Für den Hausgebrauch völlig OK
Ich brauche sie fr den hydraulischen Abgleich. Geht ganz gut. So habe ich 700 Euronen gespart. Auf glnzenden Flchen kommt es zu falschen Messergebnissen. Ich werde die Rohre mal schwarz lackieren mal schauen. Fr genaue Ergebnisse muss man deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Was ich gut finde ist: Die letzte Messung wird zustzlich angezeigt. Die Messung Dauert nur wenige Millisekunden.
Wer's braucht, macht damit nichts verkeh
Ehrlichgesagt wei ich nach Kauf schon kaum noch, warum ich mich fr das Gert entschieden habe. Aber dafr kann ja das Peodukt nichts. Daher nur die Fakten:
Liegt gut in der Hand. Einfach bedienbar. Abweichungen zwischen den Vergleichsmessungen akzeptabel.

This has given me much greater confidence in choosing which ring and setting to use when asked to cook at a particular heat. An instinctive cook will not need this help. Ich habe den Bosch Infrarot Thermometer seit 1 Monat um Temperaturunterschiede an den Fenstern festzustellen. Dies hat super funktioniert, und ich konnte die Fenster bei zu niedrigen Temperaturen einstellen und kontrollieren ob es besser geworden ist.

Das Thermometer erfllt den vorgesehenen Zweck. Mein Backofen spinnt und ich brauche ihn zum Messen, ob wir wenigstens in der Temperatur-Range sind. Dabei kommt es mir auf ein paar Grad hin oder her nicht an. Bei verschiedenen Messungen die natrlich schon allein aus Neugier gemacht wurden, scheint er relativ genau zu sein. Allerdings scheinen auch wir klinisch bereits tot zu sein, denn unsere Oberflchentemperatur ist deutlich unter 37 Grad. Eigentlich aber logisch, weil man ja die Hauttemperatur an der Oberflche misst und die ist normalerweise nicht gleich der Krperkerntemperatur, die um die 37 Grad betragen sollte. Und die kann man natrlich mit diesem Infrarotthermometer nicht wirklich messen, dafr gibts dann was spezielles. Auch mit meiner runden Hochglanz-Edelstahl Teekanne war der Thermometer berfordert, wahrscheinlich wegen der gekrmmten, reflektierenden Oberflche. Beim Tee in der Tasse klappte die Messung jedoch. Da ich keine technischen Anwendungen habe, bei denen es auf 100%Genauigkeit ankommt sondern nur haushaltsbliche Anwendungen reicht mir dieser Thermometer vollstndig aus. Bei dem stimmt fr mich die Preis-Leistung, da ich von einer hheren Genauigkeit nicht mehr profitieren wrde bei deutlich hherem Preis. Und so wei ich jetzt immerhin, wo meine Wnde khler, sprich Wrmebrcken sind, wie warm die Ofentre ist und ob ich mein Heigetrnk trinken kann ohne mir die Zunge zu verbrhen. Fr die Wurst – und Seifenproduktion hat er sich ebenfalls als hilfreich erwiesen-da will man ja nicht immer direkt den Finger reinhalten (Lauge, Kuttermesser…)…..Ich bin also voll zufrieden und benutze ihn gerne.

Das Thermometer von Bosch ist sehr wertig und qualitativ top. Mir war es sehr wichtig, das beim mehrmaligen bzw. lngerem messen, nicht gleich Batterien leer sind. Dies war bei einem anderen Gert (billig…) sehr schnell der Fall. Mit diesem hier ist das kein Problem, man kann sehr langen damit messen.
Die Anzeige ist super ablesbar und die Tasten ebenfalls sehr wertig.

