Deze Avermedia Live Gamer mini werkt prima, ik had alleen van de verkoper graag geweten of er de USB aansluitkabel wel of niet bij in was begrepen, dat was nu niet duidelijk, ik had er zelf n bij gekocht, maar bleek overbodig, want er was wel n bij.

L’enregistreur fonctionne trs bien a moins d’avoir un pc un minimum performant. Je l’ai test sur 3 ordinateurs et 1 seul a bien enregistr. Celui qui fonctionne est sous Intel avec carte graphique.
Le logiciel est trs bien pour faire de simple enregistrement. J’aimerais avoir un timer pour dmarrer et stopper l’enregistrement automatiquement.
Je recommande ce produit car simple a transporter. Il faut tout de mme quelque cble HDMI.
Avermedia on fait un rel effort par rapport a l’avermedia HD II !
J’espre que tout fonctionnera encore pendant des annes.

Good lower cost alternative to Elgato
Pretty good – seems to work reliably, no annoying software to install – I just wish that the passthrough supported 1440p even if it would only capture at 1080p.
One of best capture cards on a budget you can buy I had the lgp lite before the live gamer and I can tell you now this is a serious upgrade with a dedicated encoder.
Once you get it you will have to run the avermedia install assistant which will then ask you to install a lot of software which could take about 30mins.
But overall it doesn’t crash in OBS it’s 60 FPS and unlimited FPS pass through so if your pc gaming at 240fps you will see your 240fps game through monitor and record and stream at 60fps.

Only thing i could say is instal drivers or wont get audio over cature card but otherwise perfect no issues using to stream on twitch youtube using my switch xbox and pc

Vena de una capturadora barata de 20 eur que me daba muchsimos problemas.
Pasar a este nivel de producto se nota, debera haberlo hecho desde el principio.

I bought this to stream a video game from Nintendo Switch to my Mac. It was very much cheaper than what seemed to be the only other alternative. The lack of documentation, both with the Live Gamer and on line, made it very challenging to set up. However, once I did, somewhat serendipitously, manage to get it working, it worked faultlessly, without any apparent slowing down, and has done so ever since. Thoroughly recommended but please, AverMedia, why don’t you enclose a few hints on set up, especially for Mac users?

Esta es la mejor capturadora calidad/precio en mi opinion. He probado capturadoras de marcas no reconocidas y no cumplian como lo hace esta. La recomiendo al 100% si no te quieres gastar mucho dinero como es mi caso.

What an amazing capture card. Easy to install, worked straight away. No issues at all. Its compact so sits nicely under my monitor for easy reach. Love it. Glad I didn’t pay twice the price for another brand!!

As a Twitch Affiliate I’m constantly upping my set up and trying to be cost effective is hard. Previously I’ve spent 130+ on capture cards and was sceptical about this being so cheap… IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Smooth capture, crisp sound and amazing value for money. Cannot recommend enough!

My Avermedia LGP LITE died after 4 years and I needed a replacement! I tried the Elgato HD60+ that claimed no latency but that wasn’t the case so got this instead! I’m glad I did!
The GC553 is small and easy to set up, the only thing I miss is a physical record button that the LGP LITE Had!
I connected my Xbox One X to it and set it to 4k 30 and it ran flawlessly through the software and I could play it from the program! I will be using this card from now on on my YouTube channel Sexy Biscuit! Very impressed

Have been using this for a few weeks now for live streaming and it does a pretty good job. Installation was easy and it has been reliable. The only small issue is, as others have said, there is some latency of a few hunderd ms but this is easily compensated for in teh streaming software.

Au dpart j’ai eu quelques soucis de son dans mon logiciel de streaming mais aprs quelques rglages a fonctionne parfaitement ! Je suis satisfaite du produit.

Tena dudas pq yo tengo un i5 2540m, un procesador inferior al recomendable para grabacin, pero el uso que le doy es la de web cam externa con cmaras de video y muy bien y buena calidad.

Das Produkt bentigt fr Bild und Ton die Software ReCentral von Avermedia, die auf einigen Computern bestimmte Fehler hat.
Auf meinem neuen Rechner startet ReCentral nur, wenn ich die Software als Administrator starte.
Auf meinem alten Rechner funktioniert ReCentral immer. Es scheint Hardwareabhngig zu sein.
Deshalb dachte ich zunchst, dass es nicht funktionierte, weil ich im Internet nicht den gleichen Fehler gefunden hatte. Das ist sehr bld.
Schade auch, dass das Gert nicht nativ in OBS mit Ton funktioniert.
Sonst gut und einwandfrei.

