Had a look at some of the reviews and I think some people received faulty products because my power bank is fast charging, recently I used it while using my Google maps and got about 1% battery per minute. And I am able to use it about half a dozen times before it needs charging again.
I love this product, my mother and father also bought one each after hearing what i had to say about it and they both are very happy, it charges my tablet three time over and my phone twice on one charge, it is amazing. Well worth buying, highly recommended.
great charger that charges devices fast and keeps its own charge for a long time. it looks sleek and is compact and isnt very heavy so overall im very happy
Instructions were confusing, but it’s pretty plug & play although the only output is the 2 USB sockets, the others are input only, which was not clear in the advert ! Anyway, once I got over that, it works fine!
This is my third. (Given as gifts to people who have liked mine). The other two had a small bag just big enough to carry the charger and cable in. This one doesn’t so obviously cost cutting. Shame though, as it was handy.
This stopped working after just a few weeks and I posted a review here to that effect. I hadn’t used it when I first bought it and by the time I found out it was defective, I’d passed my window to return it. Ankar saw my review and without me asking got in touch and offered me a replacement. This is my second one of these and the reason I bought another is simply because they are very good. Yes they take a while to charge up but that’s the nature of these but they are great to have at hand and take on trips and I’d never be without one.
I should have read the reviews before buying! Won’t return because Anker has a good name and I trust the Power bank won’t explode! But for it not to fast charge a modern Samsung phone is a bad, I wonder if this was made purely for Apple products? It still charges though so I will keep it as an emergency and to charge my GoPro and bike computer. But the seller needs to change the description in that is doesn’t fast charge certain phones with it’s so called ‘power IQ fast charge technology’ !! UPDATE: Anker kindly offered a full refund for my disappointment in their product. Thank you Anker, you are still a good manufacturer and seller I will continue to use your products. If only all sellers were like you 🙂
I had previously used a friends power bank on holiday and it was amazing, highly recommended to me so I would do the same to another person looking for the best power bank on the market!
I did however have to get my item posted to my friends address in England for her to send it to me in Northern Ireland, adding double postage – when posting it to me in NI would have been exactly the same price to post to the address in England. Not sure why item was not able to be posted to NI when it is the same cost because it is in the UK.
I purchased this for my partner, and so far it’s working perfectly. Predominantly this is used for charing her phone and running a small desk fan
The twin charing port is a good idea.
I’ve had this power bank for about 3 months now. No issues. As with every power bank they take ages to charge up! But that’s normal so I just leave it overnight to charge.
Pros
– seems to have kept its charge and still works 3 months in
– can do at least 3 full charges of my iPhone mini
Cons
– doesn’t have a USB C outlet to charge device that way
My other power bank is a juice pack I’ve used for one year which I can charge a device with a USB C cable, but has smaller battery capacity than this anker one. I bought this anker power bank purely for the larger battery capacity and is also under the limit you are allowed to bring onto a plane.
Great portable charger. Has 2 modes. Instructions are very clear on how to use both modes/switch between modes (regular and trickle charge). Good size too, although a little on the heavy side, it’s performance makes up for it.
Charging power, battery life, etc., are all perfect. It allows you to fast-charge by double pressing on the button. Just be aware that you can’t charge from USB-C port. You can charge only through USB port.
I recently purchased the Anker Power Bank, and it has quickly become an essential part of my daily life. This power bank has proven to be a reliable and versatile companion, and here’s why:
First and foremost, the charging capacity of this power bank is impressive. It provides ample power to keep my devices running throughout the day. Whether I’m charging my smartphone, tablet, or even my wireless earbuds, I can count on the Anker Power Bank to keep them juiced up.
The build quality is exceptional. It feels solid and well-made, and I appreciate the attention to detail in its design. The materials used are high-quality, and it’s evident that Anker has put durability at the forefront of its design.
The slim and compact design makes it incredibly portable. It easily fits in my pocket or bag without adding much weight or bulk. This portability is a game-changer, especially when I’m traveling or on the move.
