Sapphire crystal – the hardest glass
Our sapphire crystal is the third hardest transparent material after moissanite and diamonds. A particularly crystal-clear, hard and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal ensures an unrestricted view of your BERING dial. All BERING watches are equipped with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Mineral glass – the standard glass
Mineral glass is also a crystal glass, but with a structure similar to that of a rock crystal. It is a common material in the watch sector, but it is less resistant and more susceptible to scratching. BERING only uses sapphire glass in its timepieces and no mineral glass.
How long does the watch run on one battery charge?
When stored in complete darkness, the watch typically runs for 6 months on a full charge until the next charge is necessary. This battery life increases when the watch is exposed to light in between.
How is the watch charged?
The watch has to be in the sun for about 24 hours to be fully charged. If you charge the watch with sunlight, don’t leave it on the dashboard of a car because the temperature can get extremely high.
How do you know when the watch needs to be charged?
If the battery is only charged weakly, the watch indicates this by moving the second hand in “two-second steps”. The clock will run for another 3 days with this “two-second cycle”. Then recharge the watch.
Does the watch need a battery change?
In contrast to batteries in a conventional quartz watch, the battery does not have to be replaced regularly.

El reloj es precioso, discreto, elegante, queda super fino, es cmodo de llevar y de momento, funciona de maravilla. Tendra que pasar ms tiempo para poder afinar ms mi opinin. Pero, por ahora, muy contenta con l. Ojal que funcione bien la carga por luz por mucho tiempo, porque es un avance tremendo, y una de las razones por las que lo eleg.

So very delicate and comfortable to wear. The band is shiny and easy to adjust. I will most definitely be buying another watch from this seller again.
My only single complaint was that the delivery (I believe it was DHL) person LITERALLY threw the package across our patio(our front door is off a large patio) against the house. Gate was not locked. They threw it hard enough it sounded like a huge rock hit next to our glass door. I was freaking out worried that it was going to be shattered. But it was good. Thank goodness!

Ich habe die Uhr fr meine Frau gekauft. Sie hat Ihr sehr gut gefallen. Am Arm sieht sie meiner Meinung noch besser aus. Sie zeigt die Uhrzeit und das Datum an. Schade ist, da die Zeiger im dunklen nicht leuchten. Batterie wechseln ist ja durch Solar nicht ntig. Wasserdichtheit habe ich nicht getestet. Wie lange sie hlt bzw. das Armband wird sich noch zeigen.
Exactly as described; very elega
The strap is a little long for a slim wrist but other reviewers had alerted me to that anyway. And a you-tube short video was all that was necessary to then easily move the clasp along the strap. Early days but is keeping excellent time and was up and running when it arrived.
Schöne Uhr Solarfunktion etwas schlapp
Die Uhr funktionierte nach Lieferung erst nicht. Lieferant hatte sofort und problemlos Umtausch angeboten.
Wir haben die Uhr aber zum Laufen gebracht, indem wir sie einen Tag ins Licht gelegt haben. Offenbar war nur der Akku leer.
Die Prozedur mussten wir nach einigen Monaten wiederholen. Insofern knnte die Solarzelle vielleicht etwas besser sein.

J’ai laiss la montre se charger au soleil 15 min au dballage et depuis je ne m’en proccupe plus. Elle peut passer 1 mois dans un tiroir sans problme. Elle se charge galement l’clairage artificiel (je suis dans le nord de la France 😉 ). Aprs un an et demi elle ne prend ni retard ni avance. Montre prcise lgante robuste et autonome. Trs bon investisseme

Im Produktbeschreibung hier in Amazon steht das man damit Baden und Duschen kann, in Garantiebeschreibung steht, dass ist nur gegen Spritzwasser dicht ist.

This watch is gorgeous! I find it easy to read. I haven't taken it off since I got it. I wear it in the pool and the shower. It's very attractive. My only wish is that it could light up in thre dark. I recommend this watch.

Edele Optik und Bering Motiv perfekt umgesetzt.
Bereits beim ffnen der Verpackung war ich absolut begeistert. Sehr geschmackvoll und edel. Das Thema von Bering zieht sich bis ins Detail durch. Meer, Segel und Weite…. Sehr gelungen. Und nun zur Uhr. Ich wollte eine weibliche Uhr, die an meinem zarten Handgelenk nicht wuchtig wirkt und habe genau das bekommen. Von der Optik passt sie perfekt zu mir. Das Armband lsst sich sehr einfach einstellen und den berstehenden Teil , kann man ganz einfach in die Gummi-Schlaufe, auf dem das Wort Solar steht, stecken. Ich denke, dass diese Lasche genau dazu dient. Ich schreibe dies, weil in einem Kommentar weiter unten bemngelt wurde, dass der berschssige Teil des Armbandes herumhngen wrde. Das tut er nicht, wenn man das Gummi- Teil wie bei einer Grtel-Schnalle oder bei einem Lederarmband nutzt. Auch der Verschluss funktioniert, anders als in einem anderen Kommentar beschrieben, sehr gut. Man muss lediglich den Sicherungsbgel ber den Teil des Verschlusses klappen, der vorher eingehakt wurde. Habe auch erst etwas probieren mssen. Aber es geht und hlt super. ber die Haltbarkeit der Uhr kann ich noch nichts sagen, werde es irgendwann nachholen.