I was hesitating when looking for other comments regarding the compatibility of iOS system (having mac book), but after a while and some more studies, I found that iOS version and all the settings should match the requirements. So there you go! and I am totally satisfied with it!
I have used it since a while, around I guess more than 50 days. I have to say this card brought really stunning user experiences. I don’t even feel the latency at all and it’s just running smoothly every time when I went live streaming.
Good product and I think the price is definitely worth it.

Well it works!!! I can stream my switch and record, the only issue is the manual is a bit not clear as it took me some time to figure out the audio from my switch output…
Achieved what I intended which was to turn my Sony camera into a webcam to allow live streaming. Very pleased.

This device is the distillation of simplicity and usability. Anyone can easily understand and use this device. Video capture has come a looong way since I started doing it years ago with FireWire (what a headache that was), and I’ve been using Elgato and Razor’s products, both of them didn’t meet the satisfaction ( I have high-speed connection). This device is the distillation of simplicity and usability, no problem at all with my Nintendo Switch. Anyone can easily understand and use this AVerMedia device. Recommended.
I dont normally do reviews but i felt i had to write one for this. I am not a technology person and its took me one afternoon to install it it was the programe to install on the computer i did not find it easy. once the programe is on it is ok my daughter is wanting it to do switch nintendo games reviews and game play on her you tube chanel.
we did have a problem contecting it to the switch and i had to email Avermedia them selfs
they said for the HDCP problem we need to remove the usb-c power cable from the switch dock to reset. once we did this it worked. We have managed to record game play and put it on youtube (callie and marie playz)
if you would like to see how well it does.
you do need to play with it to get settings right. i still can not record voice on to the game recording but i still got to learn how to use it. I only had it two weeks but all in all would i carry on useing it and recomend it. YES

Caught the streamer bug after being unemployed during Covid-19 lockdown. I have a good knowledge of AV working in film/tv, but I’d say even the most novice user would find this a piece of cake to use. HDMI pass through has zero latency and I can’t notice a quality difference between the passthrough signal vs the HDMI straight into my monitor. It provides an encoded 1080p signal at 60 FPS (which is a big selling point for this card over other similarly priced products) meaning your stream can be sent out at 60fps in all it’s glory.
Since using for a week or so every day I’ve had no issues with lag or performance problems when using mac or windows. Really easy to set up and was surprised at how “plug and play” it really was.

HDMI pass through has zero latency and I can’t notice a quality difference between the passthrough signal vs the HDMI straight into my monitor. It provides an encoded 1080p signal at 60 FPS (which is a big selling point for this card over other similarly priced products) meaning your stream can be sent out at 60fps in all it’s glory.
Since using for a week or so every day I’ve had no issues with lag or performance problems when using mac or windows. Really easy to set up and was surprised at how “plug and play” it really was.

After checked hundreds of reviews, communicated with some Twitch streamers, I decided to choose GC553 since I really need a good 4K passthrough capture card. It’s very easy to connect and setup, the CyberLink video editing tool is also useful to me. Under my system : Intel i7 8th Gen. 8550U, 16GB DDR3, GeForce MX150, 256G SSD, Windows 10 64bit Home, it runs pretty smoothly, so far. The By using RECentral software to record in HDR mode is one of the most amazing feature to me, with my PS4, I only need to perform some minor adjustment, then the picture quality is quite perfect. Recommend this tiny card to both beginner and professional level streamers.

Had a MacBook Pro 2019 “15 and it didn’t work with it since the USB inputs on that Mac laptop were 3.1 USB buses. On the Avermedia website it said it wasn’t compatible with USB 3.1 only USB 3.0 (which was a bummer since I didn’t know until I got the product. I probably could’ve gotten a 3.0 USB hub but luckily I already had a spare windows laptop. I downloaded a software called “RECentral” and “OBS” but I only use OBS to stream. I also had to update the firmware of the Ultra by using the Assist Central (on their website).
(Edit: it does work with a 3.0 USB Hub on a MacBook, and you can download “RECentral” “OBS” and “Assist Central”)

