Bought this a year ago initially worked well was pleased with it performance etc but now had only just 1 year and the tubing in the floor brushhead bend has spilt Cannot
get a replacement cannot even get in to it to patch with tape really unhappy as not used constantly so can only use with small tools now totally not worth the cost!!

Very convenient as it is light and no cable.

However, I bought this in June 2021 and now in Feb 2022 a tear has developed in the hose.

I will update with how good Bissell customer services are.

Convenience over power, but didn't last long

Whilst it is a little top heavy and the suction is not quite as strong as my old, big, heavy, corded machine was, it IS very handy as I can whisk it out and go round my flat with it very quickly and easily. I can tuck it away it in my limited storage space and when I need to charge it, I take the top part off and plug it in (although you can hang it on a wall near an electrical outlet and charge it, but I do not have the space to do that). I am very happy with it and it gets my thumbs up!

Excellent hoover, as long as you keep it clean it doesn’t lose suction and the battery lasts long enough to do a 3 bed house plus extras. The lights on the front are very good at showing you where all your dirt is!

I originally had a cheap one that was ok for wooden floors but not really good on carpets so I upgraded to this Bissell. The one thing that I required was for it to be wall mounted with the charger attached and this fits that criteria perfectly. I’m really happy with it and the light on the front it a great addition.

Not what i would call lightweight but it does the job on carpets and hard floors, use it upstairs to avoid having to carry a larger Vax about.

Run time about 30-40 on high speed which it has to be on carpet. Motorized head has LEDs to illuminate the carpet being cleaned which does help.

Charging takes at least 2 hours, battery is charged in the hoover and cannot be removed.

Extra tool is a 2 in 1 crevice and brush which are a little meh, a flexible tube attachment or mini motorized head wouldn’t go amiss when hoovering the stairs.

Brilliant powerful cordless hoover. Only disappointment is it won’t stand alone you have to hold it all the time. Other than that very pleased.

The cordless vacuum works well and has solved the tangle problem that I had with the old vacuum cleaner I had at home.

I have two cats at home so they tend to throw a lot of hair on the carpets and the floor, the vacuum cleaner has sucked the hairs also sucks the hairs that fall out well since I have quite long hair and the vacuum cleaner is anti-tangle, for which has solved this problem.

My husband usually cleans the car with this vacuum cleaner and it has been much easier and more practical for him.

You have approximately 30 minutes to operate with two modes for different floor surfaces.

I used it for about 15 minutes and it still had more charge for its next use.

I find it useful and I practice cleaning the interior of cars since it can be converted into a hand vacuum cleaner and has tools for small corners and does not take up much storage space.

The handle does not weigh so much but that will vary depending on each person but if they have health problems due to not lifting weights it would be advisable not to make an effort with this type of product since it will be heavier than normal.

It has bright LED lights to be able to clean the dirt that sometimes we do not see and I usually use it under the sofa and under the furniture and it lights up very well in those areas so it makes cleaning better.

It also has tools to clean corners of the house, details and a brush for the same use.

Overall, it is a very useful and practical vacuum cleaner, as well as easy to use and it becomes a manual vacuum cleaner.

I have not had a problem with this, so I would be happy to recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFinally! a hoover that actually hoovers up hair, I have long hair and 2 mainly white cats so the carpets are usually covered in hair. I bought the Shark first and although it sucked up the hair, it blocked up the whole hoover so it took longer to unblock it than it did to hoover.

This one sucks up all the hair and finally my carpets look as good as new.

Negatives, like most folk it’d be nice for it to sit up by itself but it’s got such a versatile head that goes round corners so you might lose that if you got one to stand up. I find the dust box quite awkward to remove and return as there seems to be a knack to it. Only other negative is it doesn’t really do edges, but I can live with that in exchange for the hair removal. Some people have said the handle is too heavy but I have problems with my wrists and can still manage it fine.

All in all, perfect for removing hair from carpets, and for me that’s the main thing.

A brilliant vacuum, overall, even if the suction power isn’t as good as its corded cousins. Even with the regulatory lowering in power on vacs this isn’t as powerful as the average, but is perfectly fine for domestic use.