The multiple charging ports are a significant advantage. I can charge multiple devices simultaneously, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the fast-charging capability ensures that my devices get powered up quickly.
The LED indicators are a handy feature. They provide a clear and accurate representation of the power bank’s remaining charge, so I always know when it’s time to recharge the power bank itself.
Lastly, the Anker Power Bank has proven to be reliable in various situations, from long flights to outdoor adventures. It’s become a trusty companion for keeping my devices charged and ready when I need them most.
In conclusion, the Anker Power Bank has exceeded my expectations in terms of capacity, build quality, portability, and reliability. It’s a must-have accessory for anyone who relies on their devices while on the go. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and it has become an indispensable part of my daily tech arsenal.
I have one complaint, and I think it’s genuinely annoying and not just a little whiney gripe.
The USB-C Port can ONLY be used as an input (ie you can only use that port to charge the battery pack and not to charge a device) so the only output ports that work to charge your phone or other devices are the 2 USB ones. This is annoying because all my cables are basically USB-C at this point (my main phone cable is USBC to USBC so now I have to carry a second USB to USBC cable to use with this) but hey ho. This was under 30 and it charged my Google Pixel 6 3 times while I was camping and still had juice left to play with. Never drained it so can’t say exactly how much you’ll get out of it but I reckon most smart phones would be getting nearlllly 5 charges maybe?? But yeh, can’t argue with the price but that USB only output thing is annoying.
Bought 13th November 2020.
Worked reliably until today 25/08/2023.
Not quite 3 years. It was holding it’s charge fine even yesterday.
I’d left it charging overnight and the day after it just didn’t turn on and was overly hot. Granted I was charging from a charger that can charge upto 20w but it shouldn’t have made it overheat. The chargers recognise when a device isn’t capable of the high Watts and limits output so should be fine. A bit confusing why it happened.
I’ve ordered a Lachy which is capable of more Watts and more upto date. Hopefully that will last as long if not longer than this anker.
The size of the powerbank is slightly larger than an average smart phone. It is weighty but not overly so. I like that it can be charged with either micro USB or USB3. It can charge two devices at the same time which is handy.
There are little lights that show how much charge it has in it but an LCD display would have been a nice addition.
Charges my phone quickly and I’m happy with i
I bought this as a battery for a trip away. I have always bought Anker batteries and have never felt disappointed. I took away 2 batteries- this one 20,000mah and a 10,000mah (also Anker) that I’ve had for around 4 years.
Functionality wise – pretty much identical- as expected. What I didn’t expect was the 10,000mah to charge faster and last longer than the newer 20,000mah one. Not by a huge margin, but given the battery decrease in the old model and the double capacity in the new one it should not have been close, let alone lose.
It’s still powerful enough for most purposes and for my day to day. But if you need one for a longer trip it may not have quite the oomph you’d expect.
I bought this Anker powerbank to charge my remote control cars and my mobile phone and tablet when I’m out and about. I wanted a powerbank that was portable, durable, and had a large capacity.
The powerbank is compact and lightweight, and it fits easily in my bag or pocket. It has a 20000mAh capacity, which can charge my remote control cars in the same time as plugging into the mains. Charging my mobile devices is relatively quick, but I only really needed it to power the devices until I can get to a mains charger. So I cannot really judge it in a high demand environment. It has two USB ports, which can charge two devices at the same time. It also has a LED display that shows the remaining battery level and the charging status. It charges quickly and safely, and it has a built-in protection system that prevents overcharging, overheating, or short-circuiting. The powerbank is aesthetically pleasing, and comes in a handy heat expelling carry pouch which also allows the charge status to be seen on the powerbank.
I would recommend this powerbank to anyone who has a need for multiple devices to be kept running while on the go.
Good product a little heavier than expected but saw this from one of the reviews. Good charge on i
Was exactly as described and just keeps recharging my phone for forever. Love it.