I ordered this watch because I wanted a clean simple design and I was not disappointed. I have a very small wrist and most watches are large and heavy looking. This watch ticked all my boxes and although perhaps a little pricey it is worth every penny especially as the watch is extremely good quality. I love it.
Ich suchte schon lange einer Uhr, die nicht gerade dann stillsteht, wenn ich sie mal tragen mchte. Das ist bei meinen anderen – z.T. sehr teuren – Uhren nmlich zumeist der Fall: die erste Batterie beim Kauf hlt lange. Aber dafr halten die beim Uhrmacher eingesetzten Austauschbatterien umso krzer. Von 10 Uhren stehen 8 meist still. 🙁
Also wollte ich wie in der Kindheit eine gute alte “Aufzieh”-Uhr. Die erschwinglichen sehen meist hlich aus – die ansehnlichen sind nicht erschwinglich.
Von einer Solar-Uhr hatte ich zuvor noch nie gehrt. Da mir diese Uhr optisch gefllt und der (von OVP 189) reduzierte Preis auch berzeugte, bestellte ich mir diese Uhr.
Ordentlich verpackt, verstndliche Anleitung zum Einstellen der Uhr und Verstellen des Armbandes. Ich habe sie jetzt 3 Tage getragen und bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Kaufentscheidung.
Das Datum kann ich ohne Lesebrille nicht erkennen (ist fr mich aber auch nicht wichtig), die Uhrenzeiger kann man sehr gut erkennen. Optisch ist sie eh gelungen und sie sieht teurer aus, als sie letztendlich war.
ber die Laufzeitdauer kann ich jetzt natrlich noch nichts sagen, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass Solarbetrieb den Batteriefra auf jeden Fall schlgt.
Fazit: unbedingte Empfehlung und Daumen hoch!

Me gusta mucho. Es un buen tamao, sencillo y bonita. Material de buena calidad y se carga con la luz. Si la bateria esta muy baja te avisa con la manecilla de segundas que se mueve cada dos segundos en vez de por segundo. Es genial.

Update: Hubby bought me this watch and after wearing this watch for a few weeks, I have one concern. I have a small wrist and the band, which I try to tuck under the band constantly, keeps on peeking out which is annoying and I have to adjust it constantly. Perhaps the company should look into sizing their bands in small, medium and large. The band is stylish and one of the reason I chose this watch. Still love it though.

Ich hatte lange nach einer schmalen und schnen Damenarmbanduhr gesucht. Uhr ist wirklich sehr schn und sieht sehr wertig aus. Verstellen des Armbandes auf die passende Gre war so einfach wie beschrieben.

Quality stylish watch
I have had this watch for a week. Really pleased with the style and the quality feel. So far it keeps excellent time. The strap is easy to adjust but as I have skinny wrists, there is about 7cm of excess strap which makes it fiddly to fasten so will probably take to a jeweller to shorten.The watch face is very clear so I can read it without my reading glasses.

Habe EINE Armbanduhr gesucht, die zu allem passt. Silber, wie Goldschmuck und zugleich nicht zu gro/wuchtig wirkt. Sie ist perfekt.
Sie sieht nicht nur unglaublich gut aus, das Glas ist auch noch kratzfest und Batteriewechsel ist nicht notwenfig, da solar (wird in der Sonne oder Licht aufgeladen). Zudem zeigt sie das Datum an.
Sie gefllt mir sehr gut und ist den Preis aufgrund der hohen Qualitt alle Male wert! Ich hatte den richtigen Moment abgewartet und bei 40 zugeschlagen.

I loved the idea of the solar model as soon as I saw it existed, it doesn't get shipped to my country though and the re-sellers charge too much for it so I decided on ordering it on here. I'll start by saying I expected this watches face and encasing to be white from the pictures on here, but it is really silver. It is still a beautiful watch, but in my head I expected white. I am also a thin person, and this watch's wristband is very long, this is positive for some people, but if you have thin wrists the extra material of the wristband will turn around more than you will like and you will need to have it fixed. Other than this, I have had a good experience, it keeps time and date correctly and I haven't experienced any delays or malfunction even if i don't use it everyday and keep it inside a drawer.

It is seriously classy and sleek. I was looking for a smaller watch ( 26 mm or less), ability to shower or do dishes(50m) all gold , sapphire face for scratch resistance and with a date. Quite hard to find. I compromised on the all gold:). It’s a medium gold tone around the face. Not a cheap colored gold. I had concerns when looking online on whether the band would be bulky when the excess is folded beneath and it is not. I have a rather small wrist and I was concerned when shortening the band that the clasp would not be centered……it is. The band itself is very flexible and not stiff. Like holding a necklace. As for durability time will tell. This will also be my first solar watch. It does have a matte finish to the white face. They do have a robust guarantee and I already tested that. I received my first watch and the second tick for adjusting the date would not catch. I had a prompt response from Bering and they shipped me a new one in just days. Awesome customer service. It would be nice if the thingy you use to change time or date had maybe three or four raised lines on it, it is polished and a bit harder to turn without a grip surface. Overall really happy with this purchase. My seiko watch lived 11 years, my citizen only 3. Altho I’m a huge seiko fan I really wanted something more stylish, minimalist and contemporary. This one fits the bill.