We have a small black cat so it’s easy to spot shedding hairs everywhere, and this does pick them up.

It’s easy to set up, simply slotting the “handle” being the main unit, into the longer hose when you want to vac in a traditional way. The handheld unit is perfect for stairs and cars. The light on the main base is a nice touch. The capacity of the dust “bin” is frustratingly small and we’re emptying and cleaning this after every use so we don’t accidentally cause burnout, and that’s the main frustration.

All in all however it’s a good product, with a handy charging plate, a good battery life, and great for smaller spaces.

I believe I’ve only used one other stick vacuum in recent years, so don’t have a lot of experience with them. This one was really good, though! It’s easy to store, as it stands up perfectly.
The 30 minutes usage time seems pretty reasonable and is far longer than I need to give a few rooms the once over. It seems to pick most things up really easily, including hair. Extra points there!

In terms of packaging, this one is a winner; it arrived in its box and had some film over it for the address label. Almost perfect, as an extra box is so wasteful.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this and 200 seems reasonable for what you get.

This is a sturdy machine, I like the inclusion of the wall mount. It is not, however, light.
Whilst this isn’t a problem normally, cleaning the stairs with it is a chore.
The rest of the time, its great, picks up pet hair etc both on the carpet and hard floors. Definitely better than the Cordless Hoover I had before which gave up after a few months.

For the anti wrap hair thing alone this is worth its weight in gold. Long hair pets and very long haired daughter means that it usually takes scissors to detangle the brush roller but with this one there’s none of that. Can’t quite work out what’s special about it because it doesn’t look that different to our old one…but whatever, it works and that’s all that matters. It’s a great little vacuum in all other respects but it’s the hair thing I love the most.

+ quite (doesn’t have this high pitch sound as well)
+ easily converts to handheld and back
+ small when de assembled to store in a cupboard (out of side)
+ power is quite good. Above the average compared to Chinese handheld ones.
    + a lot of attachments

    – this is a quite heavy. After 1 minute of use I need to keep it with both hands

    Test1, Flour:
The results were very good when the thin nozzle is used.
But the results were very disappointing for the brush roll.
As you can see in the videos/photos some flour remained on the floor and some amount was trapped in the brush. I had to open the brush and clean it.

    Test2, Rice and sugar:
The brush roll and thin nozzle performed very well on carpet and floor.

Overall, this is a great 2in1 vacuum. I have subtracted one point because it is heavy and the roll didn’t perform as well in the flour test.

    Good vacuum 2in1 but heavy

This is a nice attractive looking cordless vacuum cleaner.
Very easy to assemble straight out of the box. The top unit just needs to be clicked onto the wand and head and you are good to go, it even comes with a bit of charge.
I found the top motor unit a little bit heavy, its not massively heavy but not as lightweight as I would like. The head glides with little effort and is lit with led lights so that is very handy for seeing under furniture.
The suction is good and there are two power levels, I found it works best on the highest level but it needs to be kept in mind that the advertised 30 minutes use from one charge is for the lower power level, you will get less if used on the higher setting. I found it picks up relatively well although I did have to go over some pet hair more than once. I also have a Dyson cordless and the suction on this is obviously not as powerful.
I did find it easy to empty and I did not find hair wrapped around the brush head so that is a definite bonus.
The only tools that come with this are a crevice tool and a brush which was a bit disappointing, it would have been good to have a tool for sofas and upholstery. It also comes with a docking station which you can attach to the wall for storage and charging although it is not essential to use this. It does charge relatively quickly in about 2 hours.
All in all it’s a good cordless for the price range and it is easy to use but it’s suction is not on par with Dyson or Shark. It also lacks attachments for pet owners…the dreaded cat hair on the sofa!
Not bad for the price though and feels well made.