No it’s not a surgical instrument that is accurate to 1/10th of a degree. That is simply not possible with IR.
But it gives you a quick and usable temperature indication, handy to have in the garage when troubleshooting certain things on the car, or to figure out where your house insulation needs work.
In any case, for the price, it’s BOSCH it’s durable, it’s good to have

Amazingly fast, accurate thermomete
Given the opportunity to finally get to the bottom of the actual temperature of my oven, I jumped at the chance to test this digital thermometer. My oven is quite old and is not fan assisted so this was useful to establish that when set to 200C, at the top my oven is closer to 210, and the bottom more like 195.
The thermometer is awesome, tells you the temperature to 0.5C instantly, you just point it at the surface of what you wish to test, and you’re done.
No it’s not suitable to test human temperatures and doesn’t claim to be. My skin tested variously as 35.0, 34.5 and 33.0.

Angeschafft habe ich mir das Gert als Spielerei fr meinen Island-Urlaub. Ich wollte mir beim Baden in natrlichen heien Quellen nicht die Fe verbrennen und das hat auch super geklappt. Nach dem Urlaub hatte ich die Idee, das Gert mal mit in die Kche zu nehmen. Oft passiert es mir, dass die Pfannen entweder zu Kalt oder zu Hei sind… z.B. weil ich mal wieder nur den kleine Ring angeschaltet habe… gerade wenn man Steak oder Roastbeef zubereitet ist die Temperatur ziemlich wichtig auch mchte man nicht das l ber den Rauchpunkt erhitzen, da es stinkt und verbrennt. Auch wenn ich Kndel mache kommt es zum Einsatz, da das Wasser auf keinem Fall kochen darf aber es auch nicht zu kalt sein soll – sonst hat man Rohre Kndeln oder Kartoffelsuppe… Dafr eignet sich das Thermometer sehr gut. Es ist stabil und leicht abwaschbar. Batterien sind immer noch die ersten. Es schaltet sich von alleine ab. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

This is a great quality infrared thermometer. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since it’s made by Bosch who always make high quality and reliable products, at least in my experience anyway. It’s nice and comfortable to hold and is simple to use. Just point and pull the trigger. The display is nice and clear and the white text on black looks awesome. It offers a few different modes of operation so you can use what suits your needs. For me I use it to measure and calibrate the temp of the hotbed of my 3D printer.

Pour faire de bonnes mesures il est indispensable de bien connatre le principe de cet appareil et d’tre conscient de l’incertitude lie l’missivit des matriaux, trois valeurs de rglage du facteur d’missivit cela est suffisant du fait que dans la grande majorit des cas on ne connat pas prcisment le facteur d’missivit de la surface mesurer. Il faut aussi bien respecter la distance de mesure en tenant compte de l’angle d’ouverture du capteur infrarouge. La notice explique tout , encore faut-il la lire !
Sinon l’appareil est trs bien et trs simple d’utilisation, je conseille. Bon rapport qualit/prix

Ideal device for Surface Temperature measureme
I got this infrared thermometer because I had been noticing some draft coming in from my windows and wanted to test whether there was any damage to the double glazing which was causing this draft. The Bosch brand is a trusted brand and we have used a few products from them already so this was a no brainer.
It came in nice packaging as expected from a branded product. The box had the thermometer and batteries were included. I immediately went ahead with the testing and realised that there was a big difference in the temperature between the inner wall and the outer walls of the double glazed window. The difference was quite high so we got a confirmation that this was indeed a problem with the window and since then we have had a professional opinion as well who corroborate this. Luckily we got the window fixed in time for winter and saved a few bucks on extra heating which would have been required if the window was not fixed.
Since then, I have used this to measure lots of other temperatures like temperature of oven, a few devices to ensure they are not over heating. I have also used it to check the temparture of my car engine and in all cases, it has provided quite accurate results.
The device itself feels rather sturdy and the grip is specially good so there is no chance of slipping and can be used for extended periods. The display is visible even in bright sunlight as well so nothing much to complain there.
Overall, this is a really great device for surface temperature measurement and I would highly recommend it. 5 Stars
This is not a human thermomete
I got this cos of current situation with covid and I thought it was for humans.
This is not , this is for indoor only use like fridge freezers ovens etc.
It is built really well and is strong.
It came with 2 aa batterys and has a red dot and instantly temp will appear you have different ranges . I cant quite work out what each is for but there is a instructions booklet that I will read.
I think this will be used now and again.