Really happy with this watch. It fits neatly on my wrist, the dial is easy to read and the strap is glittery. A little bit difficult fastening it on to begin with but now I have the knack it is fine.
A very nice little watch. Easy to read, important as my eyesight is not brilliant, that being said it is small. The face is clear.
I have only had it for a week so am unable to comment further on its durability but I have it’s slightly bigger blue brother and am very pleased with it. Very good value for money.
A lovely piece of design, good quality watch and bracelet. Feels nice to wear and with an easy to adjust strap. Best part, never needs a battery as it is solar charged. One of the few makes of good quality analogue watches that I found that has a date.

It is very accurate and makes no sound to betray its function. Powered by solar (with a fully charged watch remaining able to function for up to a year) enabling a quartz engine to "keep the lights on," this watch is at the same time elegant and functional. No more battery changes or expensive automatic mechanism servicing every three to four years. Both the watch itself and the stylish mesh band are most pleasant to both the eye and the touch, this lovely watch makes you feel good just wearing it! It may remind some of the design elements of Skagen but that is where the comparison stops. Far better made and in my opinion better looking than Skagen, the Bering represents all of the noteworthy elements of intelligent and aesthetic Danish design. This watch looks good in a casual or more formal setting. While made of top-quality materials, it should not be subjected to abuse despite its sapphire crystal. Wrapped securely, my wife's watch arrived in perfect condition and before long was adorning her right wrist. She loves it as, I should hazard an opinion, as most any lady would. Die Uhr gefllt meiner Frau auf Anhieb. Sie ist genug klein, um als sehr schick zu gelten.
Anfangs war ich unsicher ob das Armband unhandlich/weniger bequem sein knnte, aber da es sehr schmal ist und meine Frau nichts negatives darber sagt (auer: Das verschlieen ist etwas mhsam), denke ich passt das.
Leider nur 4 Sterne weil:
– Zeiger sieht man nachts nicht
– Die Datumsanzeige ist einen Tick zu klein
– Sekundenzeiger kann als Minutenzeiger verwechselt werden, da fast derselbe Style.
Daher wrde ich sagen: Als Uhren-Anfnger/Geschenk super, wer aber schon mal Uhren hatte die nachts leuchten oder besser lesbar sind wird hiermit weniger glcklich. Daher nur 4 Sterne.
With this lovely bicolor wristwatch on my wrist, I simply need no other. This classic, elegantly designed Danish watch is beautiful, easy to read, the most comfortable mesh band I’ve ever worn, and it goes with everything.
In fact, I owned this very model several years ago, and accidentally left it on a hotel night table. Wasn’t really happy with any other timepiece, until I found it for sale on Amazon. It’s like finding the right man.

Die Bering-Uhr trage ich sehr gern, weil sie ein sehr bersichtliches Ziffernblatt und eine Datumsanzeige besitzt. Auerdem trage ich seit Jahren das bewegliche Edelstahlarmband, das zudem sehr schmal und elegant ausfllt.

Eine sehr schne Uhr. Schickes Design, dass sowohl zu festlichen, als auch zu sportlichen Veranstaltungen getragen werden kann. Die Uhr ist kleiner, als die Abbildung vermuten lsst. Um die Anzeige des Datums lesen zu knnen, braucht man sehr gute Augen.
I am a traditionalist who still wears a watch, and I like it to have a date. I am a tall person with a small wrist, so finding a watch that’s readable, has a date, is not too huge, and looks good is a bit of a challenge. This watch fits the bill. I don’t love the face as much as my fancy Raymond Weil, but this one costs less and doesn’t need batteries. Very happy with the style, and the band is comfortable. However, the band is still way too long (it’s easy to adjust it yourself) so I may see if I can get it shortened.

Beautiful watch. Surprise, packaging was quite lovely, as watch was contained in a heavy frosted glass. Has multiple usages! Adjustments to mesh band necessary for proper fit. Some details regarding fitting the band were included. I am a klutz, so I resorted to you tube for helpful hints! Shipping timely, and overall impression of watch was more than I expected. Three year warranty, and on reverse side of face, the limits for depths of water resistance, are given. Great job by Amazon, as usual! Always use prime shipping as customer service is quick and always your advocate for any issues.
sehr schnes und elegantes Desing, angenehm zu Tragen durch die Leichtigkeit. Jedoch hatte ich etwas Probleme mit der Einstellung der Armbandlnge und musste daraufhin zum Juwelier, welcher mir sofort geholfen hat, obwohl ich die Uhr nicht bei ihm gekauft hatte. Daraufhin habe ich bei ihm einen schnen Edelstahl-Porzellan-Ring gekauft.