I LOVE this cordless vacuum, I have always used Dysons since Dysons came into play, and when Dyson went cordless I have always had one and probably would have always had one if the opportunity to have this Bissell had come around!
It’s Quieter than the Dyson, Its has LED’s to light the way and seems to go forever, I have a 4 bedroom home and haven’t run out mid vacuum yet.
The Bissell comes with a rubber heal so you can rest it against the wall without its marking are slipping whilst you pick up washing on the floor.
It easy to empty and adjusts to varying floors effortlessly, Laminate, vinyl, and carpet.

if you are on the market for a cordless vacuum and you are undecided, for this price range it’s a great contender, if not one of the best out there!

I don’t think anyone could be disappointed with this cordless vacuum. Great Job Bissell!

What a great machine this is! I have a shark vacuum and this one is very similar to the shark in terms of performance, but this one seems to do much better on carpets, it has pulled so much dog hairs from deep within my carpet I am very impressed it.

    * Two speeds mode.

    * LED headlights which are great for quickly hoovering under chairs, bed etc..

    * it comes with a wall-mount which also charges the vacuum, so it is always charging when not in use,

    *quiet in operation.

The quality of the materials is very strong and durable,. this has a top-quality feel to it does a great job at cleaning.

my only cons are if I had a large house I would have liked have a swappable battery so I could always have one charged fully, the Vaccum needs to be emptied after every use, this is mainly because it does such a good job at picking up dirt, the emptying process is not as smooth as it could be, you need to take off the filters etc, and unscrew it, you end up getting little dust on your fingers etc..

The vacuum cleaner is very beautiful, has a beautiful design and color. In the box was the vacuum cleaner in pieces, between them they have hard cardboard to protect them. The vacuum cleaner is very easy to assemble and has the necessary parts to place the charger on the wall. The vacuum cleaner can be used to vacuum on the floor, but it also has equipment that offers the possibility to vacuum in tighter places, such as the sofa and between the pillows or to vacuum the curtain. I like that the vacuum cleaner has a transparent cylinder, where you can clearly see what is vacuuming from the carpet. The cleaner also has light, which offers the possibility to see what it sucks when it is dark. I love this vacuum cleaner, it is very comfortable, as it is also wireless and the instructions are very many and clear .

By far, this is the most usable and versatile vacuum cleaner I have ever used.

    It can be used:
    1. As a conventional vacuum cleaner with its extension pole and sweeping foot for general all-round floor cleaning
    2. Without the extension pole for cleaning stairs
    3. With the extension pole but without the cleaning foot for reaching into awkward spaces and behind furniture
    4. With or without an extension pole but with the addition of the upholstery brush for cleaning fabrics
    5. With or without the extension pole but with the crevice tool for reaching between sofa cushions

Every part of it is well designed for completely versatile and easy vacuuming of every part of the home including floors, ceilings, hanging cobwebs, upholstery, rugs and stairs. All parts are well engineered and snap together smoothly and securely in whichever combination is selected and after use, the dust container is released at the push of button ready for the contents to be tipped into a bin with no need to touch anything soiled. Then it is snapped into place again, with the vac in any combination, ready for another session. Even the filter is washable. Being cordless it can be used anywhere the home or outdoors for cleaning a car or campervan where there is no power supply. This vac simply couldn’t score higher on design, usability or practicality.

Although I am no fan of domestic chores, I have enjoyed using this vacuum cleaner because it makes the job so quick and easy to obtain visibly clean results. The vacuum cleaner is very well designed to ready for use whenever needed. It can be stored hung on its wall mount/charger which also holds the crevice tool and brush attachments ensuring it is always ready for use and having it immediately accessible means, at least in our household, that it is more likely to be used than a vac which has to be heaved out, assembled, dragged to a room and then plugged in. In the time it takes for other models to be ready for use, this has already done the job. Disappointingly it won’t stand unsupported and needs to be propped up if left unattended during cleaning.

