I have had this product for almost 2 years and what can I say is the best robot and the best vacuum cleaner because it vacuums better than the standard one. The floor always shines after every cleaning and the carpet is more than clean, including the hair. My back loves this robot, and since I am a must have a very clean house I fell in love with this product. I don’t know how I survived without “him” before. Customer service is great and friendly which is a big plus. I would highly recommend.

This robot vacuum is easy to use and reasonably priced. Set up is simple and the customer service when we had any questions was excellent. Emails are replied to promptly and they go over and above to fix any issues.

The robot hoover is reliable and has good cleaning ability for hard floors. Remote control was a little hit and miss with the timer element – but we managed to work around this. A great little item that we could not be without now for our hard kitchen floors.
We purchased the Baguette BG600 In June 2020 and have used it every day on the timed setting which lasts approx 1h45m. It cleans the downstairs (hall, dining room, kitchen, utility, sitting room) in this time and saves me having to do it. I sometimes take it upstairs and leave it to clean too, and it manages even on the thick carpet, sensing the top of the stairs so it doesn’t fall down. It picks up pretty much everything, from hair to sand, dust etc. and with the brushes manages to clean the edges thoroughly. It can get stuck under low furniture, but we just put a strip of wood or similar to prevent it from going underneath anything too low. After fourteen months the unit has stopped charging, but Bagotte have shown excellent customer service and have offered to send a replacement.
This is my first and only robot vac and while it’s not perfect for it’s relatively low price it is definitely value for money. This little droid does need to have an eye kept on it as it bumbles around as it is very easily caught up in any stray cord, string or other strands. However after a few weeks I’ve gotten used to moving problem items out of it’s way and placing obstacles to block off cord heavy areas before starting a routine. I wouldn’t have this vac on automatic timer, it’s a little too dumb for that but I set it off when I am around to keep an eye out and it does a great job, it’s amazing how much I have to empty out of it each time. I can confirm that the unit does easily avoid falling down stairs though, which was my first concern when I purchased this. All told, for a budget end robot vac this is great.
The product does everything it says it will do. We have solid floors around the house, we just set the timer and away it goes every day at 9pm. Great results every time – as for the customer service, this is also second to none – thanks Bagotte
Does what we wanted it to- it vacuums on our behalf! Bagotta BG600 gets to work when we are out of the house as it is programmable. Hops over door thresholds and on and off rugs without a problem (so long as rugs don’t have tassled ends). Have once had to contact Bagotta customer services who were very responsive and excellent.
This has been a great machine for us and does a great job. We have a large area of wooden floor and it keeps it very clean, getting underneath the sofas and into all of the corners. After a few months of ownership, we had a problem and the customer service support to fix this was excellent. Highly recommended.
Great machine, love it. It is efficient and much quieter than expected. It cleans in corners, edges, under beds and sofas with no effort involved and it is easy to empty. It can be left and it will recharge itself. Why push a vac around when you can sit back and let this do the work. Would highlt recommend.
If we ever needed to contact Customer Services the reply was alway quick and helpful.
I love these machines and have one downstairs and one upstairs, to make life easier. It’s a lot cheaper than getting a cleaner in and I can choose my own hours to get the floors cleaned.
Have just had building work done, the place is very dusty and the upstairs Bagotte was working overtime. It started to slow down and could only manage one room at a time before heading back to base. I contacted the company and they sent me advice on resetting the machine, but when it didn’t work, they immediately offered to send me a replacement – I’m impressed and delighted, to say the least!
I’m lucky the machine is still under guarantee, but the downstairs one is doing fine and I’m reassured by Bagotte’s excellent customer service.
I was dubious that this little robot would be as good as the really expensive ones but it is fab. Really does the job on carpets and hard floors. We have cats and it picks up all the fluff and does a really good job in between me doing a proper vacuum.

