Too big to get a decent fit, no matter what I did air came through the fit test. so ineffective for me. but great otherwise, gave them to my dad who used them.
The mask doesn’t leave gaps around the face that other masks do and each mask is individually wrapped. I still use them when traveling or as now when I gave a cold and don’t want other more vulnerable people in the home to catch it.
I bought these better quality masks for flights to and from Africa.
The single packaging is neat and useful for carrying a spare to change into during a long flight.
They were comfortable around the ears, and fitted well all round.
These masks are fine, they keep off your mouth and nose unlike other masks. However I’ve had more expensive masks in the same style and these are a much stiffer material meaning they are less comfy than the others I have tried. They also seem to come up quite big on my face (and I think I have a normal sized head) meaning you can feel the mask very close to your eyes. They aren’t bad but I also wouldn’t say they are amazing.
These are probably fine in respect of function but the material is a bit hard and scratchy – not as comfortable to wear.
Very comfortable mask, even for long periods of time.
Individually packed in plastic pouches, which is great to store a few masks in a bag or the car.
I have a large head but I still felt the straps were ok to wear for 1-2 hours, after which they begin to become uncomfortable. However anything worn for that long will become difficult, so it’s not an issue with the mask.
I have used about 20 pieces over time, and none of the straps broke for me.
Would recommend.
I bought these for a recent trip to Corsica. Very lightweight and easy to wear. Some clips are included to help secure the mask round the head, although looping over the ears was fine for me. Not as comfortable as masks required in France as I have a small face, but they are a pretty good fit overall, and train operators certainly checked on mask wearing.
Used at major sporting event.
Seems to offer better protection that masks used previously.
I have been buying many masks from amazon and these are some of my favourite. I wear glasses and they are some of the few I have tried that go high enough on the bridge of your nose as to not fog when wearing glasses. Been wearing them to University and the cinema and they are breathable and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
Also being FFP2 gives the extra peace of mind!
If you can splurge they are very worth it.
The first mask I have worn that my glasses dont steam up! Very good value less than 1 a mask and I researched these type of masks and you can wear them 2/3 times before putting them in the bin which is really good.
Not tried these masks before.Good snug fit,no gaps,feel safer than blue ones.Being claustrophobic I thought there might be a problem but they’re fine.Feel a lot thicker than surgical masks and not close to your mouth.Unfortunately glasses still steam up,but only a little bit.Will be ordering another pack.
Well made with a sturdy nose band that, once shaped, fits perfectly giving an excellent seal.
The rest of the mask seals well around the cheeks and chin too.
Cannot fault.
The masks are definitely on the large side, they will be a good size for those with a larger head.
They are wearable if you have a smaller head if you twist the ear straps a couple of times or use the clip to fix the straps at the back of your head. You may need to tuck the chin flap upwards a little where it is attached so that it does not touch your throat and gape or cause discomfort. I found that I needed to do this, being on the small side, the flap then stayed put without needing to be adjusted again whilst I was wearing it.
I was able to get a very good seal on one of the good masks that actually had a single nose wire in, you could see the material moving in and out as I breathed and my glasses did not fog at all, it was comfortable to wear for a long duration.
Hopefully there will not be too many unusable masks in the box, I will try to remember to update this review as we go through them all.
Updated now that we have used more masks: all the masks we have used since I wrote the initial review have been fine with no issues at all. They are comfortable for long periods of wearing.