At 5.7kg it is lightweight to carry from room to room or up/down stairs although my arms felt the strain of holding it above head height for removing the dreaded cobwebs. The row of LED lights to the front illuminate any dirt ensuring the vac can be correctly directed and it only needs to pass over a spot once to clean up almost any type of dirt including hair, fluff, dust, crumbs and other ‘bits’ which find their way onto the floors of most homes. Using its 2 settings for hard/carpeted flooring, I’ve used it on medium and low pile carpets, tiles, lino and laminate and had consistently good performance including with lightly scattered talcum powder on a hard floor which too many other machines spread and scatter rather than vacuum up. It is also extremely good for pet households: we have a young house-rabbit who has just gone through his first moult and the vac effortlessly picked up all shed fur and fluff including some very thick clumps and the low noise didn’t scare him either which is a huge plus. A further test of its ‘pet performance’ is the vac’s ability to pick up fine hay. Although this might not be found in every home it also demonstrates its ability to handle long hair, neither of which have clogged the tangle-free roller which lives up to its name and, like the rest of the vac, is well designed as a broad, chunky roller with short bristles spaced well apart.

Cleaning performance is consistently good. It outperforms our Vax and Hoover rechargeable vacuum cleaners, competes well with a cordless G-Tech and Dyson but doesn’t quite match our noisy (and rabbit-terrifying), bulky, plug-in Henry (although I wouldn’t expect it to).

The running time of 30 minutes is just about enough the clean our 3-bedroom plus office home, but as battery capacity reduces over the coming years, cleaning time available will reduce meaning cleaning will have to take place over two sessions instead of one. I normally check the prices and availability of replacement batteries when choosing any rechargeable appliance and contacted Bissell directly to ask the battery price for this vac but the surprising response I received was that they could neither supply nor source one so I cannot comment on the cost of replacement batteries- yet.

This is the ideal cordless vac for any typical family home up to about 3 bedrooms, with pets and any mix of hard or carpeted floors. I would very happily recommend this for its exceptionally versatile design, performance and overall usability and I feel 199.99 is a fair price.

This is almost assembled when remove from box which is always good. It’s a modern looking machine with bright colour accents and lights at front and I found lighter to push than my current hoover. It has 2 power levels with high power for carpeted floors and low for hard floors. It has surprisingly good suction and cleaned carpet easily picking up all all pet hairs .The lights are good at seeing into dark corners of rooms. It’s simple to remove hand held unit and attachments are great for doing edges and running over couch cushions and back and great for pet bed and cat tree .It has a long extension so can reach up and do curtains or corners of rooms were dust gathers and tiny spiders like to build there webs but I had to get husband to do that as it’s quite heavy to hold up despite showing lady hold at arms length in listing images? I love how simple is to empty and the washable filters and the anti hair wrap feature. My husband has used to clean car and says again is great with extensions he managed to get into every nook and cranny and car is now pristine until teenager wants next lift or vet trip .I really like this hoover and would have given 5 stars but for few niggles. The hoover is top heavy so I can’t just let go and leave to stand whilst take break or even just stop for second to pick something up but main issue is the charge doesn’t last long enough to do whole house, I live in a town house so have 2 flights of stairs and 3 bedrooms, my teenage daughter says I could see as positive and spread hoovering over 3 days but I think not .I’m still happy to have this though as is great for quick tidying and lighter and more convenient to use than corded.I would give 4 and half stars if could because be almost perfect if I had cosy 1/2 bed, minus messy teen and pets .Recommended for smaller home or as 2nd hoove

Item arrived promptly and was VERY well packaged which was a bonus for our youngest who likes building things out of VERY big boxes so he was happy too. The vacuum looks really good and is easy to store away and use all around the house. Better than our lump of a Henry hoover. The suction is very good, although I would see I just needed to give myself a little time to get used to the emptying and best way of eg hoovering the stairs. Once used to it this was all perfectly fine. The vacuum has some charge when it arrived so I had a little play with my new toy. It then needed about 4 hours for its first full charge. We have a three bedroom house with conservatory and I can hoover the whole house on one charge.

This is not the first cordless cleaner I have had, but it is definitely the best.

I have a Border Collie who drops quite a lot of hairs, normally quite a problem for cordless cleaners, but not this one. The Tangle Free Brush Roll really works and I definitely recommend this cleaner for pet owners.

I loved the colouring and found it easy to use, either at the normal length or as a hand held, which is excellent for getting into the nooks and crannies. The extra attachments were especially useful for car cleaning, and the cleaner quickly adapts from long to short with no fuss.