This is an electronic thermometer not really designed for medical use although it does measure people & animal heat no problem, this is more of a tool to check on blades or tools to see if they are still within safe operating temperatures, or for an industrial oven or a 3d printhead
It really couldn’t be easier to use, the really thick multi-language manual was a bit of a waste of paper (measuring 21.9 degrees C)
It comes with 2 x AA batteries, insert these under the flap on the handle and that’s it, press the red trigger or press the power button and temperature is displayed on the clear OLED screen, it shows the temperature in Celsius by default. To change the reading to Farenheight press and hold the mode button for a few seconds and its done, and it remains in that setting until you switch back by the same process.
It will measure temperature between 18cms and 1 metre away
The mode button is for measuring temperature of different surfaces depending on the emissivity of the surface. The default mode is High Emissivity that handles most surface, medium emissivity is for enamel, granite, cast iron and sand, the Low Emissivity setting would be for cork, porcelain and reflective paint…..having said all that it seems too just work on the default setting.
It only has storage for the last measurement taken that is displayed above the current measurement, no way yo store these measurements, that’s fine it does what it needs to.

As good and as accurate as it gets!
Fantastic! Really well made, will last your for ages and will ALWAYS give you the most accurate reading whether you use it to take someone’s temperature remotely, or trying to figure out how hot something is without touching it or probing it. It is a firm resident in my medicine cupboard, but I have used it in the kitchen too and to check my brand new radiator if it is giving out as much heat as intended, etc.
A really sturdy, robust item that you will find a whole load of uses in and around your house! Definitely recommend!
Unclear instructions on usage!
The instruction paper that arrived with this thermometer contradicts with the images and information presented on the listing. While the listing images clearly show someone using the thermometer to measure the temperature of a pizza base, the instruction paper excludes food as one of the incompatible items that cannot be measured by this device. It is really confusing and I am not sure whether to use it on food or not.
The thermometer itself is very premium in terms of build quality and design. This is what I usually expect from Bosh’s products which usually meet my expectations and perform and expected. I tried this on different surfaces and it proved accurate in terms of temperature measurement. It supports both a one time measurement or continuous measurement.
It has different modes depending on the surface to be measured. The distance between the device and the surface should also be taken into consideration when measuring surfaces.
I would say this thermometer is made more for industrial purposes rather than daily use. It is useful for different surfaces around the house but an actual and frequent usage would require certain industries.

Accurate and User Friendly Temperature Gauge
This is a very well made temperature gauge. Please note that this is not suitable for use on human beings to check their temperatures so should not be used as a thermometer for Covid 19/flu etc. Also, it is a laser product so safety precautions should always be taken.
I was pleased to see that batteries are included which is always great and means you can use it straight out of the box.
I’ve included a number of photos and a video of the unit in operation which I hope you find helpful.
The unit is comfortable in the hand, helped by the black silicone rear section which provides extra grip. With a pull of the red trigger you can take a snapshot temperature of wherever the laser point lands or by holding the trigger continuously you can “sweep” or monitor temperature changes.
You also have the option of choosing one of three emissivity levels (how much thermal radiation an object gives off) via the “Mode” button. The instruction manual explains in more detail about which mode you should use for which materials (eg Brickwork, Paint, Glass etc).
The display is exceptionally clear (black background with white numerals) and can be changed between Celsius and Fahrenheit depending on what you need.
This then is an excellent tool if you need to check temperature of any projects/items you may be working on.

