over complicated and with so many corners that you will waste a lot of what you put in the machine. it is so tightly engineered that it is difficult to get apart for cleaning and, what is unforgivable, you have to grip the sharp blade assembly to do so

This Bosch multitalent Food processor is just amazing. Have been using it for past 1 month now. Doing everything smoothly it is intended to do. Have used the mixer with both hot and cold items while making hot soups / ice crushed drinks. Also dough making made very easy.

The Bosch Multi Talent 3 is quite versatile although the instructions supplied are poor, so it is hard to work out some of the components. The main food processor is excellent. Fairly quiet operation and very easy to clean. Still need to work how to use several accessories.

Very useful kitchen gadget with plenty of accessories, the job I got it for it did really well and I’m looking forward to autumn and soup season when I can use most of the other bits and bobs, it fits together easily enough and the operation couldn’t be easier, though it does take some cleaning when you’ve finished but that’s only to be expected, all in all very useful bit of gea
This is the best food processor I have ever used! I’m a professional Chef and have worked with every type of model out there from the cheap to the expensive, this one takes the cake! The grating and slicing disks sit up close to the inside of the lid efficiently processing ingredients without leaving bits stuck, the large bowl gives room for large mixes and quantities, and the attachments are easy to change over. This is a noisy machine but it gets the job done and for a great price who’s complaining about a little noise?!

Pleased with this. The bowls aren’t huge but big enough to handle quantities for up to 4 people. Nice and simple to use. Like the way the base grips the work surface. More than sufficient power for everyday cooking. Good value.

Bosch Food Processor - excelle
Bosch have thought of everything – from ease of assembly with accessories for different tasks, to ease of use and easy to follow instructions. Everything comes apart nicely and is easy to clean. I bought this to replace my Kenwood which I thought was the bees knees until it finally burnt out. However I believe this Bosch food processor is even better. Would recommend.

I haven’t used it much yet but so far so good. It slices and grates in no time…great gadget! How did I manage without It!
Brilliant!
This is my first food processor! I live cooking, and I spent ages researching and it hasn’t disappointed! It does everything! I hate reading instructions and anything that’s difficult or time consuming to set up, but this was so easy and straight forward. I originally bought this for weaning my baby; for blending and mashing foods, but I just use it all the time for cooking, for everything! I’m so happy with this and would recommend!
GOOD PRODUCT BUT EXPENSIVE
This is a good blender but a bit expensive when you can find some type of blender for a cheaper price so 4 star but everything about this blender is good. Recommend.

I mean it, for this price it’s a great all rounder! I use it every day, been doing smoothies, nutty sweets, nut butters, nut porridges, chopping veggies, mixing – you name it! Its quite powerful, and blades are sharp, also dropped the containers few times on the floor and nothing ever broke, very pleased with this purchase!

After waiting for the delivery of this item for a long time … I was thinking seriously about cancelling my order ….. however I’m so pleased I didn’t this mixer was bought to replace one I had had for at least 25 years this mixer is easy to use and fits nicely in my kitchen looks good the mixing bowl is large and the storage bag for the bits and bobs is great and I look forward to getting many years of easy use …. I only wish the delivery hadn’t been such a long time

I needed something to replace a 30 year old Braun food processor and didn’t want to pay silly money for a lot of bells and whistles I rarely if ever use. This has a large capacity, a small footprint, very grippy feet to hold it steady, 2 speeds, a pulse mode, enough power (700W input) to cope with tough jobs and accessories for whipping, grating and slicing as well as chopping/mixing. The accessories all fit neatly in the bowl and the cable retracts inside the body.
There are only 2 things I miss from my previous food processor: the lack of variable speed and the fact that the blade is mounted on a separate holder which in turn fits onto the drive shaft, making it a bit harder to scrape mixtures off and wash up. But considering the price, I can live with those drawbacks.

High quality kitchen essential.
This Bosch replaced my 8 year old Kenwood – I ordered another Kenwood but it would not work. So glad I have this Bosch now. It is quieter , more versatile and built to a higher standard than the Kenwood. I use it most days and it is a delight to use.
Well worth the 30 premium over the Kenwood equivalent.
Very pleased with this so far. I bought this to replace a cheaper different make that only lasted 6 months. I can really see and hear the better quality and it is well worth the extra money. The coffee grinder is a useful extra as I use it to grind nuts and seeds.

Neat and mode
I lot smaller than my kenwood processor but I can live with that .looks nice and modern haven’t try it yet but I’ve always been pleased with Bosch in the past so I’m sure it will be fine

Most parts can go in the dishwasher (not the grinder blades and motor unit). Good range of accessories which seem to do their jobs well. Machine is relatively compact and with most of the blender accessories fitting into the blender bowl, although a bit of a jigsaw puzzle, that helps minimise storage space. I like the reversible (coarse/fine) blades, a good way to keep things compact without compromising function.
Assembly can be a bit stiff (fitting the blender jug to the base unit or fitting/removing the blade assembly from the base of the jug.)
BUT: if the blender jug blade is not tightened enough it will leak, possibly catastrophically, tightened too much and it’s a two-man job to release. Some kind of interlock mechanism is needed.
Overall OK I definite improvement over my previous food-processor and liquidiser.

My wife has been trying for months to replace her old processor and I have ordered and returned several which did not meet her exacting standards. The main problem she had with most of the others was the gap between the discs and the feed. Food would get trapped and not processed and she would waste a lot of time reverting to a knife to chop up the missed pieces. Those days are passed. She is delighted to report that it is even better than her old one which she used for many years. Thank you Braun for saving me (and Amazon) the anguish and hassle of returns. The only slight criticism she has is that there are raised mouldings on the inside of the bowl. I would imagine that they are to add strength but they could have been set on the outside. This wouldn’t have been as pretty but would be more practical. Nevertheless it’s not enough of an issue to dock any stars. Great piece of kit!

