Amp connection socket broke after 2 months but the product was replaced swiftly - thank you!
The socket in the guitar that is used to connect with the amplifier has broken after only 2 months. Aftercare service was good though and the product was replaced – Thank you!
Playing is harder than you think
Value for money is excellent for a beginner and I’m enjoying trying to learn but it’s harder than it looks

Picked this up to start learning on an electric and I’m really impressed. The guitar is good looking, sounds good, and is really solidly built – feels like some of the far more expensive guitars I’ve held.
The amp is nothing to write home about, but it goes loud enough to annoy my neighbours, so that’s a thumbs up from me!
The rest of the kit provided is great for a beginner too, literally everything you need. If you’re looking to learn, I doubt there’s a much better set for the price point anywhere.
Great beginners guita
Bought used-as-new, only issue was the loose jack plug, easily fixed with small screwdriver. Doesn’t hold the tuning very well but takes a minute to retune. Perfect beginner guitar for my 9 years old boy who fancies himself the next Keith Richard…

Bought as a christmas present for my stepson, he’s only 5 so it’s probably a bit big for him but he loves exploring the different sounds he can make with it, he loves to impress his sister with it too! Just the beginning of a journey for now but it fulfils all our expectations, good quality and perfect for a novice!
Great gift for my young grandson, has everything you need to get started. Only downside is there were no instructions on how to tune the guitar and use the tone and dials on the amp – being new to this instructions would have been useful so felt like this let us down.
Originally advised to get an acoustic guitar as they had nylon strings and would not hurt a 10 year old’s fingers but an electric one had steel strings but a narrower fret and would be easier to play the notes so went for the electric one.After researching found this one at a reasonable price for all that was included just in case he doesn’t take it up as a hobby
I will admit to not knowing much about guitars but buying one for my 9 year old was a struggle as he wanted a 3/4 one. Not much choice so chanced this one. Really pleased. This looks fantastic, great quality parts and arrived mark free and well packed. He tuned easy and it has stayed in tune. (He is always checking with a digital tuner). like i say, im no expert but it sounds great, makes me wish i could play. A real bargain for what we received.
I bought this guitar for my grandsons 10th birthday. He was thrilled to bits and it was perfect for him. Excellent value for money for a great looking guitar, also, got a stand, guitar case even a tuner plus other bits. Cannot fault at all.
Fantastic guitar. My 10 year old loves it. The guitar looks great. It is just the right size. It came with all the assessories mentioned. Arrived very quickly to Jersey CI. Well packaged. The amp is a bit naff but my son just uses his electric drum kit amp instead sometimes I would totally recommend this whole package. Great value for the price!
I bought this because I am learning a new instrument, e.g the Electric Guitar. It seems to be for those on a budget if you compare a brand like Fender to this guitar. However, it is a great guitar with all the sockets in the right places. Top Notch!

Brought one as a Christmas present and it was damaged but had it replaced and it is a great guitar and very good for the price. Customer service was best I have ever had.