Personally I think this is a bit more of a gadget them are too although we can certainly come into its own when required. As soon as I got it out the box and put the batteries in I was zapping things for different temperatures and I was surprised by how quickly it could get the temperature was also how easy it was to use. I could think of dozens of very practical uses wear a precise temperature reading would be great at home and also in the garage on my car I would have faith that the results replies are accurate as it seems spot-on when I was testing my oven knowing the temperature to be a 200 and also when I was checking the hot water feed pipe out of the boiler which again should’ve been 56 and was only 1 out which could’ve easily been the boiler itself.
This definitely is not every day till but when required it would come in very handy I am looking forward to giving it a try in barbecue season being able to identify hotspots and cool spot on the barbecue to get a proper smoking result.

Good, If You Understand Infrared Thermal Radiation of Different Objects...
A thermometer than can measure the surface temperature ranging from -30C – 500C. That’s a massive variation.
But as a result, it’s not the most accurate reader, fluctuating here and there, by a few degrees when the same thing with a constant temperature is measured repeatedly.
It’s not a huge deal if a little variation is forgivable with your reason for using this piece of kit. But if your life/line of work depends on it. Then this could be an issue.
The main issue for the non-professional with this model is that you have to select the correct emissivity for the object you are measuring, otherwise the temperature reading will not be accurate.
The emissivity is the natural infrared thermal radiation that the object emits. The temp will only be correct if the emissivity you select, matches that which is emitted by the object. It’s not easy to select the right emissivity.
What Emissivity Setting Do I Use?
There’s a big variation of objects in any one group. For example:
* The ‘High Emissivity’ setting is suits for objects such as dry concrete, woodchip wallpaper, carpet, glass, etc.
* The ‘Medium’ setting is suited for cast iron, sand, enamel, etc.
* The ‘Low’ setting is best for cork, porcelain, etc.
The lists aren’t exhaustive, which makes it tricky to operate for a non-pro if you want total accuracy.
On that note, this is not suitable for human temperature readings!

Accurate materials thermomete
This is an excellent gadget. It’s very easy to use and provides accurate readings. It’s well built and a good size.
It has 3 different sensitivity settings depending on the material you’re aiming it at. This clearly helps ensure accurate readings, though it takes a little while to remember which settings for which materials, though in reality most materials use the same settings thankfully.

Before I begin this review, I must admit that in my haste I wrongly assumed this was a thermometer for humans. With the current Covid crisis, we were looking for something that we would be able to use to check our temperature. However, that’s not what this is, and I must urge you, as it says in the description not to use this on humans or pets. Aside from that, this gadget may actually prove useful. It may not be used for the intention I had in mind, even though it looks identical to a human thermometer and may be very confusing, as it was to me. This thermometer is very well made, and it is worth the price you pay. It came with two aa batteries, which were easy to install, and in no time the device was ready to use. I was able to use this thermometer to test the temperature of my windows, both indoor and out, to make sure my double glazing was doing its job. I also used it for the floor temp of my living room, and certain walls around the house. Aside from that I used it to check the door temp in my fridge to make sure it is where it should be, as my fridge does tend to sometimes thaw food when it should be chilling it. With every test I threw at this device, it was capable of giving me a fast and accurate reading. The laser dot hit the surface and the clear and easy to read Digital display instantly gave me a read out. Although this isn’t what I thought it would be, it still has many uses, and it will probably come in quite handy around the house. So, if you are aware of what this device is, and you are looking for one, then this particular model by Bosch will suit you perfectly. If you are looking for a thermometer to be used on Humans, then please don’t buy this one.
Well made, accurate, easy to work with! Supports single or continuous temperature measurements.
This arrived in a nice cardboard box. It is well packaged. 2 AA batteries, a quick start, and a manual were included in the box.
It is very easy to work with this thermometer. Just point and shoot and the temperature is displayed almost instantly. It is recommended to shoot straight on to an object (having a 90 degrees angle with the object) form a distance of 75cm to 115cm.
You can measure temperature in 2 ways. Single measurement which you point and shoot or continuous measurement which you hold the trigger and move through objects to get a continuous temperature measurements. If there is a temperature difference the displayed temperature will change very fast.
It doesn’t work on your body.
It has 3 modes which each mode is suitable for a series of materials. A list of materials for each mode is included in the manual (please see my photos for the list).
It is equipped with a red laser beam which as you shoot the Lazer shows where you are shooting and thus displays the area that the temperature measurement is being taken.
The thermometer is well constructed and feels nice and heavy in your hand.