Bought as Christmas present for daughter, very quick delivery. Nice looking machine and daughter is delighted with the amount Betty picks up on her rounds. Cleaning cycle quite a bit longer than my old Roomba, deals effectively with dog hair and rugs. Happy with this purchase thank you
This is a great little hoover to stick on in the evening when the kids are in bed to get rid of all those pesky crumbs and other things they constantly drop. We have an L shaped couch which is hard to move to hoover round with our shark but with this little hoover it goes under the couch so no need to move it. Winner. Also as long as you put all wires out the way (I learnt this the hard way when it ate my phone charger) you can turn this on when you’re going out and come back to a nicely hoovered lounge. Very impressed with this little guy, we’ve had him a year and a half now but there is an error on it and has stopped working but after a couple of emails to the seller they are sending out a new one as it is still in warranty. Very good customer service.
This was my first robot vacuum so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did lots of research and eventually decided on the Bagotte as it had excellent reviews and a good price point. I was not disappointed! I love this robot vacuum! It has great suction power and is very simple to use. I will never be without one again, I have told lots of friends and they have also purchased. I have had it for a year and a half now and it gave no trouble up to this point. However the last few weeks it seemed to be loosing charge and not running for the full runtime. I contacted Bagotte support and they were very helpful and responded instantly. They gave me a list of things to try, cleaning charging contact points etc but it didn’t make a difference. They have now contacted me to send me a new robot and I am happy with this. After all it is an excellent vacuum and I wouldn’t let this issue put me off buying another. Excellent product and excellent customer service!
Bagotte is a very decent mid class robot. It has good suction and it collects all the hair and we are 2 girls in the house so we have a lot of hair and we live on a main road and we have a lot of dust. I can definitely tell the difference when I don’t use my Bagotte for a few days as the house start getting super dirty. The noise isn;t too loud and the robot is good on both carpet and wooden surfaces.
Good cleaning power and easy to control. Very easy to empty and clean. Only drawback is the charge does not last long enough to do more than a couple of rooms. Would need to recharge for a few hours in between to clean the whole house
I’ve had this robot for over and year and I could not be happier. like any other it requires maintenance in keeping the brush out of hair and emptying the deposit regularly, but it’s totally worth it for not having to worry about regular cleaning.
I have been hesitant to purchase a robot vacuum but I can honestly say that it is hands down one of my best purchases for our home this year. Its louder then I thought. So I cannot sit in the sofa and watch TV as its sorting the longe for me! Never mind. Definitely recommend.
This little vacuum is brilliant especially for the price you pay. Having 2 dogs and a cat the vacuum gets put through it’s paces everyday and does not disappoint! I have had it for nearly 18 months now and would not be without one. I have recently had a fault appear but have been in touch direct with Bagotte who have responded super quick to my emails and have sorted this out for me, great customer service!
I have wanted a robot vacuum for a while now, but wasn’t sure if it was going to a good investment or not. Are they as good as they seem to be? However I decided to take the plunge and it went beyond my expectations
PACKAGING
Very nice packaging, neatly packed away with all accessories and manuels organised. Only small amounts of plastic. I’m a prime member so delivery was quick and effortless. No box damage and the product was well protected.
SETUP
Batterys (ncluded) inserted into the remote, power cable for the hub in plugged into the socket, adjust the time on the remote and that’s pretty much it! Super easy and fool proof. The manual included was also very helpful and allows you discover what each button does on the remote. About 10 minutes from unboxing to fully setup.
CLEANING
I have this vacuum programmed to do its rounds at 9am every day. 9am comes and off it went, navigating it’s way very well and getting under sideboards and coffee tables with no effort. It really did reach every corner of the room and it’s cleaning power was actually a surprise to me. It climbs onto the thicker rug with no struggle and lowers down onto my hard kitchen floor with ease. It’s also quieter than I was expecting, apart from the odd bump into walls (which is normal but not an issue).
I have 2 cats with a lot of hair, so vacuuming is a daily chore for me. I’m also visually impaired so it’s troublesome to get everywhere super clean. This robot makes those problems a thing of the past. In fact I’m embarrassed to admit how much fur it got out of my carpet, much more than my upright does and I’m not exaggerating.
The rug and carpets look brand new again. And I don’t need to get the upright every day which is a blessing. The amount of dust and fur it picks up on each round increases my confidence in this machine each time it goes about its thing. If you have pets, trust me this will make your life so much easier.
I also have allergies which cause severe sinusitis, problematic when you have 2 cats as you can imagine! But since I’ve had this vacuum I’ve found I’m no longer sniffling.
After the cleaning is done, the robot finds its way back to the dock and charges itself. The dust compartment on the back is very easy to take away and empty. The vacuum also comes with tools to make cleaning the brushes easier and a spare filter which I thought was a really cool addition.
OVERALL
It’s rare I write reviews, but this device has made my life so much easier and I felt it deserved a good rating. I also wanted others in my position a couple of weeks ago who are in doubt, to be reassured that they won’t be wasting their money with this. Highly recommend.
I’ve had lifelong misfortune/frustration with machines of all kinds – they HATE me! – and it’s mutual!!
But I totally ADORE this wee dude!! So far he’s been great, doing a surprisingly good job, both as a vacuum (I call him Robbie!), and as his alter-ego, RoboMop!! (I have no idea HOW the mop works, but it DOES!) Great on both wooden floors and linoleum – I don’t have carpets, but he handles rugs without problems.
Hairs tend to get tangled around the brushes, requiring you to untangle them every so often, which is fine by me as long as they’re being lifted, which they obviously are.
Very good battery life after a recharge, and very easy to use, even for a technophobe like me! (A user manual for the mop would have been handy though!)
Worth every penny and highly recommended!
I purchased the Bagotte 600 last year November. So far the robot was excellent,easy to clean, did the job and I had no issues. Just a few a weeks ago it started making a loud rattling noise. I reported it to the Bagotte customer service team who were quick to respond very helpful and arranged a replacement. Thanks to the support team for an excellent customer service!
I was a little sceptical at this to be honest, worried it may be all glitter and no substance but WOW!! This is amazing, it’s amazing cleaning the home a little everyday. Rather than having to do it yourself, preplan the little marvel and let it do it’s thing. It’s like your own home help that doesn’t require a cuppa T. Defiantly a purchase to treat yourselves.
I purchased this robot vacuum because I have wood floor throughout the downstairs of my home, 2 dogs and 3 children. I seemed to spend most of my day either with the upright hoover or dustpan & brush. The hoover is set to work overnight so we always wake up to lovely clean floors. I also purchased the separate water container, whilst it’s not an alternative to a mop and bucket it does a great quick clean.
Good vacuum, worked as it should. Tackled most dirt with ease and was able to find it way around rooms no problem.
Stopped working after several months with 4 beeps constant despite rolling brush moving freely, bagotte offered replacement under warranty.
It’s very good just have to make sure not near any wires or any loose thread on carpets
Was sceptical about robot hoovers in general, and in particular the lower price models.
However this hoover is really very good.
We have a 2 bed flat and it cleans all the rooms in one charge, it can easily get over door divides and navigate around furniture perfectly fine.
Has all the settings you really need.
Additionally customer support is very good
I have had this for approximately 11 months now and use it at least 3 times a week. It still performs very well and is great for getting up all the bits on both the tiled floors and carpet. The remote has all the settings you would need and I would highly recommend the Bagotte as a robot hoover.
This vacuum is so much better then I was expecting, I have mostly hard floors with some rugs, it moves between to two with no problem and picks up ready well, it’s easy to use, easy to empty. I have found as I have long hair and so does two of my girl, it a good idea to check the spinning brush underneath weekly as our hair (which it picks you great) does get wrapped up in it, a tool is in the bag that cuts it free and the roller pops out so it’s easy to remove and hair. I already own an iRobot Roomba and decided that I would like a second robot vacuum to save have to take one upstairs and bring it back down. The cost of another Roomba was prohibitive and so I decided, after reading reviews, to give the Bagotte BG600 a try. Whilst it doesn’t have some of the advanced features of the Roomba it does the actual job of vacuuming just as well as the more expensive Roomba. One downside is the battery in the Bagotte is not replaceable – which means when the battery fails eventually it will be pretty useless. However, hopefully that is a long way off.
Very easy to set up and set a timer so the vacuum gets on with the job without me worrying about it. The remote control is easy to set up and use. All in all a great value robot vacuum (I paid 99 for it by using a discount voucher on the Amazon page).
I also purchased the mop kit (separate, so additional cost of 20.99). I previously owned an iRobot Scooba but that had long since died. The Bagotte BG600 is great at mopping up and cleaning spills. I also set it to clean the entire kitchen floor (I have a fairly large open plan kitchen) – which it did quite well using just 300ml of liquid.
It is far quieter than the Roomba, which is another point in it’s favour and it is not as tall as the Roomba which means it goes under some pieces of furniture that the Roomba can’t quite fit under. Again, that’s another big plus point for me.
My whole house is either laminate or tiled flooring and the Bagotte deals with these floor surfaces extremely well.
Having to vacuum the entire house manually is not only time-consuming, but also inefficient in certain aspects (e.g. can’t vacuum under the bed, sofa, etc. due to limited reach). The Bagotte BG600 is a time-saver and can reach under the bed, sofa, tables, etc. without any effort and has worked wonderfully without any problems for the first 15 months.
However, it has been causing a bit of problems with charging lately. On contacting the support team, they were extremely quick in responding and very helpful, and have even promised to replace it free of cost.
Will update this post once I receive the replacement.
Update: Received the replacement. Works perfectly! Great customer support! Changing the 4-stars to 5-stars!
We have a dog and the hairs need vacuumed regularly, some days we don’t get to it and then the next day it’s built up worse but with this vacuum there is no effort, you just press a button and it does the rest. I clean the brushes every couple of days and empty it every day and the dog hairs don’t clog the brushes at all. We have 4 rooms downstairs and a good sized hall. It does it all. I then would take it up stairs to do the bedrooms. It means I can get on with other things. Im delighted with it.
This Bagotte vacuum has enabled us to get on with much better things than vacuuming our house! It’s great when we set it off before we leave the house and come back to a home with clean floors and the vacuum charging itself up after it’s hard work. We can spend quality time as a family while the vacuum does our chores. It’s very easy to use and thin enough to get under the sofa and chairs etc…
The customer support and service has been first class too.

