I Bought this camera to cover a blank spot from my ring doorbell, decided to give this a go, set it us and now have an app that alerts me to people on the drive and will track movement. Picture is clar and it tracks well.
I installed the ptz camera as per instructions, this was very straightforward. The UI is via app which is simple but dies what is needed, setting alarm detection area etc. My only difficulty has been with emailing alarm with picture. I still gry alarms via my app so not a big problem
Performance wise, camera is responsive and tracks targets well. The night vision in colour is really good. Ery satisfied will likely get another.

Really good camera and once I’d worked out how to get the alarm to only activate on humanoid objects I was even more satisfied.
I now have 3 cameras from this manufacturer and am happy with all of them. This isn’t a negative but just an observation; the 2 static cameras are views and managed in one app but this 360 camera is in its own app. For me this works but I’d imagine that some may want all of their cameras managed in the same app.
Overall, very satisfied and I’m currently achieving about 7 days of continuous recording on the 128 Gb card on full 5MP quality. I haven’t tried but I’d imagine that you’ll get a longer period on lower quality.
Fitted this cctv camera last week. I chose this camera because it has a 5mp, I am very happy with the clarity off this camera, easy to install the app is good to manoeuvre through the different camera settings. Very pleased so far.
This is a superb camera for the money and does what it says, despite me having a problem with it after 9 months. IGEEK were fantastic and worked with me to try and diagnose the fault but then said “We are sending you a new one free of charge” Now that’s what I call service and I will certainly buy product from IGEEK in the future knowing that they have great after sales service.

It was fine, and then stopped working. Return window is only four weeks, so I am now 65 out of pocket……or so I thought. The company were excellent at providing a replacement , if I need a second one, I will buy from these people.

Good, wider viewing angle and has a decent optical zoom. Set up was easy using the app
Bad, much larger than older model probably due to the optical zoom. Unable to add to existing app so now have multiple apps for different cameras. Other than that they are a good buy. Also speedy delivery
The initial setup was a little bit fiddly, however once the recording was set properly and the time had been corrected it works brilliantly.
The picture quality is very impressive during the day and the night even though the camera is on the 4th floor.
The motion detection is a little bit patchy, picking up the wind in the trees as motion, but then the next moment not picking up someone walking across the car park.
We use the CamHiPro app which is perfectly usable, the recordings are easy to navigate through and changing the settings is simple enough.
The big bonus for us was that you pop in an SD card and you don’t have to pay any ongoing subscription fees!

One camera stopped rotating and cherry from customer service gave advice on how to resolve the problem. It could not be fixed and a replacement was sent out within the week. Cherry answered every email I sent . Highly recommend camera and customer service
Even though I can’t get it to work on the windows app, I will almost certainly be getting another.
Had the windows app worked it would have been a 5* review.
Only downside cannot program it to move to a particular position at a particular time.

Reviewed quite a few different cameras and for the price this I have found to be fantastic. Great camera, great picture quality both day and night. Records onto SD card for playback which is great and I found really easy to setup and use. PC and mobile app easy to install and use. Already looking to purchase another camera as it is that good.
Camera works well providing good security coverage with useful optical zoom. Nice motion tracking with not much false alarms. Found it difficult to set up with wifi though and the time stamp doesn’t stay synced with phone. Having used the camera for a week i would definitely recommend i
I connected an internet extender and everything works much smoother with no dropouts. Also used a corner bracket so the cam can cover 2 sides of the house replacing 2 other cams.
Records 24/7 insegments, but you can view continuously as a timeline. The auto tracking works well and the preset positions are easy to use. Only thing I’m a bit disappointed with is the zoom, seems to be just digital zoom not optical. So you are just zooming the screen and not zooming in with an optical lens, which would be better quality. All the same, going to get a second one and replace the 2 cams to the rear of the house.
Once I had set up the camera, it works extremely well. Daytime and nighttime picture quality very good. It also will send alarms to you phone or email you. All in all a very good security camera for a good price.
This camera is amazing and really good value. We had only one minor fault with the net cable for it which they immediately replaced
The camera works very well, the picture is clear, the sound it picks up is exceptionally good, you will hear conversations in the road. It does record 24/7, so opt for the 128GB memory card. Files are broken down into chunks of 14 seconds, they say this because it makes FTP’ing the files easier, but who is using FTP??? You can either use a timeline to view the camera, or just search the individual files which are sorted by data/time.
Night vision is good, you can opt for IR, or full colour, in full colour, the small LED’s will operate meaning the picture is in colour. This also acts as a great security deterrent.
The tracking is where it lacks slightly compared to more industrial expensive options. I have left tracking off, and I am able to monitor who is around. You will have to play with the options of sensitivity and see which one suits your needs best.
It just means that if you are fast enough the camera will not track. But just watch a large area and the camera will pick up anyone in view without needing to track. At distance this will easily track people walking.
As this was a great price, I will also buy one for the rear garden.
Recent armed robbery down our street made me decide to install Security cameras.
You do need to drill through the house wall and feed the 12Volt cable through and plug the adaptor into a socket. (Much better than replacing batteries)
You need to use the app on smart phone called CamHipro, ensure you set the time zone, and phone time correspond.
There are many good features to enable you to adjust sensitivity and alarms as required.
This camera has it all and at the price you can’t go wrong. The performance is excellent, it does all that I required and more. The only downside is support its based in China, you can find some helpfull hints on utube but in my case I was able to solve my own setup problems by scrutinising the instructions and a lot of perseverance.
Overall I am delighted with the cam.