Easy to use and accurate infrared thermomete
It is a very useful tool to have at home. As it can be used at the kitchen, bbq and in DYI. It comes already with two batteries so can be used straight away from the box. Only assemble needed are putting batteries in a thermometer.
Operating it are as well extremely easy as it has just 3 buttons. One which turns on a thermometer and other were you choose a mode ( it lets you choose from 3 different emission values depending on a surface). And the last one for taking measurements. One push for taking one measurement. And if you keep pressing button it will take a continues measurements. The screen as well shows a previous temperature which is useful if taking different places measurements and wants to see a difference. So no need to take notes. So far used once while cooking pizzas in a stone oven and it was accurate enough if comparing to the built-in thermometer. There was a Few degrees difference. However, the price is a bit high as you can buy other thermometers for less price which does the same. But the build quality will not be the same, and measurements could be less accurate. So it is up to a person who buys it does it want quality and accuracy or spend less money.

Ho utilizzato questa pistola termica per monitorare la temperatura di un oggetto metallico. Devo ammettere che molto semplice e comoda da usare. Inoltre, cosa ancora pi importante, ho effettuato una comparazione con un pirometro professionale, dal costo di circa 700, e devo ammettere che i valori misurati erano molto vicino tra di loro (differenza di circa 1 grado). Pertanto devo ammettere che si tratta davvero di un buon strumento di misura della temperatura di oggetti, soprattutto se rapportato al prezzo.

I am using the Bosch thermometer to check Pizza stone temp in a pizza oven. Does the job well. Only slight issue is that in some bright Outside conditions the readout is hard to read. No problem if you use inside.

Ich gebe gerne zu, ich brauche dieses Thermometer nicht wirklich. Aber es ist schon schn, nur mal eben schnell einen Temperatur messen zu knnen. Und das macht das Teil sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die drei unterschiedlichen Programme” Sind etwas gewhnungsbedrftig, aber so gro ist die Differenz auch nicht zwischen den jeweiligen Messergebnissen; so dass ich oftmals einfach irgendein Programm benutze. Und wenn es wirklich mal auf die Nachkommastelle ankommt, dann hat man immer noch das handliche kleine Bedienungsanleitung — Heftchen, welches die einzelnen Programme recht treffend beschreibt.
Buon termometro IR per uso hobbistico, di dimensioni compatte e pratico l’impiego di 2 semplici batterie AA per il funzionamento. Non garantisce tolleranze migliori dei termometri cinesi a prezzi anche inferiori, ma penso che il controllo qualit e la cura di materiali e componenti valga la differenza non eclatante.

