Consiglio questa batteria sostitutiva per dyson v8, ottima durata anche impostando al massimo la potenza di aspirazione, dura molto di pi dell’originale! Riesco ad aspirare tutta la casa di 150mq al minimo, e l’aspirapolvere ha ancora la carica piena. Ottima!

Our v8 Dyson stick was getting to be barely usable with the original battery so finally replaced it with this and damn was it worth it. The stick runs so much longer than it ever did and has more suction while using it. Didn't expect that much improvement but it delivered it is better than new now.

I had ordered another brand last year but because I did not use it immediately it did not work when I did use it and it was too late to return. I was hesitant to try another generic battery but reviews were good so I gave this brand a shot and glad I did. It is easy to install - got instructions from YouTube. Suction is very good and much less cost than a Dyson. I would recommend it highly.

Esteticamente identica alla batteria originale, ma pagata quasi a met prezzo. Dopo circa 1 mese di utilizzo non riscontro problemi di carica n di durata, anzi, sembra leggermente pi potente. Non ho messo la quinta stella perch, unico difetto, lo spessore della parte di batteria che si inserisce nell’alloggiamento di ricarica di qualche millimetro sovradimensionato rispetto alla batteria originale, col risultato che per estrarre e inserire l’aspirapolvere serve un minimo di accortezza e di forza in pi.

Found the battery easy to install. Immediately the suction improved on the vacuum cleaner, and the battery lasts longer than the original Dyson battery. Only been using it for about five weeks, hopefully this continues.

Mon dyson ne tenait que 4 minutes. Avec cette nouvelle batterie facile installer (5minutes) j’arrive enfin faire toute ma maison et il reste encore de la batterie.

Elle est presque 2 fois plus puissante par rapport a la batterie d’origine, avec l’ancienne, je n’arrivais pas a finir l’aspiration que j’tais oblig de la charger pour aller jusqu’au bout de mon travail. Avec la nouvelle j’ai jamais russi a tomber en panne de batterie. Se monte trs facilement, par contre comme l’ont signal d’autres acheteurs parfois quand on le place sur son socle la charge ne dmarre pas, besoin de faire bouger pour que le contact se fasse.

If you have battery issues with Dyson i would suggest getting one of these. As Dyson itself is very expensive and their batteries are as well. This one is cheap and so far so good.

Above my expectations, truly has revived the manufacturer’s battery to better than original. Power lasts longer and on Max works for far longer. The addition of two spare filters was also welcome I am now using it to clean the log burners and change the filter afterwards.

I watched the Dyson video on YouTube on how to replace the battery and followed it closely. The new battery fitted exactly and worked first time. We fully charged it and used it the next day. It lasted far longer than the old one, so it clearly holds more charge. As we’ve just purchased it, we can’t comment on how long this will last.
Good alternative to Dyson battery
Pros: Much cheaper than Dyson part. Seems more powerful. Similar runtime to Dyson. Useful and great quality filters included making even more of a bargain.
Cons: user manual useless (although a monkey could install this – undo three screws and remove old/clip in new). Indicator lights a little confusing compared to Dyson original. Package opened when I received this and battery not in sealed bag – so a little sceptical how “new” the condition is of the unit I received.
My review is based on day 1 useage – so time will tell how it fairs to the Dyson original (which didn’t deteriorate – just completely died after two years of light use). But so far so good.

V7 Saved from the scrap heap
Was having issues with the Dyson V7, saw this and thought I would give it a go.
Easy to install and worked a treat, you also got 2 replacement filters, would highly recommend.
Wasn't quite sure I needed a new battery until I installed one!!
The machine seemed OK but I had the feeling that it was running down too soon. Decided to buy replacement battery and when you start up again that’s when you realise how bad the old battery was. The extra power on this one seems to give my V8 Dyson a new lease of life.
I know how the battery fits but I struggled to find a screwdriver that fitted the screws. The danger is if the screwdriver doesn’t fit properly it can damage the screw heads then getting them out is all the more difficult. Nice touch getting the two new filters and also handy having replacement screws though.
All in all, great value compared to the official replacement.

Dyson battery life seems to be an issue ,luckily you can buy these at a third of the cost . To early to say how it’ll hold up but I have high Hope’s. Certainly seems quiter and is holding up well . Only thing we noticed is the LED charging lights do not light up although it seems to charge well. Update after a couple of months …..so after a few months its very good and recommended. Yes after 10 months its holding up well .
This is a replacement battery for a Dyson V8. It comes with the screws as well as 2 spare air filters.
The original dyson battery was priced at around 70 for a replacement, so that’s was too steep. I bought a no-brand replacement for around 40 a couple of years back for my other one. Now this one has given up, so I found this one for 26 at the time.
In terms power it is rated at 4000mAh vs the 2800mAh of the OEM part and as a result, it does seem to last longer than the original, so I can happily run it away on max suction for way longer than I used to be able to (as far as I could remember anyway). Not done anything scientific, but I’d say 30-40% longer wouldn’t be unreasonable.
I paid 26 for this, and at this price I think it’s an absolute bargain. It’s substantially cheaper than the original and it lasts longer than the orginal. Win/win as far as I’m concerned!