Great camera very clear picture. Bit slow on tracking compared to previous iegeek camera. IeGeek customer services were brilliant when I had to contact them over a slight problem.
Best camera ever bought, able to pan,tilt and zoom from my phone app, and monitor it on my large tablet in the house. 1080 vision, beautiful colour during the daytime, human tracking very good, night time vision is excellent, when I idle mode shows up very clear black and white, when motion is activated bright LED lights come into play and bright vivid colour kicks in. Well worth purchasing.
Superb 5 star customer service
After a few months of being used my IEGeek PTZ camera developed a sound problem. I emailed IEGeek customer service and explained the problem to them. They replied the following day apologising for the inconvenience and suggested a few things I should try. After following their suggestions the fault still remained. I sent another email explaining I had not been able to resolve the problem. They replied the following day and offered me a new replacement camera.
Replacement camera arrived within 3 days and is working perfectly. I cannot fault their brilliant customer service.
Picture quality is amazing and zoom but you need good Wi-Fi
We bought this cam for our back garden it was very easy to setup and has a very good picture quality even the night vision is so clear and the zoom in is great fantastic value for money
This camera has great picture quality and zoom along with the tracking feature which I like the most. You don’t miss a single event. The alarm triggers are quite genuine and real in terms of human detection. Haven’t seen any false alarms yet. However, it got disconnected from wifi few times for me and I had to power cycle the camera. Don’t know what the issue is. I have connected it to a smart switch so that I can power cycle it when I’m not at home.
Update: ordered a replacement and that has no issues at all. Excellent customer service and support.
Night vision is really clear. We have to on the front of the house to keep an eye on our cars.
Even I have checked the Q&A of the listing which mentioned it includes one UK power plug, the item I received only come with a EU power plug.
This is an excellent camera, robustly built and easy to set up and while I don’t use any of the motion detection (I’m using it as a bird feeder camera), the quality is very good and the interface to go back through recordings by time or snapshot is much better than my previous camera.
An initial problem I had was resolved helpfully by the seller and the camera is up and running perfectly.
Note: If, like me, you have both 5ghz and 2.4ghz wifi with the same name, temporarily disable the 5ghz while you set this up. Once it’s installed, you can re-enable the 5ghz wifi and it will continue to work just fine.
I really do like this camera its very easy too set up the picture quality is really good was a bit dubious because the price was quite low whether it actually would be any good but you definitely get way more than you pay great price of equipment would 100% recommend
Dislike instructions, simple and quick way to install it is connect it straight to your wi fi box power up connects easily to your phone.
I bought this to try it out. Compared to my previous igeek camera, it is much improved. Because it is fully adjustable for positioning from my phone, it means that I can easily position it once it has been fixed to the wall of my house. The quality of the image is also improved, and I can clearly read car number plates, especially if I use the zoom feature. The night vision is also better, with excellent grey images. I use it as a 24hr recorder, as I can not get the motion detect part to work as yet. Apart from that, I have had few problems. The only recommendation for future change is that the single lead which splits to 3 (power, network and reset) should be longer as it seems very short at present, and is therefore awkward to feed to the house. Is it value for money? YES. Would I recommend it? YES. Am I satisfied with it? YES. WAs it easy to set up? REASONABLE, but took 4 days of trial and error to get is NEAR right. Still not sorted out Motion detect/record.
This is my 4th ieGeek camera. I was very pleased with the first camera I bought back in 2018 and have stuck with the same brand since. There’s a big advantage in being able to manage all the cameras through a single app, and the 4th camera fills the empty space in the 4 screen view.
I now have 2 bullet cameras, one of the earlier PTZ cameras with digital zoom, and now this latest camera that adds 4x optical zoom making it easily the best and most versatile camera in the line up.
Bought to replace 2 iegeek battery cameras. Works really well. Perfect that you can. Set it to record 24/7 but have it flag when a alarm has been triggered allows for quick location of incidents Have it facing on the driveway with just a stretch of public pavement visible. Anyone that steps into the drive camera recognises and will just to capture them fully in frame. The camera will continue to pan and tilt until it can no longer see them. After around 30 seconds of this motion the camera returns to preset position 1. Ready for the next time.
Image quality is brilliant can easily recognise number plates day or night.
I have choose to have black and white night vision. I found the colour night vision floodlights to be very bright and a little intrusive on the front of the house. That said it is very easy to toggle between black and white and colour.
Camera is on Wifi which seems to work well. I have struggled to watch footage via the memory card on my mobile. It will play however the image is not smooth and jumps. However watching on my laptop playback is much smoother.
Lots of settings to play about with to get the set up working for your need.
Will certainly consider buying more of these cameras to replace the other iegeek battery cameras around my property.
Camera size is not to bad. It’s slightly bigger than the battery cameras however isn’t as big as some other leasing PTZ cameras and doesn’t look to out of place on the front of the house.
Does act as a great deterrent to anyone coming near the property. If you had the colour flood light active as well this light would follow the subject image.
Currently awaiting installation, well packaged item and I will update on features and use soon. Previous I-geek customer, this replaces a older camera bought. The added features appealed, so the older camera will stay in use as part of the household security and this will upgrade our awareness in our immediate location, not just in terms of security but also to see amazing wildlife in our garden at night. As mentioned this review will be upgraded once installed.
We have another iGeek camera which we use to keep an eye on the comings and goings of the cats in the house but got this one for external security and are really pleased with it. It is far better than our old outside camera in terms of night vision, clarity of picture and zoom and the price was very reasonable. The light that comes on it at night when it spots motion is excellent and as we live in a very dark area with no street light, this also helps when we stagger home from the pub at night. My husband checks it every morning to see what nocturnal visitors we have had (normally hedgehogs and cat fights) and the zoom and night vision on it really are superb (we can even check it when we are overseas, which is very useful). I would highly recommend this camera if you are concerned about home security or if you simply want to watch the nocturnal goings on of your cats and other wildlife. It was very easy to set up and link to our wifi and if you have a gadget lover in the house, it offers hours of amusement.
Bought this camera put it up and vision is great. App is easy to use the only downfall with it is when my plants are blowing in the wind the camera picks it up and sounds an alarm. Can’t seem to find as yet how to make this stop even though I have reduced the sensitivity on it so if anyone can help me with this that would be great. Other than that it’s a great clear vision camera and the human detection on it is grea
Bought IEGEEK cameras before and was impressed, this new one impresses also.
The quality is great and now this one has zoom as well as vision which follows any subject detected. Add that to the fact it can record in colour at night as it has a built in light and you have a winner!
The only thing I could fault it for is the size, as it is larger than the previous cameras they’ve made but obviously it has motors built in for tracking so it is understandable.
If you need an outdoor camera you can’t go wrong with this one.