Ho acquistato il dispositivo in questione per registrare dei gameplay delle varie console tra cui Switch e PS4 e devo dire che tutto sommato si comporta bene.
I lati positivi sono sicuramente la trasportabilit in quanto veramente piccolo e svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro di registrazione. La qualit video arriva fino a 1080 60fps e l’audio chiaro e pulito.
I lati negativi invece comprendono un ritardo e un po di lag, probabilmente dato dalla connessione ancora USB 2.0 che quindi non permette di giocarci sullo stesso monitor della registrazione. Inoltre non supporta il passtrought 4k quindi gioco forza su PS4 pro si costretti ad arrangiarsi con split HDMI per poter giocare 4k mentre si registra. Nella confezione presente solo l’unit e nessun cavo HDMI come ad esempio succede sulla proposta razer. Il software avermedia per quanto intuitivo e semplice risulta di una pesantezza assoluta rispetto a OBS, quindi se ci attaccate il fisso da gioco o un portatile abbastanza prestante puo essere usato, altrimenti evitatelo e usate OBS e simili.
In conclusione diciamo che per il prezzo di 110 euro non lo trovo troppo bilanciato soprattutto nel 2020 in cui lo standard dovrebbe essere USB 3.0 con un pass 4K. Consiglio l’acquisto solo se trovato in sconto sotto i 100, senno ci sono molte altre alternative altrettanto valide, soprattutto visto che il plus del software proprietario non molto fruibile.

Permet sur un PC avec port USB2 de visualiser un signal vido HDMI, de l’enregistrer ou de l’envoyer en streaming sur l’Internet.
Test avec des signaux HDMI jusqu’ 1080p60.

capturadora economica y con muchas funciones, puede transmitir en directo y grabar, tambien es capaz de poner en una pequea ventana tu imagen con la webcam, para lo cual hace falta un ordenador claro.
Easy to setup and use! no drivers needed (Windows 10 OBS Studio).
Needed a usb capture card (mounted under the desk) for an itx build as you only have 1 pcie lane for the graphics card, the card it self is small and compact doesn’t take up much room on the desk, it was practically plug and play, connected the card to my dedicated rec/streaming PC via the usb 3.1 cable then connected my gaming rig to the box via HDMI and cloned the display to my 1440p 144hz monitor loaded up OBS Studio and added video capture source and OBS detected it straight away no drivers needed!! (Windows 10) such a great alternative to the much much more expensive capture cards really am impressed and happy with my purchase and recommend it to anybody who wants to use a dual PC setup! rather than using Newteks OBS NDI.

Lo nico que dira como pega, es que es necesario tener el ordenador encendido para que el aparato tenga alimentacin, ya que si no es as no transmite la imagen a la televisin. Me gustara que tuviera alimentacin independiente, o al menos la opcin.

Great but very bad instructions
Was very close to returning this due to me thinking it wasn’t working or was broken. Had many issues setting this up, it’s hard to even find the software you need since the site is mostly chinese. It’s not clear how to setup streaming or anything, but once you get it working it’s golden and quality is great. If anything happens i will change my review but the missing 1 star is due to how poor the guide is.
Great product, bu could be easier to set up.
I love this product, no doubt about it. Its major setback is just the fact that the link to instructions is incorrect, and only takes you to the home screen of their website. I f you are looking for how to set up one of these, I’d just recommend searching up the name of the product, it comes up a lot faster!
Excellent work! I succeeded in two laptops recording and gaming, that just much more better than one computer, high bps, good hardware usage, and minimizing size for travel!
Only problem is that the type-A to USB-B cable is not work very stable. Also don’t try to use the software of them. Just rubbish. Employ OBS as well, they recommend less hardware!
2500U+Vega 8 for 1080P30fps gaming, H265 could give 30Mbps mp4 recording!
Awesome bit of tech for keeping that 4k experience while streaming / recording. (Not it does not record or stream in 4k, it’s just a pass through if your wondering). Easy to set up, no issues getting it to run through OBS, and it’ll grab your po arty audio as well. Only thing you should know is that you can’t charge your controller while streaming as it’ll mess up your chat with background static, however that’s a party chat / controller issue, and not AVERMEDIAs device.
Could be better.
A lot of hassle getting it working, needed to contact support to do so, just a shame so much tech nowadays doesn’t just work out of the box, party chat option sounds terrible on this and for those reasons I have taken a star away.
Little tough to set up, but great service and neat little product once going.
My only negative would be a lack of instructions, but support via Facebook have been really communicative in helping me get the product to work. The product does work with a Mac but do ensure you have an i5 processor and better or it just won’t work properly – it needs the specs it specifies.
Once working the product is great, the picture is really clear and setting it up and taking it down again is a really easy process. Plus, having the ability to record party chat through the device is a really great USP.
If like me you were wanting to stream and capture footage but not compromise on 4k visuals than you can’t go wrong with this device. The only negative aspect is the LGP 2+ does not pass through HDR, so if you upgraded your TV recently to capatalise on the advanced features of the X or even S you will miss out on that.
