The Allcam ECM546 ceiling TV bracket is compatible with most 37â€-65†LED/LCD TVs 30 kg / 66lbs or less in weight. Check FAQ for more information on compatibility.
The height of the TV in viewing positions is adjustable and there is also 6° lateral adjustment so you can level the screen perfectly. The distance from the TV to ceiling is only 10.8cm when in the storage position.

The RF remote that always works
The Allcam ECM546 motorised TV bracket comes with a RF (radio) remote control which always works as long as it is in the 15m/30ft range. This is a good advantage against most infra-red remote which must always be in direct line of sight.
The ECM546 motorised TV bracket can be mounted onto a flat or sloping ceiling. If you have a plasterboard ceiling instead of a concrete one, you must use a stud finder to find the joist, and the joist is strong enough to support the combined weight of your TV and this bracket (18kg/40lbs).
This ceiling mounted electric TV bracket is supplied with professional heavy duty fixings plus an assortment of fixing bolts to attach your TV.

FAQ #1: Is this ceiling bracket compatible with my 70″/75″ TV?
A: Quite likely, To be 100%, please check if the TV:
- weighs less than 35kg/77lbs (excluding the stand); and
- has 4 mounting holes at the back AND they are 600mm or 400mm or 300mm apart horizontally AND 400mm or 300mm or 200mm apart vertically.
If yes to both then congratulations it is 100% compatible.
You may wonder why we mention ” … 37″ to 65″ TVs” in the title and bullet point? it is a safe estimate for those customers who don’t want to waste their brain power to understand how the monitor arm works.
FAQ #2: Which model/size of the bracket should I choose?
A: It mainly depends on the distances between the mounting holes at the back of your TV (VESA size):
- If horizontal/vertical distances are 200mm or 100mm, choose the ECM522
- if they are 400mm or 300mm apart horizontally AND 400mm or 300mm or 200mm apart vertically., choose the ECM544
- if they are 600mm or 400mm or 300mm apart horizontally AND 400mm or 300mm or 200mm apart vertically. choose the ECM546
As per FAQ #1, you may find this answer conflict with the TV sizes specified in the product title, this is because the sizes there are safe estimate for those customers who don’t want to waste their brain power to understand how the monitor arm works.

Pretty cool bracke
Price was good as I purchased a refurbished one (almost half price!) Fitting instructions pretty clear but lots of YouTube clips around if you’re not sure. Customer support was responsive when mine didn’t work at first. Q&A on Amazon and YouTube clips helped me sort the problem. The webbing that pulls up the bracket had been wound around its bobbin the wrong way. Fairly easily sorted. Very happy so far.

I would definitely buy this again and again but
It could do with a few design tweaks –
1 remove the bright red light (or put a on/off check switch)
2 move the power entry to the rear
3 allow for a sizing rail for drilling in the ceiling. Ie two multi holed brackets. (For mine I had to mount the unit to ply/mdf so I could find two wooden beams in the ceiling increasing the area. The actual bracket size would only fit into one beam.
4 program the usb to allow for two way with a tv – so turning on the tv activates the moto

Great space save
This bracket is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased as a space saver. As you can see from the video, I don’t have enough room on the wall to install a TV as it would overhang on the doors. The bracket alone is quite heavy so I had to attach some additional pieces of wood onto the wooden beams in the attic, then attach the bracket onto the wood (excuse the hole in front, bit of a DIY error) The motion itself is quite slow as you can see but no issue with that. The only gripe I have is the red light at the front but that can be easily solved with a bit of electrical tape.

Great solution for mounting on the ceiling
This products provides a solution to the problem of not wanting/or not having space to fit a TV on the wall. In our bedroom (which is small) this enabled us to fit a 32in TV on to the ceiling with the benefit of being able to move it out of the way when not in use. It is sturdy and well built and quiet when moving. It could be a little faster but that’s not a big issue. You can vary the angle with memory settings on the remote. And there are several different height options for the tv. Only thing that could be better is the cable management could be nearer near the hinge. Very happy with the solutio

Didnt have a free wall in my bedroom to use a normal wall bracket so bought this and it’s a really good way to utilise ceiling space.
Great product for access behind, or getting the right viewing angle
Great product, useful for mounting a TV in front of a walk in wardrobe or cupboard, and can raise to access behind it
Also good for getting a decent angle for a bed etc.
NOTE: Up on the template is not up. Pay attention to the off centre scre holes and line it up accordingly.

Really nice TV bracket!
It’s a great product, works smoothly, has a pairable remote control, however I would personally appreciate a faster movement. It takes almost an entire minute for it to go from fully closed to fully open position. Another thing I would expect from a 175 TV bracket would be a more silent movement. You will not wake up the person sleeping next to you, but you can hear it pretty well.

I bought this for my bedroom to fit a 42 inch tv as I have no available wall space, it was straitghtforward to fit, very sturdy and easy to use. Arrived earlier than expected. Well worth the money .

Only giving this a 3 star for durability as I’ve not had it long. This is the exact same unit you’ll find at “TV shops” for a fraction of the price they want you to pay. Goes up an down fine with no faults, bit of a moaning noise for approx 10 seconds on the way up. Only bad thing to say about this is the power LED on the front, OMG it is damn bright, like so bright aircraft could use it. Solution though is to get some black nail polish or black insulation tape over it. Still trying to figure out how to get the IR to work with my TV remote. FYI the TV on it is 43″ and weighs about 14kg. This does not just drop down or throw up your TV it comes up and down nicely in about a minute each way.

Fairly easy to install, I’d suggest using a socket wrench rather than Drill/screwdriver as they dehead rather easily.

Does what it sets out to do but there is no swivel. It didn’t have the bolts for my 32″ tv so I had to go out and buy some. The remote is a bit silly as if you want to recall a setting of a position it’s 2 buttons needing pressing.
But it does go up and makes space for heads to pass underneath

We knew we could find a product we needed for our new home and we aren’t disappointed with this. It is extremely good value and good quality and is even better than we expected it would be.
Fantastic bracket and really good price, fitted on bedroom ceiling with a 43″ LG TV. Works great, paired with TV remote control so when you press power button it comes down and turns TV on, press again it returns to ceiling and turns TV off.
Would definitely reccomend!
From first impressions, the bracket was packaged professionally, with everything being protected. The build of the product is very good, not cheaply made giving confidence that it’s hard wearing and not going to fail and fall down. Comes with a template so you don’t have to hold up the bracket to mark out the holes. Installation is very straight forward and I had it up and working within 30 mins. My only gripe about it is the speed in which it lowers and raises, it takes a while which I feel could have been improved, which is why it didn’t get the fifth star. But over all it’s a good product and I highly recommend.

Purchased to save space in a bedroom where I didn’t want to install either a corner or wall mount. Very easy to both install and operate – motor is silent and takes apps 1 minute to raise and lower each time. As I was installing through a plasterboard ceiling I needed to build a mount for the screws provided but this was a fairly easy task. I also needed to run 240v power to my loft space as I wanted to hide the TV and motor plugs – seek professional advice on this if doing something similar and you don’t have plugs already to hand. The slip on black plastic cover is simple and hid all of my cables. A great product – really chuffed with the end results and design – definitely worth the effort and costs to install and hide all cables.
