Excellent - but if it jams and you get a flashing Auto light...
I have had this for a couple of years and it is a brilliant machine. It is so good that yesterday I tried to put far too many sheets through at once and it jammed. Did the usual reverse etc but had to manually clear the slot with thin pliers. When plugged it back in and tested it the blue Auto light kept flashing so after more clearing I eventually thought the sensor must have failed. Ended up stripping the whole thing down and vacuumed out the mechanism. Then tested again with the same result. It turns out that there is a microswitch to make sure the waste bin is in place and if it isn’t it flashes the auto light.

I bought this to shed paper and cardboard boxes for my HOTBIN composter and it’s been brilliant so far. Instructions are simple and I’ve shredded all my delivery boxes and unwanted paper since it arrived.
Tough and quick!
Use this as a home-based shredder. Very tough and relatively quick. The bin pulls out so to avoid a mess! Great design! And actually, shredding can feel quite therapeutic with this unit! Now, give me something to shred! 🙂

Brilliant Machine
We have a lot of private paperwork to dispose of from our club and home. We are not in a position to be able to burn it so it is very convenient.

SUPERB - genuinely heavy duty, efficient shredde
Does what it says in the description – efficient, heavy-duty shredder – at a reasonable price. It has made my life so much easier, both in that it takes more sheets in one go and also it carries on working for much longer before needing to cool down. Highly recommended.

Since delivery it has performed extremely well. easy to move on it’s provided casters, It is proving to be a true asset.
Great little shredde
Love that it’s on wheels and can be moved around. Shredds multiple sheets and cards easily. The pull out draw is a real asset. We had one before that you had ot keep lifting the top off, which was really inconvenient. this is a much better design!

Bonsai 20 sheet shredder excellent value
This Bonsaii 20 paper shredder is ideal for anyone who has lots of shredding. I would also recommending getting the oil for cleaning the blades.
Powerful cross cut shredder.
Nice size and handles up to 12 sheets easily. Overheat protection and auto start which works fine. An impressive machine.
The most important thing is to be safe knowing it is all cut up into safely pieces of paper.
So quick to get all my old paperwork rid of. So easy to use and with having the wheels on the manoeuvrability to help with being disabled is fantastic.

A heavy duty shredder which delivers on its promises. Previous shredders quickly overheated and then jammed. Not this one. It also has wheels making it easy to move. Top rating is deserved.

Had nearly completed shredding my late Mum’s paperwork when disaster struck! Machine jammed & I couldn’t sort it. E-mailed the company & they gave me concise instructions on how to unjam it. As this didn’t work, my son took it to bits & found a cog had broken. I e-mailed the company again & I have to say their customer services are beyond reproach. After sending them a video of the offending part, they have despatched a replacement which I am eagerly awaiting. I would definitely recommend this company & their products – their customer service is polite, kind & second to none. Thank you.

I bought this for my home office. It shreds multiple pages with ease. Quiet when in use. I also like the large capacity bin. All in all very pleased with my purchase.
I bought this shredder a few months ago and can review it having given it plenty of use. Firstly, it shreds documents very well quickly without any fuss. Secondly, being on casters you can move it around easily. Thirdly, it was easy to assemble and lastly the built in container for the shredded paper is easy and quick to empty. A good product.

Great value shredde
This is a great value for money home shredder. I bought this to shred corrugated cardboard for my hotbin composter. It just shred into little pieces with no problem. Just the ticket for my own use. I can recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable priced shredder.

Powerful shredde
It’s early days yet but initial indications shows this unit to be more powerful, quiet and operates much smoother than my last.
Cheap but effective
It’s perfect for home shredding and I was pretty impressed considering the price. I’ve had for around a year but only use it once every couple of months so unsure how durable it would be if used more.
Operation good but.....
The motor seems quite powerful and does shred really well. However, the so-called drawer and the casing are extremely shoddy in my opinion and of much poorer quality than the Rexel I have had to discard. I chose it partly because it has a drawer as I am arthritic and need a shredder that makes it easy to empty the paper shreds. I can do it but I find it quite difficult. Were global circumstances different, I would have returned it.

Excellent. Had a huge amount of shredding to do. Fully expected it to overheat as I was shredding over a 2 day period. (7 sacks!).
But it didn’t cut out once. Very impressed.
STURDY AND QUIET
This “15 page” shredder cuts out for much lower numbers of pages than 15. Otherwise it is satisfactory and cuts up documents into tiny pieces. It is sturdy and quiet in operatio
Poor produc
I wrote a review how good it was when I first had it well today 24th Feb 2020 it has broke down been talking to customer care at the moment I have identified what the problem is so will wait for there response as I want a new one.
I was initially a bit daunted as the shredder arrived in parts which needed assembly. My only reservation is that the shredder is a bit flimsy, certainly compared to my last one which made of thicker plastic. Otherwise it’s much quieter and it’s great to have a window on the bucket so I can see when to empty it. It also looks good.

I found that I had to stop to let the unit cool down . Never needed to wit old unit .
I have been please with the unit since the first day after I stopped using the unit before it overheated.
Does the job
Does what it says. Have been using for over 3 months. It shreds effectively – from sheets of paper to card to credit type cards. The pullout drawer to empty the shredded paper is brilliant. So easy. Very plasticky looking, it’s not as attractive as my much cheaper Ryman’s model but it really does the job and so far hasn’t jammed.

We had a Fellows shredder for along time before it died. This is better than the Fellows a really good shredder. As with all shredders you have to look after them, keep it oiled

Future use will not be on this scale but it does appear to be robust, doesn’t take up a lot of space and the wheels are very handy if you need to move it to another location. With security in mind I’m more than happy to recommend.

Very happy to have received my shredder in a sealed taped box. Once opening found it easy to put together and love it on wheels makes it so much easy to move around no having to pick up and carry. It is mainly going to be used for shredding of daily household accounts being a cross cutter makes it worthwhile using against fraudsters . Well recommended.

Does what it says on the box. So glad I upgraded to this one. Love the fact that it is a pull out drawer and not as messy as my old one where I had to lift the lid.
The biggest plus for me is that it shreds several index cards at the same time.
