. Customer service is great, there was a missing antenna from one of the cameras and replacement offered immediately.

Cracking system, fast delivery and easy fitment and setup.
Ordered Saturday 11:43, Delivered Sunday 10:43, Fitted by Monday 17:00. Instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow. Linked everything up and tested all components were working before fitting (everything OK), also tested the cameras in position before final fitment all worked fine and extension aerial provided was not needed despite signal having to travel through several walls. Quality is frankly astonishing and is more than a match for wired connections. The good points – 3mp cameras vs 2mp for most rivals, 3tb hdd included vs nil or 1 tb for rivals, 10 ft cable on transformers – true ‘plug and play’. No bad points at all, although it would be useful to have some cable boxes included, to keep additional wiring from each camera out of the way, and some small plastic screw covers would be a nice touch.

Better than other know products
I purchased this [3.0MP+3TB HDD]Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera System with 12″Monitor Wireless CCTV Camera System recently and I installed with the help of a professional since its something to do with the heights.
All the given cameras are preconfigured ones so no hassle to find them when I turned on the monitor and cameras.
My house is a semi detached one with a big garden and it covers the area from one end to another and am very happy with the quality of the output as well.

PROBABLY THE BEST BRAND THAT YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD OF !
The Hiseeu 8 channel NVR and camera kit is an unexpected delight. I bought the set as a replacement for a similar specification product , from another supplier, that I recently reviewed as being excellent. At the outset I was impressed with the features and quality. I reviewed accordingly. Unfortunately, I did encounter a few technical issues that I asked the companys technical support to assist with. I sent a total of 6 emails requesting assistance. Over three weeks later I received an email telling me not to worry and asking for my order number. The order number was at the top of every email I sent to them. That was it. I complained to Amazon who immediately asked me to return the product for a refund. I then spent a week searching for a replacement. There are dozens of companies all selling systems with similar specifications, but there was one that stood out by advertising a superb after sales service. This included telephone, email and whats-app support. Because of my previous experience, this level of support was a deal clincher for me.
Before the parcel was delivered to my home I had received an email from Hiseeu, thanking me for my purchase and assuring me of their commitment to customer satisfaction. ( a nice touch I thought)
Installation was a breeze as the cameras IP addresses were already present. Picture quality is perfect. Cameras are excellent quality and look as though they are “up to the job”
What really impressed me though, was the user manual. It is excellently written and contains a wealth of information, not found in the manual from the previous supplier.
I dont know anything about Hiseeu, but I get the impression that they are possibly a newish company, trying hard to build a reputation. They dont always show up on Amazon searches, but it is well worth making the effort to find them.