Das Infrarotthermometer von Bosch macht seinen Job. Bei der Funktion gibt es auch nicht allzu viel zu beachten, das muss man zugeben.
Grundstzlich muss man Ball solchen Thermometern natrlich beachten, dass die Temperatur von diversen Umstnden abhngig ist. Bosch Versuch das zwar durch die mgliche Wahl der zu messenden Gegenstnde ein bisschen zu begrenzen, aber trotzdem knnen solche Temperaturmessungen nur einen Anhalts Wert sein. Das vorab.
Die Bedienung dieses Thermometer ist sehr simpel, zumindest wenn man wie gesagt auf die Umstnde achtet. Im Normalfall heit das, ber den power Button einschalten, das Gert auf das zu messende Objekt richten, auf den Auslser im Pistolenformat drcken, prfen dass der rote Laserpunkt auch wirklich an der richtigen Stelle sitzt, Temperatur ablesen, fertig.
Zumindest wenn man immer wieder die gleichen Objekte misst, zeigt sich das Bosch Infrarot Thermometer auch als recht zuverlssig. Prinzip bedingt muss man eben immer auch darauf achten, dass der Leser auch wirklich auf eine geeignete Stelle gerichtet wird.
Zur Einordnung des Materials des zu messenden Punktes gibt Bosch einem drei verschiedene Grade der Reflektions zur Auswahl. Das wird auch ganz schn im Display dargestellt, siehe Foto. Im Alltag ist es natrlich nicht immer ganz einfach zu bestimmen, wie stark reflektiert denn jetzt dass zum Essen Objekt?
Mchte man also beispielsweise die Temperatur in seinem Gartengrill oder im Pizza Ofen messen, Hat man den wenig reflektierenden Stein, einen mittelreflektierenden Metallbeschlag, oder die stark reflektierende Edelstahlhlle und hnliches. Da muss man also ein bisschen aufpassen, ansonsten kommen ziemlich unterschiedliche Werte raus.
Dafr kann das Gert allerdings nichts, Bosch hat hier durch aus eine gute praxistaugliche Mglichkeit der vor Auswahl geschaffen. Man muss sie halt nur nutzen.
Als Fazit kann ich also sagen, dieses nicht unbedingt ganz gnstige Infrarot Thermometer macht einen guten und soliden Eindruck, ist leicht zu bedienen, und liefert verlssliche Werte unter gleichen Umstnden. Was vielleicht etwas strt ist, dass das Gummi am Gehuse des Thermometers so ziemlich jeden Fussel anzieht den es gibt. Aber o. k., das ist ein Werkzeug.

Belle finition, mesure prcise (eau bouillant 99.4c 70m d’altitude).
Mesures realises entre -22c (conglateur) et +300c (pole bois en fonctionnement fond).
Prises de mesure rapides et en continue au niveau de mes murs rcemment isols.
Cela permet de verifer les fuites et que mon four regl pour 220c n’en donne que 180c par exemple.
Bonne prise en main, interface simple et intuitive, que demander de plus pour le prix.

Das Produkt ist einfach zu handhaben. Mein Schwiegersohn ist total begeistert und hat es sofort an mehreren Stellen ausprobiert.
Habe mir das Infrarot Thermometer gekauft da ich testen wollte wie gro der Temperatur Unterschied zwischen den Innenwnden und den Auenwnden am Fenster ist. Der unterschied war, total in Ordnung, scheint also als wrden meine Fenster dicht sein und tun was sie wollen, genau wie dieses Infrarot Thermometer.
Ich muss nun auch zugeben das ich, nachdem ich damit getan habe, was ich tun wollte, dabei ertappt habe jeglichen quatsch zu berprfen, gefhlt habe ich dieses Thermometer also ne Million male auf die unterschiedlichsten Dinge gerichtet und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Verarbeitung ist top und weit keinerlei Makel auf. Die Ergebnisse die das Gert liefert scheinen absolut in Ordnung zu sein und sind mit einem Profi-gert nahezu identisch. (Laserliner von einem Bekannten). Klar es fehlt das Display, aber die reinen Zahlen stimmen berein, im vergleich zu einem der Billig-Gert, da waren die Abweichungen teilweise immens. Es lohnt sich also die paar Euro in den Bosch zu investieren.

Mi piaciuto la semplicit delle istruzioni, la praticit del prodotto.
Questo prodotto l’ho acquistato per misurare la temperatura delle pareti perimetrali interne esposte a nord.
Je l’utilise titre professionnel, pour mesurer la temprature de fluides et de canalisations.
Aprs quelques utilisations, je peux dire que la rptabilit est correcte, ce qui semble tre gage d’une bonne prcision.
Petit bmol, en plein jour on a du mal discerner le pointeur laser, d’o un risque d’erreur dans la mesure.
Contrairement un prcdant thermomtre infrarouge que j’avais achet il y a quelques mois, celui-ci est prcis, trs simple d’utilisation et a une bonne ergonomie. Ne pas hsiter en faire l’acquisition. Prcision importante livr avec la notice dtaille en franais.
