This was a repeat of a previous order. We’re happy with the taste. It’s as good as bottled water and certainly works out a lot cheaper. It’s easy to install and it has handy date stickers so you can see the filters last as long as they suggest – 6months, even though when you’re replacing them it doesn’t feel like it was last changed 6 mths ago!

…they are great value for money & IMO just as good as the extortionate priced Samsung equivalents. In fact, even better as the OEM ones cause my water dispenser to drip after I’ve fitted them. These don’t!!

I’ve had a single one of these and it worked fine so have now got the double pack. I don’t live in a hardwater area. Only comment is that they are a tighter fit than the manufacturer replacements. but once fitted. no issues. Fridge still reports the same amount of time before showing as needing replaced.

Spot the difference..
Apart from a slightly different shade of white I can’t tell the difference with the manufacturers product – expect the price differential!! A big saving.

The best thing about this is the flow rate is good and consistent. I can’t say the same about previous filters that I have tried. The fit is perfect and there was no mess coming through when installed. Overall I would definitely buy again.

Also noticed the ‘nozzle’ is very slightly wider but fits perfectly and as a result the water flow is much faster. Can’t fault. Just wish I’d bothered to look sooner!

Although I said tasteless, the water definitely tastes softer than straight from the tap. However, I only gave it four stars as I found it a lot harder to fit than others I have fitted before. In my Samsung American-style fridge freezer, I had to push Phil to act hard and also twisted hard for it to fit, which may be why others have reported that it does not fit the fridge freezers even though their model is listed. But for the price, I,d persevere but would recommend holding the top of the filter head (socket) whilst pushing up the filter and turning it to avoid damage to the fridge freezer or filter head.

First time using these filters, snug, positive fit. A bit awkward to install due to design of fridge, not filter. Seems to be no weird tastes overall, very chuffed with purchase.

Great value compared to other filters
Brought for a Samsung American style fridge freezer. This product was great value the service was fast and as described. I installed it and it is working fine, I have purchased another and will be using this company again.
Didn’t know whether to go with the Samsung branded filter. Glad I didn’t. These fit perfectly and there’s two in a pack. Didn’t even have to turn the water off first. Note, when you unscrew your old filter, it’s full of water. There will be a dribble when you take it out but it’s nothing to worry about. Water seems totally fine and the kids love it.