We own 2 of these cleaners. The second, now a year old, was not working properly, losing power after a shorter period of time compared to the first one we purchased a couple of years ago. After contacting the supplier and trying a few tips to improve the performance, the supplier decided to ship a brand new unit as a replacement. The customer service staff were very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. The cleaner works very well by the way!
I find it gets tangled frequently with hair, especially if there’s people with long hair in the house and sometimes it doesn’t cover the whole area, so I have to use the remote control. Other than that it’s great!

The sucking is awesome for such a small device, the timer setting allows for self cleaning which is a great feature for those who work odd hours like me.

Great little vacuum robot without the need to download a special app for it to work. Easy to control using the remote control. Generally quiet but may be a little noisy during maximum suction. Works well on carpeted areas.
Bought this on a bit of a whim. I’m 6 months pregnant and our normal vacuum cleaner is just far too heavy for me to push now. My partner works long hours and doesn’t want to come home and clean for ages. Bought this robot vacuum cleaner and WOW it has been life changing! Turned on right away after delivery and started collecting dirt, it manages to pick up everything even get into awkward corners, despite being round the little brushes really help sweep from the corners. The suction is great, it isn’t loud at all and I happily leave it running a few hours while I work. Once the battery runs low, it drives itself back to charge!

Brilliant product, I’ve had this product a week I am amazed on how well it cleans the whole house, its suction is great even on carpets, it covers all floor space including edges, its very quiet, i brought the mop attachment separately, it good for a light clean but not heavily soiled floors, if your thinking about it don’t hesitate just buy, I took a chance and it really is the best thing I’ve brought in a long time
I bought this machine for my new house. Although my carpet was cleaned by using a carpet cleaner, this machine managed to remove a lot of dirt in the first three time. A lot of dust and dirt were collected. My carpet was spotless cleaned after using this machine for a few times. It is easy to control as well. Not much problem to let it run on its own when going out, and the machine would go back to its dock for charging. I have tried using other robot vaccum cleaner before, this is one of the best with good suction power and easy control.

This wee machine has changed my life with regards to chores routine. It’s very efficient, easy to use and set up. Cleans at the scheduled time. My friends visited during when robot was cleaning. They observed with keen interest as I write, two of them have bought it. Meanwhile I saw this machine in another friend’s house, I liked its functionality then I bought mine. So it’s been a chain of liking and purchasing. The suction powers are better than my previous vacuum cleaner. Very sensitive to obstructions and the remote control works perfectly ok. Noice level is still better than a lot of vacuum cleaners I’ve come across. Besides, battery life is good too and if fully charged takes about 2-3 rounds of thorough cleaning. It does the work for a very good price however its a bit noisy and keeps stumbling on the same obstacles. I purchased it in December and the wheel broke in August but the customer service is being very responsive and helpful so far.
We got this robotic vaccum cleaner a year before and this cleaner has never let us down in terms of cleaning, creating noise, in terms of charging, and making our lives easier.
we have a toddler in my home and you know how much mess kids create special while eating, we just have to switch on this cleaner and all the mess gets cleaned in just few minutes.
Its not like that this cleaner has only pros, but have some cons too..