Nella confezione oltre alla batteria c’erano due filtri omaggio e un set di viti di scorta per il montaggio della batteria.
Se guardate le mie foto potete notare passo passo la sostituzione della batteria, vi sono solo tre viti da svitare, serve solo un piccolo cacciavite a croce, la sostituzione molto semplice
La batteria era gi carica, ho messo comunque il dyson in carica.
La batteria nuova ha una potenza superiore rispetto a quella vecchia, quindi superiore rispetto al motore, ho effettivamente riscontrato una maggior potenza durata sia in modalit normale ma soprattutto in turbo!
Consiglio l uso in turbo non continuativo fino alla spegnimento per non rischiare un eccessivo surriscaldamento del motore.
Sono molto soddisfatta, ho dato nuova vita al mio dyson!

Arrived next day. Easy to replace. Remove 3 screws, withdraw old battery and new battery slots in. Replace screws. Job done. At present the fully charged battery works well. Time will tell regards battery life.

My original Dyson battery pretty much gave up and my vacuum cleaner, even after a full charge, was barely making past 20s of use before switching off.
The need for a working vacuum cleaner became rather urgent and not trusting any of the unknown brands , I decided to purchase a replacement battery directly from Dyson… which I did .. begrudgingly for cost reasons.. and began waiting for delivery. After 3 days of waiting, I decided I needed a “temporary” solution.
I took a chance on this battery from Amazon, relying on Prime next day delivery to pull it off. Unsurprisingly, the battery arrived before the Dyson battery. For good measure, the battery comes with replacement filters as well which was nice.
I quickly viewed a couple of Youtube videos to familiarise with v8 battery replacement, reached for my screwdriver and was done fitting the battery in minutes and charging. I tend to allow a full 12-24 hours of charging before first use – more out of habit than anything – so didn’t get to try out the vacuum cleaner until the next day.
No regrets!
The vacuum was back to brand new, great suction and noticeably “powerful” and I dare say, the battery seemed to last longer on maximum power than the original. I say “seemed” because it could be that I had over time become gently accustomed to lower and lower run-times as the battery progressively aged, but it was great to be able to do large spaces with no loss of suction or panic watching the battery level lights. It stayed on 3
Excellent replacement / upgrade - better than the original
Without sounding too dramatic, this really has given my Dyson a new lease of life. Battery life is far longer than the original, especially in turbo mode (which used to last between 1-2 minutes). No overheating problems and fits just as well as the original.

Ho avuto modo di acquistare questo set di batteria + due ricambi del filtro in occasione del PrimeDay con un offerta vantaggiosa, e appena arrivato non vedevo l’ora di montare il tutto!
L’installazione stata molto pi semplice del previsto; anche se siete inesperti semplicissimo perch basta svitare 3 viti, sfilare la batteria vecchia e inserire la nuova.
Nella confezione sono incluse le istruzioni e le 3 viti di ricambio, oltre che i due filtri e la batteria appunto.
Dopo averla sostituita, ho messo subito il carica il Dyson e al primo utilizzo ho percepito addirittura un po’ di potenza in pi e una durata forse anche migliore dell’originale da nuovo!
Infatti la batteria in questione ha un potere di accumulo maggiore di quella Dyson.
La compatibilit perfetta, non ci sono problemi. Noterete solo una differenza nel materiale, in quanto l’originale pi particolare come plastica, mentre questa pi pacchiana. Difficile da spiegare, ma non si percepisce molto la differenza se guardato nel complesso.
Consiglio vivamente l’acquisto per ripristinare il Dyson senza svenarsi ancora una volta!

Dyson V8 replacement battery
Lasts longer than my original Dyson battery, fitted easily, with the bonus of 2 filters supplied with it. Only charged up 3 times so far, but hopefully will continue to be reliable.
Only problem encountered was the late delivery as it was sent via Hermes and the package had been opened when it finally arrived.
Or Dustin was cutting it after just a few minutes. Initially thought it might be over-hearing but then thought the battery would be getting old. Picked this one up at half the price of a new Dyson battery. So far it is working great. Even works for quite a long time on turbo (after wondering why it has gone down to only 1 light after maybe 10 to 15 mins vacuuming and realised I had it set to turbo all that time). The two filters were a nice bonus. Prefer this one with good reviews over the batteries with higher mAh but worse reviews. Easy to fit (just a few screws to remove but keep those screws to re-fit. Can’t remember if this came with screws but preferred to keep the Dyson screws).

Easy to fit (if in doubt check out YouTube) charged up ok. Time will tell in reliability
Having bought previous battery this one is more superior and works well in our Dyso
No instructions with the battery- so had to find video on line. Once I had that it was easy to fit.
Works fine and half the price of branded battery.
Great replacement battery for the dead battery in our Dyson V8.

Transformed our V8 Dyson. Before could barely vacuum one floor and now can vacuum whole house with battery life to spare.
Product arrived well packaged. The battery works well and replaced the original battery which was slowly dying. I can now spend a lot longer vacuuming. The filters fit just like the originals.
3500mah battery is powerful and lasts much longer than original one which after 2yrs lasted 3mins (expected as these batteries do not last for ever), quality is good and fits perfectly.. very happy as with new filters, battery and a clean of the heads its like new again!