Its wall mounted hanger, if placed in the right position acts as a charging station, and even comes with fixing screws. The bright LED lights to aid cleaning are a really good feature and definitely helped in cleaning.

The cleaner last a good amount of time on a charge — approximately 30 minutes. When it is put on charge there are three indicator lights so you can tell when it is ready to use again. It is easy to empty and clean and I definitely recommend it.

I like this cleaner because it has many good points.
The suction is as good as my more expensive vax cordless, with the added benefit of easily clearing hair, this is is important to me as my grandson wears his hair long and sheds long strands of hair which had tangled my vac often.
The only negative with the vacuum cleaner is that it is so heavy to pick up. Having arthritis in my hands it is just too heavy It wouldn’t stop me from using it but it is a disadvantage. I am quite disappointed in what I think is a very good cleaner.
The suction is amazing and picks up dirt in what I thought was a clean carpet.
If one can tolerate the weight of the cleaning head then there would be no problems. It is very well made, looks and feels sturdy.

I was very pleased because it did everything that it said it would do. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that is looking for a light weight, cordless, and powerful vacuum cleaner. I use it on my laminate floors, tile floors, and my indoor/outdoor carpet. It picks up the trash the first time you go over the floor. It stays charged to clean all the house I also like the fact that it goes under my chairs and sofa with ease.

Arrived today. Easy to assemble. Basic instructions but it’s simple enough. The tools do not attach to the vac itself they attach to the wall charging mount. Seems ok. Much sturdier than expected. I’m replacing a 10 year old dyson. This is my new upstairs vac. The bissell is quite a lot heavier than the cordless dyson and emptying the dirt chamber a bit more fiddly but it’s fine. I have arthritis and struggle with my hands. The light on the main head is a good feature. There are 2 filters that need washing.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis vacuum is cordless convenience.
It is simple with a click to construct, deconstruct and reconfigure for the task in hand.
It takes just under 5 hours to fully charge and runs for about half an hour when it stops dead.
This has quite a powerful suction.
It has two power levels and always starts on the highest.
The lowest power level is recommended for hard floors.
It weighs 3.765kg (see photos for break down).
The bulk of the weight lies in the hand held unit at just over two kilos (think of two bags of sugar). This I personally think is quite heavy if you think about the sales photo of someone holding it up in the air to vacuum a high point in the room. I’m assuming the bulk of that weight is the battery. I have tried extending my arm out to vacuum high places and it’s not something that I’d want to do for long as you can feel it in your arm and back. Vacuuming normally at ground level or using the attachments at ground level has the weight supported by the ground it is touching and is therefore not bad at all although there is a definite requirement for arm strength that you don’t have with a corded equivalent.
There are other cordless vacuums that have the bulk of the weight at the base and this might be something to consider if you do not have the upper body strength required.
The vacuum picked up well on hard floors (1000 times better than my DC50 animal that just pushes the muck around).
The lights highlighted (to my horror) the muck and pet hair and certainly made it easier to spot especially under the kitchen table.
The vacuum did an alright job on my carpeted floors. That is to say it didn’t do as well as my DC50 animal corded vacuum but it did very well.
The vacuum was less impressive on the stairs. I used it with the handheld unit plus the foot and then I used both of the attachments in turn. I had to go over them again where little piles of pet hair had been deposited by the brush attachment that seems to brush well but hold on to the pet hair rather than feeding it into the machine. That said with that little bit more effort the job was done.
The main foot attachment remained free of tangled hair.
I’m yet to attach the wall fitting which has the ability to have the charger fed through it so the vacuum can be charged in situ and also holds the vacuum up as it does not stand up on it’s own and is not designed to (again I think this is because the bulk of the weight is in the handheld unit). We are going to but require a power socket putting in the cupboard where it now lives as there’s no way I’m hanging it on a wall in full sight like it’s part of the furnishings. Until then it has to be deconstructed for storage as it doesn’t stand on it’s own.
In conclusion it is very convenient to be able to grab the cordless vacuum and quickly tidy a spill. The run time is not long enough to completely clean my home and waiting 5 hours for the next run isn’t really an option. It also does not match the suction power on carpets as my mains powered vacuum. So it becomes an addition to the vacuum collection not the primary unit.
It is very useful for cleaning areas that are fiddly like around the patio doors and under furniture. It is also excellent for cleaning the car and as I discovered vacuuming the different level of the cat tree.
It is a good addition and I do recommend it.
    Seems correctly priced at 149.99