What an AMAZING machine, we love it. It actually does a much better job that our Miele Animal (which we thought was good). We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and the animal hair is constant, along with the dust, hay and straw we bring in from our yard. We have not needed any magnetic strips, it works out where it is going and off it goes. Obviously it needs emptying quite frequently, but not a big issue as it saves us hoovering.
Just waiting for the day they produce one to do stairs !!
I’m not actually lazy just very very busy and this is amazing. Set a timer so it does it’s thing at 3pm each day and we return home from work to clean and tidy floors. Picks up everything, even from around the edges and corners thanks to its brushes. Just be careful not to leave cables lying around or it will get tangled. Next on my buy list is the mop attachment to save me yet another job. Definitely the best investment I’ve made in a while.
I have had this vacuum for a few weeks now and I have used it about 10 times and I must admit this vacuum took me by surprise as I was a bit concerned about the vacuum doing even half of what it’s meant to do but, it has been an amazing product and peace of technology. It has made my day to day task a lot more easier. It moves with very low noise level, the suction is fabulous and the transition from carpet to wood flooring is amazing. I would highly recommend this vacuum to everyone as there is nothing like going to bed and waking up to a freshly vacuumed carpet and wood flooring.
My friend that’s is a cleaner bought one and recommended this one to me. I’ve been looking for one for ages but reviews have been so hit and miss. So when this was recommended and I found it at a reasonable price I orders it immediately. I think it’s great! It’s cleans under my sofas and I have it on my when toddlers have a nap. I put it to sweep upstairs while I’m making lunch downstairs! I also purchased a water tank so it mops the floor too!! Have a look at instructions as different colour lights mean different things, easy to understand. Easy to clean. Remote control so you can also control it! Yes I recommend this!
We have used this vacuum cleaner for about a year and can honestly say it is very effective. We have a pet who sheds hair and our robot vacuum cleaner is able to pick up the hair easily. We have it timed so that it cleans whilst we are at work, so we have a lovely clean house when we get back.

Bought the Bagotte vacuum cleaner to cut down the amount of grit, dust and hair etc. This has been such a useful addition to the cleaning routine and is a big success in our house. It moves between carpet and hard floor easily ( see video). I love the way it cleans effortlessly under sofas and furniture. It has cut down the amount of dust and grit that is brought into the house. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to friends.

‘Robert’ our Robert hoover is fab! We have laminate wood floors throughout our downstairs, we have the timer set so he sets off every evening at half 7 and gives everywhere a quick hoover. So handy and seems to do the job well! Still need the big hoover for the odd job but generally Robert keeps us dust free 🙂
Totally life changing machine – almost now part of the family. It is an amazing product and has served us well. It comes out each day does a thorough clean up of the house and returns to its home. Keeps the house clean and dust free. A very clever and excellent machine backed up by first class service and support from the vendor – though rarely ever needed. Just follow the maintenance instructions to keep parts debris and obstruction free and it just keeps working. You do also need to ensure your floor is clutter free for it to work effectively and that is a good thing anyway! We love it and totally recommend it.

I was surprised when I came to empty it just exactly how much it picks up. It is not that noisy. I work from home using zoom and team calls and the robot works away in the same room without any noise causing a disruption to my calls. It is very easy to use too.
The cat is not so keen on the robot but since she is the cause of all the hairs it has to pick up…tough on you kitty.
I will be buying another as a xmas present for my 70yr old mother. Will save her a lot of hassle pulling a conventional vacuum out.
Bought this cleaning robot over a month ago and have been pleasantly surprised how well its been doing the job of hoovering our living room, been using it constantly I have hardly had to use our new shark vacuum, i think it’s made us lazier it moves around quite easy but i have to make sure no wires are lying around and since the dirt container isn’t so big make sure it’s emptied after use.
Really pleasantly surprised by this little guy, after friends telling me being one was ridiculous. I have wood floors at home and it’s so easy just to let him free to roam and dust to his hearts content. Floors end up very clean, probably better than I’d do with a hoover. Only issue is he can’t get in all of the corners so you do have to do a bit of brushing to help. I’ll be getting the cleaning attachment next !
I bought this vacuum thinking it could just keep on top of the dog hairs for me inbetween me using my shark a couple of times a week but was so incredibly suprised at how well and thorough a job it does!
It’s suction power is great and the side brushes get all around the edges which means a very thorough job every time! It’s also surprisingly quiet. What incredible value for money.
As a busy Mum of four with multiple pets this is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased! I pop it on before the school run in the morning and by time I’m back the floors are all done! Would highly recommend!
I brought this as having a 5 year old, my laminate floors get really dirty. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much but it really does picks up a lot of dirt from the floors. You can program it to come on at certain times and hoover everywhere, but I just pick everything up from the floor and shut it in a room to do its thing. It certainly makes life easier now the hoovering can be done whilst I’m doing something else. All in all, I’m well pleased with this purchase
Set Basil to clean early hours of the morning (about 2am) to clean lounge/dinning room (approx 26′ x12′).
Have two otterhounds who shed tumbleweed amounts of hair. With this running every morning I don’t have to spend everyday chasing the dust and fur they bring in. The floors are wooden, I stack the chairs on the dinning table and the dog beds on my sofa at night with the footstool as the dogs sleep in the kitchen on other beds. Basil quite happily trundles around picking every it can reach up. Because of the fur I do need to empty it after every use, but not difficult to do.
I let it loose in the hallway and kitchen whilst out walking the dogs later in the morning. It cleans the hallway rug very well, but haven’t let him loose in the bedrooms yet as they are quite thickly carpeted.