Motion detection was flawless.
I have just taken delivery of this camera and have temporarily installed it to test. I am awaiting a sparky to run me some power to the gable. I haven’t tested the night vision but the picture quality is good, the zoom quality is also good with no loss as you zoom. The motion tracking works but doesn’t track fast so you could walk past it and it’ll track you until you walk out of shot. This might not be a problem at a distance but I’ve just set it up in a room to test so I’m close to the camera. You can track and zoom from the app and the WiFi works well. I have not tested the LAN cable.
It is mains powered so needs to be near a power supply (an extra metre of cable would be useful) and it is WiFi enabled and it has a good range with the double antennas.
I have a large drive and front garden so the zoom + auto tracking (person sensing) is a great addition.
It was simplicity itself to install (the instructions are very clear) and rapidly connects to wifi.
It appears to be solidly built, robust and waterproof.
I recommend using the 128gb card to give extra memory capacity.
Screws, screwdriver and ethernet cable are all in the box, everything you need for the installation.
I thoroughly recommend this high quality camera and the price represents excellent value for money. .

Good camera that tracks movement both in day and night. Can control and move camera using your phone its wireless or can be dater cable wired conected to the internet.
I was looking for a PTZ camera this time and seeing that iegeek had one available at a very good price and knowing the quality of iegeek, I went ahead and ordered the camera.
The box contained everything required to install the camera including power supply, Ethernet cable and even wall plugs and screws which was very useful.
The setup of the camera was very simple and straightforward just a case of following the user manual instructions. I used the Wi-Fi function and was very pleased with the picture quality and response of the camera.
The 4X optical zoom is amazing, so much so that I am now considering changing my fixed camera for a PTZ camera. The night vision function is very good and revealed that we have Hedgehogs visiting the garden at nighttime.
All in all a very good quality camera at a very good price, I would thoroughly recommend it.

Out of the box and I’ve photographed the contents which includes an ethernet cable which is a bonus if you need it. I chose to connect purely by WiFi and the connecting was at 90% so very pleased with that.
Placed my camera at my house front to cover our cars and driveway and all the front garden as the camera can pan 350 degrees and tilt 90 deg which is easily controlled by my phone app (CamHipro)-this is a really good feature.
Fitting was fine although the power cable could be longer but it was OK for me (approx 9 foot), I know extenders are available should you need more cable.
There’s a comprehensive instruction book in numerous languages and these were easy to follow, I used page 6 instructions to connect the camera to my wifi.
Once up and running the camera was soon following me, I’ve taken a small video so you can see the camera moving with me.

One shows a yellow box around the subject that tells you they are being tracked and a further photo showing you can preset positions which I have done so you can quickly move your camera to numerous pre set areas, this is really handy.
Night vision is very clear and you can choose if you want to have colour night vision or black and white, again really good quality