I am very happy with this product. I really needed a vacuum and when it arrived i got a bit scared that it might be too big – the place that i live it is not very big so i really need to save space. This vacuum offers you the option for wall mount – which i will be doing in the next coming days. There really was no hair wrapped on the brush – in the last picture you can see it all went straight in the bin. The light is very helpful for places where there is low visibility. I followed the instructions and let it charge – you can see the progress from the flickering lights- when it stops and all the 3 lights are on, you can use it. You get also 2 other heads, one for the corners and a smaller brush, both very useful. One thing that i noticed when using it, it is that the suction power it is not very high (some vacuums is you get near a cable they suck that in right away), so depending on your necessities some people might not like that. I am very satisfied on how it works, it tick many boxes on my list so i am very happy to recommend it!

    I love my new vaccum

This is a fine lightweight and cordless vacuum cleaner which can be hung upright for discrete storage.

The vacuum doesn’t have the longest running time but it has powerful suction that doesn’t falter. The tangle free feature is great in my household living with long haired girls.

It’s easy to use, charge and empty with minimal effort. Great for busy people or older adults needing a vacuum that is easy to manoeuvre. Perfect for stairs and hard to reach places unlike upright models.

My point of comparison is my older vacuum, a shark upright. Obviously the weight difference means that vacuuming with the bissell is much less time consuming, as I’m not lugging it around. The cordless quality means I am not constantly having to adjust the cables. Tidying it away is quicker and easier. Both are just as easy to empty. They both have front lights so you can see any crumbs or hairs up ahead that need vacuuming. There is slightly less power in the bissell and I am limited time wise to get done before it runs out of battery though. To conclude I’d say it’s a quicker, easier and more efficient model but it lacks slightly in robustness and power of my previous vacuum. Not enough bad points to even take a star from it though as it is a pleasure to clean with.

Lightweight, easy to use and store

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI owned one of Bissell’s earlier cordless models, and although it performed really well, it wasn’t without it’s problems. Build quality issues meant that it wasn’t up to constant domestic use, and mine had to be replaced twice under warranty, due to key parts breaking, or snapping. However, to Bissell’s credit, they were brilliant, arranging courier pick up, replacement vacuum cleaners, and redelivery within a few days.
I am pleased to say that this new model feels a lot better built, and is positively heavy duty compared to that earlier model, which incidentally was a lot more expensive than this one.
It’s a really nice looking machine, easy to put together, comes with basic diagram instructions, brush tool, crevice tool, wall bracket for mounting, and a charger. Charging from empty takes 5 hours, but gives you approximately 25-30 minutes of use.
The cleaner has two speeds, and can be used as an upright, or a handheld. In both modes it is nice and powerful, picking up dirt, dust, and bigger items with ease. The filters are easy to clean, and one of them can be washed when needed. The dust compartment is a good size, and is very easy to empty.
I really like the LED lights in the vacuum head that illuminate dark areas, and ensure that you pick up hidden dirt. The roller is also easy to clean, and can be removed if necessary to remove trapped items, although hair wrap seems to have been virtually eliminated with this machine, and that has always been a problem with all vacuum cleaners.
A couple of minor negatives here. I wish the handle clicked into an upright position so that the machine could freestand. I have tried to get it to do this, but there doesn’t appear to be a locking mechanism. Secondly, when used as a handheld vacuum cleaner, it is very bulky, and quite heavy too. In some ways that is a good thing, because the bigger the cylinder, the more dirt it can hold. The downside is that older people, or those with joint problems might find it a bit difficult to cope with. Fortunately I don’t have such a problem, and it suits me perfectly. Thirdly, I think a more comprehensive instruction book would be nice, with proper written instructions, and not just a series of often confusing diagrams/drawings. There was also no warranty information in the box, so I assume you would need to keep track of your order to prove ownership, and date purchased.
I am really pleased with this vacuum cleaner. It is very good quality, performs extremely well, and comes from a first rate company. It is currently on offer at 50 below RRP, and is an absolute bargain. Even at full RRP it is well worth buying. It beats many of the more expensive competitor machines hands down. Despite those minor niggles, absolutely a five star product.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersFirst impressions count for a lot and from what I’ve seen so far, I doubt my mind will be much changed. This is a fantastic vacuum that does the job with no nonsense, straight out of the box.