Just wish I had a sideboard and sofa’s that were higher off the ground so he could clean under them as well.
I purchased the Robot Vacuum with some doubt as I have had cordless vacuums before but after setting it free in my house I was amazed at how thoroughly it cleans the carpets, they look like new again and once a week we set it free to do its stuff and when it is done I just empty the collection chamber and clean the filter, after several uses it still has very powerful suction and that is without using the max setting, highly recommend as long as it doesn’t contact skynet.
I thought this would be gimmicky but it really picks up well, I don’t use the remote control anymore, easier for me to just put in the room I want it to hoover and press go, very happy, really struggle with hoovering because of health issues and this is a good send.
I love my little robot friend. I have to remember not to leave any cables or shoes with laces on the floor because those cause it to get stuck but as long as I make sure everything is out of the way, the downstairs of the house is hoovered before I even get up in the morning. It’s flat enough to go underneath most furniture without any problem and does a good job of the edges of the room. It’s not super high tech (you can program it to do a clean at one specific time each day but not a lot else) but for the price it’s fantastic. I’m so happy with the little guy.
I was a little reticent buying one of these robot hoovers but eventually took plunge as this was a good price and Id read good reviews. I can honestly say it’s the best gadget I have ever bought! We are a large family with girls that like to leave a layer of moonsand/aqua beads/art and crafts under the dining room table and we have. dog also. I haven’t hoovered in 2 weeks! It truly is the best. It works great on floorboards and carpet. I remove the little arms when I leave it to hoover uneven surfaces (floorboards to carpet) as it struggles to mount the carpet with the brushes on, but it picks up just fine without them.
I’ve even named her. I think I love her. I’ve attached a photo off her going out the door – I imagine she is trying to escape and tell myself it’s the AI uprising. I imagine during the AI rebellion she would distract us all by smashing into our ankles, but then I think maybe I’ve watched too much Love, Death & Robots.
My first review did not show up, so in summary: Pros – its suction performance is better on carpets than Amazon`s own vacuum cleaner, especially with long hairs. More quiet than expected on floor boards. Saves time while you can concentrate on other errands. Cons – need to remove cables and chairs for a proper clean under tables, etc. It is not for a quick clean, does everything at its own speed. But I am glad I got it.