Bought to use when we’re away camping without ehu, use it to charge phones & vape mod.
Fab , expect it to last many years.
Took it to Download festival and it fully charged my iPhone 12pro max 5 times with some juice to spare. I bought another one for my niece.
Arrived on time and exactly what it says. Held charge well and used at Glastonbury festival but did get confused as only able to charge from power with certain plug lead and had to use other outlet to charge phone. So stuck little labels on charger to remind me as got to one gig and had wrong lead to charge phone
The Anker 325 power bank is a well made, non brand impersonating, power storage device unlike its air filled counterparts from copycat brands.
I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I have quite a hefty battery to charge up. The old school portable batteries do not hold anywhere enough charge, and takes an eternity to charge my phone a reasonable amount. Therefore, I decided to buy this.
When it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the build quality, it feels robust, and despite throwing it in the bottom of a number of bags, it hasn’t scratched. I’ve read some complaints about it not having a case, and I agree that this is disappointing as it’s not exactly a cheap battery. However, this evidently isn’t needed, as it can take a beating.
Functionality-wise, this battery is great. It holds so much charge that I can charge my phone fully at least twice. With two USB slots, you can charge more than one item at a time. Charging is fast too. I’ve found myself using the battery instead of a standard plug, because it charges my phone so much quicker.
Because of the size of the battery, naturally it takes a while to fully charge it. However, I have a USB-C laptop charger which is powerful, and when I’m not using my laptop I can use the cable for my phone. It can take most of a day to replenish it though.
As for downsides, I’d say I have one minor, and one very minor gripe. There’s no pass through charging, however I did know this before purchasing. It can also be quite hard to see the indicator lights unless you’re looking exactly in line with it. This is only really an issue when it’s charging, as you cannot see how close to fully charged it is from an angle.
Overall, it’s a great product, and great value too! I’ve always trusted Anker products, and I’m yet to be disappointed.
I have bought this for travelling and it is the best power bank I have ever used sadly i have lost it on my trip to Casablanca(Morocco).
Takes a while to charge but hold up for 4-5 full iphone charges.
I will highly recommend this product.nice slim and easy to carry on holidays.
Can’t really say much more than that. Full fast charges for the whole festival. Perfec
Handy dude fits easily in a handbag/ pocket. Can charge 2 items at once, good charge span. I am really pleased with it.
Great for keeping all my tech stuff running at Glastonbury!
Kept watch, iPods and iPhone going for 4 days before I needed to recharge it.
Would be better with USB C output but adapters are easily obtained.
Bought this for Glastonbury festival to charge my phone over the 5 days. It only went down by half and did 4 full iPhone charges and 1 fitbit watch charge. Would highly recommend
I bought a couple of these for the grown up family to use whilst in florida on holiday. Seemed to have good capacity and phone recharge capability. I did wonder if th Usa socket voltage of 110 made the pack longer to charge .. good purchase
A great powerbank that quickly charges my Samsung phone within 2h from dead to full. Charger can charge my phone two to three times between charges and itself can be charged up over the course of the night. Allows for usb-c or mirco-usb charging unlike other chargers I’ve had which means I only need to keep track of a single usb-c cable to charge both it and my phone. Comes with a mesh sleave for protection while sitting in a bag which keeps it looking great.
Good, decent battery, but best in mind that the USB c is only for charging the power bank. This power bank can only really trickle charge devices, so if you’re using them at the same time, it probably won’t do the job
Took this to a weekend festival and it charged 2 phones multiple times. Simple to use, efficient, looks nice and a good weight. The only slight downside is that it seems to take an extraordinary length of time to charge up, but unlikely to be a problem in practice if you leave it plugged in overnight.
This simply does what it says and very well built. I have other ANKER products and they are all built well. This charged my ipad easily and does my phones very quickly. it holds a big charge and although not light its light enough to carry in you bag with my other bits. Easy to use and not over complicated with two options for receiving a charge and two for sending one.
Basic power bank, well built, good capacity – as advertised. Easy to transport, reasonably light and slim line.