This is a wonderful machine with superb array of attachments for the money. More expensive machines are not as easy to clean and many do not have the finer blade attachment. Easily makes smoothies and chops coarse meat for patties etc. Can’t recommend highly enough
Ordered this after a bit of research to find a product that was good value for money.
One month in and I’m not disappointed. The blender works perfectly to blitz soup and homemade pasta sauces. The food processor does its job too mixing everything to a good standard. There are no chunks left behind and the parts are all easy to remove and clean. It helps that the majority can go in the dishwasher.
So far, very happy with the product and happy to recommend it too.

I’ve been on the fence about getting a food processor for at least a year, trying to balance the cost benefit ratio with space concerns (we live in a pretty small flat without much cabinet or counter space) but I’m SO glad that I finally bit the bullet and bought this food processor. It’s exactly the right machine to handle moderate-level cooking/food prep. It manages all of the sauces, dressings, and chopping jobs and emulsifies like a dream! I would want something sturdier if I was relying on it more (i.e., if I was a professional or very advanced amateur) but for the everyday cook it’s perfect!

after reading the review of this product in which this sounded like the product i was looking for. Was rather surprised to see so many negative comments on here about not starting. I had the same problem until i realised i did not have the base and unit lined up correctly, a safety feature most processors have. excellent product have used it many times now, home cooked crisps are fantastic, freshly grated cheese actually tastes of cheese! ( make uk grate again?) have chopped onion, herbs etc all worked well and made pastry so much easier.
Does everything well, good machine
Tried out most of the functions and both units. All works well. Cleaning could be easier and the main container handle ends up with water droplets in it that are tricky to dry. We put it on the radiator. Needs a bit of practice to be slick and quick, but generally seems to be a good piece of kit (well, set of kit really).
I am a beginner in cooking. This food processor met my expectations of low price and that of great features.
love it, it does what it says, powerful motors and all the attachments for chopping,slicing, blending (nuts, herbs etc) great product well worth the economical price.

After 25 years owning a magimix processor I was a little bit doubtful to say the least. I shouldn’t have worried. This cost the same price as a replacement bowl for my magimix… hence why I bought this. just to trial it out I ground some coffee beans and crumbed my left over bread, the grinder attachment being a plus, I have perfect coffee and crumbs … I’m yet to use anything else so can’t comment but with 200 plus difference in the cost of this and my previous machine, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this. Bowl size slightly smaller, but hey, big price difference to gain probably 500ml

It was only while using the blender for the first time that I realised the jug had a crack in it. I’d only unpacked everything the day before and hadn’t noticed a crack but since all I’d done was gently wash everything I was pretty confident that I hadn’t made the crack so I contacted Bosch. As a gesture of good will, given that I’d owned the product less than 24 hours, they offered to send a replacement. It arrived the following day and on a close inspection is crack-free. Wonderful customer service, thank you.
I really love this food processor. I like the fact that it doesn’t take up much space but is big enough for all my needs. I previously had a kenwood but it was a big ugly machine. I also had a smoothie maker and a liquidiser so all three of these appliances were taking up too much room on the work top.
This machine is very easy to use and as some people say theirs was dead on arrival it was probably because they didn’t have the lid positioned correctly. This is obviously a safety feature so it won’t work until the lid clicks into place.
The more I use it, the more I like it.

We bought it 89 and I think it is difficult to beat this food processor at that price. It is really good quality and easy to use and clean. We haven’t tried it yet for dough & baking though. The small downsides I can see and the reason I give only 4 stars :
– There are only 2 sizes of grating : fine and coarse, and a medium one is definitely missing for us. However we’ve been able to fix this by ordering an extra Disc ref. 650965 which includes a Medium grating size (Actually Bosch is not very clear on that one because they show it in the documentation coming with the MCM3501MGB but it is not included..and not listed on their website neither. Also they were of no help at all to resolve or issue..)
– The Blender is in plastic, which makes it less durable than a glass one
– The lid of the Blender is quite difficult to operate, especially is you have small hands
– The blender function cannot be compared to what you will have with even the most basic stand alone Blender. Your smoothies will be difficult to mix and obtain that creamy texture
I still recommend to buy it if the Blender function is not so important for you
Love it! Storing the blades etc. in the main jug saves space. Easy to use and quick to clean. Quite quiet to use in comparison to some others. Rubber feet hold it securely to work surface. Love the fact that I can quickly make frozen yoghurts using frozen fruit with super sharp blades to cut the fruit up fine in no time at all. Grating larger quantities of carrots etc. a doddle. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this to replace a MagiMix that had become uneconomical to repair. I chose this one based on reviews, but also due to it’s small size. I’ve been very pleasantly surprised at how good it is. All routine chopping, slicing and grating it does fine. It is very easy to disassemble and so cleaning it is really easy. It also came with a blender included, which has been a real bonus. I didn’t realise how useful it would be. And the way everything packs into the mixing bowl is genius. Even with the extra blender and spice grinder, it still takes up less space then my previous processor. The only downside is that it’s quite noisy. But as I only use it for a minute or two at a time, it’s not been an issue.

I purchased this in June 2017. It’s an excellent machine for the price. It has enough attachments for most things (the usual array of slicing / grating / blending etc with appropriate attachments for dough etc). It is very good value for money, although it lacks the power of machines in the 200 range (not surprising perhaps).
Very happy with the purchase.
NB For people complaining that it was DOA – there is a very high chance that you haven’t interlocked the bowls correctly thus switching off the safety locks – both the top and the bottom of the machine needs to be clicked into place – I thought my machine was dead until I played with it a little.