I have used a conventional vacuum twice while I have had the Bagotte to pick up from the places it cannot get into and to do things like skirting boards, but otherwise its down to the robot.
It moves randomly but seems to cover all of the floors, some places often others not so, but it all seems to get done.
The only draw back is having to move items off the floor before you start and making sure cables are out of the way. We have wooden floors and a variety of rugs with which it has had no trouble, but I have to move one standard lamp out of the way as it can climb onto its base .
A great product, which comes with clear instructions and spare filters etc, promptly delivered.
This is a brilliant little machine and has made our lives so much easier! With two little boys the mess builds up quickly and I don’t get much opportunity to vacuum. This robot does our main living areas on a timer each night and I’ll put it in individual rooms, like bedrooms, every now and again whilst I get on with something else. The noise is low and doesn’t bother my son at all whose bedroom is above the living room. I have been impressed by the power and how much the robot can suck up. Cleaning it is very easy. Even my long hair which gets wound around the brushes is simple to get off with the cleaning tool that comes with the robot. The fact that it can go up a small step is great for us as we have foam playmats out most of the time.
Had our machine for 6 months and genuinely grateful for it, does a great job of cleaning up and we’ve been surprised at how much it can hold. Have 2 cats so it does not take long for our floor to be covered in hair.
Worked well for 6 months before an issue with the wheel cropped up, but customer service, both Bagotte and Amazon, have been really helpful and happy to replace the machine free of charge. Responses have been quick and helpful. Looking forward to having another machine back up and running.
I’m finding this vacuum cleaner so useful and the remote control is very impressive. You can set it up to clean a room, or just clean one spot. And the vacuum itself is very clever! Changes its direction when it bumps into things. Also came with equipment for cleaning it which makes it easy to maintain. You will still need to keep a normal vacuum to get corners etc but it’s great for easy daily maintenance, especially if you’re anything like me with chronic illnesses and struggle with the physical labour of normal vacuuming. It’s making my life a bit easier. Love it!
I haven’t used any other robot vacumm before, but it seems to do everything product description promised. However, it often gets stuck somewhere such as cat tower base (2-3cm furry texture) or gets tangled with wires but I guess you just have to bare this in mind and get all the obstacles out of its way. Overall, good value for money.
We’ve called ours Larry, not sure why, maybe because he (yes he) lounges around .. We’d never owned a robot (can I say Hoover) before, so didn’t want to spend a heap of money and find they didn’t help so went for the BG600 at about 160.
Larry does a fantastic job… and he cleans under the sofa and the TV cabinet, hifi stand, beds etc! We have hardwood floors mainly with the exception of a couple of rooms and he manages to clean them all admirably. He manages rugs too but we don’t have any with a dangly fringe which may get stuck in his brush… he does beep though to let you know he’s stuck…. various number of beeps for various types of getting stuck, if a wheel or a brush gets stuck or his bag or filter is clogged for example.
He does have a problem cleaning round his base station which is a bit of a pain but we keep him under the sofa so you don’t really notice the bit he’s missed. He also has a bit of a problem getting right into corners so we whizz round with the handheld once every couple of weeks.
We have a house with only 2 rooms upstairs and 11 downstairs so 90% of the time we have him downstairs and he’ll do all the rooms (we don’t let him in the bathrooms) on a single charge quite happily – the manual says his battery last 90 mins but we’ve know him run for over 3 hours … this maybe because of the amount of hardwood floor so needs less oomph.
We have also found that he helps us keep the house tidy by keeping stuff off the floor.. mobile phone charge cables and shoes as anything string like will cause him to have a fight, which he generally loses. Larry came with some magnetic strips which you can put down where you don’t want him to go… so I have small area under the TV cabinet which I blocked off where all cables are for the various gadgets plugged into it and we have one I have put under the door strip to stop him going in the downstairs bathroom plus an area near the washing machine so he does try to eat wayward socks. Also one at the top of the stairs to make sure he doesn’t fall down them when we put him upstairs. We don’t have him cleaning at night, no real reason why to be honest, I guess if he got stuck at 2 in the morning and beeped, waking you up it could be kind of annoying. Its still after 18 months of having him quite fun to have him come and say hello. Specially when on a Teams meeting and he can be introduced to your work colleagues.
After we’d had him about 10 months he started doing very short cleaning cycles, I assumed his battery was giving up the ghost due its multiple charges etc… I emailed the Bagotte support team and the sent me a new battery… that was easy to install and now he runs for ages again. I’ve had couple of other queries and they have been really helpful too.
I’m not going to list a load of pro’s and con’s because all in all he has massively helped keep the house clean and I really can’t think of a con that is worth worrying about that actually affects us apart from his inability to clean around his charger. Final point, we empty his dirt box every couple of days now but that only take about 5 seconds….
I absolutely love love love my new robot friend. I have wanted one of these for ages. I struggle to clean under my bed with my Henry vac as I have arthritis and can’t get to all the areas, but this amazing little robot nips around and does a very good job. Low noise and easy to use. Very quick delivery which was brilliant as I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it!!! I am definitely very very pleased with this purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other interested people. I intend to buy another for my daughter for Christmas.
I bought this as it said it had a mop feature, when it arrived I realised that the mop part had to be purchased separately, I think it was 20 pounds. This isn’t a large amount of money but in my opinion they would be better off including it and charging 20 more for the hoover. I was a bit annoyed about that as I wanted to hoover and mop when it arrived.
I think it’s a great hoover, you just switch it on and make sure there are no wires or anything that it could get caught on and you leave it. My old hoover needed babysat and changed a few times during it’s cycle.
The mop part is great too, life is so much easier with this hoover. I also use it on carpet and it’s great, the last one was useless at carpets.
I received a letter saying that if I gave a review and took a pic of it I’d receive a 30 pound gift voucher for Amazon, I am not going to claim that as I can’t stand being duped into buying things by fake reviewers.
What with having two children and a dog we’d pretty much given up hope of keeping the kitchen/dining area floor clean without having to haul the vacuum cleaner out every single day – until this fantastic gadget arrived in our lives, that is! Now the floor is permanently clean with very little effort on our part – all that’s needed is to move the bar stools out of the way as it does have a tendency to get stuck on their bases.
I would say don’t bother with the mop attachment for this – I think it’s more effective (and quicker) to use a spray mop after the Bagotte has done its thing.
A really handy machine – it cleans well and is a real boon. Especially good on my wooden floors and rugs – it moves between them well. The random direction is odd at first but it picks up all the dirt eventually! It can get stuck under low surfaces (eg sideboard) so block these off beforehand. Also make sure trailing wires are off the floor. I check after about thirty minutes to empty the drawer as it gets full quickly and won’t work properly after that. I don’t use the remote control so haven’t scored that.
I have a 10 month old baby who likes to drop food and crumbs on the floor. We also had a flea infestation which we had solved using Diatomaceous earth which we had tried to hoover out with our big clunky vacuum cleaner but there was residue left everywhere on the carpets. This little robot has a strong enough vacuum power to clean it up more thoroughly and I didn’t need to lift a finger. It’s also fantastic for cleaning up all the food crumbs and it’s nimble enough to manoeuvre around my baby’s toys/chairs etc.
Pros: Strong vaccum, thorough cleaning, the cleaning tool and spare filter included, smart enough not to fall down stairs.
Cons: loud enough to be heard from the next room (though not enough to disturb TV viewing).
Absolutely amazing the suction is perfect and I also got the extra part which you just switch over at the bottom and then bit also washes your floors for you. There’s no noise with it at all and it comes complete with remote control which enables you to turn it in any direction you want but it usually not needed as it senses when something is in the way.also when your floors are sparkling clean just touch the home button on the remote and it finds its own way back to where you have connected the charging port. Best product I ever bought.
I really didn’t know what to expect when I ordered this little vacuum but it has ho estly been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I just press a button and off it goes…even getting under furniture I wouldn’t normally bother moving. The mop part is also great although you do need to spray the floor with cleaner first as you cannot put cleaner in the tank. This gadget saves so much time and keeps my floors spotless, which has preciously been a chore with a large dog. Ever home should have one!
I took a long time to look at these robot hoovers and decided upon this one. Why? Because the reviews were good mostly and the other robot cleaners were really expensive.
THIS hoover is one of the cheapest and for me, it works beautifully. Faultless, and efficient. It does a great job of not only hoovering, but I purchased the mop attachment as well. The mop attachment works really well on laminate flooring, its made my garden office look great and the main house look equally as good.
For such an inexpensiver robot cleaner, it does a fantastic job. It has saved me quite a bit of time. RECOMMENDED
We purchased this unit to replace an existing robot hoover we’d had a few years ago. This new unit has a greater suction power and seems slightly more intelligent.
It has a sleek black look to it and whilst this is slightly harder to keep looking dust free, a simple wipe down every now and then is nothing compared to doing a whole downstairs floor hoovering.
The collection box is sufficient to last two weeks, we have no pets and a mixture of wooden and carpeted areas. It has no difficulty traversing threshold strips and rugs, and with the improvement in intelligence; doesn’t seem to be getting trapped in our maze of tables, chairs and rooms.
These units are a blessing and whilst there are more sophisticated products out there, this one does every you need and a great price.
Delivery was quick and comms excellent.
We love the edge programme that runs the vacuum around the edges of the room, picking up hairballs and anything else in it’s path.
As for improvements, it has struggled to find the base station on a few occasions, especially when the battery starts to run low whilst in a different room but it’s a small niggle. It would be great to have the vacuum linked to an app on your phone so that you can programme it from there but that might be a bit much to ask given the price of this item.
If you don’t have the money to splash out on a market leading robot vacuum (like most of us), I would highly recommend this product. We are really pleased with it!
Initially I bought one bagotta for downstairs, I liked it so much I bought one for upstairs. We have a dog and thanks to the amazing suction power we no longer find dog hairs anywhere, the noise doesn’t bother her either. We have found the remote control useful to spot clean an area, it also enables us to send it home or start it.
We did have a slight problem with
‘Boris’ our downstairs bagotta, but the after sales team were fantastic.