The packaging was good, no wasteful bits of plastic; apart from a thin sheet of expanded polythene (PE) foam to protect the main body, and a clear polythene bag around each of the three main components, and the wall fasteners, all the rest of the packing was done with cardboard. There are no pieces to screw together – the three main sections clip together with a satisfying click. The middle section can be omitted for a short fully-functional vacuum cleaner.

There was some charge in the battery so I gave it a quick go downstairs on a rug and it worked great. It didn’t pull the rug out of the place, nor lift the corners, it just vacuumed flawlessly. From the pictures, you can see there are some long hairs of my housemate that found their way correctly into the waste receptacle and none wrapped around the roller. This is one of the selling points, and it achieved this well.

There are two power settings that defaults to full power each time but no control to turn off the roller but that’s no great loss. There is plenty of power to the suction, this is not just for picking up crumbs on a hard floor like some cordless devices, this is a proper vacuum and looks the part as well. The waste cup is easy to remove and empty out, and the array of LED lights on the front of the roller are very bright and useful.

My only criticism is that it doesn’t stand up on its own, it has to be laid down or propped up and while that’s no problem in the grand scheme of things, it has taken a tumble already because I left it in a less-than-suitable position, but no harm resulted.

I will update later with further thoughts after a little more use.

First impressions: powerful, nimble and quiet cordless vacuum.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFantastic cordless cleaner thats well packaged and presented. Works straight out of the box after a very straightforward assembly.

So the whole cleaner is easy to hold and manoeuvre, its not too heavy or bulky but i feel its just right. I got a good 20 mins out of the box before charging it and it still had juice in it afterwards. Think it took hour and 45 mins ish to fully charge. Theres a light indicator with three battery bars that will go off once charged.

The suction is pretty impressive for a 21v, but some areas do need to be gone over more then once in order to fully collect and pick up, but thats now and again.
Its very surprising what i picked up in that first 20 mins!

Very convenient and easy to store, ideal for a quick do over especially in the car as its quick to change from long to small, also two handy tools to reach harder areas and rugs etc

Attractive bright led light so you can see the dirt on the floor easier and two useful tools

Emptying the dirt/dustbin is a breeze & easy to put back on.

Overall a brilliant cleaner for the money from a trusted brand. Very handy and useful to have as its quick and practical and long lasting as you’ll forget its on a battery, also simple to use with two power settings.

I really cant find a fault with it and recommend its reliability

Brilliant reliable and good quality cordless cleaner.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI received the vacuum yesterday and I couldn’t wait to try it out straight away, I was very excited to try it out and let me tell you I am not disappointed. I believe this vacuum it’s very potent and it also does what it says it does in the description. I love cordless vacuums because they are more manageable and easier to use without having to worry about its cable. I wasn’t sure before receiving it if it had a charger included which I think it should be said in the description for peace of mind but when it arrived, I received everything needed which is:
    1x charger
    1x crevice tool
    1x dusting brush
    1x wall mount
    2x manual instructions

I haven’t put up the wall mount yet because I’ll be moving houses soon but I love how it is equipped with a wall mount which saves up space and just looks very elegant and easy to use. It was not hard at all when putting the vacuum together. There is also 2 types of power mode and I love the extra light which helps to see anything we miss. I would 100% recommend it.

Item as described and I would 100% recommend it to anyone