This power bank works really well, takes a while to charge but does last a long time, great for traveling and flying. Would reccomend
Not as good as predecessor but great size/weight in comparison to it!!!”
Bought it as we got caught with no chargers at an airport when our flights were delayed and phone batteries died.
When new it takes a whole night to fully build up it’s reserve of power so allow for that.
Once fully filled up this bank gives you nearly a week’s worth of charges.
It’s solidly built. Has a bit of weight to it. Has lights Infront to tell you how much power it has left.
Can charge 2 devices at the same time.
Glad to have this in the rucksack on my travels now.
A little on the heavy side, but would definitely recommend
Love it! Light slim but powerful little power bank. Anker is now my preferred choice
I’ve used it on a heated gilet all day and it’s still got plenty of life left in i
It was a birthday gift for a nephew. He’s thrilled with it’s performance
Charge overnight, runs jacket heater elements for most of day
Title sums it up, decent power, similar size to iphone11, bought first one over a year ago, just bought anothe
This is an excellent product. Bought for my son to keep his iPhone charged. Practically fully charged from 11% using a fraction of its own charge. One downside is the time it takes to initially charge but that is a minor issue given its upside.
Works perfect with iPhone 12 Pro Max just remember to get the usb-a cable and works perfect.
Anker makes good products and this is no exception. Good quality and a fair price.
Really good price during BF, the power stays for so long. Gonna bring it for my trip next month! Nice design as well!
There are cheaper power banks on the market but I would rather pay more for what I know to be a good quality and reliable brand. Top marks as always from Anke
A good priced but most importantly well made piece of kit. Feels reassuringly heavy and solid! Doesn’t take long to charge and has more than enough for 3-4 charges of my iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Nice bit of ki
Lasted me a whole weekend trip away and still had juice left. Brilliant product. Very sturdy aswell
Lots to chose from out there but this does what it needs and has the charge up speed along with charging the accessories quickly. Great Black Friday deal
Very black not many lights or tricks it took all day to charge but it lasts a long time and charge multiple items ie phone headphones at same time
Would recommend
Very well packaged, very ergonomic, holds charge for ages! Definitely worth buying a reputable brand over cheaper ones. It’s taken quite a beating since I bought it!
I have bought this product for a Christmas present. I looked at the reviews to determine my choice, it’s for an Android phone. I do not know its capabilities yet.
These are absolutely amazing I’ve had 2 now and they both lasted over a year and only stopped working because of misuse by me accidentally bending the charging port by dropping it while on charge, it charges everything insanely quick and is so handy
As said above this power bank took me 2 whole days using a Samsung charger to get to full charge
It’s a good power bank but I feel the battery level indicator could be better.
Solid item good build quality and great company to boot
They don’t lie about the size of the battery unlike many others
EDIT – anker reached out and replaced this unit with no fuss no questions just incredible customer service.
Thank you anker
I will be back!
The same size as a Samsung Galaxy S22plus, makes it easy to use. Fairly lightweight.
Does not come with a USBC Cable which is poor. And why do these things never come with a cover/bag for battery and cable.
This power bank is a great piece of kit for most of your devices. It gives you extended use of your phone, earbuds, & many other smaller items. It’s well built & feels good quality, albeit a bit heavy for carrying in a pocket. I can recommend it as a solid choice for the money.
Incredible product. I carry it everywhere now, work, hiking, traveling. Very useful
Does what it says on the tin. Provides additional power when out and about. Slim and not overly heavy, given it’s capacity.
Initial charge takes a while, so be ready for that. One done lasts a long time, decent item
It’s a bit heavy but it looks charging 1000 times. It’s been a while since I bought it, been using it many times and had to charge it only once so far.
It took long hours charging, but it works perfectly for many times. It’s worthy to have one.
I have had the previous model for 6 years. Bought this one as a gift as I’m so impressed with mine. Charges really fast!