I do love this little robot. We have put googly eyes on him and he’s like a little pet! The cleaning is not 100% perfect and our flat needed a bit of baby proofing before he could be left alone but overall a great purchase – we also bought the mop attachment which works great too
This is my 3rd Bagotte I’ve bought, so as you can probably guess I’m very happy with the brand.
I have owned a different brand for a couple of years, but it started playing up so I have replaced it with this one.
I already have another with the mop attachment that does my kitchen/diner and u bought another one for a family member who is very happy with theirs as well.
It was an easy decision to make as the other two have been working flawlessly since last year.
It has great suction, and does a good job of getting under the sofas, and with the brushes it does a good job of getting into the corners as well.
The noose level is acceptable, you can sit and watch TV with no issues at all.
The remote comes in handy if you want to quickly top it for some reason.
It finds its way back to the home base easily enough without problem.
Overall being my 3rd one it’s gotta be obvious I’m very happy with how well these cleaners work, and would happily recommend them to my friends. In fact two of my other other have bought these after seeing how well mine works.
I purchased this robot cleaner in December 2020 and used it primarily to hoover the upstairs of my home because carrying my upright cleaner up and down the stairs was adding to my back pain and so, consequently, in the past I would always put off cleaning the carpet upstairs for as long as possible. However, once I started using the Bagotte BG600 I just loved knowing that it was cleaning upstairs daily for me. Then about 1 week ago ( end of May 2020) it developed a fault and I had to get in touch with Bagotte customer support service to ask them to either fix, replace or refund my beloved cleaner. Well all I can say is that the company pulled out all the stops. They answered every email I sent within 12 hours and were so helpful with suggestions as to how to put the fault right. Within 48 hours they had established that the fault was unable to be fixed so they informed me that they were sending me out a new cleaner and that I didn’t even have to put myself out by trying to send the faulty one back. And today, after less than a week since I first got in touch with the support team, I have taken possession of my brand new robot cleaner. You know we can’t always be lucky enough to buy products that never go wrong, however this company will always get 5 stars from me because the way they dealt with my issue was truly 5 star service. I was gutted when my cleaner broke BUT Bagotte made sure that my problem was solved in less than a week AND made sure I remained a very happy customer. Wish more companies treated and valued their customers in the same way.
Always wanted a little helper to help with cleaning. I have research quite a bit and ended up buying this robot vacuum cleaner. I was really looking to try my little Bagotta robot vacuum cleaner! Once arrived it went straight into action. We don’t have pets but we do have two small children and crumbs are always everywhere 🙂 although I was quite realistic and didn’t expect that it would do all the hard job for me and I wouldn’t need hoovering at all. But honestly I was pleasantly surprised how much dust, human hair and bits he’d picked up! Once a day of it’s work, would defo keep your house cleaner and dust free. It had even managed to get under our sofa! Really pleased with the performance, although it could be a bit bumpy at the times and can tangle itself in curtains if not removed before cleaning, but in general it’s fantastic little helper! Highly recommend, my life had divided to before and after no regrets what’s so ever!
It’s been more than a year that I bought this robot vacuum cleaner as a gift to my parents. When I say my parents, I mean my mum who’s very house proud. She used to vacuum the flat as often as she could with her heavy vaccum cleaner, despite having severe back pains. And she wouldn’t let us do it as we’d never do it up to her standards.
She’s not tech savvy yet she managed to program the Baggotte so that it would automatically start cleaning every day at the same time. We’ve been warned to lift up any electrical cables in our bedrooms so that her beloved Baggotte would have free access.
She claims that the carpets under our beds have never been that clean as it seemlessly vaccums in spots she could never reach with a normal hoover. We didn’t really mind…
She’s hinted that it would be good to have another one for upstairs but I think I’ll wait for Xmas to make it a family gift or for Mother’s Day as I’m still enjoying the brownie points this purchase has given me. Don’t get me wrong, perfumes, flowers and such are still appreciated but I’d never think that this thing could be the source of such a motherload of satisfaction.
We are really pleased with the Bagotte Robot Vacuum cleaner. We purchased it last year in August and it has excellent suction power plus is much quieter than other robot vacuum cleaners we have come across. It’s quite thin so can get under our sofas and cabinets quite easily and it’s very well designed so exceptionally easy to clean the machine and the filter. The instructions are clear and when we had a question, the aftercare team was very responsive and helpful. Overall we’re really happy with this purchase and have recommended the cleaner to friends and family too.
Pros:
– Really good at his job. I really didn’t want to know the amount of hair that came out of my carpet the first time he went around. Love not having to hoover.
– Will do a whole floor on one charge with no problem.
– Everyone treats him like a pet. He’s fun to watch. He has a name.
Cons:
– Gets stuck on shagpile rug
– AFAIK you actually can’t buy anything that will get him to stop such as magnetic tape (tried this on the aforementioned shagpile rug), so if you need him to avoid something this is a problem.
I really love this robo-vac. I don’t have a huge house so it’s perfect for what I need it to do. It’s efficient and quick and relatively quiet but it does get noiser as gets older. It doesn’t have all of the top end specs on it, but you actually wouldn’t expect that for the price. I’ve knocked a point off as it needed to be replaced under warranty as the battery wasn’t charging properly, meaning it would only clean for 15 minutes at a time. The replacement was really quick and easy, but I do wonder whether it could have been fixed rather than replaced which would have been more environmentally friendly. But otherwise, it’s a really good buy.
This little beast does the hard work for me. I can get on with other jobs while the Bagotte tirelessly sweeps round the floor getting up so much dirt. I am astounded after every session how much dirt there is in the dirt box ! I have only had it for 1 month and I am horrified to think how dirty my house clearly must have been before !
I’ve used this twice now and I do like it, the amount it’s picked up is incredible. If I had to find something to complain about it would be that it tends to favour the living room, it may briefly go to another room and then comes back and spends ages in the living room!
As long as it lasts though I’m happy with this product.
So I’ve had this just over a week now. I love it so much. I have 6 adults living at home, late teens, 5 cats, 2 dogs. I have a mixture of tile, rugs and laminates. My lovely little hoover happily will do an hour of hoovering 3 or 4 times a day, charging inbetween. I tested it first day and went round with my big hoover waited a while and set him off and was shocked at how much he still picked up. I honestly would of argued that it would not have done as good a job as my big vacuum but it does. It needs emptying each time at the bin isn’t too large and I’ve cleaned the brushes twice. I would not want to be without this lovely little helper. I have not got the big one except for stairs since having it. I just leave it to do its stuff until it runs out of battery and takes itself home to charge. I would highly recommend this little hoover.
Rob (original i know) has been welcomed into the family with open arms. Our entire bottom stairs is laminate and upstairs is carpet so i am going to split this review:
* Laminate – this is where we majority use Rob. I have gotten into a routine of lifting the bar stools onto the island and moving away wires, back door mat ect so that Rob has free run and can get everywhere he needs. I did worry about my dining table and the chairs but Rob fits between the legs of the chairs and gets himself under, boops around and brings himself happily back out again. The very first time he did this, we genuinely didn’t know if he was going to find his way out so were super impressed with this. It took time but it happened. The two brushes circulating mean that all bits to the skirting boards or cabinet plinths are retrieved and moved into the vacuum path. I have had no issues what so ever with him on laminate. No babysitting necessary. Solid 10/10.
* Carpet – the summary of carpet is ‘effort was made and he tried his best’. The great functionality of the brushes on laminate is where it falls down on carpet. He’ll go over and over and the main body of the carpet looks fine and has had majority of bits lifted but the edges don’t get the same treatment. I only take him upstairs if i am being majority lazy with the actual hoover in between big hoovers. I do have to babysit him here just because of the furniture. Also, the grossness of carpets mean that his 500ml tank tends to get full quicker so needs a midpoint to empty so that he can keep going. He is quite thick but he does get himself stuck under the wardrobe and bleeps for help. BUT he will not fall down the stairs! very nervy first time we took him upstairs and were watching him. Those sensors make sure that he does not plummet to his death. Overall 5/10 on carpets.
Other notes are;
-there is no rhyme or reason to his path. He will literally go everywhere repeatedly and continue to go until his battery is low (around 90 minutes). So if you want to know for sure hes gone everywhere, this model doesnt have any extras like an app or tracking. You have to just inspect at the start and build your confidence that he does go everywhere in your home. If he doesn’t, think why? he is blocked by something?
-when his battery is low, if he is in another room or, for me, the dining table is between him and his docking, he can struggle to find home sometimes. He will only have the time left on his battery but he’ll keep trying until it fully dies which has only happened a few times but it does happen. I think this is because hes not that smart in his tech and because he doesn’t remember or cant map out, he is just random, he cant figure out the obstacles in his way i.e. a wall. He just knows that his home is in that direction but cant smartly figure out how to get there.
-he has quite a bit of force and a cardboard box or basket isn’t going to stop him in his path. So if i am trying to restrict the area that he does, i have to use more weighty barriers like draft excluders. I maybe do this if i just want him to quickly do soley between the kitchen island and the workspace (the area that gets gross the quickest).
-he is quite thick so is too big to go under my sofas, which i personally prefer, but if that was what you were wanting, make sure to measure the gap before purchase.
-he is very sturdy. He does detect barriers but he will boop them quite a bit and because hes thick, weighty and sturdy, he can be a bit of a thud but his curved front mean that it does not do any damage to any furniture or surface or to himself.
For a first robotic vacuum i have loved having Rob. If in the future if were to get another, I would upgrade to a few more functions but I was cautious about investing. So this model is a REALLY GOOD STARTER if you have never had one before. If you have, its still a solid, stable and effective machine, but nothing special in how it functions.
Great product! We have a black lab so have a constant battle with vacuuming hair off the floor and would have to do it a couple of times a day to keep on top of things.
This little gem picks up way better then our Dyson v6 was doing and the areas that are carpeted are remarkably cleaner then before.
I was a bit sad as he can’t quite fit under our sofa however it copes well with travelling from hardwood to rugs.
One slight annoyance is that we have a small raised lip from the dining room to the kitchen which sometimes he manages and others he gets stuck. However very cleverly realises he’s stuck and reverses off.
I don’t use the remote heaps and tend to just set him off on auto mode which seems to cover the room well. I love that he finds his way home on low battery, however it’s useful to move the Dock with him if doing different rooms. The first time I set him off upstairs he ran out of batt and had filled the bin and carried on around the room looking to dock whilst leaving a trail of dust behind!
I also bought the water tank separately to use the mopping function. Whilst it’s maybe not as effecient as mopping yourself its good to keep the floors hygienic in between a proper clean. I do lift the charger though as I don’t want him docking with a tank full of water.
Overall a life saver and has massively reduced our workload around the house!