I liked that is very powerful and you can charge it with both micro usb and usb-c but I think is too heavy and not very easy to carry around.
Absolute life saver when travelling. Holds its charge really well. Charges my iphone and android devices really fast.
The battery bank itself does take a while to charge and i wish it did have pass through charging. But at this price, no complaints whatsoever.
This is the first time I have used a power bank. I bought it due to rumours of power outages over winter. So, it seems OK but for me the instruction leaflet is poor, I’m not very tech savvy. For example it tells you how to activate the trickle charge feature but it doesn’t tell you when you should use trickle charge instead of fast charge. Google and YouTube filled in the gaps, but it shouldn’t be like this – just make it clear for goodness sake.
Used this battery pack as I tend to travel a lot and sometimes I’m without any power outlets nearby, so this was a sensible option for me. Not too expensive, but also not too cheap. The casing is strong and feels professional, it looks professional too, and fits well in a back pocket.
Only downside is how long it seems to take charging, but once it’s fully charged, it’ll last you a good few days, depending on how little you use it for. I used it fully charged for 3 hours in NYC, charged from 1% to 89% and it still had 3 bars of power left over. Fantastic little device.
Fortunately this is easy to work out because the little leaflet that comes with it is not that helpful.
Seems to be working fine and gives a good recharge life.
Charges two iPhones easily and quickly without touching the charge. Our older iPad however does lessen the charge much more quickly. Recharges overnight for very little electric so good to go next day
I bought this to use on holiday as we had 4 flights and I didn’t want my phone to run out of battery. It’s a good charger, holds a lot of charge (used on a 9hour flight and is still showing fully charged) and is the usual well made anker product. One thing I didn’t notice before I left home for holiday is that the USB-C port is input only so I had the wrong cable and ended up having to find an adapter to use my iPhone USB-C lightning cable. Not a problem if you pay attention, clearly I didn’t.
I’ve been using Anker products for a while now, and they really are just great, I rarely have any problems with them, and if i do, they just fix it straight away.
This particular product is great, i get at least 4 full charges for my phone (samsung s8).
The one little ‘hick-up’ , i’m not sure if its as the company gets bigger little things are being cut. When originally purchased in 2020 they used to come with a nice case/cover. The new one i have just ordered, does not.
Still this does not affect the product, still brilliant 5*
Bought this for a holiday and it was absolutely fantastic. It charged my phone and watch for 3 days before if had to recharge it. It was great as could take it with me to the pool or beach. It is a little heavy but well worth the price as it is the best battery pack I’ve owned. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who needs power and isn’t near a power point.
Bought this power bank but used to charge only my iPhone & it did the job well. Charging Apple Watch is good as well. Charging the power bank takes several hours. I never used the C charger but found it faulty & that disappointed me. I should have checked all services earlier.
The power bank is overall ok but I can not use all functions. I hope this is a one off only to me.
I’m a busy boy and always on the go.
Fishing concerts football travelling.
While at concerts all day, the phone (iPhone 12) would always be struggling to hold charge, so to have this device in one pocket and phone in another, I can video, take pictures or use social media whilst still charging the battery, it does a full re charge in under an hour. Charging the device itself may take a few hours, but I learned a routine in the morning plug it in when you make the first coffee, but the time you’ve done your shower breakfast and ready to leave a couple of hours later, it’s ready to go. Very reliable, and I will replace with another of the same. Worry free battery supply.
Originally bought for a no electricity camping trip and it worked well. No issues charging. Still had a lot of life left after a weekends use (about half) I’ve used it for many trips now not just camping. It is on the heavier side though so for day use when you want to charge a phone once probably a bit bulky but it’s personal preference. I’ll be taking it on city breaks as between using maps to get around and photos I’ll be able to charge my phone multiple times.
Charged a phone and headphones 5 times over and still had 25 percent power. Fab.
Works great. And lasts about 5-6 full charged for phone.
This powerbank is ideal for charging you phone/tablet if travelling for days without needing to go looking for plug socket!
